- 2 is a view for explaining the structure of the upper mat according to an embodiment of the present invention.
- the play mat 10 capable of removing graffiti includes a lower mat 100 , an adhesive 200 , a plasticizer blocker 300 , and an upper mat 400 .
- the lower mat 100 is manufactured by foam molding polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin.
- PVC polyvinyl chloride
- Polyvinyl chloride resin is widely used as a material for high-quality mats because it has good resilience, good cushioning and tactile feel, and does not slide due to its weight.
- the lower mat 100 is made to have excellent cushioning power by foaming polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin in a thermal chamber heated to a high temperature of about 200°C to 250°C.
- PVC polyvinyl chloride
- the foaming rate of the PVC resin is lowered and foaming is not performed sufficiently, and accordingly, the mat does not have a sufficient cushioning feeling.
- the temperature inside the thermal chamber rises to 250 °C or more, the polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin is melted and cannot be used.
- the polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin is an interpolymer containing 50% or more of vinyl chloride, and properties vary depending on molecular weight and reaction conditions. Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin is vulnerable to ultraviolet rays, so it is discolored yellow or brown and becomes brittle. Therefore, it is generally used in combination with a stabilizer.
- the adhesive 200 is formed in a semi-dry state by applying a pressure-sensitive adhesive pigment over the entire upper surface of the lower mat 100 produced by foam molding polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and then heating to 60° C. to 80° C.

It uses ester rubber and phenolic resin as a raw material and ester rubber, phenol resin, etc. as raw materials, and combines low-molecular substances such as castor oil and polyisobutylene to have sticky adhesiveness. Unlike adhesives, adhesives use rubber-like resins rather than thermosetting resins to enable removal and attachment.
- the plasticizer blocker 300 is attached to the upper surface of the lower mat 400 through the adhesive 200, and is an organic material that facilitates molding at high temperatures by increasing thermoplasticity.
- the plasticizer barrier layer includes dioctyl phthalate (DOP), dioctyl adipate (DOA), tricresyl phosphate (TCP), and the like, and dioctyl phthalate is preferable.
- the upper mat 400 is attached to the upper surface of the plasticizer blocker layer 300 through an adhesive formed on the rear surface, and may have a thickness of a certain strength to support the configuration of the play mat 10 capable of removing graffiti. .
- This upper mat 400 is produced by mixing a specific ratio of minerals and very-low-density polyethylene (VLDPE), and is based on the upper side due to a specific ratio of minerals mixed with very-low-density polyethylene (VLDPE). Prevents graffiti ingredients from penetrating.
- VLDPE very-low-density polyethylene
- the inorganic material is implemented as at least one of fine powdered stone powder, calcium carbonate, and potassium carbonate, so that when graffiti is applied to the matte UV curing coating layer, it is possible to prevent penetrating components of the pen that generated the graffiti.
