随着电子技术的不断发展,电子烟技术也不断提升,目前市面上出现了各种各样的电子烟产品。电子烟的关键部件为雾化器,为了方便对雾化器的维护,现有技术中的雾化器大都采用拆卸式结构,例如,螺纹连接结构。上述连接结构虽然方便用户拆装,但不具有防止儿童误操作的效果。特别的,目前雾化器通常采用顶部注油,雾化器的烟嘴与雾化器主体采用螺纹连接结构,当烟嘴与雾化器主体分开后,雾化器主体内可能会漏出部分烟油,容易使儿童接触烟油,存在较大的安全隐患,不利于对儿童健康的保护。
有鉴于此,有必要对目前的吸嘴固定结构进行进一步的改进。
技术问题
为解决上述至少一技术问题,本发明的主要目的是提供一种雾化器、雾化设备及电子烟。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的一个技术方案为:提供一种雾化器,包括:
注液座,所述注液座上形成有第一锁止部及注液口;
滑动件,所述滑动件可滑动地安装于注液座上,且所述注液口设于所述滑动件的滑动路径上;
顶盖,所述顶盖设置于注液座上,所述顶盖的内壁抵持滑动件;
锁止环,所述锁止环套设于顶盖上,且锁止环上形成有与第一锁止部转动配合的第二锁止部,当锁止环转动至第一位置时,所述锁止环将顶盖及滑动板锁止于注液座上,当锁止环转动至第二位置时,所述锁止环、顶盖及滑动件可相对注液座平行移动,以打开或关闭所述注液。
其中,所述第一锁止部为凸设于注液座的锁止凸块,所述第二锁止部包括凹设于锁止环上的锁止凹槽,所述锁止凸块与锁止凹槽滑动配合,
优选的,所述所述第二锁止部包括设于锁止凹槽内壁且可供第一锁止部通过的开口,
优选的,所述顶盖侧壁设有位于锁止环的转动路径且可供第一锁止部通过的解锁口。
其中,所述滑动件靠近顶盖的一侧形成凸台,所述顶盖对应滑动件的一侧形成容置部分滑动件的限位槽,所述限位槽的中间凹设有卡槽,所述凸台与卡槽限位配合。
其中,所述雾化器还包括位于注液座与滑动件之间的密封塞,所述注液座上设有注液槽,所述密封塞设置于注液槽内,
优选的,所述雾化器还包括吸嘴,所述滑动件上设有第一通孔,所述顶盖对应第一通孔的位置设有第二通孔;所述吸嘴的一端穿过顶盖的第二通孔并伸入滑动件的第一通孔内,所述吸嘴的另一端伸出顶盖。
其中,所述注液座上设有对称设置的限位件,所述限位件之间形成供滑动件滑动的滑动空间;所述滑动件靠近注液座的一侧设有与锁止凸块滑动配合的滑动槽,滑动件沿锁止凸块滑动时,可打开或关闭所述注液口。
其中,所述锁止环的外侧对应开口的位置设有第一标记部,所述注液座对应锁止凸块的位置设有第二标记部。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的另一个技术方案为:提供一种雾化设备,包括上锁止组件、连接件、下锁止组件、雾化芯及外罩,所述连接件的一端连接上锁止组件,另一端连接下锁止组件,所述雾化芯位于连接件内,所述外罩设置于连接件外且位于上锁止组件与下锁止组件之间,所述上锁止组件为上述的雾化器。
其中,所述下锁止组件包括:
外底座,所述外底座凹设有第一容置槽,所述第一容置槽的槽底形成有第三锁止部;
内底座,所述内底座嵌设于第一容置槽内,所述内底座凹设有第二容置槽,所述第二容置槽的槽底对应第三锁止部的位置形成有第四锁止部,所述第四锁止部可与第三锁止部配合,以使外底座与内底座锁止配合。
其中,所述第三锁止部为凸块,所述第四锁止部为凹口,所述凸块伸入凹口后,所述外底座与内底座可同时转动,或
所述第三锁止部为凹口,所述第四锁止部为凸块,所述凸块伸入凹口后,所述外底座与内底座可同时转动,
优选的,所述下锁止组件还包括垫圈,所述垫圈设置于外底座与内底座之间。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的第三个技术方案为:提供一种电子烟,包括上述的雾化器,或上述的雾化设备。
有益效果
本发明的技术方案主要包括注液座、滑动件、顶盖及锁止环,其中,注液座上具有第一锁止部,锁止环上形成有第二锁止部,在锁止环转动至第一位置时,所述锁止环将顶盖及滑动件锁止于注液座上,雾化器处于锁止状态;在锁止环转动至第一位置时,雾化器处于解锁状态,在外力的作用下,锁止环、顶盖及滑动件可相对注液座平行移动,以打开或关闭所述注液口,以方便注液,如此,本方案结构精简,能够有效防止儿童误操作打开注液孔,避免儿童接触雾化器内的液体,降低安全隐患。

