一种全液压自动化地连墙切割成槽机,包括支护框架(4)、切割装置(5)、切割驱动装置以及垂直度检测装置(3),垂直度检测装置(3)用于在切割过程中对地连墙进行垂直度和平整度检测,切割装置(5)用于带动支护框架(4)及设置在支护框架(4)上的设备进行移动和切割,切割驱动装置用于对切割装置(5)进行不同方向的驱动调整。通过垂直度检测装置(3)来实现在切割过程中对切割墙面和底面的垂直度以及切割墙面的平整度的自动测量,并结合测量数据,通过切割驱动装置来控制切割装置(5)实现切割过程中对切割位置的自动测量以及对切割装置切割的方向、位置和深度进行自动调整,实现了自动化、高效、高精度的地连墙切割过程。

Description

一种全液压自动化地连墙切割成槽机 技术领域
本发明涉及一种切割机,尤其是一种全液压自动化地连墙切割成槽机。
背景技术
切割成槽机主要是针对地连墙等垂直状态的底面与墙体之间进行切割,使墙体和地面形成需要的结构。在对地连墙的墙体和底面进行切割时,需要对不同深度和不同位置的腔体和底面之间进行调整,而现有技术中的切割装置通常仅设置一个切割刀具以及切割刀具的驱动,在切割过程中通过人工勘测后进行人工调整位置和深度。不仅切割过程麻烦,切割效率低,切割质量低,且消耗了大量的人工成本,在造成成本增高的同时还容易出现危险事故,造成人工生命危险。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种设置有自动切割驱动装置驱动切割装置,以及垂直度检测装置,实现切割过程中对切割位置的自动测量以及对切割装置切割的方向、位置和深度进行自动调整的全液压自动化地连墙切割成槽机。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种全液压自动化地连墙切割成槽机,包括支护框架、切割装置、切割驱动装置以及垂直度检测装置;所述垂直度检测装置设置在支护框架的侧边,用于在切割过程中对地连墙进行垂直度和平整度检测,所述切割装置设置在支护框架的底部,用于带动支护框架及设置在支护框架上的设备进行移动和切割,所述切割驱动装置设置在切割装置 上,用于对切割装置进行不同方向的驱动调整。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述支护框架包括顶部支撑板以及设置在顶部支撑板下方的横向支撑和竖向支撑,所述竖向支撑和横向支撑围成的框架内部空心设置;所述竖向支撑位于支护框架的四个角,所述横向支撑与竖向支撑垂直设置,所述横向支撑板设有三层,三层横向支撑板分别设置在竖向支撑板的两个端部的端部横向支撑板和设置在竖向支撑板中部位置的中部横向支撑板,横向支撑板之间平行设置。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述横向支撑和竖向支撑均设有两层,所述竖向支撑包括外部安装板和内部固定板,所述外部安装板与内部固定板平行设置所述外部安装板用于安装垂直度检测装置,所述内部固定板用于辅助固定,所述外部安装板和内部固定板均设有四个,四个外部安装板与四个内部固定板在顶部支撑板的底部垂直设置。

本发明的有益效果是:本发明的地连墙切割机在切割装置上设置了切割驱动装置和垂直度检测装置,通过垂直度检测装置来实现在切割过程中对切割墙面和底面的垂直度以及切割墙面的平整度的自动测量。并结合测量数据,通过切割驱动装置来控制切割装置实现切割过程中对切割位置的自动测量以及对切割装置切割的方向、位置和深度进行自动调整。实现了自动化、高效、高精度的地连墙切割过程。

参照图1、图2,针对现有技术中现有技术中的仅设置一个切割刀具51以及切割驱动的切割机,提供一种全液压自动化地连墙切割成槽机,包括支护框架4、切割装置5、切割驱动装置以及垂直度检测装置3;所述垂直度检测装置3设置在支护框架4的侧边,用于在切割过程中对地连墙进行垂直度和平整度检测,所述切割装置5设置在支护框架4的底部,用于带动支护框架4及设置在支护框架4上的设备进行移动和切割,所述切割驱动装置设置在切割装置5上,用于对切割装置5进行不同方向的驱动调整。全液压自动化地连墙切割成槽机利用其支护框架4将切割装置5、切割驱动装置以及垂直度检测装置3集成为一个整体,在通过控制电路进行连接,实现了从垂直度和平整度的检测到切割驱动装置根据数据对切割装置5进行切割方向、位置和深度的自动调整过程。在完成切割过程自动化的同时还提高了切割效率,增加了切割精度。
