优选地,所述副磁体包括设于所述下夹板并围绕所述主磁钢设置的第一副磁钢、设于所述第一副磁钢远离所述下夹板一侧的上夹板、设于所述上夹板远离所述第一副磁钢的一侧并与所述第一副磁钢对应设置的第二副磁钢以及设于所述上夹板远离所述第一副磁钢的一侧并围绕所述第二副磁钢设置的第二垫边,所述上音膜的外边缘连接于所述第二垫边远离所述上夹板的一侧。
优选地,所述上音膜包括第四折环以及与所述第四折环连接的第二球顶,所述第四折环包括第四折环部、由所述第四折环部的外边缘向外延伸形成的第四外边、由所述第四折环部的内边缘向内延伸形成的第四内边以及由所述第四内边围成的第四中孔,所述第二球顶贴设于所述第四内边,所述第二球顶开设有与所述第四中孔对应设置的第二球顶中孔,所述第四中孔和所述第二球顶中孔形成所述上音膜的上通孔,所述骨架用于支撑所述第二球顶和所述第四内边。
优选地,所述骨架包括设于所述下振动组件和所述上音膜之间的骨架主体以及从所述骨架主体向外延伸的支撑脚,所述骨架主体呈环状,所述骨架主体的一端固设于所述第一垫边连接有所述第一音膜的一侧、另一端固设于所述上音膜,所述支撑脚与所述音圈伸入所述磁间隙内的一端相连。
优选地,所述骨架主体上设有若干开孔,所述上音膜、所述骨架主体和所述第一音膜围设形成第二腔体,所述第二腔体通过所述开孔与所述扬声器的内部空间连通。
优选地,所述扬声器还包括设于所述支撑脚的电路板,所述电路板与所述音圈相连。
优选地,所述断口从所述筒状部的远离所述固定座的一端沿着所述音圈的振动方向向所述筒状部靠近所述固定座的一端延伸。
本申请的有益效果在于:本申请的扬声器的振动系统包括上音膜、音圈和下振动组件,所述下振动组件包括下音膜、设于所述下音膜上的第一垫边、固定于所述第一垫边的第一音膜以及设于所述上音膜和所述第一音膜之间的具有中空通道的连接件,所述连接件的一端与所述上音膜的上通孔对应设置、所述连接件的另一端与所述第一音膜的第一通孔对应设置,所述下音膜、所述第一垫边以及所述第一音膜围设形成与所述中空通道连通的第一腔体,通过上述方式,下振动组件构成了一个增大振动气流量结构,该结构与上音膜同步振动,第一腔体中的气体通过连接件的中空通道与上音膜的气流相通,在相同体积的情况下,可以增大扬声器的Sd,提升扬声器的低频响应潜力;同时,还可以提升扬声器的中频灵敏度(spl)。

本申请实施例提供了一种扬声器100,请参阅图1至图6所示,该扬声器100包括振动系统1和磁路系统2,该振动系统1包括上音膜11、音圈12、下振动组件13以及骨架14,其中,音圈12位于该上音膜11下方以驱动该上音膜11振动发声,下振动组件13位于该上音膜11下方并固接于该磁路系统2,上音膜11的内边缘形成有上通孔11a,请参阅图2和图3所示,下振动组件13包括下音膜131、设于所述下音膜131外边缘上的第一垫边132、固定于所述第一垫边132的第一音膜130以及设于所述上音膜11和所述第一音膜130之间的具有中空通道135a的连接件135,第一音膜130的外边缘连接于第一垫边132远离下音膜131的一侧,第一音膜130的内边缘与磁路系统2连接,该第一音膜130的内边缘形成有第一通孔130a,该连接件135的一端与所述上通孔11a对应设置、所述连接件135的另一端与所述第一通孔130a对应设置。骨架14与音圈12相连,并且,骨架14将下振动组件13与上音膜11连接,骨架14包括连接下振动组件13和上音膜11的骨架主体141以及从所述骨架主体141向外延伸的支撑脚142,音圈12与支撑脚142连接骨架主体141呈环状,骨架主体141的底部固设于所述第一垫边132连接有所述第一音膜130的一侧,骨架主体141的顶部连接于上音膜11。
请参阅图2、图4和图5所示,所述磁路系统2包括下夹板21,具体地,下夹板21包括板体211和形成于所述板体211中央的固定柱212,固定柱212用于固定及支撑下振动组件13,所述固定柱212包括设于所述板体211的固定座2121和设于所述固定座2121的筒状部2122,所述筒状部2122上设有沿着所述筒状部2122的周向间隔排列的若干断口2123,所述下音膜131的内边缘连接于所述固定座2121上并环绕筒状部2122设置,所述第一音膜130的内边缘连接于所述筒状部2122的顶端。磁路系统2还包括设于下夹板21上并围绕下振动组件13设置的磁体部20,磁体部20形成有磁间隙20a,该音圈12远离该上音膜11的一端延伸至所述磁间隙20a内,音圈12伸入磁间隙20a内的一端与支撑脚142连接。在一个可选的实施方式中,该断口2123从该筒状部2122远离固定座2121的一端沿着该音圈12的振动方向向筒状部2122靠近固定座2121的一端延伸。