本发明的实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。

请参照图1至图4,图1为本发明一实施例雾化器的结构示意图;图2为本发明一实施例雾化器的侧视图;图3为图2中A-A处的剖视图;图4为本发明一实施例雾化器的分解结构示意图;图4为本发明一实施例雾化器的分解结构示意图。本发明的实施例中,该雾化器包括上锁止组件、连接件300、下锁止组件、雾化芯400及外罩200,所述连接件300的一端连接上锁止组件,另一端连接下锁止组件,所述雾化芯400插设于连接件300内,所述外罩200设置于连接件300外且位于上锁止组件与下锁止组件之间,所述上锁止组件及下锁止组件具体结构请参照下述的实施例,此处不再赘述。
本实施例中,雾化芯400通过插接方式固定于连接件300内,雾化芯400的下端与下锁止组件连接,雾化芯400的上端与上锁止组件相连。外罩200罩设并铆压于连接件300外,以保护连接件300。上述的上锁止组件用于通过锁止环锁止顶盖及滑动件,避免儿童误操作打开注液座上的注液孔,进而接触到雾化器内部的液体,能够降低安全风险;上述的下锁止组件用于锁止底座,能够避免儿童误操作拆卸雾化芯,同时可以避免儿童接触到雾化器内部的液体,有利于保护儿童的健康。本方案通过对上锁止组件及下锁止组件的设计,具有结构精简,方便装配的优点;解锁结构复杂,儿童不易打开,起到较佳的儿童防护效果。上述的上锁止组件具体结构,请参照下述雾化器的实施例,此处不再赘述。上述的下锁止组件,请参照下述雾化设备的实施例,此处不再赘述。
参照图4至图7,图4为本发明一实施例雾化器的分解结构示意图;图5为本发明一实施例上锁止组件一视角的结构示意图;图6为本发明一实施例上锁止组件另一视角的结构示意图;图7为本发明一实施例注液座的结构示意图。在本发明实施例中,该雾化器,具体为雾化器的上锁止组件,包括:
注液座150,所述注液座150上形成有第一锁止部及注液口153;
滑动件140,所述滑动件140可滑动地安装于注液座150上,所述注液口153位于所述滑动件140的滑动路径上;
顶盖120,所述顶盖120设置于注液座150上,所述顶盖120的内壁抵持滑动件140;
锁止环130,所述锁止环130套设于顶盖120上,且锁止环130上形成有与第一锁止部转动配合的第二锁止部,当锁止环130转动至第一位置时,所述锁止环130将顶盖120及滑动板140锁止于注液座150上,当锁止环130转动至第二位置时,所述锁止环130、顶盖120及滑动件140可相对注液座150平行移动,以打开或关闭所述注液口。
本实施例中,滑动件140可以在注液座150上滑动,且滑动件140上设有第一通孔142。顶盖120抵持滑动件140的一侧设有限位滑动件140的凹位,凹位的中间形成有第二通孔121。上述的锁止环130转动至第一位置时,锁止环130将顶盖120及滑动件140锁止于注液座150上,此时,滑动件140挡位注液口153,此时,注液口153处于关闭状态,无法注油,儿童也无法接触到液体;当锁止环130转动至第二位置时,雾化器处于解锁状态,锁止环130、顶盖120及滑动件140可相对注液座150平行移动,从而打开或关闭所述注液口153,可以实现注油,如此,通过上述的结构设计有利于防止儿童误操作打开注液口153。
具体的,所述第一锁止部为凸设于注液座150边缘的锁止凸块151,所述第二锁止部包括凹设于锁止环130上的锁止凹槽132,所述锁止凸块151与锁止凹槽132滑动配合。具体的,所述锁止凹槽132包括设于锁止凹槽132内壁且可供第一锁止部通过的开口131。具体的,所述顶盖120侧壁设有位于锁止环130的转动路径且可供第一锁止部通过的解锁口125。本实施例中,所述锁止凹槽132的内壁具有开口131;在锁止凸块151与锁止凹槽132的开口错位时,所述锁止环130将顶盖120及滑动件140锁止于注液座150上,在锁止凸块151与锁止凹槽132的开口131对位时,锁止凸块151经过开口131滑入解锁口125,锁止环130、顶盖120及滑动件140可相对注液座150平行移动,从而打开或关闭注液口153。
