一种光伏面板清扫设备,包括底座,所述底座的上端左右两部分别固定有两个第一支撑脚和第二支撑脚,两个所述第一支撑脚和第二支撑脚的上端均固定有固定座,两个所述固定座的前端均开设有固定槽,所述支架的前端和位于前侧的固定块的前端均开设有插槽,两个所述固定槽内均滑动连接有插块,两个所述插块之间固定有光伏面板,两个所述固定槽内均设有一组固定机构,两组所述固定机构分别与两个插块之间连接以实现将光伏面板固定于两个固定座之间,位于左侧的所述固定座的前后两端固定有支架,所述支架呈倒“凹”状,所述支架的前后内壁之间转动连接有蜗杆,且蜗杆的后端贯穿支架的后端并向后延伸,所述支架内开设有驱动槽,所述驱动槽的下内壁转动连接有转杆,且转杆的下端贯穿支架的下端并向下延伸,所述转杆的圆周表面固定有蜗轮,所述蜗轮与蜗杆之间相啮合,所述支架的上端开设有滑槽,所述滑槽与驱动槽之间连通,所述滑槽内滑动连接有滑块,所述转辊内设有往复机构,所述往复机构与滑块和转杆之间均连接以实现滑块做前后往复运动,所述底座的上端固定有储水箱,所述储水箱的左端固定有软管,所述储水箱内设有水泵,所述水泵与软管之间连接,且软管的另一端与滑块之间固定并贯穿滑块向右延伸,所述软管的右端连接有淋喷头,所述支架的前后之间和两个固定块的相靠近端之间均转动连接有转辊,位于左侧的所述转辊的后端贯穿支架的后端并向后延伸,所述支架的后侧设有驱动机构,所述驱动机构用于驱动转辊和蜗杆转动,两个所述转辊之间传递连接有两个传送带,两个所述传送带的下端连接有软毛刷。
作为本发明一种优选的方案,两个所述传送带分别位于转辊的前后两侧,所述软毛刷与传送带之间通过双面胶固定。
作为本发明一种优选的方案,所述往复机构包括第二驱动轮、转轴、第三从动轮、半齿轮和双面齿条,所述转轴、第三从动轮和半齿轮均设有两个,所述第二驱动轮固定于转杆的圆周表面,两个所述转轴均转动连接于驱动槽的下内壁,两个所述第三从动轮分别固定于两个转轴的圆周表面下部,两个所述第三从动轮分别位于第二驱动轮的左右两侧,且两个第三从动轮均与第二驱动轮之间相啮合,两个所述半齿轮分别固定于两个转轴的圆周表面上部,且两个半齿轮的方向相反,所述双面齿条与滑块之间固定,所述滑块与两个半齿轮之间均啮合。
作为本发明一种优选的方案,所述支架的前后两端均开始有齿条槽,且两个齿条槽均与驱动槽之间连接,所述双面齿条滑动连接于两个齿条槽内。
作为本发明一种优选的方案,所述滑槽的左右内壁均开设有限位槽,所述滑块的左右两端均固定有与限位槽相匹配的限位块,两个所述限位块分别滑动连接于两个限位槽内。
作为本发明一种优选的方案,所述驱动机构包括电机、第一从动轮、第二从动轮,所述电机的输出轴转动连接于支架的后端,且电机的输出轴圆周表面固定有第一驱动齿轮,所述第二从动轮固定于转辊的圆周表面,所述第一从动轮固定于蜗杆的圆周表面,所述第二从动轮与第一从动轮之间相啮合,所述第一从动轮与第一驱动齿轮之间相啮合。
作为本发明一种优选的方案,所述支架的后端下部固定有支撑板,所述支撑板的上端与电机的下端之间固定,位于右侧的所述固定座的上端开设有流水槽,且流水槽贯穿位于前侧的固定块,所述流水槽呈倾斜状。
作为本发明一种优选的方案,所述淋喷头与软管之间转动连接,所述储水箱的上端固定有进水管。
作为本发明一种优选的方案,每组所述固定机构均包括两个螺栓,所述固定座和插块的上端均开设有两个螺纹孔,两个所述螺栓分别螺纹连接于位于同一位置的两个螺纹孔内。
一种光伏面板清扫设备使用的清扫方法,包括如下步骤
S1:首先启动电机,电机通过其输出轴带动第一驱动齿轮转动,第一驱动齿轮带动第一从动轮转动,第一从动轮带动与其啮合的第二从动轮转动,第一从动轮和第二从动轮分别带动蜗杆和转辊转动;
