本申请涉及车辆的标志领域,并且更具体地涉及具有发光标志的气囊罩盖和安全气囊装置。
背景技术
车辆具有用来指示车辆的品牌的标志。一些标志构造为发光标志,从而更加引人注目。发光标志安装在方向盘的气囊罩盖上。当车辆发生碰撞时,位于气囊罩盖内部的气囊充气膨胀,从而顶开发光标志展开,使得保护驾驶员。

发明内容

本申请的一方面提供了一种气囊罩盖,其包括壳体和发光标志。壳体具有凹槽,凹槽的底表面形成有环形凹部。发光标志具有光源和标牌。标牌具有:顶盖,其上设置有透光部,和侧壁,其从顶盖的周缘延伸至环形凹部内,顶盖、侧壁与底表面之间界定封闭的空腔,光源发出的光能够传输至空腔内并且通过透光部传输至外界环境。
根据本申请的实施例,环形凹部设置在底表面的边缘处。
根据本申请的实施例,侧壁由不透光材料或者涂覆有不透光涂层的透光材料制成。

以下将结合附图描述根据本申请的发光标志和气囊罩盖的具体实施例。下面的详细描述和附图用于示例性地说明本申请的原理,本申请不限于所描述的优选实施例,本申请的保护范围由权利要求书限定。
此外,空间相关术语(诸如“上”、“下”、“左”和“右”等) 用于描述附图所示的元件与另一个元件的相对位置关系。因此,空间相关术语可以应用到使用时与附图所示的方向不同的方向中。显然,虽然为了易于说明,所有这些空间相关术语指的是附图所示的方向,但是本领域技术人员能够理解可以使用与附图中所示的方向不同的方向。在本文中,上、下、左、右方向是驾驶员观察气囊罩盖时的上、下、左、右方向。

在本实施例中,标牌22的侧壁221延伸至凹槽13的底表面上的环形凹部130,侧壁221与环形凹部130相配合,就能起到挡光的作用,而不再需要现有技术中的底盖。因此,相比于现有技术,本实施例的气囊罩 盖的零部件的数量减少,使得气囊罩盖的尺寸减小、重量减轻并且成本降低。此外,在气囊展开期间,由于需要顶开的气囊罩盖的部分的重量减轻,因此,气囊更能顺利地展开。
在本实施例中,凹槽13的深度设计为具有特定的深度,以防止由于深度太深而影响壳体10的强度,并且防止由于深度太浅而影响挡光效果。
图3是示出了根据本申请的另一实施例的气囊罩盖的局部剖视图。如图3所示,凹槽13的底表面上设置有附加壁114,标牌22的侧壁221位于凹槽13的侧表面与附加壁114之间。标牌22的侧壁221和附加壁114形成了双壁结构,以进一步防止光泄漏,并且在凹槽13的深度较浅的情况下,也能够可靠地防止光泄漏。在一个实施例中,附加壁114的伸出端抵靠标牌22的顶盖220。

图6是示出了根据本申请的实施例的气囊罩盖的仰视立体图,其中,安装部的伸出端并未焊接;并且图7是示出了根据本申请的实施例的气囊罩盖的仰视立体图,其中,安装部的伸出端焊接至壳体。如图6和图7所示,安装部223插入通过相应的通孔112并且从相应的通孔112中伸出,安装部223的伸出端焊接至壳体10。安装部223的外表面的形状与通孔112的形状相适应,安装部223可以呈柱状。
返回参照图5,气囊罩盖1还包括导光板30,导光板30位于空腔内,光源21发出的光依次经由导光板30和透光部222传输至外界环境。光源21(例如LED)安装在导光板30的一端。沿着驾驶员的视线观察,导光板30大致占满凹槽13内的剩余空间,从而最大程度地使光源21发出的光填充整个空腔。在实施例中,光源21的数量为两个。导光板30的一端、特别是在椭圆形标牌22的长边方向上的一端设置有两个开口。光源 21分别位于相应的开口内。凹槽13的底表面上形成有多个凸起113,多个凸起113布设在导光板30的周边,从而使导光板30的位置固定。
参照图5至图7,气囊罩盖1还包括控制单元40,以用于对光源21进行控制。具体地,控制单元40用来控制光源21的颜色、亮度和点亮的形式(例如,单色静止、单色呼吸、变色呼吸和律动)。例如,控制单元40构造为PCBA板。控制单元40位于壳体10的主体部11的边缘处,并且通过柔性电路板50连接至光源21。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种气囊罩盖(1),其特征在于,包括:
    壳体(10),其具有凹槽(13),所述凹槽(13)的底表面形成有环形凹部(130);以及
    发光标志(20),其具有
    光源(21),和
    标牌(22),其具有
    顶盖(220),其上设置有透光部(222),和
    侧壁(221),其从所述顶盖(220)的周缘延伸至所述环形凹部(130)内,所述顶盖(220)、所述侧壁(221)与所述底表面之间界定封闭的空腔,所述光源(21)发出的光能够传输至所述空腔内并且通过所述透光部(222)传输至外界环境。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的气囊罩盖(1),其特征在于,
    所述底表面上设置有附加壁(114),所述标牌(22)的所述侧壁(221)位于所述凹槽(13)的侧表面与所述附加壁(114)之间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的气囊罩盖(1),其特征在于,
    所述标牌(22)的所述侧壁(221)的外表面设置有毛毡,以密封所述侧壁(221)的外表面与所述凹槽(13)的侧表面之间的间隙。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的气囊罩盖(1),其特征在于,
    所述环形凹部(130)设置在所述底表面的边缘处。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的气囊罩盖(1),其特征在于,
    所述侧壁(221)由不透光材料或者涂覆有不透光涂层的透光材料制成。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的气囊罩盖(1),其特征在于,
    所述壳体(10)具有底壁部(110)和从所述底壁部(110)的周缘延伸的周壁部(111),所述底壁部(110)和所述周壁部(111)界定所述凹槽(13)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的气囊罩盖(1),其特征在于,
    多个安装部(223)从所述顶盖(220)延伸出并且沿周向间隔排列,所述底壁部(110)设置有与所述多个安装部(223)相对应的多个通孔(112),所述多个安装部(223)插入通过相应的所述通孔(112)并且从相应的所述通孔(112)中伸出,所述多个安装部(223)的伸出端焊接至所述壳体(10)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的气囊罩盖(1),其特征在于,还包括:
    导光板(30),其位于所述空腔内,所述光源(21)发出的光依次经由所述导光板(30)和所述透光部(222)传输至所述外界环境。
  9. 一种安全气囊装置,其特征在于,包括:
    根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的气囊罩盖(1);
    气囊,其容纳在所述气囊罩盖(1)内;和
    气体发生器,其与所述气囊相连接,以用于对所述气囊进行充气。
