Definitions
- the present invention relates to a shorts type napkin.
- absorbent articles such as disposable diapers and napkins equipped with a liquid-absorbing absorbent body are known.
- an elastic member having elasticity along the vertical direction of the absorbent body
- the fit of the absorbent body at the time of wearing can be improved.
- Patent Document 1 by arranging a plurality of elastic members 17 for the crotch along the vertical direction of the elastic body 3 for the crotch, the elastic body 3 for the crotch is moved upward (of the wearer) by the contraction force of the elastic member 17 for the crotch.
- a technique for lifting to the skin side) to improve the fit in the wearer's inseam is disclosed.
- the absorbent main body can be brought into close contact with the wearer's inseam (excretion port such as vagina) in the region where the elastic member (elastic member for crotch 17) is arranged. It is difficult for the absorbent body to adhere to the wearer's skin in the portion where the elastic member is not arranged on both the left and right sides of the absorbent article. Therefore, there is a risk that highly viscous excrement such as menstrual blood may leak to the side of the absorbent body (lateral leakage occurs) along the wearer's skin (for example, both legs).
- highly viscous excrement such as menstrual blood may leak to the side of the absorbent body (lateral leakage occurs) along the wearer's skin (for example, both legs).
- the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a shorts type napkin having a high fit on both sides of an excretory opening and a left-right direction.
- the main invention for achieving the above object is an absorbent main body having a vertical direction, a horizontal direction, and a front-back direction intersecting with each other and having a liquid-absorbable absorbent core, and a non-skin side of the absorbent main body.
- a shorts-type napkin having a waistline member arranged so as to be overlapped with each other, and an elastic member that expands and contracts in the vertical direction is provided on the non-skin side of the absorbent body with respect to the absorbent core.
- a plurality of the elastic members are provided at predetermined intervals in the direction, and the elastic members are arranged adjacent to the outermost first elastic member and the inside of the first elastic member on both sides in the left-right direction.
- the absorbent body has a second elastic member, and the absorbent core has a density of the absorbent core in a region at least between the first elastic member and the second elastic member in the left-right direction. It is a shorts type napkin characterized by having a high-density part higher than the part.
- FIG. 5A is a diagram illustrating the fit when wearing a conventional napkin as a comparative example.
- FIG. 5B is a diagram illustrating the fit when wearing the napkin 1 of the present embodiment.
- 6A to 6C are views for explaining the sheet joint portion 60 for joining the non-skin side sheet 21 of the waist circumference member 20 and the skin side sheets 22 and 23.
- An absorbent main body having a vertical direction, a horizontal direction, and a front-back direction intersecting with each other and having a liquid-absorbing absorbent core, and a waist circumference member arranged so as to be overlapped on the non-skin side of the absorbent main body.
- a shorts-type napkin to have, on the non-skin side of the absorbent body with respect to the absorbent core, a plurality of elastic members that expand and contract along the vertical direction are provided at predetermined intervals in the horizontal direction.
- the elastic member has a first elastic member arranged on the outermost side and a second elastic member arranged adjacent to the inside of the first elastic member on both sides in the left-right direction.
- the absorbent body has, at least, in a region between the first elastic member and the second elastic member in the left-right direction, a high-density portion in which the density of the absorbent core is higher than that of the surrounding portion.
- a shorts-type napkin that is characterized by being.
- the center portion of the absorbent core in the left-right direction in which the second elastic member is arranged and the left-right direction in which the first elastic member is arranged are arranged with the high-density portion as the bending starting point. Both sides are lifted to the inseam side of the wearer, respectively, and come into close contact with the wearer's skin. Therefore, in the inseam of the wearer, the fit of the absorbent body is enhanced at the excretory opening (vaginal opening) in the central part in the left-right direction and the inguinal region on both sides in the left-right direction, and the excretory fluid such as menstrual blood is less likely to leak. Can be done.
- an absorbent main body having a vertical direction, a horizontal direction, and a front-back direction intersecting with each other and having a liquid-absorbing absorbent core, and a waist circumference member arranged so as to be overlapped on the non-skin side of the absorbent main body.
- a shorts-type napkin having a The elastic member is provided with a first elastic member arranged on the outermost side on both sides in the left-right direction and a second elastic member arranged adjacent to the inside of the first elastic member, respectively.