S2:此时蜗杆带动与其啮合的蜗轮转动,蜗轮通过转杆带动第二驱动轮转动,第二驱动轮带动其左右两侧的第三从动轮转动,两个第三从动轮分别带动两个转轴转动,转轴带动两个半齿轮转动,由于两个半齿轮相反,使得两个半齿轮分别双面齿条之间啮合,从而使得双面齿条做前后往复运动,此时双面齿条带动滑块做前后往复运动;同时转辊通过传送带带动另一个转辊转动,从而使得传送带在两个转辊之间传动,使得软毛刷跟随着传送带做圆周运动,从而使得软毛刷不断往复清扫光伏面板的表面;
S3:此时启动储水箱内的水泵,通过水泵将储水箱内水泵至软管内,并通过淋喷头喷出,然后配合软毛刷一边喷水一边清洗;
S4:清洗完成后通过关闭水泵以及电机,并使得软毛刷位于最上侧或者最下侧即可。
有益效果
1、本方案中通过启动电机,电机通过其输出轴带动第一驱动齿轮转动,第一驱动齿轮带动第一从动轮转动,第一从动轮带动与其啮合的第二从动轮转动,第一从动轮和第二从动轮分别带动蜗杆和转辊转动,此时蜗杆带动与其啮合的蜗轮转动,蜗轮通过转杆带动第二驱动轮转动,第二驱动轮带动其左右两侧的第三从动轮转动,两个第三从动轮分别带动两个转轴转动,转轴带动两个半齿轮转动,由于两个半齿轮相反,使得两个半齿轮分别双面齿条之间啮合,从而使得双面齿条做前后往复运动,此时双面齿条带动滑块做前后往复运动,从而使得淋喷头在对光伏面板表面喷水时更均匀,同时转辊通过传送带带动另一个转辊转动,从而使得传送带在两个转辊之间传动,使得软毛刷跟随着传送带做圆周运动,从而使得软毛刷不断往复清扫光伏面板的表面,此时光伏面板表面经过喷水后,再通过软毛刷往复清扫,使得光伏面板的表面更加干净,从而使得清扫效果好,且效率高,使得光伏面板的吸收和转换效率大大提高。
2、本方案中通过软毛刷与传送带之间通过双面胶固定,使得软毛刷便于拆卸清洗更换,使得软毛刷清理光伏面板时效果更好。
3、本方案中通过光伏面板与两个固定座之间通过固定机构固定,从而使得光伏面板便于拆卸抽出,当光伏面板损坏需要更换时,便于取出,同时也可以取出清洗,使得光伏面板拆卸更方便,清扫更便捷。

一种光伏面板清扫设备,包括底座1,底座1的上端左右两部分别固定有两个第一支撑脚3和第二支撑脚4,两个第一支撑脚3和第二支撑脚4的上端均固定有固定座5,两个固定座5的前端均开设有固定槽51,支架19的前端和位于前侧的固定块7的前端均开设有插槽9,两个固定槽51内均滑动连接有插块171,两个插块171之间固定有光伏面板17,两个固定槽51内均设有一组固定机构,两组固定机构分别与两个插块171之间连接以实现将光伏面板17固定于两个固定座5之间,位于左侧的固定座5的前后两端固定有支架19,支架19呈倒“凹”状,支架19的前后内壁之间转动连接有蜗杆21,且蜗杆21的后端贯穿支架19的后端并向后延伸,支架19内开设有驱动槽26,驱动槽26的下内壁转动连接有转杆27,且转杆27的下端贯穿支架19的下端并向下延伸,转杆27的圆周表面固定有蜗轮28,蜗轮28与蜗杆21之间相啮合,支架19的上端开设有滑槽14,滑槽14与驱动槽26之间连通,滑槽14内滑动连接有滑块12,转辊16内设有往复机构,往复机构与滑块12和转杆27之间均连接以实现滑块12做前后往复运动,底座1的上端固定有储水箱2,储水箱2的左端固定有软管18,储水箱2内设有水泵,水泵与软管18之间连接,且软管18的另一端与滑块12之间固定并贯穿滑块12向右延伸,软管18的右端连接有淋喷头13,支架19的前后之间和两个固定块7的相靠近端之间均转动连接有转辊16,位于左侧的转辊16的后端贯穿支架19的后端并向后延伸,支架19的后侧设有驱动机构,驱动机构用于驱动转辊16和蜗杆21转动,两个转辊16之间传递连接有两个传送带10,两个传送带10的下端连接有软毛刷11。
