在相关实施例中,所述MEMS麦克风包括壳体和设于该壳体内的传感器芯片等,其中,壳体包括上盖、下盖及两端呈敞口设置的围板设置,上盖和下盖通过锡膏分别焊接在围板的两敞口端。
但是由于锡膏的熔点较低,在温度较高时(如将MEMS麦克风焊接到电子设备上时,或者,在电子设备使用过程中),锡膏容易融化、开裂,从而容易造成漏气,从而降低MEMS麦克风的性能。
技术问题
本申请的主要目的是提出一种MEMS麦克风和电子设备,旨在解决相关技术中,MEMS麦克风在温度较高时由于锡膏融化而降低MEMS麦克风的性能的技术问题。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本申请提出一种MEMS麦克风,所述MEMS麦克风包括壳体及设于所述壳体内的传感器芯片,所述壳体包括:
底板、与所述底板相对的顶板,及连接所述底板与所述顶板的围板;以及
连接单元,所述连接单元包括第一锡膏焊接部和第一防护部,所述第一锡膏焊接部设于所述顶板与所述围板之间,以连接所述顶板与所述围板,所述第一防护部设于所述第一锡膏焊接部的表面;和/或,所述连接单元包括第二锡膏焊接部和第二防护部,所述第二锡膏焊接部设于所述底板与所述围板之间,以连接所述底板与所述围板,所述第二防护部设于所述第二锡膏焊接部的表面。
在一实施例中,所述第一防护部还用于连接所述顶板与所述围板;和/或,
所述第二防护部还用于连接所述底板与所述围板。
在一实施例中,所述第一锡膏焊接部呈环状地间隔分布有多个,所述顶板与所述围板在相邻的第一锡膏焊接部之间形成有第一结构间隙;所述第一防护部还设于所述第一结构间隙内,以密封连接所述顶板与所述围板;和/或,
所述第二锡膏焊接部呈环状地间隔分布有多个,所述底板与所述围板在相邻的第二锡膏焊接部之间形成有第二结构间隙;所述第二防护部还设于所述第二结构间隙内,以密封连接所述底板与所述围板。
在一实施例中,所述第一锡膏焊接部为环形件;和/或,
所述第二锡膏焊接部为环形件。
在一实施例中,所述第一防护部包括设于所述第一锡膏焊接部的内侧的第一内防护层;和/或,
所述第一防护部包括设于所述第一锡膏焊接部的外侧的第一外防护层;和/或,

在一实施例中,所述第一防护部包括设于所述第一锡膏焊接部的内侧的第一内防护层、及设于所述第一锡膏焊接部的外侧的第一外防护层,所述第一外防护层的纵截面面积小于所述第一内防护层的纵截面面积;和/或,
所述第二防护部包括设于所述第二锡膏焊接部的内侧的第二内防护层、及设于所述第二锡膏焊接部的外侧的第二外防护层,所述第二外防护层的纵截面面积小于所述第二内防护层的纵截面面积。
在一实施例中,所述第一防护部的纵截面面积小于所述第二防护部的纵截面面积;和/或,
所述第一防护部为胶连接部;和/或,
所述第二防护部为胶连接部。
在一实施例中,所述顶板上设有声孔,所述传感器芯片设于所述顶板,并对应所述声孔设置。
在一实施例中,所述MEMS麦克风还包括设于所述顶板的ASIC芯片,所述ASIC芯片与所述传感器芯片电连接;
所述底板和所述顶板均为电路板,所述ASIC芯片与所述顶板电连接,所述MEMS麦克风还包括埋设于所述围板内的电连接件,所述底板的外表面设有电连接部,所述电连接件连接所述ASIC芯片与所述电连接部。
本申请还提出一种电子设备,包括如上所述的MEMS麦克风。
有益效果
本申请MEMS麦克风,通过在锡膏焊接部(即第一锡膏焊接部和/或第二锡膏焊接部)的表面设置防护部(即第一防护部和/或第二防护部),不仅可降低甚至避免锡膏焊接部(即第一锡膏焊接部和/或第二锡膏焊接部)在高温下的融化和开裂的风险,以保证壳体的密封性,以避免漏气;还可降低甚至避免锡膏焊接部(即第一锡膏焊接部和/或第二锡膏焊接部)中的助焊剂发生迸裂的风险,以防止对MEMS麦克风造成污染,进而可提升MEMS麦克风和电子设备的稳定性和可靠度,并可提高MEMS麦克风和电子设备的使用寿命。

