申请号为201711251100的中国发明专利公开了一种履带式自动售货机,该售货机可有效解决传统售货机依靠人工补货,补货麻烦,费时费力,以及对售卖商品的适应性差的问题;其具有可售卖的商品适应性极其广泛、自动化程度高、可实现商品货物的先进先出等诸多优点;其货物在其内部的传输全部采用履带无缝对接,货物传输过程平稳,不会产生明显的冲击,因而其对于易碎商品尤其具有非常好的适应性。
但是,由于传输履带之间会存在一定的间隙,所以其在传输较小尺寸的货品时,容易卡住而无法通过;或者对于重心偏高的商品,容易出现因倾斜度过大而存在失稳隐患等缺点。
实用新型内容
为解决现有技术中履带式自动售货机货物在履带间传输时通过性受限的缺点,本实用新型的目的在于,提供一种履带传输过渡机构。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:
一种履带传输过渡机构,其结构特点是包括过渡辊轴和传动机构;所 述过渡辊轴固设于传输履带的一端或两端;传输履带的驱动辊轴通过传动机构与过渡辊轴传动相连,过渡辊轴与驱动辊轴的旋转方向相同。

第一,通过增加过渡辊轴,可以极大程度地减小传输履带之间的间隙,可有效保证小尺寸的货物也能顺利地通过,而不被卡住。
第二,通过增加过渡辊轴,大大减小传输履带间的间隙,使得货物在传输过程中不容易发生倾斜,有效提高了货物通过的稳定性,尤其是对于重心偏高的货物,能有效防止货物倾倒。
第三,通过传动机构,可以使得过渡辊轴也能够获得动力,而且通过设置合适的传动比,使过渡辊轴的转动线速度等于或略大于传输履带的平移速度,这不仅可以有效地防止货物在传动过程中因动力不足而卡住,还可以保证货物在传输过程的平稳性。

具体实施方式
如图1至图3所示,履带传输过渡机构包括过渡辊轴1和传动机构2。所述过渡辊轴1固设于传输履带3的前方,过渡辊轴1的轴向外轮与传输履带3上表面相内切,过渡辊轴1的最前沿与传输履带3的最前沿平齐。过渡辊轴1的两端分别固定在传输履带3两边的支架上,其能够沿自身轴线自由滚动旋转。传动机构2安装在传输履带3的一侧,传输履带3的驱动辊轴31通过传动机构2与过渡辊轴1传动相连,过渡辊轴1与驱动辊轴31的旋转方向相同。传动机构2可以将驱动辊轴31的动力传送给过渡辊轴1。
所述传动机构2包括主动轮21和从动轮22,所述主动轮21固设于驱动辊轴31端部,并能够被驱动辊轴31带动一起转动。所述从动轮22固设于过渡辊轴1端部,并能带动过渡辊轴1一起转动。所述主动轮21与从动轮22之间可以但不局限于通过齿轮、皮带或链条等方式进行连接。本实施例中,所述传动机构2还包括惰轮23,惰轮23设于主动轮21与从动轮22之间,且主动轮21与从动轮22均与惰轮23相啮合。所述惰轮23固定在传输履带3的支架侧边。惰轮23可以将主动轮21的转动传递给从动轮22, 并使主动轮21和从动轮22具有相同的运动方向,从而保证过渡辊轴1的运动方向与传输履带3的皮带运动方向始终保持一致。
所述主动轮21与从动轮22之间具有使过渡辊轴1转动线速度等于或略大于传输履带3平移速度的传动比。通过对主动轮21、从动轮22和惰轮23选择合适的齿数比,从而使传动机构2具有固定合适的传动比,以保证过渡辊轴1的线速度等于或略大于传输履带3的皮带线速度,从而使货物在传输过程中始终保持持续稳定的动力。