在本发明的具体实施例中,本装置中底座1起到支撑本装置的作用,通过第一支撑脚3和第二支撑脚4的高度不同,使得光伏面板17安装时呈倾斜状,从而使得其表面不易积水,通过开设有的固定槽51和插槽9,使得光伏面板17通过其两端固定的插块171可以从插槽9处插入固定槽51内,然后通过固定机构固定,使得光伏面板17便于拆卸更换或者清洗,本装置需要使用时,首先启动电机15,电机15可以根据实际需要选择不同型号,例如选择型号为TCHV32-1500-3-10S,电机15与外部电源电性连接,电机15通过其输出轴带动第一驱动齿轮转动,第一驱动齿轮带动第一从动轮211转动,第一从动轮211带动与其啮合的第二从动轮161转动,第一从动轮211和第二从动轮161分别带动蜗杆21和转辊16转动,此时蜗杆21带动与其啮合的蜗轮28转动,蜗轮28通过转杆27带动第二驱动轮25转动,第二驱动轮25带动其左右两侧的第三从动轮24转动,两个第三从动轮24分别带动两个转轴23转动,转轴23带动两个半齿轮22转动,由于两个半齿轮22相反,使得两个半齿轮22分别双面齿条29之间啮合,从而使得双面齿条29做前后往复运动,此时双面齿条29带动滑块12做前后往复运动;同时转辊16通过传送带10带动另一个转辊16转动,从而使得传送带10在两个转辊16之间传动,使得软毛刷11跟随着传送带10做圆周运动,从而使得软毛刷11不断往复清扫光伏面板17的表面,此时启动储水箱2内的水泵,水泵可以根据实际需要选择不同型号,例如选择型号为水泵40G10-18SZ304,水泵与外部电源电性连接,对于本领域技术人员而言,上述电机15和水泵均为现有技术,不作过多赘述;通过水泵将储水箱2内水泵至软管18内,并通过淋喷头13喷出,此时滑块12带动淋喷头13将水均匀的喷洒至光伏面板17的表面,由于淋喷头13和软管18之间转动连接,使得淋喷头13可以调整角度,说得水资源不易浪费,喷洒效果更好,然后配合软毛刷11一边喷水一边清扫,使得光伏面板17表面经过喷水后,再通过软毛刷11往复清扫,使得光伏面板17的表面更加干净,从而使得清扫效果好,且效率高,使得光伏面板的吸收和转换效率大大提高。
具体的请参阅图1,两个传送带10分别位于转辊16的前后两侧,软毛刷11与传送带10之间通过双面胶固定。
本实施例中:本装置通过软毛刷11与传送带10之间通过双面胶固定,使得软毛刷11便于拆卸清洗更换,使得软毛刷11清理光伏面板17时效果更好。
具体的请参阅图2和图5,往复机构包括第二驱动轮25、转轴23、第三从动轮24、半齿轮22和双面齿条29,转轴23、第三从动轮24和半齿轮22均设有两个,第二驱动轮25固定于转杆27的圆周表面,两个转轴23均转动连接于驱动槽26的下内壁,两个第三从动轮24分别固定于两个转轴23的圆周表面下部,两个第三从动轮24分别位于第二驱动轮25的左右两侧,且两个第三从动轮24均与第二驱动轮25之间相啮合,两个半齿轮22分别固定于两个转轴23的圆周表面上部,且两个半齿轮22的方向相反,双面齿条29与滑块12之间固定,滑块12与两个半齿轮22之间均啮合。
本实施例中:本装置通过设有的往复机构,使得电机15启动时,滑块12能够做前后直线往复运动,从而使得滑块12带动淋喷头13做前后往复运动,使得淋喷头13在往光伏面板17上喷水时,更均匀,从而使得清洗效果更好。
具体的请参阅图3,支架19的前后两端均开始有齿条槽20,且两个齿条槽20均与驱动槽26之间连接,双面齿条29滑动连接于两个齿条槽20内。
