本申请提供了一种扬声器,包括:具有容纳空间的外壳、收容于所容纳空间内且具有振膜的扬声器单体、罩设于所述扬声器单体远离所述振膜一侧的透气隔离件,所述扬声器还包括罩设于所述透气隔离件外侧的骨架;所述透气隔离件层叠设置在所述扬声器单体上,所述骨架罩设在所述透气隔离件远离所述扬声器单体的一侧。这种扬声器包括骨架,骨架罩设在透气隔离件远离扬声器单体的一侧,透气隔离件被夹在骨架和扬声器单体之间,从而可以避免透气隔离件在后续的转移和装配过程中拱起。
Description
本申请涉及发声器件技术领域,尤其涉及一种扬声器。
随着手机等电子产品的普及,大量的微型扬声器产品应用到了电子产品中。
为了实现更好的功能,通常会在扬声器内部的扬声器单体上胶合一层透气隔离件(尼龙布),这样一方面可以改变音质,另一方面还可以起到阻挡颗粒物的作用。
然而,胶合在扬声器单体上的透气隔离件往往会由于胶合强度不够,导致透气隔离件在后续的转移和装配过程中拱起。
基于此,有必要提供一种可以避免透气隔离件在后续的转移和装配过程中拱起的扬声器。
一种扬声器,包括:具有容纳空间的外壳、收容于所容纳空间内且具有振膜的扬声器单体、罩设于所述扬声器单体远离所述振膜一侧的透气隔离件,所述扬声器还包括罩设于所述透气隔离件外侧的骨架。
所述透气隔离件层叠设置在所述扬声器单体上,所述骨架罩设在所述透气隔离件远离所述扬声器单体的一侧。这种扬声器包括骨架,骨架罩设在透气隔离件远离扬声器单体的一侧,透气隔离件被夹在骨架和扬声器单体之间,从而可以避免透气隔离件在后续的转移和装配过程中拱起。
图1为一实施方式的扬声器的立体结构示意图。
图2为如图1所示的扬声器的爆炸结构示意图。
图3为如图1所示的扬声器的透气隔离件和扬声器单体的组装示意图。

下面结合附图和实施方式对本申请作进一步说明。
如图1和图2所示的一实施方式的扬声器100,包括:具有容纳空间116的外壳110、收容于容纳空间116内且具有振膜122的扬声器单体120、罩设于扬声器单体120远离振膜122一侧的透气隔离件130以及骨架140。
透气隔离件130层叠设置在扬声器单体120上,骨架140罩设在透气隔离件130远离扬声器单体120的一侧。
结合图2,本实施方式中,外壳110包括下壳体112和上盖114,下壳体112内设有容纳空间116,上盖114盖合在下壳体112上。
在其他的实施方式中,外壳110也可以为其他结构,只要能够组装,并且外壳110内设有容纳空间116即可。
透气隔离件130层叠设置在扬声器单体120上,骨架140罩设在透气隔离件130远离扬声器单体120的一侧。
这种扬声器100包括骨架140,骨架140罩设在透气隔离件130远离扬声器单体120的一侧,透气隔离件130被夹在骨架140和扬声器单体120之间,从而可以避免透气隔离件130在后续的转移和装配过程中拱起。
由于避免了透气隔离件130在后续的转移和装配过程中拱起,还可以避免D-bass颗粒漏到扬声器单体120内部。
本实施方式中,透气隔离件130为尼龙布130。在其他的实施方式中,透气隔离件130也可以选择其他材料的透气隔离件。
本实施方式中,透气隔离件130胶合在扬声器单体120上。
在其他的实施方式中,也可以采用其他的方式实现透气隔离件130和扬声器单体120之间的连接。例如,可以在扬声器单体120上设置卡槽,透气隔离件130卡入卡槽内即可。
结合图2和图3,透气隔离件130具有若干侧面132,相邻的两个侧面132之间形成拐角134。
相应的,骨架140包括与拐角134对应的保护壁142,保护壁142包覆在拐角134的外面。
保护壁142包覆在拐角134的外面,从而可以对透气隔离件130的拐角134进行保护,避免在可靠性试验中由于透气隔离件130的拐角134不可回弹性内凹导致的杂音。
结合图2和图3,本实施方式中,拐角134为R角,保护壁142的内表面的形状与R角相匹配。
具体来说,结合图2、图3、图4和图5,透气隔离件130靠近扬声器单体120的一侧沿着水平方向向外延伸形成第一胶合部136,第一胶合部136固定于外壳110。
第一胶合部136固定于外壳110,从而使得扬声器单体120夹设在外壳110和透气隔离件130,提高了扬声器单体120稳定性。