锁止凸块151与锁止凹槽132的配合具体为滑动配合,为了方便锁止凸块151与锁止凹槽132的滑动,锁止凸块151可以设置倒角或圆角,以减少滑动时的阻力。上述的锁止凹槽132为环形槽,锁止环130与注液座150相对转动时,锁止凸块151沿环形槽滑动,实现吸嘴110锁止。对应的,环形槽的槽壁具有开口131,顶盖120具有对应开口131设置的解锁口125,在锁止凸块151滑动至开口131时,锁止凸块151可部分或全部滑入解锁口125。
具体的,所述滑动件140靠近顶盖120的一侧形成凸台141,所述顶盖120对应滑动件140的一侧形成容置部分滑动件140的限位槽124,所述限位槽124的中间凹设有卡槽123,所述凸台141与卡槽123限位配合。上述的顶盖120的凹位具体包括限位槽124及位于限位槽124中间的卡槽123,在滑动件140与顶盖120配合时,滑动件140的凸台141伸入卡槽123;滑动件140靠近顶盖120的一侧部分伸入限位槽124内,如此,以更好地限位滑动件140。具体的,本实施例中,顶盖120远离注液座150的一端径向向外延伸有凸缘122,所述凸缘122用于抵持锁止环130。
进一步的,所述雾化器还包括位于注液座150与滑动件140之间的密封塞160,所述注液座150上设有注液槽152,所述密封塞160设置于注液槽152内。本实施例中,注液槽152呈弧形设置,且注液槽152的槽底形成有注液口153,所述注液口153内形成有硅胶注液口。上述密封塞160的作用是为了防止注液口153漏油,密封塞160上设有开口的,因为密封塞160是硅胶材质,在不需要注油的时候,密封塞160可以堵住注液口153;需要注油的时候,注油瓶的口可呈尖针状设置,可以从密封塞160的开口插进去注油,如此,上述的密封塞160塞于注液槽152内且密封住硅胶注液口,在雾化器倾倒时,能够防止漏油的问题。另外,密封塞160塞于注液槽152的注液口153后,需要外部接触才能拔出密封塞160,能够较好的锁住雾化器内的液体。
优选地,所述雾化器还包括吸嘴110,所述滑动件140上设有第一通孔142,所述顶盖120对应第一通孔142的位置设有第二通孔121,所述吸嘴110的一端穿过顶盖120的第二通孔121并伸入滑动件140的第一通孔142内,所述吸嘴110的另一端伸出顶盖120。上述吸嘴110可以灵活地抽出顶盖120,方便更换,具体的,该吸嘴110具有插接段,插接段可以通过第二通孔121深入第一通孔142内。上述的注液座150的中间形成有供雾化气体排出的出气孔156。上述的出气孔156与第一通孔142及第二通孔121同轴设置。
具体的,所述注液座150上设有对称设置的限位件154,限位件154之间形成供滑动件140滑动的滑动空间155;所述滑动件140设有靠近注液座150的一侧设有与第一锁止部滑动配合的滑动槽143,滑动件140沿第一锁止部滑动时,可打开或关闭注液口153。本实施例中,在锁止环130与注液座150解锁时,推动锁止环130可以带动顶盖120及滑动件140滑动,具体的,滑动件140通过底部的滑动槽143与锁止凸块151滑动配合,达到一定的位置时,可打开注液口153,方便通过注液座150的注液口153向雾化器的内部注入液体。
为了方便对位操作,所述锁止环130的外侧对应开口131的位置设有第一标记部133,所述注液座150对应锁止凸块151的位置设有第二标记部157。第一标记部133及第二标记部157均可以为刻度线、刻度槽等。通过上述结构的设计,可以方便锁止环130与注液座150的对位。
请参照图8至图10,图8为本发明一实施例下锁止组件的分解结构示意图;图9为本发明一实施例内底座的结构示意图;图10为本发明一实施例外底座的结构示意图。本发明的实施例中,上述雾化设备主要包括上锁止组件及下锁止组件,其中,上锁止组件采用上述的雾化器的结构,该下锁止组件包括:
外底座520,所述外底座520凹设有第一容置槽525,所述第一容置槽525的槽底形成有第三锁止部;
内底座510,所述内底座510嵌设于第一容置槽525内,所述内底座510凹设有与雾化器的连接件300配合的第二容置槽513,所述第二容置槽513的槽底对应第三锁止部的位置形成有第四锁止部,所述第四锁止部可与第三锁止部配合,以使外底座520与内底座510锁止配合。
