Description

一种多联体储缆系统 技术领域
本发明涉及储缆设备领域,具体涉及一种多联体储缆系统。
背景技术
随着海上风电项目的技术升级、风场扩容、抢装节奏加快,海底电缆的电压等级及长度不断攀升,为保障交付时效性,海缆储存是出厂之前极为关键的一道工序。因成品海底电缆连续一整根、大长度、高重量的特性,在存储时多采用集中盘绕在一个托盘或储缆池的方式进行收线,在实际使用的过程中存在以下不足:
1、储缆池是被动式收线,仅适用于110kV及以下海缆成品的收线,在生产220kV及以上电压等级的超高压海缆时,因成品海缆弯曲半径较大、重量高,人工收线困难,劳动强度大。
2、采用单个托盘收线储缆,在多种规格海缆批量生产时存在倒缆困难,不能同时实现托盘收线和输缆装船放线的同步生产作业,效率低。
3、仅有一个输缆栈道,在不同电压等级和不同规格截面的海缆装船导缆时,将会因弯曲半径不同导致过度弯曲缆芯而产生应力集中的风险。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种多联体储缆系统,实现同步收、放线的功能;同时多个储缆装置为连体式设计,实现多种规格截面海缆的批量化生产。设计合理、输缆操作便捷、电气化程度高、生产效率高。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种多联体储缆系统,包括大口径地转盘和小口径地转盘;所述大口径地转盘和小口径地转盘上方设有平台,且平台通过立柱支撑固定;所述平台的下方大口径地转盘和小口径地转盘之间还设有水池;所述水池内设有凸台,且凸台顶部设有旋转机械手;所述平台上方设有若干的牵引机;所述平台上靠近大口径地转盘的上方处设有平台导向架;所述平台上水池的上方和小口径地转盘的上方均设有旋转导向管。
作为优化,所述大口径地转盘包括大口径地转盘底盘座;所述大口径地转盘底盘座 的几何中心处设有中心立柱并与平台相接;所述大口径地转盘底盘座下方的地基上以中心立柱为轴心设有若干环形的凸台;所述凸台上设有滑行导轨;所述大口径地转盘底盘座下方设有与滑行导轨相适配的大口径地转盘支撑滚轮;所述大口径地转盘的侧壁上设有大口径地转盘导轨,且大口径地转盘的外周上安装有大口径地转盘驱动电机;所述大口径地转盘驱动电机上设有大口径地转盘驱动滚轮;所述大口径地转盘驱动滚轮与大口径地转盘导轨相接;所述大口径地转盘底盘座上设有以中心立柱为轴心,若干环形结构的围栏。

作为优化,所述小口径地转盘一侧的平台入口处设有辅助导向架;所述辅助导向架包括支架;所述支架通过支撑柱固定于支架下方的底座上;所述支架呈长方形框架结构状,其上下端设有两根垂直滚轴,其左右端设有两根水平滚轴;所述支架的左右端两侧均设有滑槽;所述水平滚轴通过其两端的中间轴在滑槽内上下移动,并通过紧固螺母进行固定;所述水平滚轴两端的中间轴上均设有调节装置,且中间轴与水平滚轴之间设有连接轴承;所述调节装置包括调节丝杆;所述调节丝杆的内端通过限位环与中间轴旋转卡嵌相接,调节丝杆的中部贯穿于支架设有导向环;所述导向环与调节丝杆螺纹相接,调节丝杆的外端设有把手。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:大口径地转盘和小口径地转盘分别对不同尺寸型号的海缆进行存储,同时大口径地转盘和小口径地转盘也均安装有不同尺寸的围栏,用于进一步的进行分类存放;针对不同位置的海缆导向进行优化设计,提高海缆输送过程中的稳定性和可靠性,防止海缆的内部因应力集中而导致缆芯损坏的情况,也防止海缆外护套在输送过程中出现外部磨损的问题;同时在大口径地转盘和小口径地转盘之间加设水池和旋转机械手,方便对海缆存储之前进行水下实验,确保出厂质量;进一步的优化 了大口径地转盘和小口径地转盘的结构设计,确保在正常存缆的同时,降低能源消耗;整个过程采用电气自动化控制,极大的解放了劳动生产力,提高了工作效率。