更具体来说,骨架140还包括自保护壁142的底部沿着水平方向向外延伸形成的第二胶合部144。
第一胶合部136和第二胶合部144胶合在一起,从而使得外壳110、第一胶合部136和第二胶合部144依次层叠并固定在一起。
得外壳110、第一胶合部136和第二胶合部144依次层叠并固定在一起,提高了扬声器单体120和透气隔离件130的胶合稳定性。
结合图2和图3,优选的,第一胶合部136和第二胶合部144均为环状。
具体来说,本实施方式中,透气隔离件130呈长方体,拐角134和保护壁142均为四个,第一胶合部136和第二胶合部144均为长方形环状。
结合图2和图3,骨架140还包括自保护壁142的顶部沿着水平方向向内延伸形成的罩设部146。
具体来说,罩设部146包括中心部1462以及连接中心部1462和保护壁142的顶部的连接部1464。
中心部1462位于罩设部146的中心区域,并且中心部1462为环状。
中心部1462位于罩设部146的中心区域,配合连接部1464可以对透气隔离件130实现较好的包覆。
中心部1462为环状,一方面降低了中心部1462的应力,另一方面也尽量减少罩设部146的面积,避免影响扬声器单体120的发声。
结合图2和图3,本实施方式中,罩设部146呈矩形,连接部1464为条状,且连接部1464位于罩设部146的对角线位置处。
这样结构的骨架140的整体机械强度较高,稳定性较好。
以上所述的仅是本申请的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本申请的保护范围。
Claims (10)
- 一种扬声器,包括:具有容纳空间的外壳、收容于所述容纳空间内且具有振膜的扬声器单体、罩设于所述扬声器单体远离所述振膜一侧的透气隔离件,其特征在于,所述扬声器还包括罩设于所述透气隔离件外侧的骨架;所述透气隔离件层叠设置在所述扬声器单体上,所述骨架罩设在所述透气隔离件远离所述扬声器单体的一侧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述透气隔离件具有若干侧面,相邻的两个所述侧面之间形成拐角;所述骨架包括与所述拐角对应的保护壁,所述保护壁包覆在所述拐角的外侧。
- 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述透气隔离件靠近所述扬声器单体的一侧沿着水平方向向外延伸形成第一胶合部,所述第一胶合部固定于所述外壳。
- 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述骨架还包括自所述保护壁的底部沿着水平方向向外延伸形成的第二胶合部,所述第一胶合部和所述第二胶合部胶合在一起,从而使得所述外壳、所述第一胶合部和所述第二胶合部依次层叠并固定在一起。
- 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一胶合部和所述第二胶合部均为环状。
- 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述透气隔离件呈长方体,所述拐角和所述保护壁均为四个,所述第一胶合部和所述第二胶合部均为长方形环状。
- 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述骨架还包括自所述保护壁的顶部沿着水平方向向内延伸形成的罩设部。
- 根据权利要求7所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述罩设部包括中心部以及连接所述中心部和所述保护壁的顶部的连接部。
- 根据权利要求8所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述中心部位于所述罩设部的中心区域,并且所述中心部为环状。
- 根据权利要求8所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述罩设部呈矩形,所述连接部为条状,且所述连接部位于所述罩设部的对角线位置处。