本发明的实施方式
下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。

本申请提出一种MEMS麦克风和电子设备。
其中,所述MEMS麦克风用于电子设备,以用于使该电子设备具有声电转换功能。
其中,所述电子设备可以为但不限于手机、平板电脑、相机、助听器、智能玩具以及监听装置等具有声电转换功能的电子设备上。
在本申请一实施例中,如图1-3所示,所述MEMS麦克风100包括壳体10、及设于壳体10内的传感器芯片20。
如图1-3所示,所述壳体10包括底板11、与底板11相对的顶板12,连接底板11与顶板12的围板13及连接单元。所述连接单元用于连接底板11与围板13、及顶板12与围板13。
其中,所述围板13的两端呈敞口设置,所述底板11与顶板12分别设于围板13的两敞口端,所述底板11、围板13及顶板12围合形成壳体10。
其中,所述连接单元包括第一锡膏焊接部14和第一防护部15,所述第一锡膏焊接部14设于顶板12与围板13之间,以连接顶板12与围板13,所述第一防护部15设于第一锡膏焊接部14的表面;和/或,所述连接单元包括第二锡膏焊接部16和第二防护部17,所述第二锡膏焊接部16设于底板11与围板13之间,以连接底板11与围板13,所述第二防护部17设于第二锡膏焊接部16的表面。
在一实施例中,当MEMS麦克风100用于电子设备上时,该底板11贴装于电子设备的主控板上。
在本实施例中,如图1-3所示,所述连接单元包括第一锡膏焊接部14、第一防护部15、第二锡膏焊接部16和第二防护部17。当然,在其他实施例中,也可采用其他方式设置连接单元,如通过胶体连接顶板12与围板13、并通过第二锡膏焊接部16连接底板11与围板13,又如通过胶体连接底板11与围板13、并通过第一锡膏焊接部14连接顶板12与围板13。
在本实施例中,可以理解,在组装MEMS麦克风100时,可使用锡膏焊接顶板12与围板13,这样就会在顶板12与围板13之间形成第一锡膏焊接部14,以连接顶板12与围板13;并可使用锡膏将围板13焊接在底板11上,这样就会在围板13与底板11之间形成第二锡膏焊接部16,以连接底板11与围板13。
若无防护部(即第一防护部15、第二防护部17),则锡膏连接部(即第一锡膏焊接部14、第二锡膏焊接部16)在温度较高时(如将MEMS麦克风100焊接到电子设备上时,或者,在电子设备使用过程中)容易融化。
而通过在锡膏焊接部(即第一锡膏焊接部14、第二锡膏焊接部16)的表面设置防护部(即第一防护部15、第二防护部17),可对锡膏焊接部(即第一锡膏焊接部14、第二锡膏焊接部16)进行保护,以减弱或消除锡膏焊接部(即第一锡膏焊接部14、第二锡膏焊接部16)在高温时融化的现象。
而且,由于锡膏通常是由焊锡粉、助焊剂以及其它的添加物混合而成的膏体物质,若无防护部(即第一防护部15、第二防护部17),在高温或在温度升高时,锡膏焊接部(即第一锡膏焊接部14、第二锡膏焊接部16)中的助焊剂也容易迸裂,从而对防水传感器造成污染。而通过在锡膏焊接部(即第一锡膏焊接部14、第二锡膏焊接部16)的表面设置防护部(即第一防护部15、第二防护部17),可降低锡膏焊接部(即第一锡膏焊接部14、第二锡膏焊接部16)中的助焊剂发生迸裂的风险。
