发声器件 技术领域
本实用新型涉及电声转换领域,尤其涉及一种运用于电子音箱产品的发声器件。
背景技术
发声器件又名扬声器或喇叭,运用于音箱中,用于将音频信号转化为声音播放。发声器件包括盆架、固定于盆架的振动系统和具有磁间隙的磁路系统,磁路系统用于驱动振动系统振动发声。振动系统包括音圈,在现有技术的发声器件装配过程中,需要通过单独设置导电结构将音圈与外部电路电连接,其操作不便。
技术解决方案
为了克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种发声器件,其能够简化装配工序,降低成本。
本实用新型的目的采用如下技术方案实现:

具体地,所述底壁开设有底孔,所述盆架还包括盖设于所述底壁并覆盖所述底孔的盖片,所述磁体部夹设于所述盖片与所述磁碗之间。

振膜21绕设于磁碗33外周并与磁碗33连接。振膜21包括相互间隔设置的外振膜211和内振膜212,外振膜211与内振膜212均呈环状并绕设于顶板331外周,内振膜212位于顶板331与外振膜211之间。主体部231连接在内振膜212与外振膜211之间,顶板331边缘朝内振膜212方向延伸形成有支撑脚3311,内振膜212远离主体部231的一侧与支撑脚3311固定。支撑脚3311与连接臂体232正对且间隔设置,支撑脚3311位于内振膜212靠近磁路系统3的一侧。发声器件还包括盖设于内振膜212的垫片34,内振膜212靠近顶板331的一侧夹设于垫片34与支撑脚3311之间。
振动系统2还包括与辅助振膜24成型为一体的导电端子241,导电端子241与辅助振膜24热压成型为一体。导电端子241为编织导电线。导电端子241一端与音圈22电连接、另一端延伸至盆架1外与外部电路电连接。环形侧壁12贯穿开设有贯通孔121,导电端子241远离音圈22的一端经贯通孔121延伸至盆架1外。音圈22朝远离振膜21方向延伸有音圈引线221,音圈引线221远离磁路系统3的一端与导电端子241电连接,音圈引线221夹设于连接臂体232与条状体2333之间。见图6至图8,连接臂体232开设有避让槽,避让槽内设置有焊盘234,导电端子241及音圈引线221分别延伸至避让槽内并与焊盘234焊接固定。
由于导电端子241与辅助振膜24为一体成型,在组装发声器件的过程中,只需直接安装辅助振膜24,继而将音圈22的末端与导电端子241的内端直接连接,即可实现导电端子241与音圈22的电连接。音圈22的末端无需设置接线端子,从而免去将导电端子241连接至该接线端子的工序,从而简化装配工序,降低成本。

  1. 发声器件,包括具有收容空间的盆架和收容并固定于所述收容空间内的振动系统和磁路系统,所述磁路系统具有磁间隙,其特征在于:所述盆架包括底壁以及自所述底壁边缘弯折延伸的环形侧壁,所述振动系统包括固定于所述环形侧壁远离所述底壁一侧的振膜、悬置于所述磁间隙并驱动所述振膜振动发声的音圈、连接在所述音圈与所述振膜之间并支撑所述音圈的骨架以及辅助振膜,所述辅助振膜的相对两侧分别与所述骨架及所述环形侧壁固定,所述磁路系统包括固定于所述底壁的磁体部以及盖设于所述磁体部靠近所述振膜一侧的磁碗,所述振膜绕设于所述磁碗外周并与所述磁碗连接;所述振动系统还包括与所述辅助振膜成型为一体的导电端子,所述导电端子一端与所述音圈电连接、另一端延伸至所述盆架外与外部电路电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于:所述底壁开设有底孔,所述盆架还包括盖设于所述底壁并覆盖所述底孔的盖片,所述磁体部夹设于所述盖片与所述磁碗之间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的发声器件,其特征在于:所述骨架包括与所述振膜固定的主体部以及自所述主体部朝所述音圈弯折延伸的连接臂体,所述磁碗包括与所述盖片正对的顶板以及自所述顶板边缘朝所述底壁方向弯折延伸的侧板,所述侧板与所述磁体部间隔设置形成磁间隙,所述音圈悬置于所述磁间隙内,所述侧板对应开设有避让所述连接臂的避让口,所述连接臂体经所述避让口延伸至所述磁间隙并与所述音圈固接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的发声器件,其特征在于:所述骨架还包括固定于所述音圈远离所述磁碗一侧的压片,所述压片包括相互间隔设置的外环与内环、以及连接所述外环与所述内环的若干条状体,所述条状体与所述连接臂体正对,所述内环与所述音圈固定,所述外环与所述主体部远离所述振膜的一侧正对且固定,所述连接臂体朝所述磁路方向延伸形成有连接片,所述音圈夹设并固定于所述连接片与所述内环之间。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的发声器件,其特征在于:所述振膜包括相互间隔设置的外振膜和内振膜,所述外振膜与所述内振膜均呈环状并绕设于所述顶板外周,所述内振膜位于所述顶板与所述外振膜之间,所述主体部连接在所述内振膜与所述外振膜之间,所述顶板边缘朝所述内振膜方向延伸形成有支撑脚,所述内振膜远离所述主体部的一侧与所述支撑脚固定。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的发声器件,其特征在于:所述支撑脚与所述连接臂体正对且间隔设置,所述支撑脚位于所述内振膜靠近所述磁路系统的一侧,所述发声器件还包括盖设于所述内振膜的垫片,所述内振膜靠近所述顶板的一侧夹设于所述垫片与所述支撑脚之间。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的发声器件,其特征在于:所述磁体部包括沿所述振膜的振动方向叠设的至少两个磁钢以及夹设于相邻两所述磁钢之间的极芯。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的发声器件,其特征在于:所述音圈朝远离所述振膜方向延伸有音圈引线,所述音圈引线远离所述磁路系统的一端与所述导电端子电连接,所述音圈引线夹设于所述连接臂体与所述条状体之间。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的发声器件,其特征在于:所述连接臂体开设有避让槽,所述避让槽内设置有焊盘,所述导电端子及所述音圈引线分别延伸至所述避让槽内并与所述焊盘焊接固定。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于:所述导电端子与所述辅助振膜热压成型为一体。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于:所述导电端子为编织导电线。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于:所述环形侧壁贯穿开设有贯通孔,所述导电端子远离所述音圈的一端经所述贯通孔延伸至所述盆架外。