实施例1:参照图1所示,一种多联体储缆系统,包括大口径地转盘1和小口径地转盘4;所述大口径地转盘1和小口径地转盘4上方设有平台3,且平台3通过立柱2支撑固定;所述平台3的下方大口径地转盘1和小口径地转盘4之间还设有水池8;所述水池8内设有凸台,且凸台顶部设有旋转机械手9;水池设计为16米直径时,可容纳超过100公里的成品海缆,能够对特殊海缆如海底光缆进行水下试验模拟。并在水池上方设置有自动控制排线手臂,可以实现机械自动盘缆作业,仅需要1~2名工人辅助操作即可完成收线,减少了工人排线操作的工作时长和劳动强度,大大降低了人工成本,提高生产劳效。水池中预设成品试验通道,方便工人进出及维修。同时可将多个水池为串联体结构,中间设置有线芯通道,当单个收线水池的盘缆长度超过承载容量时,可以延伸至第二个收线水池中进行存储及成品试验。同时也可通过上方的旋转导向管101单独对其进行存储及成品试验。
所述平台3上方设有若干的牵引机10;平台3的不同位置上设置有若干台牵引机,其最大牵引力为8000kg,可实现的最大牵引速度为20米/分,满足不同储缆系统的盘缆需 要,提供足够牵引力进行输缆装船。
所述平台3上靠近大口径地转盘1的上方处设有平台导向架5;所述平台3上水池8的上方和小口径地转盘4的上方均设有旋转导向管101。旋转导向管101整体呈弯曲弧形结构,其底端与平台3相铰接,实现旋转导向管101的360°旋转,便于对海缆收放进行导向作业。
参照图3和图4所示,所述大口径地转盘1包括大口径地转盘底盘座13;所述大口径地转盘底盘座13的几何中心处设有中心立柱12并与平台3相接;所述大口径地转盘底盘座13下方的地基11上以中心立柱12为轴心设有若干环形的凸台14;所述凸台14上设有滑行导轨;所述大口径地转盘底盘座13下方设有与滑行导轨相适配的大口径地转盘支撑滚轮15;所述大口径地转盘1的侧壁上设有大口径地转盘导轨19,且大口径地转盘1的外周上安装有大口径地转盘驱动电机17;所述大口径地转盘驱动电机17上设有大口径地转盘驱动滚轮18;所述大口径地转盘驱动滚轮18与大口径地转盘导轨19相接;所述大口径地转盘底盘座13上设有以中心立柱12为轴心,若干环形结构的围栏16。
参照图3和图4所示,所述平台导向架5包括安装于平台3上方的平台轨道31;所述平台轨道31上安装有排线架32;所述平台轨道31由两条单轨道构成,且任一单轨道上设有齿条导轨34;所述排线架32的右端设有排线架驱动电机35;所述排线架驱动电机35上设有驱动齿轮,且驱动齿轮与齿条导轨34相啮合;所述平台3上两条单轨道之间设有排线口36;所述排线架32的左端呈向下倾斜状结构,并内嵌于排线口36中;所述排线架32的内部设有电缆通道,且电缆通道的上下端对称的设有若干的排线导轮33。
平台导向架5可在平台导轨上左右移动,调节控制排线架的位置,根据大口径地转盘1内圈至外圈上不同规格截面的成品海缆收线需要调整到适当的位置进行盘缆。可调可控,提高生产效率,降低排线人工成本。
大口径地转盘1上内圈至外圈进行若干等分的设置围栏,与上方的可移动式排线架配合实现不同截面和弯曲半径的成品海缆盘绕收线。
根据需求选取相应大口径地转盘1中的围栏16对电缆进行收卷,通过大口径地转盘驱动电机17带动大口径地转盘驱动滚轮18实现大口径地转盘1的旋转,大口径地转盘底盘座13下方的大口径地转盘支撑滚轮15起到承载支撑的作用,地基11上凸台14两侧的凹槽,方便后期操作人员对其进行辅助操作和设备维护。
大口径地转盘1上方设置有移动式的放线架32,可在平台导轨31上移动,调节控制排线架32左端下缆口的位置,以便根据地转盘1上的围栏16对不同规格截面的成品海缆 进行盘缆。提高生产效率,降低排线人工成本。