参照图7,所述支护框架4包括顶部支撑板41以及设置在顶部支撑板41下方的横向支撑42和竖向支撑43,横向支撑42和竖向支撑43均设置成单层,所述竖向支撑43和横向支撑42围成的框架内部空心设置;所述竖向支撑43位于支护框架4的四个角,所述横向支撑42与竖向支撑43垂直设置。设置在顶部支撑板41底部四个角 位置的四个竖向支撑43固定了底部支撑和顶部支撑之间的距离。所述横向支撑42板设有三层,三层横向支撑42板分别设置在竖向支撑43板的两个端部的端部横向支撑42板和设置在竖向支撑43板中部位置的中部横向支撑42板,横向支撑42板之间平行设置。由于竖向支撑43在切割机的竖直方向设置的长度较长,造成了顶部支撑的重心偏高,使得切割机整体不够稳定。因此横向支撑42的设置对竖向支撑43起到辅助支撑的作用,防止竖向支撑43产生弯折,增强了竖向支撑43的支撑力,进一步增加了切割机整体的稳固性。
参照图8,为了进一步增加支护框架4的稳定性,提高整体性能,在原有单层横向支撑42和竖向支撑43的基础上,所述横向支撑42和竖向支撑43均设有两层。设置成两层的横向支撑42和竖向支撑43相对于现有技术中简单的支撑装置,不仅能实现对切割成槽机的各个零部件的安装结合,还能增加安装结合时的稳固性以及使用过程中的稳固性,提高支护框架4整体的支撑性能,提高使用寿命。所述竖向支撑43包括外部安装板和内部固定板,所述外部安装板与内部固定板平行设置所述外部安装板用于安装垂直度检测装置3,所述内部固定板用于辅助固定,所述外部安装板和内部固定板均设有四个,四个外部安装板与四个内部固定板在顶部支撑板41的底部垂直设置。利用竖向支撑43的外部安装板和内部固定板结合设置,既能实现对顶部支撑板41的固定支撑,又能对垂直度检测装置3进行安装,对垂直度检测装置3进行安装的双层安装板相对于单层板安装增加了安装和使用时的稳定性。
单层的支护框架4和双层的支护框架4上均设置有顶部支撑板41,所述顶部支撑板41包括设置在横向支撑42上的边缘部分和设置在边缘部分中部的中心部分;所述顶部支撑板41上还设置有框架连接组件,所述顶部安装块位于中心部分的中部,所述顶部安装块内还 设置有安装螺钉,所述安装螺钉在顶部安装块上垂直设置。底部连接件与顶部连接件配合,用于连接切割机的驱动装置与切割装置5,空心设置的横向支撑42和竖向支撑43也是为了便于顶部连接件与底部连接件连通,便于设备的安装。
参照图1、图3、图5,竖向驱动装置2的一种安装方式:所述切割驱动装置包括横向驱动装置1和竖向驱动装置2,所述切割装置5设置在横向驱动装置1上,并通过横向驱动装置1进行驱动,所述横向驱动装置1设置在竖向驱动装置2上,并通过竖向驱动装置2进行驱动。所述竖向驱动装置2包括竖向安装架21、竖向驱动油缸22、竖向滑轨23和竖向滑块24,所述竖向驱动油缸22和竖向安装架21均安装在支护框架4的底部;所述竖向滑轨23设置在安装架上,所述竖向滑块24与竖向滑轨23配合在竖向油缸的推动方向上滑动设置;所述横向驱动装置1固定设置在竖向驱动油缸22的油杆端部和竖向滑块24上。此种竖向驱动装置2的安装方式与设备的支护框架4仅存在竖向安装架21顶部的连接面,对连接处的结构要求较低,且安装方便,可以适应不同的设备以及不同的支护框架4。
参照图2、图4、图6,竖向驱动装置2的另一种种安装方式:所述竖向驱动装置2包括竖向驱动油缸22、竖向滑轨23和竖向滑块24,所述竖向滑轨23包括两条,两条竖向滑轨23分别设置在支护框架4内两侧的中部横向支撑42板上,所述竖向滑块24位于两个竖向滑轨23中部沿竖向滑轨23滑动设置;所述竖向驱动油缸22设置在支护框架4的顶部支撑板41上,且竖向驱动油缸22的油杆端部与竖向滑块24的顶部固定连接,所述横向驱动装置1设置在竖向驱动滑块底部。此种安装方式对应常空心的支护框架4,将竖向滑轨23与滑块设置在支护框架4内,支护框架4的长度与竖向驱动装置2的驱动路径叠加。在完成竖直方向位置调整的同时还保证了设备的高度, 使设备高度缩短,较短的设备重心较低,重心降低,稳定性提高,整体结构的稳定性提高,设备质量更好,实用寿命更长。两种竖向驱动装置2均是通过竖直固定的竖向驱动油缸22带动横向驱动装置1沿竖向驱动滑轨做竖直运动。