- the absorbent body has high-density portions on both sides in the left-right direction in which the density of the absorbent core is higher than that of the surrounding portion, and the absorbent body has the absorbent core when viewed in the front-rear direction.
- the main body is characterized in that the region in which the first elastic member is arranged and the region in which the second elastic member is arranged have a convex shape toward the wearer's skin side, respectively.
- Shorts type napkin A shorts-type napkin characterized by this is revealed. According to such a shorts type napkin, in the absorbent core, the central portion in the left-right direction in which the second elastic member is arranged and the both sides in the left-right direction in which the first elastic member is arranged are the wearers, respectively. It is convexly deformed upward so that it can be lifted to the inseam side of the body.
- the fit of the absorbent body is enhanced at the excretory opening (vaginal opening) in the central part in the left-right direction and the inguinal region on both sides in the left-right direction, and the excretory fluid such as menstrual blood is less likely to leak. Can be done.
- Such a shorts-type napkin having a bi-fold line when the shorts-type napkin is folded in half in the front-rear direction, and a portion on the rear side of the bi-fold line on which the contraction force of the elastic member acts. It is desirable that the length is longer than the length of the portion on which the contraction force of the elastic member acts on the front side of the bi-fold line.
- the magnitude of the contraction force acting on the posterior side (dorsal side) of the bi-fold line is larger than the contraction force acting on the anterior side (ventral side), and the absorbent body becomes , It becomes easier to fit on the back side (buttock side) of the wearer.
- a pair of leak-proof wall portions are provided on both sides of the absorbent body in the left-right direction, and the leak-proof wall portions expand and contract along the vertical direction.
- the length of the portion having the leak-proof elastic member and at least behind the bi-fold line on which the contraction force of the elastic member acts is greater than the length of the portion on which the contraction force of the leak-proof elastic member acts. Is also desirable.
- the contraction force of the elastic member acting on the back side (buttock side) of the wearer is higher than the contraction force of the leak-proof wall elastic member, so that the absorbent core is attached to the wearer's skin. It is possible to prevent the leak-proof wall portion from standing excessively high on the wearer's skin side. Therefore, when the shorts type napkin is worn, it is possible to prevent the formation of a gap (space) between the wearer's buttocks and the absorbent core, and it is possible to prevent the excrement from leaking.
- the high-density portion is a rear side at the upper end portion on the rear side of the bi-fold line, from the outside to the inside in the left-right direction and from the lower side to the upper side in the vertical direction. It is desirable that the first elastic member has a convex portion and is located outside the outer end of the rear convex portion in the left-right direction.
- the three-dimensional deformation of the absorbent core is easily suppressed in the portion where the rear convex portion extending diagonally is provided. Then, by pulling both sides of the posterior convex portion by the first elastic member, the absorbent core is absorbed in the vicinity of the sacral region (buttocks) while keeping the posterior end region in a planar shape.
- the sex core can be fitted.
- the waistline member has at least a skin side sheet and a non-skin side sheet laminated on the non-skin side of the skin side sheet, and the skin side sheet and the non-skin side sheet. It has a sheet joint portion that joins with, and in the region where the absorbent body and the waist circumference member overlap when viewed in the thickness direction, the unit area is in the region inside the high density portion in the left-right direction.
- the total area of the sheet joints formed around is smaller than the total area of the sheet joints formed per unit area in the region outside the high density portion in the left-right direction. Is desirable.
- the shorts type is formed in a region where the absorbent main body and the waistline member overlap when viewed in the thickness direction, and in a region inside the high density portion in the left-right direction.
- the total area of the sheet joints formed per unit area in the region behind the bi-fold line when the napkin is folded in half in the front-rear direction is the unit in the region in front of the bi-fold line. It is desirable that it is smaller than the total area of the sheet joints formed per area.
- the rigidity of the front side of the waistline member is higher than that of the rear side when worn.
- the wearer uses it in a sleeping posture at night, it becomes easy to maintain the shape in which the absorbent body is once deformed on the front side (ventral side) even if the wearer rolls over or moves.
- the rigidity on the rear side (dorsal side) of the waist circumference member by lowering the rigidity on the rear side (dorsal side) of the waist circumference member, the expansion and contraction of the absorbent body elastic member in the vertical direction (vertical direction) is less likely to be hindered, so that the absorbent body can easily follow the groove of the buttocks. ..
- the waistline member easily contracts in the left-right direction, it becomes easy to maintain a fit to the buttocks even when turning over.