参照图6和图7所示,所述小口径地转盘4的下方设有连接座43;所述连接座43旋转安装于地基11上且连接座43的外周上设有小口径地转盘侧导轨46;所述地基11上设有小口径地转盘驱动电机44;所述小口径地转盘驱动电机44上连接的小口径地转盘驱动滚轮47与小口径地转盘侧导轨46相接;所述连接座43的一侧设有转盘制动器45;所述地基11的外侧,小口径地转盘4的下方设有环形结构的凸台;所述凸台上设有小口径地转盘滑轨49;所述小口径地转盘4的下方设有与小口径地转盘滑轨49相适配的小口径地转盘支撑滚轮48。
所述小口径地转盘4包括内转盘41和外转盘42;所述内转盘41内嵌于外转盘42中并与其旋转相接;所述内转盘41和外转盘42之间设有连接栓403;所述支撑滚轮48安装于外转盘42的下方;所述内转盘41和外转盘42上分别设有内围栏401和外围栏402;所述连接栓403设有多个,且均布于内转盘41和外转盘42之间。
小口径地转盘驱动电机44驱动小口径地转盘驱动滚轮47,从而带动连接座43旋转使得内转盘41旋转,电缆通过内围栏401实现缠绕存放。在这个过程中内转盘41和外转盘42为旋转连接,即两者之间的连接栓403不进行固定,因此内转盘41旋转时,外转盘42相对处于静止状态,从而降低小口径地转盘驱动电机44的驱动扭矩,减少能耗使用。
当所需存放的电缆外径相对较大时,操作人员通过地基11和凸台之间的环形通道,将内转盘41和外转盘42之间通过连接栓403进行固定。小口径地转盘驱动电机44驱动小口径地转盘驱动滚轮47,从而带动连接座43旋转使得内转盘41和外转盘42同时旋转,电缆通过外围栏402实现缠绕存放。外转盘42下方设有的小口径地转盘支撑滚轮48和凸台14上的小口径地转盘滑轨49相配合,实现承载和导向的作用。
所述小口径地转盘4的几何中心处设有中心支架;所述平台3的下方中心支架上设有设有辅助横梁404;所述辅助横梁404安装有移动式的导向架405。
为提高电缆缠绕过程中的稳定性,通过导向架405对电缆起到缠绕导向的作用,导向架405在辅助横梁404可进行位移调整,其位移调整方式可以通过电机滚轮和滑轨,也可以通过电机齿轮和齿条导轨配合。通过调节导向架405的位置来实现海缆在小口径地转盘4中的落线点位置,可实现不同规格截面的成品海缆在小口径地转盘4整个半径范围内的全覆盖收线效果。

参照图2所示,所述平台3的一侧上设有通道;所述通道上设有牵引机10;所述通道设有至少两条,且通道的弯曲弧度数均不一致。其中图中所示,设有第一通道102和第 二通道103,且第一通道102和第二通道103最后汇合形成传送通道。具体为通过在厂房墙体上贯通两处开口与室外的输缆栈道相连接,汇合处采用立柱进行固定支撑。两条通道的设置实现了220kV及以上电压等级、不同截面规格弯曲半径的成品海缆线径范围的输缆覆盖,根据缆径的大小进行通道的选择,避免产生应力集中和损伤海缆的风险。
参照图10和图11所示,所述小口径地转盘4一侧的平台3入口处设有辅助导向架7;所述辅助导向架7包括支架701;所述支架701通过支撑柱702固定于支架701下方的底座703上;所述支架701呈长方形框架结构状,其上下端设有两根垂直滚轴704,其左右端设有两根水平滚轴705;所述支架701的左右端两侧均设有滑槽706;所述水平滚轴705通过其两端的中间轴708在滑槽706内上下移动,并通过紧固螺母707进行固定;所述水平滚轴705两端的中间轴708上均设有调节装置,且中间轴708与水平滚轴705之间设有连接轴承713;所述调节装置包括调节丝杆709;所述调节丝杆709的内端通过限位环712与中间轴708旋转卡嵌相接,调节丝杆709的中部贯穿于支架701处设有导向环711;所述导向环711与调节丝杆709螺纹相接,调节丝杆709的外端设有把手710。

