Abstract

Est décrit ici un appareil d'enlèvement et de nettoyage pour une structure de support verticale, qui comprend un mécanisme de déplacement (10), des appareils de dépoussiérage (30), un groupe de machines de levage hydraulique, un système d'auto-équilibrage et une plateforme de traitement d'informations, le mécanisme de déplacement (10) comprenant une base (11), une pluralité de paires de galets de roulement (12) disposées sur les parties inférieures de la base (11), et une pluralité de pieds de support extensibles (14) disposés sur deux côtés de la base (11); les appareils de dépoussiérage (30) sont disposés à intervalles sur les parties supérieures du mécanisme de déplacement (10), et lesdits appareils comprennent des corps principaux cylindriques, des mécanismes de serrage et des machines de coupe (60), les corps principaux cylindriques comprenant des couvercles de dépoussiérage et des plateformes de support (31) reliés intégralement, les mécanismes de serrage et les machines de coupe (60) étant disposés dans des cavités internes des corps principaux cylindriques et étant reliés de manière fixe aux plateformes de support (31), une structure de support verticale (1) à enlever étant supportée par les plateformes de support (31) et ses parties externes étant couvertes par les couvercles de dépoussiérage, les mécanismes de serrage serrant la structure de support verticale (1), et les machines de coupe (60) coupant la structure de support verticale (1); le groupe de machines de levage hydraulique est disposé entre le mécanisme de déplacement (10) et les appareils de dépoussiérage (30), et ledit ensemble comprend une première machine de levage hydraulique (21) et une seconde machine de levage hydraulique (22) disposées verticalement et à intervalles le long d'un axe de la base (11), une partie inférieure de la première machine de levage hydraulique (21) est reliée de manière fixe à la base (11), une partie inférieure de la seconde machine de levage hydraulique (22) s'articule avec la base (11), et les parties supérieures de la première machine de levage hydraulique (21) et de la seconde machine de levage hydraulique (22) s'articulent avec les plateformes de support (31) des appareils de dépoussiérage (30); le système d'auto-équilibrage comprend un capteur de pression (82) et un capteur d'angle (81) disposés sur une plateforme de support (31) ainsi que des appareils de régulation de pression (83) qui sont respectivement connectés à un cylindre hydraulique de la première machine de levage hydraulique (21) et de la seconde machine de levage hydraulique (22); et la plateforme de traitement d'informations établit respectivement une connexion de signal avec le mécanisme de déplacement (10), le système d'auto-équilibrage, et les mécanismes de serrage et les machines de coupe (60) des appareils de dépoussiérage (30).