下振动组件13位于磁体部20内,所述下音膜131、所述第一垫边132以及所述第一音膜130围设形成第一腔体13a,所述筒状部2122位于第一腔体13a内,音圈12在磁路系统2产生的磁场作用下发生振动,带动与音圈12连接的骨架14振动,进而带动与骨架14连接的上音膜11和下振动组件13同步振动,于是,下振动组件13中的第一音膜130和下音膜131与上音膜11同步振动,第一腔体13a中的气流与所述中空通道135a与所述上音膜11的气流相通。
进一步地,所述骨架主体141上设有若干开孔143,所述上音膜11、所述骨架主体141和所述第一音膜130围设形成第二腔体13b,所述第二腔体13b通过所述开孔143与所述扬声器100的内部空间连通。
请继续参阅图2和图3所示,第一音膜130包括第一折环133以及与所述第一折环133连接的第一球顶134,所述第一折环133包括第一折环部1331、由所述第一折环部1331的外边缘向外延伸形成的第一外边1332、由所述第一折环部1331的内边缘向内延伸形成的第一内边1333以及由所述第一内边1333围成的第一中孔133a,所述第一球顶134贴设于所述第一内边1333背向该下音膜131的一面,所述第一球顶134开设有与所述第一中孔133a对应设置的第一球顶中孔134a,所述第一中孔133a和所述第一球顶中孔134a形成所述第一音膜130的第一通孔130a。
为了进一步增加振动效果,第一音膜130还包括与所述第一球顶134连接的第二折环136,所述第二折环136包括第二折环部1361、由所述第二折环部1361的外边缘向外延伸形成的第二外边1362、由所述第二折环部1361的内边缘向内延伸形成的第二内边1363以及由所述第二内边1363围成的第二中孔136a,所述第二中孔136a与所述第一通孔130a对应设置,所述第一球顶134开设有与所述第二折环部1361对应设置的第一环状挖空部134b,第二折环136的第二外边1362和第二内边1363均连接于第一球顶134上,第二折环136的第二外边1362和第二内边1363分别设于第一环状挖空部134b的外边缘处和内边缘处,所述第一内边1333开设有与所述第一环状挖空部134b对应设置的第二环状挖空部133b。
下音膜131包括第三折环137以及围绕第三折环137设置的第三球顶138,所述第三折环137包括第三折环部1371、由所述第三折环部1371的外边缘向外延伸形成的第三外边1372以及由所述第三折环部1371的内边缘向内延伸形成的第三内边1373,第三折环137的第三内边1373连接于固定座2121并环绕筒状部2122设置,第三折环137的第三外边1372连接于第三球顶138的内边缘处。
在本实施例中,音圈12通过骨架14带动上音膜11以及下振动组件13中的第一音膜130和下音膜131同步振动,下振动组件13构成了一个增大振动气流量结构,该结构与上音膜11同步振动,第一腔体13a中的气体通过连接件135的中空通道135a与上音膜11的气流相通,在相同体积的情况下,可以增大扬声器的Sd,提升扬声器的低频响应潜力;同时,还可以提升扬声器的中频灵敏度(spl)。
请参阅图2和图4所示,所述上音膜11包括第四折环111以及与所述第四折环111连接的第二球顶112,所述第四折环111包括第四折环部1111、由所述第四折环部1111的外边缘向外延伸形成的第四外边1112、由所述第四折环部1111的内边缘向内延伸形成的第四内边1113以及由所述第四内边1113围成的第四中孔111a,所述第二球顶112贴设于所述第四内边1113,所述第二球顶112开设有与所述第四中孔111a对应设置的第二球顶中孔112a,所述第四中孔111a和所述第二球顶中孔112a形成所述上音膜11的上通孔11a。