本实施例中:本装置通过设有的齿条槽20,使得双面齿条29移动不易被堵塞,移动更顺畅。
具体的请参阅图2,滑槽14的左右内壁均开设有限位槽191,滑块12的左右两端均固定有与限位槽191相匹配的限位块121,两个限位块121分别滑动连接于两个限位槽191内。
本实施例中:本装置通过设有的限位块121和限位槽191,使得滑块12前后滑动时,更稳定,不易晃动。
具体的请参阅图4,驱动机构包括电机15、第一从动轮211、第二从动轮161,电机15的输出轴转动连接于支架19的后端,且电机15的输出轴圆周表面固定有第一驱动齿轮,第二从动轮161固定于转辊16的圆周表面,第一从动轮211固定于蜗杆21的圆周表面,第二从动轮161与第一从动轮211之间相啮合,第一从动轮211与第一驱动齿轮之间相啮合。
本实施例中:本装置通过设有的驱动机构,使得本装置使用时通过电机15能够同时带动转辊16和蜗杆21转动,使得本装置更节省电力资源,实用性极强。
具体的请参阅图3,支架19的后端下部固定有支撑板151,支撑板151的上端与电机15的下端之间固定,位于右侧的固定座5的上端开设有流水槽8,且流水槽8贯穿位于前侧的固定块7,流水槽8呈倾斜状。
本实施例中:本装置通过设有的支撑板151,使得电机15固定更稳定,通过设有的流水槽8,且流水槽8呈倾斜状,使得光伏面板17上流下的便于流走,不易堆积在固定座5上。
具体的请参阅图1,淋喷头13与软管18之间转动连接,储水箱2的上端固定有进水管41。
本实施例中:本装置通过淋喷头13与软管18之间转动连接,使得淋喷头13可以调整角度,使得水能够更好的喷至光伏面板17表面,使得水资源不易浪费,通过设有的进水管41,且2通过进水管41与外部水源连接,使得2内始终保持充足水量。
具体的请参阅图2,每组固定机构均包括两个螺栓6,固定座5和插块171的上端均开设有两个螺纹孔61,两个螺栓6分别螺纹连接于位于同一位置的两个螺纹孔61内。
本实施例中:本装置通过设有的固定机构,且光伏面板17与两个固定座5之间通过固定机构固定,从而使得光伏面板17便于拆卸抽出,当光伏面板17损坏需要更换时,便于取出,同时也可以取出清洗,使得光伏面板17拆卸更方便,清扫更便捷。
一种光伏面板清扫设备使用的清扫方法,包括如下步骤
S1:首先启动电机15,电机15通过其输出轴带动第一驱动齿轮转动,第一驱动齿轮带动第一从动轮211转动,第一从动轮211带动与其啮合的第二从动轮161转动,第一从动轮211和第二从动轮161分别带动蜗杆21和转辊16转动;
S2:此时蜗杆21带动与其啮合的蜗轮28转动,蜗轮28通过转杆27带动第二驱动轮25转动,第二驱动轮25带动其左右两侧的第三从动轮24转动,两个第三从动轮24分别带动两个转轴23转动,转轴23带动两个半齿轮22转动,由于两个半齿轮22相反,使得两个半齿轮22分别双面齿条29之间啮合,从而使得双面齿条29做前后往复运动,此时双面齿条29带动滑块12做前后往复运动;同时转辊16通过传送带10带动另一个转辊16转动,从而使得传送带10在两个转辊16之间传动,使得软毛刷11跟随着传送带10做圆周运动,从而使得软毛刷11不断往复清扫光伏面板17的表面;
S3:此时启动储水箱2内的水泵,通过水泵将储水箱2内水泵至软管18内,并通过淋喷头13喷出,然后配合软毛刷11一边喷水一边清洗;
S4:清洗完成后通过关闭水泵以及电机,并使得软毛刷11位于最上侧或者最下侧即可;本装置使得光伏面板17的表面更加干净,且清扫效果好、效率高,使得光伏面板的吸收和转换效率大大提高。

