Description

一种美容花洒 技术领域
本发明涉及卫浴用品,尤其涉及淋浴装置。
背景技术
传统美容花洒功通常以水作为交换介质,将水引入美容液存储腔内,通过置换的方式将美容液混合到水中,这种方式容易导致美容液置换到水中的浓淡度不一,往往前期置换时浓度较大,后期随着水流进入美容液腔体越多,释放到花洒水中的浓度会越来越淡。
传统美容产品吸液装置都为电驱动,有能量消耗,需要电机及锂电池等电子部件,造价成本较高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的主要技术问题是提供一种美容花洒,液体美容介质与水的混合比例始终保持大体一致。
为了解决上述的技术问题,本发明提供了一种美容花洒,包括:花洒本体;所述花洒本体设置有连接进水口和出水嘴的水流道,以及用于存放液体美容介质的腔室;
所述腔室通过吸液装置连接所述水流道;所述花洒本体内还设置有水流驱动装置以驱动所述吸液装置将液体美容介质装置抽放至所述水流道中。
在一较佳实施例中:所述水流驱动装置包括设置在水流道中的斜水体和叶轮;水流道中的水经过斜水体换向后带动叶轮转动。
在一较佳实施例中:所述吸液装置为隔膜泵,其进液口连接至所述腔室,出液口连接至水流道;所述隔膜泵的活塞通过偏心机构连接至所述叶轮。
在一较佳实施例中:所述进液口通过软管连接所述腔室。
在一较佳实施例中:还包括吸液量调节装置,所述吸液量调节装置用于改变所述软管的内径。
在一较佳实施例中:所述吸液量调节装置包括滚轮和设置在滚轮上的压块,转动滚轮以改变所述压块与软管的挤压程度以改变所述软管的内径。
在一较佳实施例中:所述花洒本体上还设置有连通所述腔室的开口,以及用于打开或关闭所述开口的盖板。
在一较佳实施例中:所述盖板的一端与花洒本体的前端部转动连接。
在一较佳实施例中:所述盖板朝向开口的一侧设置有用于插入所述开口的堵头,所述堵头的侧壁设置有密封圈。
在一较佳实施例中:所述腔室的侧壁还设置有连通至外界大气的通气口,所述通气口处设置有单向阀。
相较于现有技术,本发明的技术方案具备以下有益效果:
本发明提供的一种美容花洒,采用水流驱动装置驱动吸液装置将腔室内的液体美容介质抽放至水流道中,不需要消耗能量,节能环保。 并且,在水流道的流速不发生变化时,水流驱动装置的叶轮转速恒定,这使得液体美容介质与水沐浴比例始终恒定;在水流道的流速变小时,水流驱动装置的叶轮的转速会降低,相应的液体美容介质混入水中的量也会减少;同理,在水流道的流速变大时,水流驱动装置的叶轮的转速会升高,相应的液体美容介质混入水中的量也会相应增加,这样就实现了水流量发生变化时,液体美容介质的抽放量也发生相应变化,从而使得液体美容介质与水流量的比例基本保持恒定。本发明美容花洒用于存放液体美容介质的腔室可拆卸的设置在花洒本体背部,位于出水嘴的上方;一是方便液体美容介质的更换;二是有效的利用了花洒本体的空间,使其更加紧凑。