根据上述两种竖向驱动的安装方式,横向驱动装置1也设置有两种。参照图3、图4,横向驱动装置1的第一种实施例:所述横向驱动装置1包括横向安装架11、横向驱动油缸12、横向驱动滑轨13以及横向驱动滑块14。所述横向安装架11固定在竖向驱动装置2底部,所述横向驱动滑轨13位于横向安装架11两侧边,所述横向驱动油缸12设置在横向安装架11中部,所述横向驱动滑块14固定在横向驱动油缸12油杆上的同时卡接在两个横向驱动滑轨13上,且与两个横向驱动滑轨13配合滑动设置,所述切割装置5固定在横向驱动滑块14上。此种横向驱动装置1的运动过程为:设置在横向安装架11的横向驱动油缸12水平设置,横向驱动油缸12启动后,位于横向驱动油缸12油杆上的切割装置5同时固定在横向驱动滑块14上。横向驱动油缸12的油杆伸出时,切割装置5便沿横向驱动滑轨13进行横向滑动,进而调整切割装置5在水平方向上的位置。采用油缸对切割装置5进行横向驱动,截个简单,且驱动力较大,利用防水油缸又能实现防水的效果,使切割装置5可以适应不同的环境,能在不同的环境下进行施工。
参照图5、图6,横向驱动装置1的第二种实施例:所述横向驱动装置1包括横向安装架11、横向驱动电机15、横向驱动齿轮、横向驱动齿条16、横向驱动滑轨13以及横向驱动滑块14,所述横向安装架11固定在竖向驱动装置2底部,所述横向驱动滑轨13位于横向安装架11两侧边,所述横向驱动齿条16设置在横向安装架11中部,所述横向驱动电机15竖直固定在横向滑块上,所述横向驱动齿轮设 置在横向驱动电机15的电机轴上,所述横向驱动齿轮与横向驱动齿条16啮合,所述横向驱动滑块14卡接在两个横向驱动滑轨13上,且与两个横向驱动滑轨13配合滑动设置,所述切割装置5固定在横向驱动滑块14上。此种横向驱动装置1采用齿轮齿条代替油缸进行横向运动,驱动过程为:启动横向驱动电机15,横向驱动电机15转动,带动设置在电机轴上的横向驱动齿轮转动,而与横向驱动齿轮啮合的横向驱动齿条16水平设置,横向驱动电机15带动横向驱动齿轮通过横向驱动滑块14沿横向驱动滑轨13做水平运动。采用电机带动齿轮齿条进行横向运动,相对于油缸减少了负压装置的设置,且齿轮齿条的啮合更加稳定,防水性能更好。在实现横向驱动的同时还尽可能的减少了生产成本。
参照图1、图11,所述切割装置5包括切割刀具51、刀具安装架52和切割驱动电机53,所述刀具安装架52固定在横向驱动滑块14上,所述切割刀具51通过刀具安装轴在刀具安装架52上转动设置,所述切割驱动电机53在刀具安装架52上驱动刀具安装轴转动;所述切割刀具51设有多个,刀具可根据不同的切割需求在切割刀架上设置单个或者多个。同时还可以设置两组切割刀具51,两个切割刀具51分别在支护框架4的两边平行设置,在设置两个切割装置5的同时需要将竖向安装架21或者竖向滑块24设置在支护框架4的中部,竖向驱动油缸22在竖向安装架21或竖向滑块24的两边个设置一个,两个竖向驱动油缸22分别驱动两个横向驱动装置1以及设置在两个横向驱动装置1底部的两组切割刀具51进行切割。两组切割刀具51可以同步驱动,也可以单独驱动,提高切割效率。
参照图7,所述垂直度检测装置3包括垂直度检测组件和传感器36,所述垂直度检测组件和传感器36均设置在支护框架4上的竖向支撑43上,所述垂直度检测组件设置有多个,多个垂直度检测组件 在支护框架4的四个竖向支撑43侧面上活动设置。地连墙等腔体与地面的切割工程往往需要用到切割机等施工工具,在采用切割机进行切割时,往往需要在每一步切割之前采用人工测量的方式对墙体的垂直度和平整度进行测量,然后再确定需要切割的位置和深度。人工测量虽然能对切割位置进行判断,但常用的测量仪器较为简单,使用麻烦,测量精度较低,且很难在工作过程中多次测量。因此,利用垂直度检测装置3代替人工测量装置对墙体进行测量时,可以极大的减少人工操作时间,自动化的垂直度检测装置3不仅可以达到精确的测量结果,还能轻松快速的进行多次测量,提高检测额精度和检测效率,进而提高施工质量和施工效率。