  1. 一种光伏面板清扫设备,其特征在于:包括底座(1),所述底座(1)的上端左右两部分别固定有两个第一支撑脚(3)和第二支撑脚(4),两个所述第一支撑脚(3)和第二支撑脚(4)的上端均固定有固定座(5),两个所述固定座(5)的前端均开设有固定槽(51),所述支架(19)的前端和位于前侧的固定块(7)的前端均开设有插槽(9),两个所述固定槽(51)内均滑动连接有插块(171),两个所述插块(171)之间固定有光伏面板(17),两个所述固定槽(51)内均设有一组固定机构,两组所述固定机构分别与两个插块(171)之间连接以实现将光伏面板(17)固定于两个固定座(5)之间,位于左侧的所述固定座(5)的前后两端固定有支架(19),所述支架(19)呈倒“凹”状,所述支架(19)的前后内壁之间转动连接有蜗杆(21),且蜗杆(21)的后端贯穿支架(19)的后端并向后延伸,所述支架(19)内开设有驱动槽(26),所述驱动槽(26)的下内壁转动连接有转杆(27),且转杆(27)的下端贯穿支架(19)的下端并向下延伸,所述转杆(27)的圆周表面固定有蜗轮(28),所述蜗轮(28)与蜗杆(21)之间相啮合,所述支架(19)的上端开设有滑槽(14),所述滑槽(14)与驱动槽(26)之间连通,所述滑槽(14)内滑动连接有滑块(12),所述转辊(16)内设有往复机构,所述往复机构与滑块(12)和转杆(27)之间均连接以实现滑块(12)做前后往复运动,所述底座(1)的上端固定有储水箱(2),所述储水箱(2)的左端固定有软管(18),所述储水箱(2)内设有水泵,所述水泵与软管(18)之间连接,且软管(18)的另一端与滑块(12)之间固定并贯穿滑块(12)向右延伸,所述软管(18)的右端连接有淋喷头(13),所述支架(19)的前后之间和两个固定块(7)的相靠近端之间均转动连接有转辊(16),位于左侧的所述转辊(16)的后端贯穿支架(19)的后端并向后延伸,所述支架(19)的后侧设有驱动机构,所述驱动机构用于驱动转辊(16)和蜗杆(21)转动,两个所述转辊(16)之间传递连接有两个传送带(10),两个所述传送带(10)的下端连接有软毛刷(11)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种光伏面板清扫设备,其特征在于:两个所述传送带(10)分别位于转辊(16)的前后两侧,所述软毛刷(11)与传送带(10)之间通过双面胶固定。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种光伏面板清扫设备,其特征在于:所述往复机构包括第二驱动轮(25)、转轴(23)、第三从动轮(24)、半齿轮(22)和双面齿条(29),所述转轴(23)、第三从动轮(24)和半齿轮(22)均设有两个,所述第二驱动轮(25)固定于转杆(27)的圆周表面,两个所述转轴(23)均转动连接于驱动槽(26)的下内壁,两个所述第三从动轮(24)分别固定于两个转轴(23)的圆周表面下部,两个所述第三从动轮(24)分别位于第二驱动轮(25)的左右两侧,且两个第三从动轮(24)均与第二驱动轮(25)之间相啮合,两个所述半齿轮(22)分别固定于两个转轴(23)的圆周表面上部,且两个半齿轮(22)的方向相反,所述双面齿条(29)与滑块(12)之间固定,所述滑块(12)与两个半齿轮(22)之间均啮合。