- the absorbent main body includes a liquid-impermeable back sheet arranged on the non-skin side of the absorbent core and a side sheet laminated on the non-skin side of the back sheet. It has a back joint portion for joining the back sheet and the side sheet, and has a third elastic member arranged adjacent to the inside of the second elastic member in the left-right direction.
- the total area of the back joints formed per unit area in the region between the first elastic member and the second elastic member is the total area of the second elastic member and the third elastic member. It is desirable that it is larger than the total area of the back joints formed per unit area in the region between and.
- the joint strength between the back sheet and the side sheet is increased in the region between the first elastic member and the second elastic member, and the rigidity of the absorbent main body can be increased. Therefore, in the region, the absorbent body (absorbent core) tends to have a crease, and when the absorbent core is convexally deformed, the shape is easily maintained. This makes it easier to maintain the state in which the absorbent body fits to the inseam of the wearer, enhances the absorbency of menstrual blood and the like, and makes it easier to suppress leakage.
- the waistline member has a front side waistline member and a rear side waistline member, and the front side waistline member and the rear side waistline member are joined to each other at both ends in the left-right direction.
- the position of the lower end of the side joint portion has a side joint portion and is in front of the bi-fold line when the shorts type napkin is folded in half in the front-rear direction, and the position of the lower end of the side joint portion is higher than the position of the upper end of the first elastic member. High is desirable.
- the body joint portion for joining the absorbent main body is provided on the skin side of the waist circumference portion, and the distance between the pair of the first elastic members in the left-right direction is the distance between the absorbent core. It is desirable that it is larger than 1/2 of the width and smaller than the width of the main body joint.
- the first elastic member is used at the standing starting point (outer end of the main body joint) of the leak-proof wall portion.
- the elastic force is less likely to act, and the standing of the leak-proof wall is less likely to be hindered.
- the distance between the first elastic members are made larger than 1/2 of the width of the absorbent core, the area of the central portion in the left-right direction of the absorbent core becomes too narrow, and convex deformation is less likely to occur and fits the excretion port. It is possible to prevent it from becoming difficult to do.
- the width of the main body joint portion at the upper end portion in the vertical direction is larger than the width of the main body joint portion at the lower end portion in the vertical direction.
- the absorbent body is widely joined to the waistline member, which makes it difficult for the absorbent body to twist or deform, and the absorbent body is worn by the wearer. It is easy to fit the body widely and flatly.
- the part where the absorbent body is joined to the waistline member is narrow, so the absorbent body is easily deformed, and the edges on both sides of the absorbent body are worn by the wearer. It is possible to prevent the inguinal region from being pressed against the inguinal region and causing discomfort.
- the shorts-type napkin has a bi-fold line when the shorts-type napkin is folded in half in the front-rear direction, and does not have a portion where the high-density portion and the bi-fold line overlap. Is desirable.
- the absorbent body is independent in each of the ventral and dorsal regions when the shorts type napkin is worn. It becomes easy to deform. That is, the ventral side and the dorsal side of the absorbent body can easily follow the movement of the wearer's body, and the fit can be further improved. This makes it easier to suppress leakage of menstrual blood and the like.
- the high-density portion has an inverted portion in which a part of the region is inverted on the opposite side in the vertical direction, and the inverted portion is a portion that intersects with the first elastic member. It is desirable to have.
- the contraction force of the first elastic member is less likely to act on the absorbent core due to the influence of the reversing portion. Therefore, by adjusting the arrangement of the inversion portion, it becomes possible to locally control the deformation of the absorbent core. This makes it easier to fit the absorbent core along the wearer's body.
- the high-density portion is a dot-shaped embossed portion that squeezes the absorbent core in the thickness direction, and the embossed portion has predetermined intervals in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction.
- the pitches of the two embossed portions adjacent to each other in the vertical direction and the pitches of the two embossed portions adjacent to each other in the left-right direction are two adjacent to each other in the left-right direction. It is desirable that the distance between the elastic members is narrower than that of the elastic members.
- the embossed portions are provided at a pitch narrower than the distance between the absorbent body elastic members, so that the wearer can absorb the napkin when he / she moves his / her legs or body while wearing the napkin.
- the force generated by the expansion and contraction of the body elastic member is likely to be interfered with by the plurality of embossed portions. This makes it difficult for the absorbent core to twist and makes it easier to follow the fine movements of the wearer's body. Therefore, the fit when worn can be further improved.
