干衣机主要由门、外壳、放置衣物的滚筒、风路、加热元件、控制系统等组成,目前,除了用热泵系统干燥衣物的干衣机以外,其他都是用电热元器件加热的方式来干燥衣物;即环境温度的空气经过加热元件变成高温气体进入滚筒,高温干燥空气和滚筒里面的湿衣物发生热交换,变成温度相对较低的湿热空气排出滚筒的过程,经过一定时间的循环,衣物即可以达到干燥效果。
由于干衣过程与洗衣过程不同,在执行干衣程序时,滚筒内不存水,所以在干衣程序执行期间,用户可以打开干衣机门取放衣物。一般情况下,在干衣机工作过程中,门体处于解锁状态,可以随时打开。但是,当干衣机内的衣物过多时,干衣机门会被顶开,影响干衣过程正常进行。

参见图6至图8,锁合部内设置有卡爪32,卡爪32与锁体31转动连接,当门钩插入锁合部,卡爪32能够与门钩卡接,以防止门钩脱出。可选地,锁体31上设置有支撑轴,卡爪32与支撑轴之间通过扭簧连接。卡爪32的一侧设置有滑块33,滑块33沿直线移动进而推动卡爪32的一端,使得卡爪32绕支撑轴转动。
锁体31上设置有解锁机构,解锁机构由电流控制,能够驱动滑块33移动。示例性地,解锁机构包括线圈341、移动件342和转接件343,线圈341与锁体31固定设置,在线圈341的驱动下,移动件342能够沿直线伸出和缩回,转接件343与移动件342固定连接,转接件343与滑块33之间斜面配合,进而驱动滑块33移动。
移动件342与压缩弹簧连接,在线圈341正向得电状态下,移动件342伸出,带动转接件343移动,转接件343将运动传递至滑块33,使得滑块33推动 卡爪32转动,进而将卡爪32锁紧,此时与滑块33连接的弹簧被压缩。
在突然断电状态下,由于压缩弹簧的作用,移动件342无法自行缩回,进而卡爪32一直卡紧门钩。在线圈341反向得电状态下,移动件342能够缩回。
解锁机构还包括解锁按钮,解锁按钮设置于干衣机的外壳10的表面上,通过按压解锁按钮,能够使得线圈341反向得电,线圈341驱动移动件342缩回,进而使得滑块33复位,卡爪32与门钩脱离,此时可打开门体20。解锁按钮的具体工作原理为相关技术。
干衣机还包括应急机构,应急机构包括触发件351、拉杆352、拉绳353和滑轴354,滑轴354与前面板11固定连接,拉绳353绕设过滑轴354,滑轴354对拉绳353起到导向和支撑作用,拉绳353的第一端与触发件351连接,第二端与拉杆352连接,拉杆352与锁体31连接。通过触发件351能够带动拉绳353移动,进而带动拉杆352移动,拉杆352上设置有凸出部3521,凸出部3521能够伸入锁体31内触发移动件342,使得移动件342缩回。
在一实施例中,触发件351包括滑钮和弹簧,滑钮与前面板11滑动连接,通过扳动滑钮,能够带动拉绳353拉动拉杆352,当松开滑钮时,在弹簧的作用下复位。
滑钮设置于前面板11的底部,防止儿童误碰。弹簧的设置,使得只有施加给滑钮一定的外力,才能够驱动滑钮滑动,为了防止儿童误碰,可以增大弹簧的刚度。
本申请实施例提供一种干衣机门锁控制方法,包括:
干衣机开始工作时,判断负载重量是否大于预设重量,若是,则控制门锁30处于锁定状态,否则,控制所述门锁30处于解锁状态。
若负载重量小于预设重量,表示衣物较少,则控制门锁30处于解锁状态,便于用户取放衣物;若负载重量大于预设重量,表示衣物较多,则控制门锁30处于锁定状态,防止衣物顶开门体20。
其中,负载重量可以用现有的传感器检测,在此不再赘述。控制门锁30处于锁定状态,即控制线圈341得电,使得卡爪32与门钩锁合。控制门锁30处于解锁状态,即控制线圈341反向得电,使得卡爪32与门钩脱离。
本实施例中提到的控制门锁30状态,是在门体20关闭的情况下进行的,当门体20打开时,不存在控制门锁30状态。
在门锁30处于解锁状态且干衣机工作过程中,检测负载重量,并在负载重 量大于预设重量时,控制门锁30处于锁定状态。由于干衣机在工作过程中,用户可能向干衣机内添加衣物,使得负载重量产生变化,所以需要再次检测负载重量,并在衣物超过预设重量时,控制门锁30处于锁定状态,防止衣物顶开门体20。
检测负载重量可以是:检测门体20的状态,若门体20打开又在第一设定时长内关闭,则检测一次负载重量。在干衣机开始工作时,检测了一次负载重量,在干衣机工作过程中,可以检测门体20状态,若门体20打开,可能用户会添加或者取走衣物,在门体20打开又关闭之后,检测一次负载重量,以便于控制门锁30状态。
若门体20打开,且超过第一设定时长未关闭,则触发报警装置。之所以设置第一设定时长,是可能存在用户长时间打开门体20,不关门又不暂停干衣过程,会影响干衣效果。
在本实施例中提到的干衣机工作过程中打开门体20,是指并未暂停干衣程序,即在干衣程序运行过程中打开门体20。若干衣机接收到暂停指令,又检测到门体20打开,则超过第一设定时长也无需触发报警装置。
检测负载重量还可以是:每间隔第二设定时长检测一次负载重量,以便于及时获知负载重量的变化。若检测到负载重量大于预设重量,需在门体20关闭的情况下控制门锁30处于锁定状态。