请参阅图2、图4和图6所示,骨架主体141设于所述下音膜组件13和所述上音膜11之间并围绕所述连接件135设置,具体地,第一折环133的第一外边1332连接于第一垫边132上,骨架主体141的下端设于第一折环133的第一外边1332上,骨架主体141的上端与第二球顶112连接,所述骨架主体141还用于支撑所述第二球顶112和所述第四内边1113。
请参阅图2、图4和图5所示,所述磁体部20包括主磁体201和副磁体202,主磁体201包括设于下夹板21上的主磁钢22以及设于主磁钢22上的主极芯24,副磁体202包括设于下夹板21上的第一副磁钢23、设于第一副磁钢23上的上夹板25、设于上夹板25上的第二副磁钢26以及设于上夹板25上的第二垫边27。请继续参阅图2、图4和图6所示,主磁钢22设于所述下夹板21的板体211上并围绕所述固定柱212和所述下音膜组件13设置,第一副磁钢23设于所述下夹板21的板体211上并围绕所述主磁钢22设置,主极芯24设于所述主磁钢22的远离所述下夹板21一侧,上夹板25设于所述第一副磁钢23的远离所述下夹板21一侧。上夹板25围绕音圈12设置,第二副磁钢26设于所述上夹板25上,第二副磁钢26与第一副磁钢23一一对应设置,第二垫边27设于所述上夹板25上并围绕所述第二副磁钢26设置,主磁钢22和主极芯24形成位于内侧的主磁体201,第一副磁钢23、上夹板25、第二副磁钢26以及第二垫边27形成位于外侧的副磁体202,主磁体201和副磁体202之间形成磁间隙20a。
所述上音膜11的外边缘连接于所述第二垫边27远离所述上夹板25的一侧,也就是说,第四折环111的第四外边1112设于第二垫边27上。在本实施例中,下夹板21的板体211呈矩形,主磁钢22的数量、第一副磁钢23的数量以及第二副磁钢26的数量均为四个,分别对应设置于矩形的四个边位置处,骨架14的支撑脚142通过相邻的两个主磁钢22之间的间隔伸出磁间隙20a内与音圈12相连,音圈12伸入磁间隙20a的一端置于支撑脚142上。
在本实施例中,主磁钢22、第一副磁钢23和第二副磁钢26由永磁材料制成,主极芯24、上夹板25、第二垫边27及下夹板21由导磁材料如碳钢制成。
进一步地,所述扬声器100还包括设于所述支撑脚142的电路板3,所述电路板3一端与所述外部电路相连、所述电路板3另一端与所述音圈12相连,电路板3连接于支撑脚142的一端位于支撑脚142与音圈12伸入磁间隙20a的一端之间。在一个可选的实施方式中,该电路板3为柔性电路板。
以上所述的仅是本申请的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本申请的保护范围。
Claims (12)
1、一种扬声器,其特征在于,所述扬声器包括振动系统和磁路系统,所述磁路系统包括下夹板以及设于所述下夹板的磁体部,所述下夹板包括板体以及形成于所述板体中央的固定柱,所述固定柱包括设于所述板体的固定座以及设于所述固定座中央的筒状部,所述筒状部上设有沿着所述筒状部的周向间隔排列的若干断口;所述振动系统包括上音膜、位于所述上音膜下方驱动所述上音膜振动发声的音圈、位于所述上音膜下方并固接于所述固定柱的下振动组件以及连接所述下振动组件和所述上音膜的骨架,所述上音膜的内边缘形成有上通孔,所述下振动组件包括内边缘固定于所述固定座并环绕所述筒状部设置的下音膜、设于所述下音膜的外边缘远离所述板体一侧的第一垫边、外边缘固定于所述第一垫边远离所述下音膜一侧且内边缘固定于所述筒状部远离所述固定座一侧的第一音膜以及设于所述上音膜和所述第一音膜之间的具有中空通道的连接件,所述第一音膜的内边缘形成有第一通孔,所述连接件的一端与所述上通孔对应设置、所述连接件的另一端与所述第一通孔对应设置,所述骨架与所述音圈相连;所述磁体部环绕所述下振动组件设置,所述磁体部形成有磁间隙,所述音圈远离所述上音膜的一端延伸至所述磁间隙内;所述下音膜、所述第一垫边以及所述第一音膜围设形成与所述中空通道连通的第一腔体。