- At least a part of the embossed portion is arranged on the front side and the rear side of the region where the contraction force by the elastic member acts in the vertical direction of the absorbent body in the deployed state. It is desirable to have.
- the waistline member has at least a skin side sheet and a non-skin side sheet laminated on the non-skin side of the skin side sheet, and the skin side sheet and the non-skin side sheet.
- At least one of the above is an elastic sheet having elasticity in the left-right direction, has a plurality of sheet joints for joining the skin-side sheet and the non-skin-side sheet, and two adjacent sheets in the left-right direction. It is desirable that the distance between the sheet joints of the above is narrower than the pitch of the two adjacent embossed portions in the left-right direction.
- Such a shorts type napkin has a main body joint portion for joining the absorbent main body on the skin side of the waist circumference portion, and the width of the main body joint portion is larger than the width of the absorbent core in the left-right direction. Wide is desirable.
- the elasticity of the waistline member in the left-right direction is easily transmitted to the entire left-right direction of the absorbent core. Therefore, the elasticity of the waistline member makes it easier for the absorbent core to be pressed against the wearer's body side, and the fit can be further improved.
- napkin 1 As an example of the absorbent article according to the first embodiment of the present invention, a shorts type napkin 1 (hereinafter, also simply referred to as “napkin 1”) will be described.

- the leak-proof wall portion 30 stands up from both sides of the absorbent body 10 in the left-right direction toward the wearer's skin side, so that excretory fluid such as menstrual blood leaks to the outside of the absorbent body 10. Suppress doing.
- the side sheet 15 extends to both outer sides of the absorbent core 11 in the left-right direction (horizontal direction), and both ends of the absorbent body 10 in the left-right direction. It is bent toward the skin in the thickness direction, and the end portion 15t is arranged on the skin side of the absorbent core 11.
- This end portion 15t is joined to the skin side surface of the top sheet 12 at the front side (ventral) end portion in the vertical direction at the front side joint portion 32f, and at the rear side (dorsal side) end portion in the vertical direction. It is joined to the skin side surface of the top sheet 12 at the side joint portion 32b (see FIG. 4).
- the front joint portion 32f and the rear joint portion 32b are formed by using a joint material such as a hot melt adhesive.
- the side sheets 15 are folded back to be laminated in the thickness direction, and the leak-proof wall elasticity is formed between the laminated side sheets 15 and 15.
- a member 31 is provided.
- the leak-proof wall elastic member 31 is provided in a state of being extended in the vertical direction (vertical direction), and is fixed by the front joint portion 32f and the rear joint portion 32b at both ends in the vertical direction, whereby the front joint portion 32f is provided. And the elasticity along the vertical direction (vertical direction) is exhibited between the rear joint portion 32b.
- the elongation ratio of the leak-proof elastic member 31 provided on the leak-proof wall portion 30 is preferably about 2.2 to 2.6 times.
- the elongation ratio is represented by a value obtained by dividing the length of the elastic member in the extended state (leakage-proof wall elastic member 31) by the length of the elastic member in the natural state (leakage-proof wall elastic member 31).
- the absorbent main body 10 is provided with a high-density portion 40 in which the density of the absorbent core 11 is higher than that of the surrounding portion.
- the high-density portion 40 is formed by pressing each member constituting the absorbent main body 10 in the thickness direction.
- the high-density portion 40 of the present embodiment includes a first high-density portion 41 formed linearly by arranging a plurality of dot-shaped pressing portions, and a second high-density portion 42. It has a third high-density portion 43.
- the high-density portion 40 becomes a bending starting point, so that the absorbent core 11 is easily deformed three-dimensionally according to the wearer's body shape and fits the wearer's body. It will be easier.
- the absorbent main body 10 is provided with a plurality of absorbent body elastic members 50 that expand and contract along the vertical direction (vertical direction).
- the absorbent body elastic member 50 is formed of, for example, a rubber thread, and extends in the vertical direction (vertical direction) on the non-skin side (specifically, between the back sheet 14 and the side sheet 15) of the absorbent core 11. It is arranged in the state of being.
- five absorbent body elastic members 50 are provided at predetermined intervals in the left-right direction.
- the elongation ratio of the absorbent body elastic member 50 is preferably about 2.7 to 3.2 times.
