在本发明实施例中,所述多个买家终端,包括第一音频输入模块、第一视频输入模块、第一音视频信号处理模块和第一音视频信号收发模块;所述音频交互单元,包括第二音频输入模块、第二视频输入模块、第二音视频信号处理模块和第二音视频信号收发模块。其中,所述第一音视频信号处理模块的输入端分别与所述第一音频输入模块的输出端以及第一视频输入模块的输出端连接;所述第一音频信号处理模块的输出端与所述第一音视频信号收发模块连接;所述第二音视频信号处理模块的输入端分别与所述第二音频输 入模块的输出端以及第二视频输入模块的输出端连接;所述第二音频信号处理模块的输出端与所述第二音视频信号收发模块连接。
在本实施例中,所述第一音视频信号处理模块,包括:第一音视频信号提取单元,用于从买家输入的音频信号和视频信号中提取用于解调的音频载波信号和视频载波信号;第一音视频信号转换单元,用于对提取的音频载波信号和视频载波信号进行编码转换,得到音频基带信号和视频基带信号;以及第一音视频基带信号解码单元,用于对音频基带信号和视频基带信号进行转换处理,得到音频电信号和视频电信号,并将该音频电信号和该视频电信号传输至所述第一音视频收发模块。
在本实施例中,所述第二音视频信号处理模块,包括:第二音视频信号提取单元,用于从卖家输入的音频信号和视频信号中提取用于解调的音频载波信号和视频载波信号;第二音视频信号转换单元,用于对提取的音频载波信号和视频载波信号进行编码转换,得到音频基带信号和视频基带信号;以及第二音视频基带信号解码单元,用于对音频基带信号和视频基带信号进行转换处理,得到音频电信号和视频电信号,并将该音频电信号和该视频电信号传输至所述第一音视频收发模块。
在本实施例中,所述电子商务管理平台,还包括:客服服务终端,用于买家和卖家向管理员提交在使用该音视频通信的电子商务系统的过程中产生的一些问题。例如,当买家在使用音视频通信的电子商务系统的过程中,如果遇到了系统故障或是其他问题,可以通过客服服务终端将遇到的问题提交给平台管理员。
上述发明实施例提供的文具推荐电子商务系统,包括电子商务管理平台和电子商务交易平台,所述电子商务管理平台包括商品信息管理单元、商品识别单元和商品选择单元,所述商品信息管理单元用于添加和删减文具商品信息,所述商品识别单元用于对网站上的文具进行识别,所述商品选择单元 用于对网站上的文具进行选择,所述电子商务交易平台将选择的文具进行整合生成订单并提供支付服务,所述电子商务管理平台还设有音频交互单元,所述音频交互单元与多个买家终端远程连接进行播放文具使用音频,可采集文具图像,并通过音频交互单元在买家终端播放文具使用音频,实现文具的挑选和交易,用户购物体验感好。

(2)、本发明实施例附图中,只涉及到与本发明实施例涉及到的结构,其他结构可参考通常设计。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种文具推荐电子商务系统,其特征在于,包括电子商务管理平台和电子商务交易平台,所述电子商务管理平台包括商品信息管理单元、商品识别单元和商品选择单元,所述商品信息管理单元用于添加和删减文具商品信息,所述商品识别单元用于对网站上的文具进行识别,所述商品选择单元用于对网站上的文具进行选择,所述电子商务交易平台将选择的文具进行整合生成订单并提供支付服务,所述电子商务管理平台还设有音频交互单元,所述音频交互单元与多个买家终端远程连接进行播放文具使用音频。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的文具推荐电子商务系统,其特征在于,所述商品识别单元包括第一处理单元、第二处理单元、第三处理单元、第四处理单元和第五处理单元,所述第一处理单元用于采集文具图像,所述文具图像为文具使用展示图像,所述第二处理单元用于对文具图像进行分割,得到初始分割结果,所述第三处理单元用于对图像初始分割结果进行区域归并,得到最终分割结果,所述第四处理单元用于对最终分割结果的分割效果进行评价,所述第五处理单元用于对图像中文具进行识别。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的文具推荐电子商务系统,其特征在于,所述第二处理单元包括第一分割子单元、第二分割子单元和融合分割子单元,所述第一分割子单元用于获取文具图像的一次分割结果,所述第二分割子单元用于获取文具图像的第二分割结果,所述融合分割子单元根据文具图像的第一分割结果和第二分割结果获取文具图像的初始分割结果。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的文具推荐电子商务系统,其特征在于,所述第三处理单元包括第一合并子单元和第二合并子单元,所述第一合并子单元用于对单通道图像初始分割结果进行区域归并,所述第二合并子单元用于对多通道图像初始分割结果进行区域归并。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的文具推荐电子商务系统,其特征在于,所述多个买家终端包括第一音频输入模块、第一视频输入模块、第一音视频信号处理 模块和第一音视频信号收发模块;所述音频交互单元包括第二音频输入模块、第二视频输入模块、第二音视频信号处理模块和第二音视频信号收发模块。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的文具推荐电子商务系统,其特征在于,所述第一音视频信号处理模块的输入端分别与所述第一音频输入模块的输出端以及第一视频输入模块的输出端连接;所述第一音频信号处理模块的输出端与所述第一音视频信号收发模块连接;所述第二音视频信号处理模块的输入端分别与所述第二音频输入模块的输出端以及第二视频输入模块的输出端连接;所述第二音频信号处理模块的输出端与所述第二音视频信号收发模块连接。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的文具推荐电子商务系统,其特征在于,所述第一音视频信号处理模块,包括:
    第一音视频信号提取单元,用于从买家输入的音频信号和视频信号中提取用于解调的音频载波信号和视频载波信号;
    第一音视频信号转换单元,用于对提取的音频载波信号和视频载波信号进行编码转换,得到音频基带信号和视频基带信号;以及
    第一音视频基带信号解码单元,用于对音频基带信号和视频基带信号进行转换处理,得到音频电信号和视频电信号,并将该音频电信号和该视频电信号传输至所述第一音视频收发模块。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的文具推荐电子商务系统,其特征在于,所述第二音视频信号处理模块,包括:
    第二音视频信号提取单元,用于从卖家输入的音频信号和视频信号中提取用于解调的音频载波信号和视频载波信号;
    第二音视频信号转换单元,用于对提取的音频载波信号和视频载波信号进行编码转换,得到音频基带信号和视频基带信号;以及
    第二音视频基带信号解码单元,用于对音频基带信号和视频基带信号进行转换处理,得到音频电信号和视频电信号,并将该音频电信号和该视频电信号传输至所述第一音视频收发模块。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的文具推荐电子商务系统,其特征在于,所述电子商务管理平台,还包括:客服服务终端,用于买家和卖家向管理员提交在使用该音视频通信的电子商务系统的过程中产生的一些问题。