参考图1-图3,一种美容花洒,包括:花洒本体1;所述花洒本体1设置有连接进水口11和出水嘴12的水流道13,以及用于存放液体美容介质的腔室14;
所述腔室14通过吸液装置连接所述水流道13;所述花洒本体1内还设置有水流驱动装置2以驱动所述吸液装置3将液体美容介质装置抽放至所述水流道13中。
上述的美容花洒,采用水流驱动装置2驱动吸液装置3将腔室14内的液体美容介质抽放至水流道13中,不需要消耗能量,节能环保。并且,在水流道13的流速不发生变化时,水流驱动装置2的转速恒定,这使得液体美容介质与水沐浴比例始终恒定;在水流道13的流速变小 时,水流驱动装置2的转速会降低,相应的液体美容介质混入水中的量也会减少;同理,在水流道13的流速变大时,水流驱动装置2的转速会升高,相应的液体美容介质混入水中的量也会相应增加,这样就实现了水流量发生变化时,液体美容介质的抽放量也发生相应变化,从而使得液体美容介质与水流量的比例基本保持恒定。
上述的本实施例中,所述水流驱动装置2包括设置在水流道13中的斜水体21和叶轮22;水流道13中的水经过斜水体21换向后带动叶轮22转动。所述吸液装置3为隔膜泵,其进液口31连接至所述腔室14,出液口32连接至水流道13;所述隔膜泵的活塞通过偏心机构连接至所述叶轮22。叶轮22转动时,就会带动偏心机构转动,偏心机构将偏心转动换向为活塞沿着隔膜泵轴向的运动。隔膜泵的结构为现有技术,本实施例中不做过多展开。
本实施例中,所述进液口31通过软管33连接所述腔室14。为了进一步方便用户自行对液体美容介质的抽放量进行调节,还包括吸液量调节装置4,所述吸液量调节装置4用于改变所述软管33的内径。
具体来说,所述吸液量调节装置4包括滚轮41和设置在滚轮41上的压块42,转动滚轮41以改变所述压块42与软管33的挤压程度以改变所述软管33的内径。当用户觉得液体美容介质的抽放量太大时,只需要用手拨动滚轮41,带动压块42进一步挤压软管33,使得软管33的内径变小即可。在花洒本体1的外壳上设置有暴露出所述滚轮41的通槽,通槽的上端和下端分别设置有+、-指示标,用于指示用户朝+方向转动滚轮41是提高液体美容介质的抽放量,朝-方向转动滚轮41 是减小液体美容介质的抽放量。
同时,为了提升美容介质抽放量的稳定性,让滚轮41在没有人为拨动时不会发生滚动,所述吸液量调节装置4还包括弹性定位销43,所述滚轮41沿着滚动方向设置多个定位槽,所述滚轮41在没有受到人为拨动时,所述弹性定位销43与定位槽卡接,沿着滚轮41的转动方向限位连接。
此外,为了方便液体美容介质的添加,所述花洒本体1上还设置有连通所述腔室14的开口,以及用于打开或关闭所述开口的盖板15。本实施例中所述开口设置在花洒的前端部侧壁,所述盖板15的一端与花洒本体1的前端部转动连接。
为了实现盖板15对开口的密封封闭,所述盖板15朝向开口的一侧设置有用于插入所述开口的堵头151,所述堵头151的侧壁设置有密封圈152。
最后,所述腔室14的侧壁还设置有连通至外界大气的通气口,所述通气口处设置有单向阀141。通过这个通气口就可以保证腔室14与外界的气压平衡,不会出现液体美容介质消耗完毕后,腔室14内出现真空的情况。设置单向阀141的目的是避免液体美容介质从所述通气口中流出。
本实施例中,用于存放液体美容介质的腔室14可拆卸的设置在花洒本体1背部,位于出水嘴12的上方;一是方便液体美容介质的更换;二是有效的利用了花洒本体1的空间,使其更加紧凑。
本实施例中,通过调整所述吸液量调节装置4还可以方便的实现花 洒水与美容水的切换。
本实施例中,所述液体美容介质可以是精油、沐浴乳、洗发水或者精华液。以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式;但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此。任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,根据本发明的技术方案及其改进构思加以等同替换或改变,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围内。
工业实用性
本发明一种美容花洒,其采用水流驱动装置驱动吸液装置将腔室内的液体美容介质抽放至水流道中,不需要消耗能量,节能环保。并且,在水流道的流速不发生变化时,水流驱动装置的叶轮转速恒定,这使得液体美容介质与水沐浴比例始终恒定。本发明适用范围广,具有良好的工业实用性。

  1. 一种美容花洒,其特征在于包括:花洒本体;所述花洒本体设置有连接进水口和出水嘴的水流道,以及用于存放液体美容介质的腔室;
    所述腔室通过吸液装置连接所述水流道;所述花洒本体内还设置有水流驱动装置以驱动所述吸液装置将液体美容介质装置抽放至所述水流道中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种美容花洒,其特征在于:所述水流驱动装置包括设置在水流道中的斜水体和叶轮;水流道中的水经过斜水体换向后带动叶轮转动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种美容花洒,其特征在于:所述吸液装置为隔膜泵,其进液口连接至所述腔室,出液口连接至水流道;所述隔膜泵的活塞通过偏心机构连接至所述叶轮。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种美容花洒,其特征在于:所述进液口通过软管连接所述腔室。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种美容花洒,其特征在于:还包括吸液量调节装置,所述吸液量调节装置用于改变所述软管的内径。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种美容花洒,其特征在于:所述吸液量调节装置包括滚轮和设置在滚轮上的压块,转动滚轮以改变所述压块与软管的挤压程度以改变所述软管的内径。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的一种美容花洒,其特征在于:所述花洒本体上还设置有连通所述腔室的开口,以及用于打开或关闭 所述开口的盖板。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种美容花洒,其特征在于:所述盖板的一端与花洒本体的前端部转动连接。