- the absorbent main body 10 By setting the elongation ratio of the absorbent body elastic member 50 to be stronger than that of the leak wall elastic member 31, the absorbent main body 10 easily contracts from the non-skin side in the thickness direction, and when the napkin 1 is worn, the wearer can easily contract.
- the accommodative body 10 can be easily fitted to the body. That is, the elasticity developed by the absorbent body elastic member 50 makes it easier for the absorbent main body 10 to come into close contact with the wearer's inseam, and it is possible to prevent excretion liquid such as menstrual blood from leaking.
- the absorber elastic members 50 arranged on the outermost sides on both sides in the left-right direction are referred to as the first elastic members 51 and 51. Further, the absorber elastic members 50 arranged adjacent to each other on the inner side in the left-right direction of the first elastic members 51 and 51 are referred to as the second elastic members 52 and 52. Further, the absorber elastic member 50 arranged inside the second elastic member 52 in the left-right direction is referred to as a third elastic member 53.
- the absorber elastic member 50 may have at least a pair of first elastic members 51, 51 and a pair of second elastic members 52, 52. That is, two or more third elastic members 53 may be provided, or may be zero.
- the waistline member 20 is composed of a plurality of seat members, and in the present embodiment, the non-skin side sheet 21 and the skin side sheets 22 and 23 are provided (see FIG. 3). Further, in the following description, in the vertical direction, the portion of the waist circumference member 20 on the front side (ventral side) of the central position CL is the front side waist circumference member 20f, and the portion on the rear side (dorsal side) of the center position CL is the rear side. Also referred to as a side waist member 20b.
- the non-skin side sheet 21 is a non-stretchable sheet member arranged on the most non-skin side of the napkin 1, and is formed of, for example, a spunbonded non-woven fabric or an SMS non-woven fabric.
- the non-skin side sheet 21 has a shape constricted inward in the left-right direction in the central portion in the vertical direction (the portion including the central position CL) as shown in the plan view of FIG. There is.
- the skin side sheet 22 is a sheet member having elasticity laminated on the skin side of the non-skin side sheet 21 on the front side (ventral side) in the vertical direction.
- the skin side sheet 22 is formed of, for example, an elastic non-woven fabric.
- the "stretchable nonwoven fabric” is a nonwoven fabric containing elastic fibers having elasticity and elastic fibers having lower shrinkage than the elastic fibers, and having been subjected to an appropriate stretching treatment such as gear stretching.
- a polyurethane-based elastomer fiber which is a kind of thermoplastic elastomer having elasticity, as the elastic fiber, and the thermoplastic resin having non-elasticity as the extensible fiber.
- PP polypropylene
- the skin-side sheet 22 is joined to the non-skin-side sheet 21 by a plurality of interspersed sheet joints 60 (see FIG. 6), whereby the front waistline member 20f has elasticity at least along the left-right direction. Granted.
- the sheet bonding portion 60 is formed by using a known bonding means such as ultrasonic welding.
- the skin side sheet 23 is a sheet member having elasticity laminated on the skin side of the non-skin side sheet 21 on the rear side (dorsal side) in the vertical direction.
- the skin-side sheet 23 has the same configuration as the skin-side sheet 22. That is, the skin-side sheet 23 is formed of elastic non-woven fabric, and is joined to the non-skin-side sheet 21 by a plurality of scattered sheet joints 60 (see FIG. 6). As a result, the rear waist circumference member 20b is imparted with elasticity at least in the left-right direction.
- the napkin 1 From the unfolded state shown in FIG. 2, the napkin 1 has the absorbent body 10 and the waistline member 20 in the vertical direction (front-back direction) with the center position CL (indicated by the alternate long and short dash line in FIG. 2) in the vertical direction of the absorbent body 10 as a folding position. ) Folds in half.
- the lateral (horizontal) both ends 20fe and 20fe of the front girth member 20f overlapping in the front-rear direction and the lateral (horizontal) both ends 20be and 20be of the rear girth member 20b are sealed. It is joined by using a known joining means such as welding, and a side joining portion 20we is formed.
- the waist member 20 (20f and 20b) folded in half is connected in a ring shape on the front side (ventral side) and the rear side (dorsal side), and one waist circumference opening 1a and a pair of legs as shown in FIG.
- a peripheral opening 1b is formed to form a shorts-shaped napkin 1.
- FIG. 5A is a diagram illustrating the fit when wearing a conventional napkin as a comparative example.
