需要说明,本发明实施例中所有方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……)仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。
另外,在本发明中如涉及“第一”、“第二”等的描述仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示其相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。在本发明的描述中,“多个”的含义是至少两个,例如两个,三个等,除非另有明确具体的限定。

另外,本发明各个实施例之间的技术方案可以相互结合,但是必须是以本领域普通技术人员能够实现为基础,当技术方案的结合出现相互矛盾或无法实现时应当认为这种技术方案的结合不存在,也不在本发明要求的保护范围之内。
实施例
如图1所示,本实施例提供的一种粉体喷粉房,该粉体喷粉房用于为待喷粉件喷粉,该粉体喷粉房包括粉房主体,所述粉房主体的前侧壁和后侧壁分别设置有用于所述待喷粉件通过的入口和出口,所述粉房主体的顶壁上设置有开槽4,用于悬挂所述待喷粉件的挂链从所述开槽4通过。在具体使用中,吊具通过挂链挂置待喷粉件,并携带待喷粉件运动,在喷粉件运动中,吊链经开槽4从粉房主体的前端运动至后端;待喷粉件经入口进入粉房主体内部,喷粉后经出口运行至其它工序位置。在上述粉体喷粉房中,所述粉房主体包括自动喷室1和至少一个补喷室2,其中一个补喷室2位于所述自动喷室1靠近所述出口的一侧,以便对未喷粉的地方进行补喷;当补喷室2有两个时,另一个补喷室2位于所述自动喷室1靠近所述入口的一侧,以便提前对自动喷无法喷到的位置进行提前喷粉。当然,在自动喷室1靠近所述入口的一侧也可以设置补喷室2,以便对可预见的通过自动喷粉无法喷到的边角处进行预补喷。所述自动喷室1的下部设置有粉末回收口,所述粉末回收口连接有抽风机;所述补喷室2的下部设置有多个鼓气口5,所述鼓气口5通过气管连接有鼓风机;所述鼓气口5面向所述粉末回收口。
上述一种粉体喷粉房,在自动喷室1的一侧设置补喷室2,将自动喷工序和补喷工序设置在一处,方便工作人员快速为待喷粉件进行补喷。自动喷室1下部设置粉末回收口,且粉末回收口连接抽风机,上述粉末回收口能够快速有效的回收自动喷室1内的粉料;同时,补喷室2内设置有多个鼓气口5,该鼓气口5面向粉末回收口,鼓风机鼓出的风可将掉落在补喷室2底壁上的粉料吹到自动喷室1内的粉末回收口内,实现粉料的回收。
本实施例提供的粉体喷粉房,能够有效收集自动喷室1和补喷室2内掉落的粉料,提高了粉料的利用率,同时也改善粉体喷粉房的环境。再则,上述鼓气口5和鼓风机的设置,可以使粉体喷粉房内形成从补喷室2到自动喷室1的气流,防止粉料从出口或入口流出,防止粉料污染粉体喷粉房外的环境。
具体的,为了提高自动喷室1中喷粉的准确性,在靠近所述粉房主体的入口处设置有光栅,所述光栅连接有控制器,上述光栅用于获取待喷粉件的形状和位置信息,并将获取的信息传输至控制器;所述自动喷室1的自动喷枪为往复式喷枪6,所述往复式喷枪6与所述控制器相连接,上述控制器根据光栅获取的信息控制往复式喷枪6进行喷粉操作。
具体的,如图2所示,所述前侧壁和所述后侧壁均是由左门7和右门8构成的,所述左门7和所述右门8之间的条形间隙为入口或出口。上述左门7和右门8的设置,可以减少粉房主体前侧壁和后侧壁进入的空气,进而更好的在粉房主体内形成负压,以便通过粉末回收口回收掉落以及弥散在空气中的粉料。
更具体的,如图1所示,为了更好的保护工作人员,提升工作人员的工作环境,同时也为了及时进行补喷,提高喷粉效果,在本实施例中,所述自动喷室1和所述补喷室2之间设置有左隔板和右隔板,所述左隔板和所述右隔板之间留有间隙,所述间隙为所述待喷涂件通过的通道;所述左隔板和所述左门7之间设置有至少一个补喷位3,所述右隔板和所述右门8之间设置有至少一个补喷位3;所述补喷位3上设置有升降台。通过上述内容可知,上述补喷位3位于左隔板/右隔板和左门7/右门8之间位置,可以防止自动喷室1内弥散的粉料飘散至补喷位3, 改善工作人员的工作环境。
