发声器件是一种把电信号转变为声信号的换能器件,主要分为单振动系统和双振动系统两种模式,其中,双振动系统模式的发声器件主要包括盆架、固定于盆架的第一振动系统、固定于盆架的磁路系统以及固定于所述第一振动系统的第二振动系统。
现有的双振动系统模式的发声器件中,第二振动系统由于需要设置在磁路系统的中部区域,因此其无法直接与盆架连接,相应的其音圈则无法通过安装于盆架且导电的弹性部件与外部电路板电连接,所以第二振动系统的音圈如何在实现与外部电路板电连接的前提下,且保证第二振动系统的振幅可调节便成为了主要的问题。
因此,有必要提供一种新的发声器件来解决上述技术问题。
技术问题
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种既能实现第二振动系统的音圈与外部电路板电连接,又能保证第二振动系统的振幅可调节的双振动系统模式的发声器件。
技术解决方案

本发明的实施方式
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本实用新型的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
结合图1至图3所示,本实用新型实施例提供了一种发声器件100,该发声器件100包括第一盆架1、第一振动系统2、磁路系统3、第二盆架11、第二振动系统4以及导电嵌件5。
其中,第一振动系统2包括外周缘固定于第一盆架1的第一振膜21以及驱动第一振膜21振动发声的第一音圈22;磁路系统3固定于第一盆架1,磁路系统3靠近第一振动系统2的一侧间隔设置有第一磁间隙10和第二磁间隙20,第一磁间隙10环绕第二磁间隙20设置;第一音圈22插设悬置于第一磁间隙10内;第二盆架11固定于磁路系统3的顶部;第二振动系统4包括外周缘固定于第二盆架11远离磁路系统3的一侧的第二振膜41以及驱动第二振膜41振动发声的第二音圈42,第二音圈42插设悬置于第二磁间隙20内;导电嵌件5用于连接外部电信号,导电嵌件5固定于磁路系统3,并由磁路系统3远离第一振动系统2的一侧贯穿磁路系统3至其另一侧,第一磁间隙10及第二磁间隙20均环绕导电嵌件5设置;第二音圈42的音圈引线由其内周侧引出并延伸至与导电嵌件5电连接。
本实施例中,导电嵌件5包括由磁路系统3远离第一振动系统2的一侧贯穿磁路系统3至其另一侧的嵌件主体51以及由嵌件主体51靠近第二振动系统4的一侧贯穿嵌件主体51至其另一侧的两个导电片52,两个导电片52靠近第二振动系统4的一端分别固定于嵌件主体51的顶端且间隔设置,用以形成导电嵌件5的焊盘,第二音圈42的音圈引线连接至焊盘。
第二音圈42的音圈引线为两根,分别作为第二音圈42的正极引线和负极引线,且分别与两个导电片52形成的焊盘电连接。
本实施例中,磁路系统3包括固定于第一盆架1的磁碗31和固定于磁碗31的磁钢组件32;磁碗31包括设有通孔的磁碗底壁311和由磁碗底壁311的外周侧弯折延伸并固定于第一盆架1的磁碗侧壁312;磁钢组件32包括均呈环状且依次叠设固定于磁碗底壁311的第一主磁钢321、极芯322以及第二主磁钢323;极芯322包括夹设于第一主磁钢321和第二主磁钢323之间且呈环状的极芯本体3221和由极芯本体3221的内周侧向远离磁碗底壁311方向弯折的极芯侧壁3222;第一主磁钢321、极芯322及第二主磁钢323同轴设置,导电嵌件5经磁碗底壁311的通孔插入;第一主磁钢321与磁碗侧壁312间隔形成第一磁间隙10,第二主磁钢323与极芯侧壁3222间隔形成第二磁间隙20;第二盆架11固定于第二主磁钢323远离极芯本体3221的一侧。
另外,磁钢组件32还包括叠设于第二主磁钢323远离极芯本体3221的一侧且呈环状的副极芯324,第二盆架11的内周侧与副极芯324的外周侧固定连接。
导电嵌件5经磁碗底壁311的通孔插入后依次穿过第一主磁钢321、极芯322、第二主磁钢323以及副极芯324,从而可以与第二音圈42的音圈引线电连接。
本实施例中,第一振膜21包括呈环状的第一折环211、间隔设置于第一折环211的内侧且呈环状的第二折环212以及由第一折环211的内周缘弯折延伸并连接至第二折环212的外周缘且呈环状的第一振动部213,第一折环211的外周缘固定于第一盆架1,第二折环212的内周缘固定于第二主磁钢323远离第一主磁钢321的一侧;第一音圈22固定于第一振动部213靠近磁路系统3的一侧。
第二折环212的内周缘还与第二盆架11的外周侧固定连接。
本实施例中,第一振动系统2还包括骨架23以及弹性支撑组件24。
其中,骨架23包括呈环状的骨架本体231以及由骨架本体231的内周缘弯折延伸至第一磁间隙10并与第一音圈22固定连接的骨架固定部232,骨架本体231固定于第一振动部213用以充当第一球顶。
骨架23还包括由其外周缘向靠近磁路系统3的方向弯折延伸形成的骨架连接部233。
弹性支撑组件24包括一端固定于第一盆架1,另一端固定于骨架连接部233的弹性件241以及贴设于弹性件241远离骨架连接部233的一侧的辅助振膜。
本实施例中,第二振膜41包括第二振动部411、由第二振动部411的外周缘向外延伸且呈环状的第三折环412以及贴合于第二振动部411的第二球顶413,第三折环412的外周缘固定于第二盆架11远离第二主磁钢323的一侧,第二音圈42固定于第二振动部411。
另外,第二振膜41还包括呈环状且第二振动部411的第二骨架414,第二骨架414位于第二振动部411靠近磁路系统3的一侧;第二球顶413位于第二振动部411远离磁路系统3的一侧,第二音圈42固定于第二骨架414靠近磁路系统3的一侧。
