目前,小型的榨汁机,由于内部榨汁组件尺寸限制,使得的投入食材需要分切成很小的尺寸才能完成榨汁,这就要求用户在榨汁前需要对食材进行分切,存在使用不便的缺点。而大型的榨汁机,虽然可以对整颗食材进行榨汁,但是存在体积大、重量过重,不易移动等的缺点。为了解决上述的技术问题,首先就需要对现有螺杆进行改进。现有传统的榨汁机螺杆,均不具备对食材进行预破碎分切的功能,只能依靠螺杆上的切削刃对食材进行分切,当遇到大颗粒食材时,则无法进行处理。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种结构紧凑,具有预破碎功能的榨汁机用组合式螺杆。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:一种榨汁机用组合式螺杆,包括螺杆主体,所述螺杆主体上端可拆卸连接有搅拌切削头;所述搅拌切削头由与螺杆主体上端连接的连接部及与连接部一体成型且朝上延伸的切削部组成;所述切削部与外部筋条配合切削破碎食材。
上述的一种榨汁机用组合式螺杆中,所述切削部为螺旋朝上延伸;所述切削部沿螺旋结构的内侧面成形有与外部筋条相配合的内切削刃,沿螺旋结构的外侧面成形有与外部筋条相配合的外切削刃,沿螺旋结构的下表面为挤压推料面。
上述的一种榨汁机用组合式螺杆中,所述连接部侧边的切削部底面为与螺杆主体上端面相接触且呈长条形的平面结构,该平面结构远离连接部的一端边缘形成水平切削刃,该水平切削刃位于螺杆主体上端面外侧。
上述的一种榨汁机用组合式螺杆中,在切削部自由端外侧面凸设有与外部筋条相配合的第一辅助挤压切削刃,在切削部外侧面沿螺旋方向凸设有至少一个与外部筋条相配合的第二辅助挤压切削刃。
上述的一种榨汁机用组合式螺杆中,所述连接部为横截面为四边形的柱状结构,在螺杆 主体上端面设置有与连接部相适应的连接槽;
当连接部位于连接槽内时,螺杆主体上的主切削刃上端面与切削部自由端呈90°或180°设置。
上述的一种榨汁机用组合式螺杆中,所述连接槽沿螺杆主体的轴心设置;所述螺杆主体底部沿轴心轴向设置有多边形定位孔,在多边形定位孔内穿设有钢轴,在钢轴上端外壁成形有与多边形定位孔相适应的定位部,钢轴与外部驱动电机连接联动。
上述的一种榨汁机用组合式螺杆中,在钢轴上端面中心沿轴向设置有内螺纹孔,在连接部中部沿轴向设置有与内螺纹孔同轴心的定位孔;在定位孔和内螺纹孔之间的连接槽内底部及螺杆主体上设置有让位孔,紧固螺丝依序穿过定位孔和让位孔与内螺纹孔螺纹连接。
上述的一种榨汁机用组合式螺杆中,所述螺杆主体呈上小下大的正圆台形结构。
本实用新型采用上述结构后,通过在螺杆主体上端可拆卸连接具有切削部的搅拌切削头,使得大颗粒的食材在进入榨汁机后,可先由搅拌切削头对食材进行预破碎分切,使其变成小颗粒,从而使机器具备对整颗食材进行榨汁的功能。

具体实施方式
参阅图1至图5所示,本实用新型的一种榨汁机用组合式螺杆,包括螺杆主体1,所述螺杆主体1优选是呈上小下大的正圆台形结构,这样上端便于进料。在螺杆主体下端外壁上一体成型有定位凸环1d,该结构与过滤器上的压环相配合,通过压环与定位凸环配合限位螺杆,防止其上串。
所述螺杆主体1上端可拆卸连接有搅拌切削头2;所述搅拌切削头2由与螺杆主体1连 接的连接部2a及与连接部2a一体成型且朝上延伸的切削部2b组成;所述切削部2b与外部筋条配合切削破碎食材。
在本实施例中,所述切削部优选为螺旋朝上延伸,所述切削部2b沿螺旋结构的内侧面成形有与外部筋条相配合的内切削刃2c,沿螺旋结构的外侧面成形有与外部筋条相配合的外切削刃2d,沿螺旋结构的下表面为挤压推料面2e。
优选地,所述连接部2a侧边的切削部2b底面为与螺杆主体1上端面相接触且呈长条形且不规则的平面结构,该平面结构远离连接部2a的一端边缘形成水平切削刃2f,该水平切削刃2f位于螺杆主体1上端面外侧。
进一步优选地,在切削部2b自由端外侧面凸设有与外部筋条相配合的第一辅助挤压切削刃2g,在切削部2b外侧面沿螺旋方向凸设有至少一个与外部筋条相配合的第二辅助挤压切削刃2h。通过设置辅助挤压切削刃,使得螺杆每旋转一周,可以对食材进行更多的接触,使切削破碎效果更佳。实验时发现,某些表面较光滑的水果,如未去皮的苹果,在由整颗变小的过程中,由于切削部外表光滑,只能切削食材但不易带动食材,使得食材会出现打滑的现象,需要螺杆旋转多圈后,食材变换角度时,才能对食材作进一步的切削破碎。当增设第一辅助挤压切削刃和第二辅助挤压切削刃后,食材打滑的问题得到杜绝,具有意料不到的效果。
为了使搅拌切削头与螺杆主体之间连接稳固,所述连接部2a为横截面为四边形的柱状结构,在螺杆主体1上端面设置有与连接部2a相适应的连接槽1a。
当连接部2a位于连接槽1a内时,螺杆主体1上的主切削刃上端面与切削部2b自由端呈90°或180°设置。实验发现,在安装时,使水平切削刃与主切削刃上端面保持合理的夹角,具有更好的切削效果。优选地,当水平切削刃与主切削刃上端面呈90°或180°同时切削部自由端远离主切削刃上端面时,对大颗粒食材的切削具有意料不到的效果,可以快速地对大颗粒食材进行从大到小的切削破碎。相比其它安装角度,切削破碎的速度,提升至少30%。因此,将连接部横截面设置为四边形,可以快速且准确地保证主切削刃上端面与水平切削刃的夹角。
当然,如果不考虑安装角度、挤压破碎效果的最佳性及安装的便利性,连接部的横截面也可以是常规的六边形,或者是其它的多边形结构,或者是圆柱体加花键的结构,都可以起到防止搅拌切削头旋转的目的。
进一步优选地,所述连接槽1a沿螺杆主体1的轴心设置;所述螺杆主体1底部沿轴心轴向设置有多边形定位孔1b,在多边形定位孔1b内穿设有相适应的钢轴3,在钢轴上端外壁成形有与多边形定位孔相适应的定位部,钢轴3与外部驱动电机连接联动。多边形定位孔优选为四边形,当然也可以是六边形甚至是八边形或者其它本领域能起到防止圆向旋转的常规结 构。连接槽和多边形定位孔的同轴心设置,便于后面的连接操作。当然,钢轴与搅拌切削头不考虑连接方式的话,连接槽也完全可以偏心设置。
为了使产品加工便利同时更加方便安装,在钢轴3上端面中心沿轴向设置有内螺纹孔3a,在连接部2a中部沿轴向设置有与内螺纹孔3a同轴心的定位孔2i;在定位孔2i和内螺纹孔3a之间的连接槽1a内底部及螺杆主体1上设置有让位孔1c,紧固螺丝依序穿过定位孔2i和让位孔1c与内螺纹孔3a螺纹连接。通过这种巧妙结构,只采用一支螺钉,即可实现搅拌切削头和钢轴的安装固定。