参照图9、图10,所述垂直度检测组件包括调节检测支撑和辅助检测支撑,所述调节检测支撑在每列垂直度检测组件上设有两个,两个调节检测支撑位于支护框架4的上下两端,且在调节检测支撑的两边均设置有用于辅助的辅助支撑装置。设置在两端的调节检测支撑可以对垂直检测组件所能接触的墙体距离进行调整,使垂直检测组件更容易接触墙壁,且在不同的位置设置可调节的调节检测支撑可以针对凹凸不平的墙面进行检测,是垂直检测装置与墙面的不同位置都能接触,从而检测墙面的平整度。针对精度要求不同、面积大小不同的墙面可以设置不同个数和不同位置的调节检测支撑和辅助检测支撑。
所述辅助检测支撑包括辅助检测板31、滑轴32和活动安装轴33,所述辅助检测板31通过滑轴32和活动安装轴33安装在支护框架4上;所述调节支撑包括调节检测板34、滑轴32和检测油缸35,所述调节检测板34通过检测油缸35和滑轴32设置在支护框架4上;所述活动安装轴33位于辅助检测板31的中部,用于辅助检测板31的中部固定,所述滑轴32位于辅助检测板31的两端,用于辅助检测板31两端的滑动支撑;所述检测油缸35位于调节检测板34的中部, 用于调整调节检测板34与支护框架4的安装距离,所述滑轴32位于调节检测板34的两端用于调节检测板34两端的滑动支撑;所述传感器36位于滑轴32上,用于感应辅助检测板31或调节检测板34在各自滑轴32上滑动的距离。垂直检测组件的检测过程为:先将垂直度检测装置3设置在切割成槽机等机器上,切割成槽机带动垂直检测装置的检测面靠近墙壁。设置在支护框架4上的检测油缸35启动,检测油缸35带动位于检测油缸35上的调节支撑板贴近墙壁,由于墙壁的不平整和倾斜会导致调节支撑板的平面无法与墙面完全贴合。因此,调节支撑板会随墙面的倾斜度会压迫调节支撑板的一个端部使之沿滑杆滑动,直至调节支撑板与墙面保持平行,此时,可通过调节支撑板在滑杆上滑动的距离来判断前面的倾斜度。辅助检测支撑在调节检测支撑的旁边对调节检测支撑进行辅助,同上,对接触到位置的墙面倾斜度和平整度进行调整。
以上是对本发明的较佳实施进行了具体说明,但本发明创造并不限于所述实施例,熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明精神的前提下还可做出种种的等同变形或替换,这些等同的变形或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种全液压自动化地连墙切割成槽机,其特征在于:包括支护框架、切割装置、切割驱动装置以及垂直度检测装置;所述垂直度检测装置设置在支护框架的侧边,用于在切割过程中对地连墙进行垂直度和平整度检测,所述切割装置设置在支护框架的底部,用于带动支护框架及设置在支护框架上的设备进行移动和切割,所述切割驱动装置设置在切割装置上,用于对切割装置进行不同方向的驱动调整。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述一种全液压自动化地连墙切割成槽机,其特征在于:所述支护框架包括顶部支撑板以及设置在顶部支撑板下方的横向支撑和竖向支撑,所述竖向支撑和横向支撑围成的框架内部空心设置;所述竖向支撑位于支护框架的四个角,所述横向支撑与竖向支撑垂直设置,所述横向支撑板设有三层,三层横向支撑板分别设置在竖向支撑板的两个端部的端部横向支撑板和设置在竖向支撑板中部位置的中部横向支撑板,横向支撑板之间平行设置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述一种全液压自动化地连墙切割成槽机,其特征在于:所述横向支撑和竖向支撑均设有两层,所述竖向支撑包括外部安装板和内部固定板,所述外部安装板与内部固定板平行设置所述外部安装板用于安装垂直度检测装置,所述内部固定板用于辅助固定,所述外部安装板和内部固定板均设有四个,四个外部安装板与四个内部固定板在顶部支撑板的底部垂直设置。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述一种全液压自动化地连墙切割成槽机,其特征在于:所述顶部支撑板包括设置在横向支撑上的边缘部分和设置在边缘部分中部的中心部分;所述顶部支撑板上还设置有框架连接组件,所述顶部安装块位于中心部分的中部,所述顶部安装块内还设置有安装螺钉,所述安装螺钉在顶部安装块上垂直设置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述一种全液压自动化地连墙切割成槽机,其特征在于:所述切割驱动装置包括横向驱动装置和竖向驱动装置,所述切割装置设置在横向驱动装置上,并通过横向驱动装置进行驱动,所述横向驱动装置设置在竖向驱动装置上,并通过竖向驱动装置进行驱动。