- the method of holding a predetermined gap between the convex structure of the metal cover and the circuit board has a problem that the impedance at the time of discharging becomes high and the noise resistance performance deteriorates. Therefore, in order to improve the noise resistance performance, it is conceivable to arrange a conductive material between the metal cover and the circuit board to ensure grounding.
- the conductive material contains an adhesive curable resin material, and many of them show fluidity and indeterminate form at the uncured stage. Therefore, even if the conductive material is attached to a predetermined position on the circuit board at the time of assembling the electronic control device, the curable resin material is not a solid substance and is not a solid substance. May spread.
- An object of the present invention is to suppress unnecessary spread of the conductive adhesive on a circuit board, and even when a component prohibition band having a small area is provided, a short circuit between the conductive connection portion and the electronic component or wiring pattern is provided. - Shall include.
- the resin base 7 is integrally provided with four convex members 12-1.
- the term "resin-made” refers to a non-conductive resin, and is not a resin containing a conductive filler or the like and exhibiting conductivity. Of course, it is possible to apply a partially conductive resin material as long as it does not affect the operation of the present invention.
- the above four convex members 12-1 can be used as the alignment members. Then, the base 7 and the circuit board 5 are joined by the waterproof adhesive 10-1 to be hermetically sealed and waterproof. - a conductive connection portion 1 for electrically connecting the metal cover 6 and the ground pattern 4 of the circuit board 5 is provided.
- the convex member 12-1 is formed in an arcuate shape in a plan view in the direction of the substrate surface. It can be said that this is a shape that follows the outer peripheral shape of the conductive connecting portion 1 having a circular cross section in the direction of the substrate surface. - the conductive connection portions 1 are provided at two locations on both outer sides of the circuit board 5 (see FIGS. 8B and 8C). Therefore, the opening 3 is provided at a position corresponding to the circuit board 5, and the convex member 12-1 integrally formed with the resin base 7 is passed through the opening 3. Therefore, the opening 3 and the convex member 12-1 can be used as a positioning member when the circuit board 5 is attached to the base 7. Compared with the case where the positioning member is separately provided on the resin base 7 in addition to the convex member 12-1, the area size of the circuit board 5 can be reduced by that amount.
- FIG. 9A shows a state in which four convex members 12-1 having an arcuate plan view are arranged on the substrate surface of the circuit board 5. The illustration of the opening 3 is omitted.
- the conductive connection portion 1 is placed at a position of a ground land (not shown) connected to the ground pattern 4 on the substrate surface.

- the conductive connection portion 1 is formed by curing the conductive adhesive, but in the cured state, the shape in the cross-sectional direction parallel to the substrate surface is substantially circular. Therefore, it is preferable that the outer shape of the convex member 12-1 is a part of an arc, following the surface shape of the hemispherical shape of the conductive connecting portion 1. Further, in order not to narrow the component mounting area, the size is preferably a semicircle or less. Further, in the case of the convex member 12-1, it is preferable to set the center angle of the arc to 110 to 140 degrees. Further, it is particularly preferable to set the temperature to 120 to 130 degrees in relation to the component mounting area.

- FIG. 10C is a combination of three parallel circles (cylinders).
- a convex member 12-3a and FIG. 10D are U-shaped convex members 12-4.
- any form can be realized by the method of integrally forming with the base 7 of the above-mentioned Example 1 or the method of integrally forming with the metal cover 6 of the second embodiment.
- the one having an arcuate plan view is preferable because the component mounting area can be easily expanded. Further, since it has a certain strength in the XY direction in the substrate surface, it is easy to handle when assembling the circuit board 5.
- FIG. 11A to 11C show a third modification in which the convex member 12 is provided with a rib.

- the outside is a direction from the center of the circuit board toward the outside of the board, and in this example, is a direction in which the conductive connection portion 1 is arranged.
- the modified example has an advantage that by adding a rib to the convex member having a thin form, it is possible to exhibit a certain strength while making the whole thin.
- the three-dimensional shape of the convex member 12 in the present invention may be selected from a cone, a frustum, and a cylinder in addition to the above-mentioned rectangular parallelepiped, curved surface (cross-sectional shape is arcuate), and cube.
- the conditions are that it is easy to manufacture, hard to break, and easy to handle during assembly.
- the tip end side of the convex member may be tapered.
- FIG. 12 shows a perspective view of an in-vehicle electronic control device to which the present invention can be applied.

- FIGS. 14A to 14C show schematic explanatory views of a method for forming the conductive connection portion 1.
- the conductive adhesive 1a has a viscoelastic value of 100 to 400 Pa ⁇ s at room temperature.
- Approximately 0.5 g of the conductive adhesive 1a is dropped onto a predetermined position on the substrate surface of the circuit board 5 (groundland 2 or the like described above).

Abstract