更具体的,为了在粉房主体内形成负压,所述入口的宽度和所述出口的宽度从上到下逐渐增大。在本实施例中,如图2所示,为了实现上述配置,左门7和右门8靠近入口或出口的一侧可以设置为从上向下倾斜向外延伸。通过上述方式,空气更多的从入口和出口的上部进入,从粉末回收口排出,粉房主体内形成从两侧上端到粉房主体的底壁中部的粉末回收口气流,以便更好的回收收集弥散在空气中的粉料,增大回收率;再则,通过上述设置,工作人员所在的补喷位3位于上风口处,也可减少补喷位3处粉料的含量,改善工作人员的工作环境。
更具体的,如图2所示,为了进一步控制粉房主体内气流方向以及各位置气压,在本实施例中,所述入口和出口下部还设置有卷轴,所述卷轴上设置有卷门布10,所述卷门布10的两侧设置有滑块,两滑块通过滑杆11相连接,卷门布10与该滑杆11相连接;所述左门7和右门8上分别设置有竖向滑道12,所述滑块和所述竖向滑道12相适配;所述竖向滑道12上设置有用于固定滑块的滑块固定件。上述卷轴可以用于卷起或释放卷门布10,在具体使用时,工作人员可根据需要将卷门布10从下向上布置在入口或出口,防止空气从入口和出口进入粉房主体,最终形成粉房主体内下部气压低,上部气压高,空气从上部向下流动的状况,以便收集弥散在空气中的粉料,同时也降低工作人员所处空间粉料在空气中的密度,并防止粉料从粉体喷粉房上部溢出。
再具体的,上述粉体喷粉房,入口和出口的宽度应在不影响待喷粉件通过的前提下越小越好,为了减少入口和出口的宽度,在本实施例中,所述左门7和所述右门8分别连接有平移机构,所述左门7和所述右门8在所述平移机构的驱动下靠近或远离,工作人员可根据待喷粉件的宽度,通过平移机构平移上述左门7和右门8,进而调整入口和出口的宽度,减少从入口和出口进入的空气量。
具体的,在本实施例中,为了使补喷位3位于上风位,改善工作人员的工作环境,同时也为了更好的收集弥散在补喷室2中的粉料,在本实施例中,应尽量 减少从顶壁开槽4中进入的空气。为此,在本实施例中,如图3所示,所述开槽4的两侧侧壁分别设置有柔性件,所述挂链从两个柔性件之间通过,上述柔性件的设置,可以用于封堵开槽4,阻止空气从开槽4进入粉房主体,使更多的空气从粉房主体的两端上部进入,进而形成从两端上部向粉末回收口流动的气流,该气流的设置使粉末回收口更易收集粉房主体内各位置尤其是补喷室2空气中弥漫的粉料;再者也能使补喷位3处于上风口,改善工作人员的工作环境。另外,与空气直接从上部开槽进入相比,空气从两端倾斜向下流动,对喷粉的影响较小,可避免空气直接向下流动时待喷粉件上部和下部喷粉不均匀的问题。
其中,本实施例还提供了柔性件的一种具体形式,在本实施例中,所述柔性件包括海绵,所述海绵粘贴固定在所述开槽4的两侧侧壁上;所述海绵上包覆有布片,所述布片上设置有绒毛。上述海绵弹性较大,对挂链的运动阻力小;绒毛可以阻挡空气进入,同时还不会阻碍挂链运动。
当然,为了阻挡空气从开槽4进入粉房主体,还可以通过本实施例中的另一种实现方式,如图3所示:所述粉房主体的顶壁上设置有两个旋转组件,所述旋转组件包括主动轮、从动轮和旋转环,所述主动轮连接有伺服电机,所述旋转环套设在所述主动轮和所述从动轮上。两个所述旋转环以所述开槽4为中心轴镜像对称,所述旋转环上设置有多个橡胶片13;位于两个所述旋转环上的橡胶片13抵接并覆盖所述开槽4。在上述方案中,主动轮和从动轮带动旋转环运动,且两个旋转环相贴合的一面运动方向一致,即相抵接的两橡胶片13运动方向一致。上述橡胶片13覆盖所述开槽4,可防止空气从开槽4进入粉房主体内,在待喷粉件运动时,挂链在开槽4内运动,橡胶片13随着挂链的运动而运动,当然,为了保持橡胶片13的运动与挂链的运动一致,上述伺服电机的转速应与吊挂挂链的积放链运动速度一致。上述橡胶片13除了防止空气从开槽4进入,以实现气流从粉房主体的两端上部向粉末回收口运动外,还能够夹持挂链,防止挂链摇摆,以提高喷粉的稳定性。上述旋转环设置为:各个旋转环上设置多个橡胶片13;多个橡胶片13的设置,便于挂链置于相邻橡胶片13的间隙处。同时,橡胶 片13有多个,橡胶片13可逐一紧贴分布,当橡胶片13运行至主动轮或从动轮处的变向处时,橡胶片13之间可分离;而当橡胶片13有且只有一个且环状固定在旋转环上时,橡胶片13运行至主动轮或从动轮处时必然会被拉伸变形,橡胶片13有多个,橡胶片运行至主动轮或从动轮处时可以分离,可以避免上述状况的发生。