其中旋转台51旋转安装于平台3上方,通过电机驱动可实现360°方向的调整,伸缩推缸54的拉伸,实现第一架体52和第二架体53的相对上下角度调节,以满足海缆在收放过程中不同角度调节的需求,降低因海缆过度弯曲,使得缆芯产生应力集中的风险,从而导致海缆内部结构的损害。由于海缆处于向下拉拽力的作用下,因此在第二架体53的下部设有下导辊56,起到辅助传送的作用,第二架体53的两侧设有若干的侧导辊55, 降低在左右方向拉拽过程中,对海缆造成的磨损。第二架体53的出口端设有呈“井”状结构分布的水平出口导辊58和垂直出口导辊59,和同时在第二架体53的两端上方设有可调式的限位导辊57,这些都进一步提高了海缆在传送过程中的稳定性。
第二,所述小口径地转盘4的水平面一侧设有地面导向架6;作为备用收放线装置,用于生产大截面规格、大弯曲半径的海缆时进行主动式盘绕,排线整齐,避免交叉压线,可以消除因未退扭产生的电缆应力集中而损伤电缆的危害。参照图8和图9所示,所述地面导向架6包括牵引台602和导向台603;所述牵引台602上设有牵引机组606;所述导向台603上靠近牵引台602的一端设有旋转台609,导向台603的另一端设有工作架611;所述旋转台609上设有旋转轴承座,且旋转轴承座的上端铰接有弧形导线架610;所述工作架611的上端之间设有一段以旋转轴承座为圆心的弧形导轨612;所述弧形导轨612上安装有滑移小车613,且滑移小车613的下端设有卷绳器614;所述卷绳器614的下端通过挂绳615与弧形导线架610的外侧上方相铰接;所述弧形导线架610的下端设有弧形导线架底部滚辊616;所述弧形导线架610的两侧设有弧形导线架侧滚辊617;所述牵引台602的前方设有辅助导向台601;所述辅助导向台601呈向上倾斜状,且辅助导向台601的底部设有辅助导向台底部滚辊604,辅助导向台601两端的两侧均设有辅助导向台侧滚辊605;所述辅助导向台底部滚辊604、辅助导向台侧滚辊605、弧形导线架底部滚辊616和弧形导线架侧滚辊617的外部均包裹有橡胶层;所述牵引机组606由两条传送皮带607组成,两条传送皮带607之间形成传送通道,且两条传送皮带607内均安装有相向设立的推动气缸608。
海缆在辅助导向台601的导向下,通过牵引台602中的两条传送皮带607和推动气缸608的挤压实现辅助牵引,将海缆向地转盘中输送,为保证海缆传送过程中的稳定性,通过旋转台609、弧形导轨612、滑移小车613和弧形导线架610的配合,调整海缆往地转盘上进行缠绕存放时的进线水平角度,海缆经过地转盘缠绕存放后,其高度会发生变化,此时通过滑移小车613下方设有的卷绳器614拉拽弧形导线架610,从而对其进线的垂直角度方向进行调整。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种多联体储缆系统,其特征在于:包括大口径地转盘(1)和小口径地转盘(4);所述大口径地转盘(1)和小口径地转盘(4)上方设有平台(3),且平台(3)通过立柱(2)支撑固定;所述平台(3)的下方大口径地转盘(1)和小口径地转盘(4)之间还设有水池(8);所述水池(8)内设有凸台,且凸台顶部设有旋转机械手(9);所述平台(3)上方设有若干的牵引机(10);所述平台(3)上靠近大口径地转盘(1)的上方处设有平台导向架(5);所述平台(3)上水池(8)的上方和小口径地转盘(4)的上方均设有旋转导向管(101)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多联体储缆系统,其特征在于:所述大口径地转盘(1)包括大口径地转盘底盘座(13);所述大口径地转盘底盘座(13)的几何中心处设有中心立柱(12)并与平台(3)相接;所述大口径地转盘底盘座