本实施例中,内底座510与外底座520均呈圆柱状或近圆柱状设置。在装配完整的雾化器中,内底座510嵌设于外底座520内,内底座510的内壁设有内螺纹516,所述内底座510的内螺纹516与连接件300螺纹配合。在第三锁止部与第四锁止部错开时,外底座520可以相对内底座510转动;在第三锁止部与第四锁止部锁止配合时,旋转外底座520,可以带动内底座510一起转动,实现外底座520及内底座510的拆卸,具有结构简单,方便拆卸,防止儿童拆卸的优点。
具体的,所述第三锁止部为凸块521,所述第四锁止部为凹口511,所述凸块521伸入凹口511后,所述外底座520与内底座510可同时转动。本实施例中,上述的凹口511可以为圆形口,条形口或其他形状的开口131。第三锁止部为凸块521,该凸块521可以伸入凹口511内。具体的,上述的第四锁止部与第三锁止部的配合结构为凸块521伸入凹口511,转动外底座520,可以使外底座520与内底座510同时转动。第四锁止部与第三锁止部分离的结构为凸块521脱离凹口511,转动外底座520,内底座510不转动,能够有效防止儿童拆卸雾化器。
进一步的,上述的第三锁止部为至少两个,至少两个第三锁止部均匀设置于第一容置槽525的槽底;所述第四锁止部与第三锁止部的数量相适应且对应第三锁止部的位置设置。作为一优选的实施例中,上述的第三锁止部的数量优选为三个或四个。上述的第四锁止部对应第三锁止部的数量设置,如此可以提高受力的均匀性。
在一并列的实施例中,所述第三锁止部还可以为凹口,所述第四锁止部对应为凸块,所述凸块伸入凹口后,所述外底座与内底座可同时转动。本实施例中,上述的凹口可以为圆形口,条形口或其他形状的开口。第四锁止部为凸块,该凸块可以伸入凹口内,实现外底座与内底座的配合。外底座与内底座的配合具体原理与前一实施例的原理相同,此处不再赘述。
具体的,所述下锁止组件还包括垫圈800,所述垫圈800设置于外底座520与内底座510之间。上述的外底座520与内底座510之间形成有容置垫圈800的间隙。垫圈800具有弹性,垫圈800受压时,外底座520的底部与内底座510的底部的接触。具体的,当用力将外底座520向内底座510挤压时,垫圈800处于受压状态,继续旋转外底座520,外底座520的第三锁止部转动到第一位置时,第三锁止部与第四锁止部错位,此时,外底座520空转,能够调节外底座520的进气量;外底座520的第三锁止部转动到第四位置时,第三锁止部与第四锁止部卡合,外底座520可带动内底座510转动,如此,可以打开整个底座。
为了方便对垫圈800的限位,所述内底座510远离外底座520的一端伸出外底座520且径向延伸的抵接边缘515,所述垫圈800的两侧面分别与所述外底座520的开口131端及内底座510的抵接边缘515接触。上述的抵接边缘515呈环状设置。本实施例中,上述的垫圈800为阻力硅胶圈,该阻力硅胶圈具有防止外底座520晃动和一定阻止上推的阻力。具体的,拆卸外底座520与内底座510时,轴向推动外底座520并挤压阻力硅胶圈,使外底座520朝内底座510靠近,此时,旋转一定角度,使外底座520的凸块521卡入内底座510的凹口511,实现外底座520与内底座510的锁止。优选的,所述外底座520的外侧壁设有供转动的把持部524,该把持部524为多个具有倒角的平面,以供用户把持旋转。考虑到雾化芯400的进气,所述内底座510的周壁设有第一进气口512,所述外底座520对应第一进气口512的位置设有第二进气口522。第一进气口512及第二进气口522为弧形孔,以增大进气量。
上述的雾化设备还设有电极连接组件,具体包括电极610与电极柱620,所述电极610设于外底座520底部,所述电极柱620伸入电极610并与电极610配合,所述第一容置槽525的槽底中间设有第一通孔523,所述第二容置槽513的槽底设有第二通孔514,所述电极柱620依次通过第二通孔514及第一通孔523与雾化芯400电接触。
