具有无光肤感效果的实木地板 技术领域
本发明涉及一种实木地板,特别是一种具有无光肤感效果的实木地板。
背景技术
随着用户审美水平和喜好的变化,亚光地板由于能够给人以优雅、舒适的感觉,其柔和的光泽给人以美的享受,使其已逐渐取代亮光地板成为广大用户的首选。但目前地板的表面漆层普遍为UV漆,而UV漆通过碳碳双键交联成膜的方式会存在交联密度大、成键间距离短的特点,使得漆膜表面更加刚化、结实,且光泽更高;对地板的亚光效果造成影响。
此外,现有亚光地板的消光机理是通过在涂料的表面添加微粒粒子使其形成细致的粗糙面,利用粗糙度的增加使地板表面能够对外部光照形成散射,从而产生消光的效果。但这种消光方式由于需要添加的微粒粉量较大,使得漆层的透明度和触感大大降低,且视觉效果也不柔和。因此,现有亚光地板存在透明度低、触感差的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种具有无光肤感效果的实木地板。它具有透明度高、触感好的特点。
本发明的技术方案:具有无光肤感效果的实木地板,包括基板,基板表面依次涂覆有水性附着剂层、耐磨底漆层、弹性底漆层、UV树脂层、亚光层和肤感层,所述UV树脂层包括依次涂覆的聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂层和填充层。
前述的具有无光肤感效果的实木地板中,所述肤感层由肤感剂涂覆而成,所述肤感剂为含氟化合物或有机硅助剂。
前述的具有无光肤感效果的实木地板中,所述亚光层由改性消光粉或蜡粉涂覆而成。
前述的具有无光肤感效果的实木地板中,所述改性消光粉或蜡粉的粒径在3μm以下。
前述的具有无光肤感效果的实木地板中,所述UV树脂层、亚光层和肤感层的厚度比为3~8:1:1。
前述的具有无光肤感效果的实木地板中,所述填充层为丙烯酸酯层或改性丙烯酸酯层。
与现有技术相比,本发明选择弹性低交联密度的聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂层作为地板的UV涂料层,可以对表面涂层提供柔软的骨架,且低交联密度也能够降低UV漆膜的光泽度;通过选用3μm以下的改性消光粉或蜡粉作为亚光层涂料,一方面可以起到消光的效果,另一方面能够提供细腻、柔和的触感;通过在UV树脂层表面涂覆的肤感剂,还可以使肤感层在涂料反应过程中降低UV树脂层的表面张力,从而使涂料表面产生细滑的肤感效果,同时进一步降低涂料的表面光泽度,使得本发明能够在保证亚光效果的同时减少改性消光粉或蜡粉的涂覆量,提高漆膜整体的透明度;在上述效果下,本发明能够有效减少漆膜的视觉光泽,并使漆膜产生细腻、丝滑、柔软的类似肤感的表面触感,从而具有透明度高、触感好的特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但并不作为对本发明限制的依据。
实施例。具有无光肤感效果的实木地板,构成如图1所示,包括基板1,基板1表面依次涂覆有水性附着剂层2、耐磨底漆层3、弹性底漆层4、UV树脂层5、亚光层6和肤感层7,所述UV树脂层5包括依次涂覆的聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂层501和填充层502。
所述肤感层7由肤感剂涂覆而成,所述肤感剂为含氟化合物或有机硅助剂。
所述亚光层6由改性消光粉或蜡粉涂覆而成。
所述改性消光粉或蜡粉的粒径在3μm以下。
所述UV树脂层5、亚光层6和肤感层7的厚度比为3~8:1:1。
所述填充层502为丙烯酸酯层或改性丙烯酸酯层,所述聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂层501和填充层502的厚度比为2~4:1。
本发明的工作原理:本发明通过由聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂层501和填充层502涂覆而成的UV树脂层5,一方面相比其他UV漆可以降低UV漆膜的交联密度,从而减少漆膜的光泽度,另一方面通过聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂层501的弹性特性可以使漆膜形成类似肤感的柔软触感。通过UV树脂层5表面涂覆的亚光层6和肤感层7,可以分别起到消光、提高表面粗糙度和降低UV树脂层5的表面张力的作用,从而进一步提高漆膜的触感并降低UV树脂层5的光泽度。在上述配合下,本发明在提高地板亚光效果的同时相比现有工艺能够减少亚光层6和涂覆量,进而提高漆膜的透明度,使地板具有柔和、自然和低光泽度的视觉效果。

  1. 具有无光肤感效果的实木地板,其特征在于:包括基板(1),基板(1)表面依次涂覆有水性附着剂层(2)、耐磨底漆层(3)、弹性底漆层(4)、UV树脂层(5)、亚光层(6)和肤感层(7),所述UV树脂层(5)包括依次涂覆的聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂层(501)和填充层(502)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有无光肤感效果的实木地板,其特征在于:所述肤感层(7)由肤感剂涂覆而成,所述肤感剂为含氟化合物或有机硅助剂。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的具有无光肤感效果的实木地板,其特征在于:所述亚光层(6)由改性消光粉或蜡粉涂覆而成。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的具有无光肤感效果的实木地板,其特征在于:所述改性消光粉或蜡粉的粒径在3μm以下。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的具有无光肤感效果的实木地板,其特征在于:所述UV树脂层(5)、亚光层(6)和肤感层(7)的厚度比为3~8:1:1。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的具有无光肤感效果的实木地板,其特征在于:所述填充层(502)为丙烯酸酯层或改性丙烯酸酯层。