所以,本申请MEMS麦克风100,通过在锡膏焊接部(即第一锡膏焊接部14和/或第二锡膏焊接部16)的表面设置防护部(即第一防护部15和/或第二防护部17),不仅可降低甚至避免锡膏焊接部(即第一锡膏焊接部14和/或第二锡膏焊接部16)在高温下的融化和开裂的风险,以保证壳体10的密封性,以避免漏气;还可降低甚至避免锡膏焊接部(即第一锡膏焊接部14和/或第二锡膏焊接部16)中的助焊剂发生迸裂的风险,以防止对MEMS麦克风100造成污染,进而可提升MEMS麦克风100和电子设备的稳定性和可靠度,并可提高MEMS麦克风100和电子设备的使用寿命。
进一步地,如图1-3所示,所述第一防护部15还用于连接顶板12与围板13;和/或,所述第二防护部17还用于连接底板11与围板13。如此,可提高顶板12与围板13的连接强度和连接稳定性;和/或,可提高底板11与围板13的连接强度和连接稳定性。
在本实施例中,所述第一防护部15还用于连接顶板12与围板13;且所述第二防护部17还用于连接底板11与围板13。
进一步地,所述第一防护部15为胶连接部;和/或,所述第二防护部17为胶连接部。
如此,在组装MEMS麦克风100时,当通过锡膏焊接顶板12与围板13后,可在顶板12与围板13的连接处涂覆/填充/点胶体,以形成第一防护部15,以既可以对第一锡膏焊接部14进行保护,又可以提高顶板12与围板13的连接强度和连接稳定性;和/或,当通过锡膏焊接围板13与底板11后,可在底板11与围板13的连接处涂覆/填充/点胶体,以形成第二防护部17,以既可以对第二锡膏焊接部16进行保护,又可以提高底板11与围板13的连接强度和连接稳定性。
在本实施例中,所述第一防护部15为胶连接部;且所述第二防护部17为胶连接部。
在一实施例中,所述第一防护部15和/或第二防护部17可由具有耐高温特性的固化胶,如硅凝胶体或环氧树脂胶体等或其它可耐高温的固化胶体,形成。
当然,于其他实施例中,所述第一防护部15和/或第二防护部17也可由具有耐高温特性的涂料等形成。
在具体实施例中,所述第一锡膏焊接部14和/或第二锡膏焊接部16的结构形式有很多,以下举例进行说明。
进一步地,如图1-3所示,所述第一锡膏焊接部14呈环状地间隔分布有多个,所述顶板12与围板13在相邻的第一锡膏焊接部14之间形成有第一结构间隙;其中,多个所述第一锡膏焊接部14在围板13的一敞口端的周缘间隔分布。和/或,所述第二锡膏焊接部16呈环状地间隔分布有多个,所述底板11与围板13在相邻的第二锡膏焊接部16之间形成有第二结构间隙18;其中,多个所述第二锡膏焊接部16在围板13的另一敞口端的周缘间隔分布。
所述第一防护部15还设于第一结构间隙内,以密封连接顶板12与围板13;和/或,所述第二防护部17还设于第二结构间隙18内,以密封连接底板11与围板13。
如此,可减少锡膏的用量,以实现使用较少的锡膏,以多个焊点连接的方式连接顶板12与围板13(或底板11与围板13)以降低成本;相邻的两个第一锡膏焊接部14(或第二锡膏焊接部16)形成的第一结构间隙(或第二结构间隙18)可通过第一防护部15(或第二防护部17)连接,可保证顶板12与围板13(或底板11与围板13)的连接强度和密封性。而且,由于减少了锡膏用量,还不仅可以便于设置第一防护部15(或第二防护部17),还可进一步地降低第一锡膏焊接部14(或第二锡膏焊接部16)在高温下的融化和开裂的风险、及降低第一锡膏焊接部14(或第二锡膏焊接部16)中的助焊剂发生迸裂的风险,以进一步地提升MEMS麦克风100和电子设备的稳定性和可靠度。
在本实施例中,所述第一锡膏焊接部14呈环状地间隔分布有多个,且所述第二锡膏焊接部16呈环状地间隔分布有多个。