当然,以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非因此限制本发明的专利范围,凡是在本发明的发明构思下,利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构变换,或直接/间接运用在其他相关的技术领域均包括在本发明的专利保护范围内,理应受到本发明的保护。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种粉体喷粉房,用于为待喷粉件喷粉,所述粉体喷粉房包括粉房主体,所述粉房主体的前侧壁和后侧壁分别设置有用于所述待喷粉件通过的入口和出口,所述粉房主体的顶壁上设置有开槽,用于悬挂所述待喷粉件的挂链从所述开槽通过;
    其特征在于,所述粉房主体包括自动喷室和至少一个补喷室,其中一个补喷室位于所述自动喷室靠近所述出口的一侧;
    所述自动喷室的下部设置有粉末回收口,所述粉末回收口连接有抽风机;所述补喷室的下部设置有多个鼓气口,所述鼓气口通过气管连接有鼓风机;所述鼓气口面向所述粉末回收口。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的粉体喷粉房,其特征在于,
    靠近所述粉房主体的入口处设置有光栅,所述光栅连接有控制器;所述自动喷室的自动喷枪为往复式喷枪,所述往复式喷枪与所述控制器相连接。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的粉体喷粉房,其特征在于,
    所述前侧壁和所述后侧壁均是由左门和右门构成的,所述左门和所述右门之间的条形间隙为入口或出口。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的粉体喷粉房,其特征在于,
    所述自动喷室和所述补喷室之间设置有左隔板和右隔板,所述左隔板和所述右隔板之间留有间隙,所述间隙为所述待喷涂件通过的通道;所述左隔板和所述左门之间设置有至少一个补喷位,所述右隔板和所述右门之间设置有至少一个补喷位;所述补喷位上设置有升降台。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的粉体喷粉房,其特征在于,
    所述入口的宽度和所述出口的宽度从上到下逐渐增大。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的粉体喷粉房,其特征在于,
    所述入口和所述出口下部还设置有卷轴,所述卷轴上设置有卷门布,所述卷门布的两侧设置有滑块,两滑块通过滑杆相连接,卷门布与该滑杆相连接;所述左门和右门上分别设置有竖向滑道,所述滑块和所述竖向滑道相适配;所述竖向滑道上设置有用于固定所述滑块的滑块固定件。
  7. 如权利要求3所述的粉体喷粉房,其特征在于,
    所述左门和所述右门分别连接有平移机构,所述左门和所述右门在所述平移机构的驱动下靠近或远离。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的粉体喷粉房,其特征在于,
    所述开槽的两侧侧壁分别设置有柔性件,所述挂链从两个柔性件之间通过。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的粉体喷粉房,其特征在于,
    所述柔性件包括海绵,所述海绵粘贴固定在所述开槽的两侧侧壁上;所述海绵上包覆有布片,所述布片上设置有绒毛。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的粉体喷粉房,其特征在于,
    所述粉房主体的顶壁上设置有两个旋转组件,所述旋转组件包括主动轮、从动轮和旋转环,所述主动轮连接有伺服电机,所述旋转环套设在所述主动轮和所述从动轮上;
    两个所述旋转环以所述开槽为中心轴镜像对称,所述旋转环上设置有多个橡胶片;位于两个所述旋转环上的橡胶片抵接并覆盖所述开槽。