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种光伏面板清扫设备,其特征在于:所述支架(19)的前后两端均开始有齿条槽(20),且两个齿条槽(20)均与驱动槽(26)之间连接,所述双面齿条(29)滑动连接于两个齿条槽(20)内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种光伏面板清扫设备,其特征在于:所述滑槽(14)的左右内壁均开设有限位槽(191),所述滑块(12)的左右两端均固定有与限位槽(191)相匹配的限位块(121),两个所述限位块(121)分别滑动连接于两个限位槽(191)内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种光伏面板清扫设备,其特征在于:所述驱动机构包括电机(15)、第一从动轮(211)、第二从动轮(161),所述电机(15)的输出轴转动连接于支架(19)的后端,且电机(15)的输出轴圆周表面固定有第一驱动齿轮,所述第二从动轮(161)固定于转辊(16)的圆周表面,所述第一从动轮(211)固定于蜗杆(21)的圆周表面,所述第二从动轮(161)与第一从动轮(211)之间相啮合,所述第一从动轮(211)与第一驱动齿轮之间相啮合。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种光伏面板清扫设备,其特征在于:所述支架(19)的后端下部固定有支撑板(151),所述支撑板(151)的上端与电机(15)的下端之间固定,位于右侧的所述固定座(5)的上端开设有流水槽(8),且流水槽(8)贯穿位于前侧的固定块(7),所述流水槽(8)呈倾斜状。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种光伏面板清扫设备,其特征在于:所述淋喷头(13)与软管(18)之间转动连接,所述储水箱(2)的上端固定有进水管(41)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种光伏面板清扫设备,其特征在于:每组所述固定机构均包括两个螺栓(6),所述固定座(5)和插块(171)的上端均开设有两个螺纹孔(61),两个所述螺栓(6)分别螺纹连接于位于同一位置的两个螺纹孔(61)内。

    S1:首先启动电机(15),电机(15)通过其输出轴带动第一驱动齿轮转动,第一驱动齿轮带动第一从动轮(211)转动,第一从动轮(211)带动与其啮合的第二从动轮(161)转动,第一从动轮(211)和第二从动轮(161)分别带动蜗杆(21)和转辊(16)转动;
    S2:此时蜗杆(21)带动与其啮合的蜗轮(28)转动,蜗轮(28)通过转杆(27)带动第二驱动轮(25)转动,第二驱动轮(25)带动其左右两侧的第三从动轮(24)转动,两个第三从动轮(24)分别带动两个转轴(23)转动,转轴(23)带动两个半齿轮(22)转动,由于两个半齿轮(22)相反,使得两个半齿轮(22)分别双面齿条(29)之间啮合,从而使得双面齿条(29)做前后往复运动,此时双面齿条(29)带动滑块(12)做前后往复运动;同时转辊(16)通过传送带(10)带动另一个转辊(16)转动,从而使得传送带(10)在两个转辊(16)之间传动,使得软毛刷(11)跟随着传送带(10)做圆周运动,从而使得软毛刷(11)不断往复清扫光伏面板(17)的表面;
    S3:此时启动储水箱(2)内的水泵,通过水泵将储水箱(2)内水泵至软管(18)内,并通过淋喷头(13)喷出,然后配合软毛刷(11)一边喷水一边清洗;
    S4:清洗完成后通过关闭水泵以及电机,并使得软毛刷(11)位于最上侧或者最下侧即可。
