本实用新型涉及电声转换领域,尤其涉及一种扬声器。
背景技术
扬声器又名发声器件或喇叭,运用于音箱中实现将音频信号转化为声音播放。
相关技术的发声器件包括盆架、固定于所述盆架的振动系统和具有磁间隙的磁路系统,所述磁路系统驱动所述振动系统振动发声,所述磁路系统包括磁碗和收容固定于所述磁碗内的磁钢单元。
技术问题
然而,相关技术的扬声器中,扬声器的定心支片和骨架之间通过胶水粘合固定,装配时,定心支片套设在骨架外,并在扬声器整体的一定高度的位置上需要靠工装定位,且在组装后将工装拆除,然而,定心支片和骨架之间的胶水容易溢胶而粘住工装,不利于工装的拆除,从而影响扬声器的组装工序。
技术解决方案
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种扬声器,其无需另外设置工装即可提供定心支片的定位支撑,可避免工装受胶水粘住而不便于拆除的情况,从而确保扬声器的组装。

一种扬声器,包括盆架、固定于所述盆架的振动系统以及驱动所述振动系统振动发声的磁路系统,所述振动系统包括固定于所述盆架的振膜、沿所述振膜的振动方向与所述振膜相对且间隔设置的定心支片、连接在所述定心支片与所述振膜之间的骨架、以及与所述骨架相连并悬置于所述振膜靠近所述定心支片一侧的音圈,所述定心支片一侧与所述盆架连接,另一侧与所述骨架连接;
所述骨架包括固定于所述振膜的主体部、自所述主体部朝所述定心支片方向延伸形成环绕所述音圈的延伸部以及自所述延伸部朝所述音圈方向延伸形成的支撑臂;所述支撑臂远离所述延伸部的一端支撑并固定所述音圈,所述定心支片与所述延伸部的外周固定,所述延伸部背向所述音圈的外侧面凸设有定位支撑块,所述定位支撑块抵接并固定于所述定心支片沿所述振动方向的至少一侧。
作为一种改进,所述延伸部呈环形,所述定位支撑块的数量为至少两个;至少两个所述定位支撑块绕所述延伸部的周向间隔排列。

具体地,支撑臂233的数量为至少两个,至少两个支撑臂233绕延伸部232的周向配合配合,且至少两个支撑臂233配合夹紧音圈24。
上述的定位支撑块40可设置为一块,而为了确保定位支撑块40能够稳定支撑定心支片22而使定心支片22能够不向任意一侧倾斜倒塌,实际操作中,请参阅图2和图4,优选将定位支撑块40的长度设置成超过定心支片22半周长的长度,此时,定位支撑块40的长度过长,不利于加工;因此,本实用新型中提供改进的实施方式,将上述的定位支撑块40的数量优选为至少两块,至少两块定位支撑块40绕延伸部232的周向间隔排列,以实现对定心支片22不同位置的支撑,如此,可缩小单个定位支撑块40的长度;更优选为至少两个定位支撑块40等距设置,从而提高支撑稳定性。
具体地,定位支撑块40位于主体部231与定心支片22之间。

振膜21包括相互间隔设置的外振膜212和内振膜211,外振膜212与内振膜211均呈环状并绕设于顶板321外周,内振膜211位于顶板321与外振膜212之间,主体部231设置在内振膜211与外振膜212之间。
上述的侧板322与磁体部31间隔形成磁间隙33,音圈24悬置于磁间隙33内,侧板322对应形成避让支撑臂233的避让缺口60,支撑臂233经避让缺口60延伸至磁间隙33内,此时,支撑臂233位于侧板322的外侧,缩小本扬声器的厚度。

更进一步地,支撑脚323与支撑臂233正对且间隔设置,支撑脚323位于内振膜211朝向底壁11的一侧,扬声器还包括盖设于内振膜211的垫片70,内振膜211靠近顶板321的一端夹设于垫片70与支撑脚323之间,进一步地稳固内振膜211,即,进一步提高振动稳定性。
以上的仅是本实用新型的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种扬声器,包括盆架、固定于所述盆架的振动系统以及驱动所述振动系统振动发声的磁路系统,其特征在于:
    所述振动系统包括固定于所述盆架的振膜、沿所述振膜的振动方向与所述振膜相对且间隔设置的定心支片、连接在所述定心支片与所述振膜之间的骨架、以及与所述骨架相连并悬置于所述振膜靠近所述定心支片一侧的音圈,所述定心支片一侧与所述盆架连接,另一侧与所述骨架连接;
    所述骨架包括固定于所述振膜的主体部、自所述主体部朝所述定心支片方向延伸形成的延伸部以及自所述延伸部朝所述音圈方向延伸形成的支撑臂;所述支撑臂远离所述延伸部的一端支撑并固定所述音圈,所述定心支片与所述延伸部的外周固定,所述延伸部背向所述音圈的外侧面凸设有定位支撑块,所述定位支撑块抵接并固定于所述定心支片沿所述振动方向的至少一侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述延伸部呈环形,至少两个所述定位支撑块绕所述延伸部的周向间隔排列。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述定位支撑块位于所述主体部与所述定心支片之间。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述振动系统还包括固定于所述音圈的支撑片;所述支撑片包括相互间隔设置的外连接部与内连接部、以及连接所述外连接部与所述内连接部的支撑条;所述音圈夹设于所述支撑臂与所述内连接部之间,所述支撑条与所述支撑臂相对设置,所述外连接部与所述延伸部固定。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述延伸部远离所述主体部的一侧与所述外连接部凹凸配合固定,所述延伸部夹设于所述外连接部与所述主体部之间。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述盆架包括底壁以及自所述底壁边缘弯折延伸的环形侧壁,所述振膜固定于所述侧壁远离所述底壁的一侧,所述磁路系统包括固定于所述底壁的磁体部以及盖设于所述磁体部远离所述底壁一侧的磁碗,所述振膜绕设于所述磁碗外周并与所述磁碗连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述磁碗包括与所述底壁正对的顶板以及自所述顶板边缘朝所述底壁弯折延伸形成环绕所述磁体部的侧板;
    所述振膜包括相互间隔设置的外振膜和内振膜,所述外振膜与所述内振膜均呈环状并绕设于所述顶板外周,所述内振膜位于所述顶板与所述外振膜之间,所述主体部设置在所述内振膜与所述外振膜之间。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述侧板与所述磁体部间隔形成磁间隙,所述音圈悬置于所述磁间隙内,所述侧板对应形成避让所述支撑臂的避让缺口,所述支撑臂经所述避让缺口延伸至所述磁间隙内。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述顶板边缘朝所述内振膜方向延伸形成有支撑脚,所述内振膜远离所述主体部的一端与所述支撑脚固定。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述支撑脚与所述支撑臂正对且间隔设置,所述支撑脚位于所述内振膜朝向所述底壁的一侧,所述扬声器还包括盖设于所述内振膜的垫片,所述内振膜靠近所述顶板的一端夹设于所述垫片与所述支撑脚之间。
