发明内容
本发明为了解决现有处理方法中,无法对粪便内部水分进行处理的问题,提出一种畜禽粪便处理装置及处理方法。

本发明的有益效果为:在现有技术的基础上,挤压件进行对粪便的初脱水后,利用相互配合的两组所述分散件,把粪便进行分散,使得粪便内部的水分不再隐藏在粪便内部而无法脱除,并经所述加热件的干燥后,即可得到便于发酵的粪便,从而有效提升粪便的处理效果,避免现有技术中粪便内部水分过多而不利于处理的情况,并提出一种畜禽粪便处理方法,通过粗脱水;粪便分散;粪便干燥;粪便发酵处理的步骤完成对粪便的处理。

在本实施方式中,利用所述轴承231的特性,使得所述轴承231的内外两侧可以进行相对转动,从而使得所述转动轮体212与所述连接杆体232之间可以进行相对转动,而所述连接杆体232还承担一部分对所述转动轮体212的支撑作用。
进一步的,所述挤压件10包括挤压仓11、挤压转体12和动力单元13,所述动力单元13与所述挤压转体12相互配合,所述挤压仓11套设于所述挤压转体12的外周侧。
在本实施方式中,所述挤压仓11作为承担所述挤压件10工作的平台,并与所述挤压转体12相互配合,从而完成对粪便的挤压工作,而所述动力单元13用以给所述挤压转体12提供转动,所述动力单元13的输出端与通过减速机,并与所述挤压转体12相互配合,从而实现将转动传递给所述挤压转体12的目 的,所述挤压转体12和所述挤压仓11均为上宽下窄的锥形结构,在粪便进入到所述挤压转体12与所述挤压仓11的间隙时,所述挤压转体12进行转动即可脱去粪便中的水分。
进一步的,所述挤压仓11具有挤压腔室111和连接仓体112,所述挤压腔室111为锥体结构,并位于所述连接仓体112的内部,所述挤压腔室111与所述挤压转体12间隙配合。
在本实施方式中,所述挤压腔室111用以与所述挤压转体12配合,而所述连接仓体112用以将所述挤压件10保持相对固定的位置,在粪便进行挤压时,水分会在重力的作用下脱离粪便,即可完成对粪便的粗处理。
进一步的,所述挤压转体12包括圆形锥121、转动杆122和配合齿123,所述圆形锥121位于所述挤压腔室111的内部,并与所述挤压腔室111相配合,所述转动杆122位于所述圆形锥121的上侧,所述配合齿123环绕设置于所述转动杆122的上端,并与所述动力单元13相配合。
在本实施方式中,所述圆形锥121用以与所述挤压腔室111相互配合,所述圆形锥121与所述挤压腔室111在上方的空隙要大于所述在下方的空隙,如此可有效提升所述圆形锥121的脱水效果,而所述配合齿123与所述动力单元13相配合,带动所述转动杆122转动,从而使得所述圆形锥121也进行转动。
进一步的,所述加热件30包括热风炉31、加热筒32和送料传输带33,所述送料传输带33一端设置于所述分散件20的下侧,另一端贯穿所述加热筒32与所述发酵件40连通,所述热风炉31位于所述加热筒32的一端。
在本实施方式中,当粪便在重力的作用下脱离所述分散件20后,会落到所述送料传输带33上,水分则会流出所述送料传输带33,被分散的粪便送至所述加热筒32中,然后停止所述送料传输带33,而所述热风炉31设置在所述加热筒32的一端,向所述加热筒32传递热风,从而完成对粪便的加热脱水,在加热完成后,启动所述送料传输带33,粪便也会被所述送料传输带33送至所述发酵件40中。
进一步的,所述加热筒32包括转动筒体321和出水管道322,所述出水管道322位于所述转动筒体321的下侧,并与所述转动筒体321连通,所述转动筒体321的一端与所述热风炉31连通,另一端与所述发酵件40连通。
在本实施方式中,所述转动筒体321用以将所述热风炉31传出的热风的位 置进行限制,使得粪便的干燥效率能得到提升,将粪便内的水分转变为气态而向上升腾,直至接触到所述转动筒体321,并重新凝结成水珠而向所述转动筒体321内部的下侧聚集,优选的,所述转动筒体321内可设置冷凝管,以有效提升对气化水分的凝结效果,而所述出水管道322用以将所述转动筒体321内部凝结的水分排出所述转动筒体321。
进一步的,所述发酵件40包括发酵仓41、搅拌件42和锥形立板43,所述锥形立板43位于所述发酵仓41的内部,所述搅拌件42位于所述锥形立板43的上侧,并与所述锥形立板43转动连接。
在本实施方式中,所述发酵仓41用以接收从所述送料传输带33传来的粪便,并进行堆积发酵,而所述搅拌件42用以搅拌粪便,使得粪便可以充分的与空气接触,以达到更好的发酵效果,所述锥形立板43上设置有引流槽,通过引流槽以及重力作用,可以将发酵过程中粪便产生的液体进行引流,避免最终的发酵产物水分含量较高。
请参阅图6,本发明还提供一种畜禽粪便处理方法,包括所述的一种畜禽粪便处理装置,还包括如下步骤:
