Claims (12)
- 一种复合微球,所述复合微球具备交联多糖形成的壳层,壳层内包载活性成分,所述壳层表面修饰有金属成分。
- 一种表面富电荷复合微球,所述表面富电荷复合微球具备交联多糖形成的壳层,壳层内包载活性成分,所述壳层表面修饰有金属成分,壳层外还包括富电荷膜,所述富电荷膜通过层层自组装聚电解质获得。
- 根据权利要求1所述的复合微球,或权利要求2所述的表面富电荷复合微球,其中,活性成分选自抗微生物剂、香味物质、织物调理物质中的一种或多种的组合;优选地,活性成分至少包括抗微生物剂;更优选地,活性成分优选为油溶性成分、或者至少包含一种油溶性成分或者为分散在油溶性液体中的含活性成分的液体。
- 根据权利要求3所述的复合微球或表面富电荷复合微球,其中,所述的抗微生物剂选自有机抗菌药物、无机抗菌药物、天然抗微生物剂;优选地天然抗微生物剂为天然植物提取物,更优选为印楝属植物提取物、银杏叶提取物、木瓜提取物、菠萝提取物、芦荟提取物、迷迭香提取物、橙花提取物、丁香提取物、旱莲草提取物、乌面马提取物、薄荷提取物、散沫花提取物、核桃提取物、紫朱草提取物、姜黄素、石榴提取物、洋葱提取物、紫矿提取物;优选地,无机抗菌药物选自银或银盐、硅铝;优选地,有机抗菌药物选自季铵盐化合物、n-卤胺、聚六亚甲基双胍、三氯生、硅基四元剂、碘、酚、硫酚、杂环化合物、无机盐、硝基化合物、尿素、胺、甲醛衍生物。
- 根据权利要求1所述的复合微球,或权利要求2所述的表面富电荷复合微球,其中,所述金属成分选自金属盐、金属氧化物或金属纳米颗粒;优选地,金属盐选自硝酸银,氯化银、氯化锌、氧化钛、氧化镁、氧化银、氧化金、氧化钙中的一种或两种以上组合,优选地,金属氧化物选自氧化铜、氧化锌、氧化钛、氧化镁、氧化银、氧化金、氧化钙中的一种或两种以上组合,优选地,金属的纳米颗粒选自氧化铜纳米颗粒、氧化锌纳米颗粒、氧化钛纳米颗粒、氧化镁纳米颗粒、氧化银纳米颗粒、氧化金纳米颗粒、铜纳米颗粒、锌纳米颗粒、钛纳米颗粒、镁纳米颗粒、银纳米颗粒、金纳米颗粒。
- 根据权利要求1所述的复合微球,或权利要求2所述的表面富电荷复合微球,其中,交联多糖选自交联的天然线性多糖及其衍生物和类似物中的任意一种或至少两种的组合;优选地交联的天然线性多糖选自交联的壳聚糖、交联的海藻酸钠、交联的阿拉伯胶、交联的明胶、交联的纤维素。
- 根据权利要求2所述的表面富电荷复合微球,聚电解质为阴离子聚电解质、阳离子聚电解质或无机类聚电解质,优选地,所述阴离子聚电解质选自聚苯乙烯磺酸钠、聚丙烯酸、聚甲基丙烯酸、聚苯乙烯磺酸、聚乙烯磺酸、聚乙烯磷酸,优选地,阳离子聚电解质选自聚乙烯亚胺、聚乙烯胺、聚乙烯吡啶;优选地,无机类聚电解质选自聚磷酸盐、聚硅酸盐。
- 一种织物护理组合物,所织物护理组合物中包含权利要求1,3-6任一项所述的复合微球或权利要求2-7任一项所述表面富电荷的复合微球;优选地,织物护理组合物选自织物软化组合物、织物增强组合物、织物清洁组合物、织物后整理组合物以及它们的组合。
- 一种处理织物的方法,所述方法包括将权利要求1,3-6任一项所述的复合微球或权利要求2-7任一项所述表面富电荷的复合微球或权利要求8所述的织物护理组合物施用于织物的步骤。
- 一种赋予织物抗微生物活性的方法,所述方法包括将权利要求1,3-6任一项所述的复合微球或权利要求2-7任一项所述表面富电荷的复合微球或权利要求8所述的织物护理组合物施用于织物的步骤。
- 权利要求1,3-6任一项所述的复合微球的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:1)以活性成分、表面活性剂以及未交联的多糖成分混合形成水包油乳液,然后将水包油乳液第二油相中,形成油包水包油的乳化结构的乳液,2)通过化学方法或物理方法使步骤1)所得乳液中的多糖成分交联固化,形成包含活性成分且具有交联多糖外壳的微球,将包含活性成分且具有交联多糖外壳的微球从第二油相中 分离;3)将步骤2)所得微球与金属成分复合,获得表面修饰有金属成分的复合微球;优选地,步骤1)中未交联的多糖成分选自壳聚糖、海藻酸钠、阿拉伯胶、明胶、纤维素、透明质酸、葡萄糖、胶质、黄胶原、褐藻酸、淀粉、糊精及其衍生物;优选地,步骤2)中化学方法为加入交联剂,使未交联的多糖成分进行交联反应,所述的交联剂选自三聚磷酸钠、钙盐、醛类、氯化钙、三氯氧磷、三偏磷酸钠、醋酸、己二酸;优选地,步骤1)中所述的表面活性剂选自吐温、司盘、聚环氧乙烷-聚环氧丙烷-聚环氧乙烷三嵌段共聚物;优选地,第二油相为与水不互溶的油溶性液体。
- 权利要求2-7任一项所述表面富电荷复合微球的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:1)以活性成分、表面活性剂以及未交联的多糖成分混合形成水包油乳液,然后将水包油乳液第二油相中,形成油包水包油的乳化结构的乳液,2)通过化学方法或物理方法使步骤1)所得乳液中的多糖成分交联固化,形成包含活性成分且具有交联多糖外壳的微球,将包含活性成分且具有交联多糖外壳的微球从第二油相中分离;3)将步骤2)所得微球与金属成分复合,获得表面修饰有金属成分的复合微球;4)将步骤3)所得织物用复合微球与聚电解质混合反应,分离后重复与聚电解质反应N次,获得表面形成富电荷膜的织物用表面富电荷复合微球;优选地,步骤1)中未交联的多糖成分选自壳聚糖、海藻酸钠、阿拉伯胶、明胶、纤维素、透明质酸、葡萄糖、胶质、黄胶原、褐藻酸、淀粉、糊精及其衍生物;优选地,步骤2)中化学方法为加入交联剂,使未交联的多糖成分进行交联反应,所述的交联剂选自三聚磷酸钠、钙盐、醛类、氯化钙、三氯氧磷、三偏磷酸钠、醋酸、己二酸;优选地,步骤1)中所述的表面活性剂选自吐温、司盘、聚环氧乙烷-聚环氧丙烷-聚环氧乙烷三嵌段共聚物;优选地,第二油相为与水不互溶的油溶性液体。