一般情况下,在门锁30处于锁定状态且干衣机工作过程中,无需检测负载重量,干衣机可一直执行干衣程序至结束。
根据干衣机的实际配置,条件允许的情况下,在门锁30处于锁定状态且干衣机工作过程中,检测负载重量,并在负载重量小于预设重量时,控制门锁30处于解锁状态。因为随着干衣机的工作,衣物被烘干,衣物的重量降低,此时能够允许用户再添加衣物。
在门锁30处于解锁状态下,用户直接可拉开门体20,使得门钩与锁合部脱离。
在门锁30处于锁定状态且通电的情况下,通过解锁机构能够打开门锁30。即通过按压解锁按钮,能够控制线圈341反向得电,使得移动件342缩回,进而带动转接件343移动,使得滑块33在弹簧的作用下复位,进而卡爪32在扭簧的作用下旋转,脱离门钩。
在门锁30处于锁定状态且断电的情况下,通过应急机构能够打开门锁30。 即通过扳动滑钮,能够带动拉绳353拉动拉杆352,使得拉杆352上的凸出部3521伸入锁体31内触发移动件342,使得移动件342缩回,进而滑块33在弹簧的作用下复位,使得卡爪32在扭簧的作用下脱离门钩。
实施例二
为简便起见,仅描述实施例二与实施例一的区别点。区别之处在于,干衣机内设置有蓄电池,在干衣机工作过程中,若断电,通过干衣机内部的蓄电池为门锁30供电,使得门锁30处于通电状态,此时若门锁30锁定,可通过解锁机构打开门锁30。
在一实施例中,蓄电池不限于为门锁30供电,蓄电池可以为整个干衣机供电,以使得干衣程序继续进行。
干衣机上设置有指示灯,通过指示灯指示供电模式,用户根据指示灯的颜色即可获知是电源供电还是蓄电池供电,便于用户及时操作,在蓄电池供电的情况下,用户可及时停止干衣程序或者减少干衣时长,以防止蓄电池中的电量耗尽。
指示灯可通过颜色的不同,以指示不同的供电模式。
在干衣机工作过程中,若蓄电池中的电量耗尽,即干衣机断电,此时可通过应急机构打开门体20。
实施例三
为简便起见,仅描述实施例三与实施例一的区别点。区别之处在于,干衣机上设置有指示灯,通过指示灯指示门锁30的状态。用户根据指示灯即可获知门锁30的状态,便于用户进行操作。当用户获知干衣机处于解锁状态时,如有需要,可以打开门体20添加或者取走衣物。当用户获知干衣机处于锁定状态时,在不必须的情况下,不会打开门体20,在必须的情况下,可通过解锁机构打开门体20。
指示灯具有多种颜色,用户根据指示灯的颜色即可获知门锁30的状态。或者,可以设置多个指示灯,每个指示灯对应不同的状态,用户根据开启的指示灯即可获知门锁30的状态。
指示灯能够指示锁定状态和解锁状态,其中,锁定状态可以分为电池供电锁定状态和电源供电锁定状态,解锁状态可以分为电池供电解锁状态和电源供 电解锁状态,便于用户及时获知干衣机的工作情况。
本申请提出的干衣机门锁控制方法,在干衣机开始工作时,判断负载重量,若负载重量小于预设重量,表示衣物较少,则控制门锁30处于解锁状态,便于用户取放衣物;若负载重量大于预设重量,表示衣物较多,则控制门锁30处于锁定状态,防止衣物顶开门体。
本申请实施例还提供一种干衣机,采用上述的干衣机门锁控制方法进行控制。不仅便于用户取放衣物,还能够防止衣物顶开门体20,且在能够在紧急情况下通过应急机构开门,使得用户使用方便。
Claims (10)
- 一种干衣机门锁控制方法,包括:干衣机开始工作时,判断负载重量是否大于预设重量,响应于负载重量大于预设重量的判断结果,控制门锁处于锁定状态;响应于负载重量小于或等于预设重量的判断结果,控制所述门锁处于解锁状态。
- 根据权利要求1所述的干衣机门锁控制方法,还包括在所述门锁处于解锁状态且所述干衣机工作过程中,检测负载重量,并在负载重量大于预设重量时,控制所述门锁处于锁定状态。
- 根据权利要求2所述的干衣机门锁控制方法,其中,所述检测负载重量包括:检测门体的状态,响应于所述门体打开且在第一设定时长内关闭的检测结果,检测一次负载重量。
- 根据权利要求3所述的干衣机门锁控制方法,其中,所述检测负载重量还包括:响应于所述门体打开且超过第一设定时长未关闭的检测结果,触发报警装置。
- 根据权利要求2所述的干衣机门锁控制方法,其中,所述检测负载重量包括:每间隔第二设定时长检测一次负载重量。
- 根据权利要求1所述的干衣机门锁控制方法,还包括:在所述门锁处于锁定状态且通电的情况下,通过解锁机构触发所述门锁打开。
- 根据权利要求1所述的干衣机门锁控制方法,还包括:在所述门锁处于锁定状态且断电的情况下,通过应急机构触发所述门锁打开。
- 根据权利要求1所述的干衣机门锁控制方法,其中,所述干衣机上设置有指示灯,所述方法还包括:通过所述指示灯指示所述门锁的状态。
- 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的干衣机门锁控制方法,还包括:在所述干衣机工作过程中,响应于断电,通过所述干衣机内部的蓄电池为所述门锁供电。
- 一种干衣机,采用如权利要求1-9任一项所述的干衣机门锁控制方法进行控制。