当然,于其他实施例中,还可将第一锡膏焊接部14和/或第二锡膏焊接部16设置为其他结构;如,可使:所述第一锡膏焊接部14为环形件;和/或,所述第二锡膏焊接部16为环形件。又如,可使:所述第一锡膏焊接部14呈环状地间隔分布有多个,且所述第二锡膏焊接部16为环形件。再如,可使:所述第一锡膏焊接部14为环形件,且所述第二锡膏焊接部16呈环状地间隔分布有多个。
进一步地,如图1-3所示,所述第一防护部15包括设于所述第一锡膏焊接部14的内侧的第一内防护层151;和/或,
所述第一防护部15包括设于所述第一锡膏焊接部14的外侧的第一外防护层152;和/或,
所述第二防护部17包括设于所述第二锡膏焊接部16的内侧的第二内防护层171;和/或,
所述第二防护部17包括设于所述第二锡膏焊接部16的外侧的第二外防护层172。
其中,第一锡膏焊接部14的内侧是指第一锡膏焊接部14位于壳体10内的一侧,第一锡膏焊接部14的外侧是指第一锡膏焊接部14位于壳体10外的一侧;第二锡膏焊接部16的内侧是指第二锡膏焊接部16位于壳体10内的一侧,第二锡膏焊接部16的外侧是指第二锡膏焊接部16位于壳体10外的一侧。
可以理解,对于第一锡膏焊接部14来说,只需要使第一防护部15设于第一锡膏焊接部14的内侧或外侧,即可以实现降低第一锡膏焊接部14在高温下的融化和开裂的风险、及降低第一锡膏焊接部14中的助焊剂发生迸裂的风险。
同理,对于第二锡膏焊接部16来说,只需要使第二防护部17设于第二锡膏焊接部16的内侧或外侧,即可以实现降低第二锡膏焊接部16在高温下的融化和开裂的风险、及降低第二锡膏焊接部16中的助焊剂发生迸裂的风险。在实际应用中,既可以使第二防护部17即包括第二内防护层171,又包括第二外防护层172,如此,可更为彻底地防止第二锡膏焊接部16在高温下的融化、开裂及迸裂的风险;也可以使第二防护部17仅包括第二内防护层171或第二外防护层172,以降低用料。
在此需要指出的是,对于第一锡膏焊接部14来说,对于“第一锡膏焊接部14呈环状地间隔分布有多个”的方案,第一防护部15还包括设于第一结构间隙处的第一连接密封段,该第一连接密封段密封第一结构间隙,并连接顶板12与围板13;该第一连接密封段连接第一内防护层151与第一外防护层152。
在此需要指出的是,对于第二锡膏焊接部16来说,对于“第二锡膏焊接部16呈环状地间隔分布有多个”的方案,第二防护部17还包括设于第二结构间隙18处的第二连接密封段,该第二连接密封段密封第二结构间隙18,并连接底板11与围板13;该第二连接密封段连接第二内防护层171与第二外防护层172。
如图1所示,在本实施例中,所述第一防护部15包括设于所述第一锡膏焊接部14的内侧的第一内防护层151,且所述第二防护部17包括设于所述第二锡膏焊接部16的内侧的第二内防护层171。
如图2所示,在本申请的另一实施例中,所述第一防护部15包括设于所述第一锡膏焊接部14的内侧的第一内防护层151、及设于所述第一锡膏焊接部14的外侧的第一外防护层152;且,所述第二防护部17包括设于所述第二锡膏焊接部16的内侧的第二内防护层171、及设于所述第二锡膏焊接部16的外侧的第二外防护层172。
在部分实施例中,所述第一防护部15包括设于所述第一锡膏焊接部14的内侧的第一内防护层151、及设于所述第一锡膏焊接部14的外侧的第一外防护层152,所述第一外防护层152的纵截面面积小于第一内防护层151的纵截面面积;和/或,
所述第二防护部17包括设于所述第二锡膏焊接部16的内侧的第二内防护层171、及设于所述第二锡膏焊接部16的外侧的第二外防护层172,所述第二外防护层172的纵截面面积小于所述第二内防护层171的纵截面面积。
其中,纵截面是指,垂直于围壳和顶板12或底板11的截面。