S101粗脱水,将粪便投入所述挤压件10中,并启动所述动力单元13,将粪便中的水分进行粗去除,得到被挤压的粪便;
S102粪便分散,在重力作用下,被挤压的粪便脱离所述挤压件10进入到所述分散件20中,并经相互配合的所述两组所述分散件20进行分散,得到被分散的粪便;
S103粪便干燥,在重力作用下,被分散的粪便被送到所述加热件30中,经所述加热件30加热干燥,完成对粪便的进一步脱水,得到脱水后的粪便;
S104粪便发酵处理,将脱水后的粪便送至所述发酵件40中进行发酵,并利用所述排放件保持所述发酵件40的内部压强,从而完成对粪便的处理。
本发明在现有技术的基础上,解决了现有技术缺乏对粪便内部水分处理的问题,先利用挤压件10进行粗脱水,再利用分散件20与加热件30相互配合,以完成对粪便内部的干燥,最后进行发酵,使得进行发酵的粪便可以达到较好的发酵性能,有利于粪便的处理,并适应性提出一种畜禽粪便处理方法,以有效提升畜禽粪便处理装置的使用效果。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明一种较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发 明之权利范围,本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例的全部或部分流程,并依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属于发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种畜禽粪便处理装置,其特征在于,包括挤压件、两组分散件、加热件、发酵件和排放件,所述挤压件位于两组所述分散件的上侧,且与两组所述分散件相互配合,所述加热件分别与两组所述分散件和所述发酵件连通,所述排放件则位于所述发酵件的末端,每组所述分散件均包括锥齿转轮、驱动单元和转动轴,所述锥齿转轮套设于所述转动轴的外侧,并与所述驱动单元相互配合,所述锥齿转轮包括若干啮合齿、转动轮体和锥形齿,所述啮合齿均匀设置于所述转动轮体的外周侧,所述转动轮体套设于所述转动轴的外侧,所述锥形齿环绕设置于所述转动轴的一侧,并与所述驱动单元的输出端相啮合。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种畜禽粪便处理装置,其特征在于,所述转动轴包括轴承和连接杆体,所述轴承位于所述转动轮体的内部,所述连接杆体位于所述轴承的内部,并与所述轴承过盈配合。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种畜禽粪便处理装置,其特征在于,所述挤压件包括挤压仓、挤压转体和动力单元,所述动力单元与所述挤压转体相互配合,所述挤压仓套设于所述挤压转体的外周侧。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种畜禽粪便处理装置,其特征在于,所述挤压仓具有挤压腔室和连接仓体,所述挤压腔室为锥体结构,并位于所述连接仓体的内部,所述挤压腔室与所述挤压转体间隙配合。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种畜禽粪便处理装置,其特征在于,所述挤压转体包括圆形锥、转动杆和配合齿,所述圆形锥位于所述挤压腔室的内部,并与所述挤压腔室相配合,所述转动杆位于所述圆形锥的上侧,所述配合齿环绕设置于所述转动杆的上端,并与所述动力单元相配合。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的一种畜禽粪便处理装置,其特征在于,所述加热件包括热风炉、加热筒和送料传输带,所述送料传输带一端设置于所述分散件的下侧,另一端贯穿所述加热筒与所述发酵件连通,所述热风炉位于所述加热筒的一端。
  7. 一种畜禽粪便处理方法,包括如权利要求4所述的一种畜禽粪便处理装置,其特征在于,还包括如下步骤:
    粗脱水,将粪便投入所述挤压件中,并启动所述动力单元,将粪便中的水分进行粗去除,得到被挤压的粪便;
    粪便分散,在重力作用下,被挤压的粪便脱离所述挤压件进入到所述分散件中,并经相互配合的所述两组所述分散件进行分散,得到被分散的粪便;
    粪便干燥,在重力作用下,被分散的粪便被送到所述加热件中,经所述加热件加热干燥,完成对粪便的进一步脱水,得到脱水后的粪便;
    粪便发酵处理,将脱水后的粪便送至所述发酵件中进行发酵,并利用所述排放件保持所述发酵件的内部压强,从而完成对粪便的处理。