(13)下方的地基(11)上以中心立柱(12)为轴心设有若干环形的凸台(14);所述凸台(14)上设有滑行导轨;所述大口径地转盘底盘座(13)下方设有与滑行导轨相适配的大口径地转盘支撑滚轮(15);所述大口径地转盘(1)的侧壁上设有大口径地转盘导轨(19),且大口径地转盘(1)的外周上安装有大口径地转盘驱动电机(17);所述大口径地转盘驱动电机(17)上设有大口径地转盘驱动滚轮(18);所述大口径地转盘驱动滚轮(18)与大口径地转盘导轨(19)相接;所述大口径地转盘底盘座(13)上设有以中心立柱(12)为轴心,若干环形结构的围栏(16)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多联体储缆系统,其特征在于:所述平台导向架(5)包括安装于平台(3)上方的平台轨道(31);所述平台轨道(31)上安装有排线架(32);所述平台轨道(31)由两条单轨道构成,且任一单轨道上设有齿条导轨(34);所述排线架(32)的右端设有排线架驱动电机(35);所述排线架驱动电机(35)上设有驱动齿轮,且驱动齿轮与齿条导轨(34)相啮合;所述平台(3)上两条单轨道之间设有排线口(36);所述排线架(32)的左端呈向下倾斜状结构,并内嵌于排线口(36)中;所述排线架(32)的内部设有电缆通道,且电缆通道的上下端对称的设有若干的排线导轮(33)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多联体储缆系统,其特征在于:所述平台导向架(5)包括包括第一架体(52)和第二架体(53);所述第二架体(53)下方设有旋转台(51);所述旋转台(51)旋转安装于平台(3)上方;所述第一架体(52)的外侧上端和第二架体(53)的右端相铰接,第一架体(52)的外侧下端和第二架体(53)的下方之间铰接设有伸缩推缸(54);所述第二架体(53)呈向下弯曲的弧形结构,其内部设有海缆通道; 所述第二架体(53)的下部设有若干的下导辊(56);所述第二架体(53)的两侧设有若干的侧导辊(55);所述第二架体(53)的出口端设有水平出口导辊(58)和垂直出口导辊(59);所述水平出口导辊(58)和垂直出口导辊(59)均设有2根,且水平出口导辊(58)和垂直出口导辊(59)呈“井”状结构分布;所述第二架体(53)的两端上方均设有限位板(501);所述限位板(501)上设有调位槽(502);所述调位槽(502)内安装有限位导辊(57);所述第二架体(53)上设有呈连续三角形结构的加强筋(503);所述下导辊(56)和侧导辊(55)呈交错状结构排列;所述下导辊(56)、侧导辊(55)和限位导辊(57)外均包裹有橡胶层。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多联体储缆系统,其特征在于:所述小口径地转盘(4)的下方设有连接座(43);所述连接座(43)旋转安装于地基(11)上且连接座(43)的外周上设有小口径地转盘侧导轨(46);所述地基(11)上设有小口径地转盘驱动电机(44);所述小口径地转盘驱动电机(44)上连接的小口径地转盘驱动滚轮(47)与小口径地转盘侧导轨(46)相接;所述连接座(43)的一侧设有转盘制动器(45);所述地基(11)的外侧,小口径地转盘(4)的下方设有环形结构的凸台;所述凸台上设有小口径地转盘滑轨(49);所述小口径地转盘(4)的下方设有与小口径地转盘滑轨(49)相适配的小口径地转盘支撑滚轮(48)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种多联体储缆系统,其特征在于:所述小口径地转盘(4)包括内转盘(41)和外转盘(42);所述内转盘(41)内嵌于外转盘(42)中并与其旋转相接;所述内转盘(41)和外转盘(42)之间设有连接栓(403);所述支撑滚轮(48)安装于外转盘(42)的下方;所述内转盘(41)和外转盘(42)上分别设有内围栏(401)和外围栏(402);所述连接栓(403)设有多个,且均布于内转盘(41)和外转盘(42)之间。