- FIG. 5B is a diagram illustrating the fit when wearing the napkin 1 of the present embodiment.
- the napkin of the comparative example shown in FIG. 5A is provided with the absorbent body 100.
- the configuration of the absorbent main body 100 of the comparative example is substantially the same as that of the absorbent main body 10 of the present embodiment, but the configuration of the absorbent body elastic member 50 is different from that of the absorbent main body 10. That is, in the absorbent main body 100 of the comparative example, three absorbent body elastic members 50 are provided in the region between the pair of high-density portions 40, 40 in the left-right direction, which is larger than that of the high-density portions 40, 40.
- the outer region is not provided with an elastic member corresponding to the first elastic member 51 in the present embodiment.
- the absorbent body elastic member 50 is provided in the central region in the left-right direction, but the absorbent body elastic member 50 is not provided in the regions on both sides in the left-right direction. ..
- the high-density portion 40 does not necessarily have to be provided in the absorbent main body 100.
- the absorbent body elastic member is formed in the inner region (central portion in the left-right direction) in the left-right direction of the pair of high-density portions 40, 40 of the absorbent main body 100.
- the absorbent core 11 is lifted toward the wearer's skin. That is, as shown in FIG. 5A, the central portion of the absorbent core 11 in the left-right direction is convexly deformed toward the wearer's skin side and comes into close contact with the excretory opening such as the vaginal opening. Therefore, menstrual blood and the like can be efficiently absorbed in the inseam.
- the absorbent body elastic member 50 is not provided in the region outside the pair of high-density portions 40, 40 in the left-right direction (both sides in the left-right direction), the region concerned.
- the contractile force of the absorbent body elastic member 50 does not act, and it is difficult for the absorbent core 11 to fit the wearer's body. That is, it is difficult for the absorbent core 11 to adhere to the regions on both sides of the excretion port. Therefore, a highly viscous liquid such as menstrual blood may leak laterally from the inguinal region along both legs of the wearer.
- the inner region (the central portion in the left-right direction) of the pair of high-density portions 40, 40 in the absorbent body 10 in the left-right direction is the same as in the comparative example.
- Easy to fit the wearer's vaginal opening That is, due to the contraction of the second elastic member 52 (and the third elastic member 53), when viewed from the front side in the front-rear direction as shown in FIG. 5B, the central portion in the left-right direction of the absorbent core 11 is the wearer's skin. Bend so that it can be lifted toward the side. That is, the region provided with the second elastic member 52 is deformed so as to have a convex shape toward the skin side, and easily adheres to the excretion opening such as the vaginal opening.
- the first elastic members 51, 51 contract, so that both sides in the left-right direction of the absorbent core 1 are formed. Bend so that it can be lifted toward the wearer's skin side. That is, the region where the first elastic members 51, 51 are provided is deformed so as to have a convex shape toward the skin side, so that the area near the inguinal region of the wearer can be easily fitted.
- the high-density portion 40 is arranged between the first elastic member 51 and the second elastic member 52 in the left-right direction. Therefore, when the absorbent body elastic member 50 (51, 52) contracts, the high-density portion 40 becomes a bending starting point, and the absorbent core 11 is easily deformed three-dimensionally. That is, the region inside the high-density portion 40 in the left-right direction is likely to be convexly deformed toward the wearer's excretion port due to the contraction of the second elastic member 52, and the region outside the high-density portion 40 in the left-right direction is the first elasticity. The contraction of the member 51 facilitates convex deformation toward the wearer's inguinal region (see FIG. 5B).
- the central portion in the left-right direction in which the second elastic member 52 is arranged and the bilateral portions in the left-right direction in which the first elastic member 51 is arranged are arranged with the high-density portion 40 as the bending starting point.
- Each is lifted to the inseam side of the wearer and adheres to the wearer's skin. Therefore, in the inseam of the wearer, the fit to the excretory opening (vaginal opening) in the central part in the left-right direction and the fit to the inguinal region on both sides in the left-right direction are both improved, and excretory fluid such as menstrual blood leaks. It can be made difficult.
- the length Lb50 of the portion where the contractile force by the absorbent body elastic member 50 acts in the region behind the central position CL is ,
- the length of the portion where the contractile force by the absorbent body elastic member 50 acts in the region in front of the central position CL is longer than the length Lf50 (Lb50> Lf50). That is, the magnitude of the contraction force acting on the rear side (dorsal side) is larger than the bi-fold line (center position CL in the vertical direction) when the napkin 1 is folded in half back and forth. It is larger than the magnitude of the contractile force acting on the anterior side (ventral side) of CL).