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述一种全液压自动化地连墙切割成槽机,其特征在于:所述竖向驱动装置包括竖向安装架、竖向驱动油缸、竖向滑轨和竖向滑块,所述竖向驱动油缸和竖向安装架均安装在支护框架的底部;所述竖向滑轨设置在安装架上,所述竖向滑块与竖向滑轨配合在竖向油缸的推动方向上滑动设置;所述横向驱动装置固定设置在竖向驱动油缸的油杆端部和竖向滑块上。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述一种全液压自动化地连墙切割成槽机,其特征在于:所述竖向驱动装置包括竖向驱动油缸、竖向滑轨和竖向滑块,所述竖向滑轨包括两条,两条竖向滑轨分别设置在支护框架内两侧的中部横向支撑板上,所述竖向滑块位于两个竖向滑轨中部沿竖向滑轨滑动设置;所述竖向驱动油缸设置在支护框架的顶部支撑板上,且竖向驱动油缸的油杆端部与竖向滑块的顶部固定连接,所述横向驱动装置设置在竖向驱动滑块底部。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述一种全液压自动化地连墙切割成槽机,其特征在于:所述横向驱动装置包括横向安装架、横向驱动油缸、横向驱动滑轨以及横向驱动块,所述横向安装架固定在竖向驱动装置底部,所述横向驱动滑轨位于横向安装架两侧边,所述横向驱动油缸设置在横向安装架中部,所述横向驱动滑块固定在横向驱动油缸油杆上的同时卡接在两个横向驱动滑轨上,且与两个横向驱动滑轨配合滑动设置,所述切割装置固定在横向驱动滑块上;
    或所述横向驱动装置包括横向安装架、横向驱动电机、横向驱动齿轮、横向驱动齿条、横向驱动滑轨以及横向驱动块,所述横向安装架固定在竖向驱动装置底部,所述横向驱动滑轨位于横向安装架两侧边,所述横向驱动齿条设置在横向安装架中部,所述横向驱动电机竖直固定在横向滑块上,所述横向驱动齿轮设置在横向驱动电机的电机轴上,所述横向驱动齿轮与横向驱动齿条啮合,所述横向驱动滑块卡接在两个横向驱动滑轨上,且与两个横向驱动滑轨配合滑动设置,所述切割装置固定在横向驱动滑块上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述一种全液压自动化地连墙切割成槽机,其特征在于:所述切割装置包括切割刀具、刀具安装架和切割驱动电机,所述刀具安装架固定在横向驱动滑块上,所述切割刀具通过刀具安装轴在刀具安装架上转动设置, 所述切割驱动电机在刀具安装架上驱动刀具安装轴转动;所述切割刀具设有多个。
  10. 根据权利要求4所述一种全液压自动化地连墙切割成槽机,其特征在于:所述垂直度检测装置包括垂直度检测组件和传感器,所述垂直度检测组件和传感器均设置在支护框架上的竖向支撑上,所述垂直度检测组件设置有多个,多个垂直度检测组件在支护框架的四个竖向支撑侧面上活动设置。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述一种全液压自动化地连墙切割成槽机,其特征在于:所述垂直度检测组件包括调节检测支撑和辅助检测支撑,所述调节检测支撑在每列垂直度检测组件上设有两个,两个调节检测支撑位于支护框架的上下两端,且在调节检测支撑的两边均设置有用于辅助的辅助支撑装置;所述辅助检测支撑包括辅助检测板、滑轴和活动安装轴,所述辅助检测板通过滑轴和活动安装轴安装在支护框架上;所述调节支撑包括调节检测板、滑轴和油缸,所述调节检测板通过油缸和滑轴设置在支护框架上。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述一种全液压自动化地连墙切割成槽机,其特征在于:所述活动安装轴位于辅助检测板的中部,用于辅助检测板的中部固定,所述滑轴位于辅助检测板的两端,用于辅助检测板两端的滑动支撑;所述油缸位于调节检测板的中部,用于调整调节检测板与支护框架的安装距离,所述滑轴位于调节检测板的两端用于调节检测板两端的滑动支撑;所述传感器位于滑轴上,用于感应辅助检测板或调节检测板在各自滑轴上滑动的距离。
