Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de production de motif de réserve, ledit procédé permettant d'obtenir un motif de réserve fin présentant une résistance élevée à la chaleur, une solution de développement alcaline faible diluée pouvant être utilisée. La présente invention concerne spécifiquement un procédé de production d'un motif de réserve, ledit procédé comprenant : une étape de formation de film de revêtement dans laquelle un film de revêtement est formé sur un matériau de base ; une étape d'exposition à la lumière dans laquelle le film de revêtement est exposé à la lumière ; et une étape de développement dans laquelle le film de revêtement après l'étape d'exposition à la lumière est développé au moyen d'une solution de révélateur alcaline faible diluée. Par rapport à ce procédé de production d'un motif de réserve, le film de revêtement contient : une résine phénolique de type novolaque (A) qui utilise, en tant que matières réactives essentielles, un composé aldéhyde et un composé contenant un groupe hydroxyle phénolique qui contient un composé aromatique (a) représenté par la formule générale (1), où 80 % en mole ou plus d'unités constitutives dérivées du composé contenant un groupe hydroxyle phénolique sont des unités constitutives (a) dérivées du composé aromatique (a) ; et un agent sensibilisant (B).