与现有技术相比,本实施例的发声器件100通过增设贯穿磁路系统3的导电嵌件5,并使第二振动系统4中第二音圈42的音圈引线由其内周侧引出并延伸至与导电嵌件5电连接,这样第二音圈42既可以通过导电嵌件5与外部电路板实现电连接,又能通过调整第二音圈42的绕线工艺来控制音圈线两端的延伸总长度,从而调节第二振动系统4的振幅。
以上所述的仅是本实用新型的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种发声器件,其特征在于,所述发声器件包括:
    第一盆架;
    第一振动系统,所述第一振动系统包括外周缘固定于所述第一盆架的第一振膜以及驱动所述第一振膜振动发声的第一音圈;
    磁路系统,所述磁路系统固定于所述第一盆架,所述磁路系统靠近所述第一振动系统的一侧间隔设置有第一磁间隙和第二磁间隙,所述第一磁间隙环绕所述第二磁间隙设置;所述第一音圈插设悬置于所述第一磁间隙内;
    第二盆架,所述第二盆架固定于所述磁路系统的顶部;
    第二振动系统,所述第二振动系统包括外周缘固定于所述第二盆架远离所述磁路系统的一侧的第二振膜以及驱动所述第二振膜振动发声的第二音圈,所述第二音圈插设悬置于所述第二磁间隙内;以及,
    导电嵌件,用于连接外部电信号,所述导电嵌件固定于所述磁路系统,并由所述磁路系统远离所述第一振动系统的一侧贯穿所述磁路系统至其另一侧,所述第一磁间隙及所述第二磁间隙均环绕所述导电嵌件设置;所述第二音圈的音圈引线由其内周侧引出并延伸至与所述导电嵌件电连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述导电嵌件包括由所述磁路系统远离所述第一振动系统的一侧贯穿所述磁路系统至其另一侧的嵌件主体以及由所述嵌件主体靠近所述第二振动系统的一侧贯穿所述嵌件主体至其另一侧的两个导电片,两个所述导电片靠近所述第二振动系统的一端分别固定于所述嵌件主体的顶端且间隔设置,用以形成所述导电嵌件的焊盘,所述第二音圈的音圈引线电连接至所述焊盘。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述磁路系统包括固定于所述第一盆架的磁碗和固定于所述磁碗的磁钢组件;所述磁碗包括设有通孔的磁碗底壁和由所述磁碗底壁的外周侧弯折延伸并固定于所述第一盆架的磁碗侧壁;所述磁钢组件包括均呈环状且依次叠设固定于所述磁碗底壁的第一主磁钢、极芯以及第二主磁钢;所述极芯包括夹设于所述第一主磁钢和所述第二主磁钢之间且呈环状的极芯本体和由所述极芯本体的内周侧向远离所述磁碗底壁方向弯折的极芯侧壁;所述第一主磁钢、所述极芯及所述第二主磁钢同轴设置,所述导电嵌件经所述磁碗底壁的通孔插入;所述第一主磁钢与所述磁碗侧壁间隔形成所述第一磁间隙,所述第二主磁钢与所述极芯侧壁间隔形成所述第二磁间隙;所述第二盆架固定于所述第二主磁钢远离所述极芯本体的一侧。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述磁钢组件还包括叠设于所述第二主磁钢远离所述极芯本体的一侧且呈环状的副极芯,所述第二盆架的内周侧与所述副极芯的外周侧固定连接。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述第一振膜包括呈环状的第一折环、间隔设置于所述第一折环的内侧且呈环状的第二折环以及由所述第一折环的内周缘弯折延伸并连接至所述第二折环的外周缘且呈环状的第一振动部,所述第一折环的外周缘固定于所述第一盆架,所述第二折环的内周缘固定于所述第二主磁钢远离所述第一主磁钢的一侧;所述第一音圈固定于所述第一振动部靠近所述磁路系统的一侧。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述第二折环的内周缘与所述第二盆架的外周侧固定连接。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述第一振动系统还包括骨架,所述骨架包括呈环状的骨架本体以及由所述骨架本体的内周缘弯折延伸至所述第一磁间隙并与所述第一音圈固定连接的骨架固定部,所述骨架本体固定于所述第一振动部用以充当第一球顶。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述骨架还包括由其外周缘向靠近所述磁路系统的方向弯折延伸形成的骨架连接部;所述第一振动系统还包括弹性支撑组件,所述弹性支撑组件包括一端固定于所述第一盆架,另一端固定于所述骨架连接部的弹性件以及贴设于所述弹性件远离所述骨架连接部的一侧的辅助振膜。
  9. 如权利要求3所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述第二振膜包括第二振动部、由所述第二振动部的外周缘向外延伸且呈环状的第三折环以及贴合于所述第二振动部的第二球顶,所述第三折环的外周缘固定于所述第二盆架远离所述第二主磁钢的一侧,所述第二音圈固定于所述第二振动部。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述第二振膜还包括呈环状且固定于所述第二振动部的第二骨架,所述第二骨架位于所述第二振动部靠近所述磁路系统的一侧;所述第二球顶位于所述第二振动部远离所述磁路系统的一侧,所述第二音圈固定于所述第二骨架靠近所述磁路系统的一侧。