在本发明的实施例中,该电子烟,包括上述的雾化器。雾化器的具体结构请参照上述的实施例,此处不再赘述。因此,该电子烟至少具有上述雾化器的所有优点及效果。本方案中的电子烟可以采用上述的雾化器,也可以采用上述的雾化设备。具体的,该电子烟,包括上述的雾化设备。雾化设备的具体结构请参照上述的实施例,此处不再赘述。因此,该电子烟至少具有上述雾化设备的所有优点及效果。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化器包括:
    注液座,所述注液座上形成有第一锁止部及注液口;
    滑动件,所述滑动件可滑动地安装于注液座上,且所述注液口设于所述滑动件的滑动路径上;
    顶盖,所述顶盖设置于注液座上,所述顶盖的内壁抵持滑动件;
    锁止环,所述锁止环套设于顶盖上,且锁止环上形成有与第一锁止部转动配合的第二锁止部,当锁止环转动至第一位置时,所述锁止环将顶盖及滑动板锁止于注液座上,当锁止环转动至第二位置时,所述锁止环、顶盖及滑动件可相对注液座平行移动,以打开或关闭所述注液口。
  2.   如权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述第一锁止部为凸设于注液座的锁止凸块,所述第二锁止部包括凹设于锁止环上的锁止凹槽,所述锁止凸块与锁止凹槽滑动配合,
    优选的,所述所述第二锁止部包括设于锁止凹槽内壁且可供第一锁止部通过的开口,
    优选的,所述顶盖侧壁设有位于锁止环的转动路径且可供第一锁止部通过的解锁口。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述滑动件靠近顶盖的一侧形成凸台,所述顶盖对应滑动件的一侧形成容置部分滑动件的限位槽,所述限位槽的中间凹设有卡槽,所述凸台与卡槽限位配合。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化器还包括位于注液座与滑动件之间的密封塞,所述注液座上设有注液槽,所述密封塞设置于注液槽内,
    优选的,所述雾化器还包括吸嘴,所述滑动件上设有第一通孔,所述顶盖对应第一通孔的位置设有第二通孔;所述吸嘴的一端穿过顶盖的第二通孔并伸入滑动件的第一通孔内,所述吸嘴的另一端伸出顶盖。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述注液座上设有对称设置的限位件,所述限位件之间形成供滑动件滑动的滑动空间;所述滑动件靠近注液座的一侧设有与所述第一锁止部滑动配合的滑动槽,滑动件与所述第一锁止部配合滑动时,可打开或关闭所述注液口。
  6. 如权利要求1至5任一项所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述锁止环的外侧对应开口的位置设有第一标记部,所述注液座对应锁止凸块的位置设有第二标记部。
  7. 一种雾化设备,其特征在于,所述雾化设备包括上锁止组件、连接件、下锁止组件、雾化芯及外罩,所述连接件的一端连接上锁止组件,另一端连接下锁止组件,所述雾化芯位于连接件内,所述外罩设置于连接件外且位于上锁止组件与下锁止组件之间,所述上锁止组件为权利要求1至6任一项所述的雾化器。
  8.   如权利要求7所述的雾化设备,其特征在于,所述下锁止组件包括:
    外底座,所述外底座凹设有第一容置槽,所述第一容置槽的槽底形成有第三锁止部;
    内底座,所述内底座嵌设于第一容置槽内,所述内底座凹设有第二容置槽,所述第二容置槽的槽底对应第三锁止部的位置形成有第四锁止部,所述第四锁止部可与第三锁止部配合,以使外底座与内底座锁止配合。
  9.   如权利要求8所述的雾化设备,其特征在于,所述第三锁止部为凸块,所述第四锁止部为凹口,所述凸块伸入凹口后,所述外底座与内底座可同时转动,或
    所述第三锁止部为凹口,所述第四锁止部为凸块,所述凸块伸入凹口后,所述外底座与内底座可同时转动,
    优选的,所述下锁止组件还包括垫圈,所述垫圈设置于外底座与内底座之间。
  10.   一种电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟包括如权利要求1至6任一项所述的雾化器,或如权利要求7至9任一项所述的雾化设备。