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种多联体储缆系统,其特征在于:所述小口径地转盘(4)的几何中心处设有中心支架;所述平台(3)的下方中心支架上设有设有辅助横梁(404);所述辅助横梁(404)安装有移动式的导向架(405)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多联体储缆系统,其特征在于:所述平台(3)的一侧上设有通道;所述通道上设有牵引机(10);所述通道设有至少两条,且通道的弯曲弧度数均不一致。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多联体储缆系统,其特征在于:所述小口径地转盘(4)的水平面一侧设有地面导向架(6);所述地面导向架(6)包括牵引台(602)和导向台 (603);所述牵引台(602)上设有牵引机组(606);所述导向台(603)上靠近牵引台(602)的一端设有旋转台(609),导向台(603)的另一端设有工作架(611);所述旋转台(609)上设有旋转轴承座,且旋转轴承座的上端铰接有弧形导线架(610);所述工作架(611)的上端之间设有一段以旋转轴承座为圆心的弧形导轨(612);所述弧形导轨(612)上安装有滑移小车(613),且滑移小车(613)的下端设有卷绳器(614);所述卷绳器(614)的下端通过挂绳(615)与弧形导线架(610)的外侧上方相铰接;所述弧形导线架(610)的下端设有弧形导线架底部滚辊(616);所述弧形导线架(610)的两侧设有弧形导线架侧滚辊(617);所述牵引台(602)的前方设有辅助导向台(601);所述辅助导向台(601)呈向上倾斜状,且辅助导向台(601)的底部设有辅助导向台底部滚辊(604),辅助导向台(601)两端的两侧均设有辅助导向台侧滚辊(605);所述辅助导向台底部滚辊(604)、辅助导向台侧滚辊(605)、弧形导线架底部滚辊(616)和弧形导线架侧滚辊(617)的外部均包裹有橡胶层;所述牵引机组(606)由两条传送皮带(607)组成,两条传送皮带(607)之间形成传送通道,且两条传送皮带(607)内均安装有相向设立的推动气缸(608)。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多联体储缆系统,其特征在于:所述小口径地转盘(4)一侧的平台(3)入口处设有辅助导向架(7);所述辅助导向架(7)包括支架(701);所述支架(701)通过支撑柱(702)固定于支架(701)下方的底座(703)上;所述支架(701)呈长方形框架结构状,其上下端设有两根垂直滚轴(704),其左右端设有两根水平滚轴(705);所述支架(701)的左右端两侧均设有滑槽(706);所述水平滚轴(705)通过其两端的中间轴(708)在滑槽(706)内上下移动,并通过紧固螺母(707)进行固定;所述水平滚轴(705)两端的中间轴(708)上均设有调节装置,且中间轴(708)与水平滚轴(705)之间设有连接轴承(713);所述调节装置包括调节丝杆(709);所述调节丝杆(709)的内端通过限位环(712)与中间轴(708)旋转卡嵌相接,调节丝杆(709)的中部贯穿于支架(701)处设有导向环(711);所述导向环(711)与调节丝杆(709)螺纹相接,调节丝杆(709)的外端设有把手(710)。