2、根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述第一音膜包括第一折环以及与所述第一折环连接的第一球顶,所述第一折环包括第一折环部、由所述第一折环部的外边缘向外延伸形成的第一外边、由所述第一折环部的内边缘向内延伸形成的第一内边以及由所述第一内边围成的第一中孔,所述第一球顶贴设于所述第一内边,所述第一球顶开设有与所述第一中孔对应设置的第一球顶中孔,所述第一中孔和所述第一球顶中孔形成所述第一音膜的第一通孔。
3、根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述第一音膜还包括与所述第一球顶连接的第二折环,所述第二折环包括第二折环部、由所述第二折环部的外边缘向外延伸形成的第二外边、由所述第二折环部的内边缘向内延伸形成的第二内边以及由所述第二内边围成的第二中孔,所述第二中孔与所述第一通孔对应设置,所述第一球顶开设有与所述第二折环部对应设置的第一环状挖空部,所述第一内边开设有与所述第一环状挖空部对应设置的第二环状挖空部。
4、根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述下音膜包括第三折环以及环绕所述第三折环设置的第三球顶,所述第三折环包括第三折环部、由所述第三折环部的外边缘向外延伸形成的第三外边以及由所述第三折环部的内边缘向内延伸形成的第三内边,所述第三内边连接于所述固定座,所述第三外边连接于所述第三球顶的内边缘,所述第三球顶的外边缘与所述第一垫边连接。
5、根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述磁体部包括设于所述下夹板上围绕所述固定柱和所述下振动组件设置的主磁体以及设于所述下夹板上围绕所述主磁体设置的副磁体,所述主磁体和所述副磁体之间形成所述磁间隙。
6、根据权利要求5所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述主磁体包括设于所述下夹板的主磁钢以及设于所述主磁钢远离所述下夹板一侧的主极芯。
7、根据权利要求6所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述副磁体包括设于所述下夹板并围绕所述主磁钢设置的第一副磁钢、设于所述第一副磁钢远离所述下夹板一侧的上夹板、设于所述上夹板远离所述第一副磁钢的一侧并与所述第一副磁钢对应设置的第二副磁钢以及设于所述上夹板远离所述第一副磁钢的一侧并围绕所述第二副磁钢设置的第二垫边,所述上音膜的外边缘连接于所述第二垫边远离所述上夹板的一侧。
8、根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述上音膜包括第四折环以及与所述第四折环连接的第二球顶,所述第四折环包括第四折环部、由所述第四折环部的外边缘向外延伸形成的第四外边、由所述第四折环部的内边缘向内延伸形成的第四内边以及由所述第四内边围成的第四中孔,所述第二球顶贴设于所述第四内边,所述第二球顶开设有与所述第四中孔对应设置的第二球顶中孔,所述第四中孔和所述第二球顶中孔形成所述上音膜的上通孔,所述骨架用于支撑所述第二球顶和所述第四内边。
9、根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述骨架包括设于所述下振动组件和所述上音膜之间的骨架主体以及从所述骨架主体向外延伸的支撑脚,所述骨架主体呈环状,所述骨架主体的一端固设于所述第一垫边连接有所述第一音膜的一侧、另一端固设于所述上音膜,所述支撑脚与所述音圈伸入所述磁间隙内的一端相连。
10、根据权利要求9所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述骨架主体上设有若干开孔,所述上音膜、所述骨架主体和所述第一音膜围设形成第二腔体,所述第二腔体通过所述开孔与所述扬声器的内部空间连通。
11、根据权利要求9所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述扬声器还包括设于所述支撑脚的电路板,所述电路板与所述音圈相连。
12、根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述断口从所述筒状部的远离所述固定座的一端沿着所述音圈的振动方向向所述筒状部靠近所述固定座的一端延伸。