可以理解,由于壳体10内设有传感器芯片20等内部部件,为了更好地避免这些内部部件被锡膏焊接部污染,需要增大第一防护部15(或第二防护部17)对第一锡膏焊接部14(或第二锡膏焊接部16)内侧的防护能力,如可增加第一内防护层151的厚度(或增加第二内防护层171的厚度),以使所述第一内防护层151的纵截面面积大于第一外防护层152的纵截面面积(或所述第二内防护层171的纵截面面积大于第二外防护层172的纵截面面积)。
在部分实施例中,如图1和2所示,所述第一防护部15的纵截面面积小于第二防护部17的纵截面面积。
可以理解,当MEMS麦克风100用于电子设备上时,该底板11贴装于电子设备的主控板上。即底板11处的温度通常高于顶板12处的温度,所以,需要增强第二防护部17对第二锡膏焊接部16的防护能力,如可第二防护部17的厚度,以使第二防护部17的纵截面面积小于第一防护部15的纵截面面积。
另外,以上各个实施例之间的技术方案可以相互结合,但是必须是以本领域普通技术人员能够实现为基础,当技术方案的结合出现相互矛盾或无法实现时应当认为这种技术方案的结合不存在,也不在本申请要求的保护范围之内。
进一步地,如图1和2所示,所述顶板12上设有声孔121,所述传感器芯片20设于顶板12,并对应声孔121设置。顶板12、底板11以及围壳围成的空间作为容纳腔,在一实施例中,第二内防护层171可沿装配方向延伸到容纳腔的腔壁表面上。
具体的,所述传感器芯片20包括衬底21和设于衬底21的感应膜22,所述衬底21设于顶板12,所述感应膜22对于声孔121设置。
如此,振动的空气从声孔121进入壳体10内,并策动感应膜22振动,以使传感器芯片20产生电信号。
进一步地,如图1和2所示,所述MEMS麦克风100还包括设于壳体10内的ASIC(Application Specific Integrated Circuit)芯片30,所述ASIC芯片30与传感器芯片20电连接,以对传感器芯片20产生的电信号进行处理。其中,所述ASIC芯片30设于所述顶板12。
进一步地,如图1和2所示,所述底板11和所述顶板12均为电路板,所述ASIC芯片30与顶板12电连接,所述MEMS麦克风100还包括埋设于围板13内的电连接件40,所述底板11的外表面设有电连接部111,所述电连接件40连接ASIC芯片30与电连接部111。
如此,当底板11安装到主控板上时,电连接部111与电控板电连接,以使传感器芯片20与外部电路(即电子设备的电路)电连接。
进一步地,如图1和2所示,所述壳体10的内表面还设有第一导电屏蔽层50。在一实施例中,所述第一导电屏蔽层50为金属层。如此,可提高MEMS麦克风100的整体屏蔽效果。
进一步地,所述壳体10的外表面还设有第二导电屏蔽层。在一实施例中,所述第二导电屏蔽层为金属层。如此,可进一步地提高MEMS麦克风100的整体屏蔽效果。

  1. 一种MEMS麦克风,其中,所述MEMS麦克风包括壳体及设于所述壳体内的传感器芯片,所述壳体包括:
    底板、与所述底板相对的顶板,及连接所述底板与所述顶板的围板;以及
    连接单元,所述连接单元包括第一锡膏焊接部和第一防护部,所述第一锡膏焊接部设于所述顶板与所述围板之间,以连接所述顶板与所述围板,所述第一防护部设于所述第一锡膏焊接部的表面;和/或,所述连接单元包括第二锡膏焊接部和第二防护部,所述第二锡膏焊接部设于所述底板与所述围板之间,以连接所述底板与所述围板,所述第二防护部设于所述第二锡膏焊接部的表面。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的MEMS麦克风,其中,所述第一防护部还用于连接所述顶板与所述围板;和/或,
    所述第二防护部还用于连接所述底板与所述围板。