- the absorbent body 10 is more likely to fit on the back side (buttock side) of the wearer.
- menstrual blood excreted from the excretion opening moves diagonally backward along the wearer's buttocks and leaks to the outside of the napkin 1. It is possible to effectively suppress the storage.
- the length Lb50 of the portion where the contraction force by the absorber elastic member 50 acts is larger than the length Lb31 of the portion where the contraction force by the leak wall elastic member 31 acts. It is getting longer (Lb50> Lb31).
- the erecting height of the leak-proof wall portion 30 becomes too high, a gap may be formed between the absorbent core 11 and the wearer's skin, and it may be difficult for the excrement liquid to be absorbed by the absorbent core 11. ..
- the contraction force of the absorbent body elastic member 50 acting on the buttocks side is increased.
- the absorbent core 11 can be easily brought into close contact with the wearer's skin, and the leak-proof wall portion 30 can be prevented from standing excessively high on the wearer's skin side. Therefore, when the napkin 1 is worn, the formation of a gap (space) between the wearer's buttocks and the absorbent core 11 is suppressed, and the absorbability of the excrement liquid can be further enhanced.
- the elongation ratio of the absorber elastic member 50 is set to be larger than the elongation ratio of the leak wall elastic member 31, so that the contraction force of the absorber elastic member 50 is large. As a result, gaps (spaces) are more difficult to form.
- the high-density portion 40 (third high-density portion 43) has a rear-side convex portion 43c in which the rear-side end portion has a convex shape to the rear side.
- the posterior convex portion 43c is the upper end portion on the posterior side (dorsal side) of the bi-fold line when the napkin 1 is worn, so as to go from the outer side to the inner side in the left-right direction and from the lower side to the upper side in the vertical direction. Have been placed.
- the diagonally extending rear convex portion 43c makes it easy to suppress the three-dimensional deformation of the absorbent core 11 as described above, and the absorbent core 11 maintains a planar shape. It becomes easier to adhere to the wearer's body in this state. Since the region where the posterior convex portion 43c is arranged is located along the sacrum of the wearer when the napkin 1 is worn, the absorbent core 11 can be fitted flat near the sacrum of the wearer. can.
- the first elastic members 51, 51 are arranged outside the outer end of the rear convex portion 43c.
- both sides of the posterior convex portion 43c are pulled by the first elastic member 51, and both sides of the absorbent core 11 are placed on both sides of the sacrum while keeping the posterior end region of the absorbent core 11 in a planar shape. It can be fitted to the wearer's buttocks along the line. Therefore, it is possible to more easily suppress leakage of menstrual blood or the like on the buttocks side.
- FIG. 6A to 6C are views for explaining the sheet joint portion 60 for joining the non-skin side sheet 21 of the waist circumference member 20 and the skin side sheets 22 and 23.
- FIG. 6A shows the types and arrangements of the sheet joints 60 formed on the girth member 20 in the expanded and extended state.
- the non-skin side sheet 21 and the skin side sheets 22 and 23 are joined to each other by two types of sheet joint portions 60.
- the non-skin side sheet 21 and the skin side sheets 22 and 23 are laminated in the thickness direction by the plurality of first sheet joint portions 61 shown in FIG. 6B. It is joined in a state.
- the non-skin side sheet 21 and the skin side sheets 22, 23 are formed by the plurality of second sheet joint portions 62 shown in FIG. 6C. And are joined in a laminated state in the thickness direction.
- each sheet joining portion 60 (61, 62) is formed by using a joining means such as ultrasonic welding.
- a joining means such as ultrasonic welding.
- the total area of the first sheet joints 61 formed per unit area of the area B (area ratio of the first sheet joint 61) is per unit area of the areas C and D. It is preferable that the area is larger than the total area of the second sheet joints 62 formed in (the area ratio of the second sheet joints 62). That is, in the region B, it is preferable that the rigidity of the waist circumference member 20 is higher than that in the region C and the region D.
- the region C shown in FIG. 6A is located inside the pair of high-density portions 40, 40 in the left-right direction when viewed in the thickness direction with the absorbent main body 10 mounted on the waist circumference member 20 in an overlapping manner. ing.
- This region is a region where the absorbent core 11 causes a convex deformation toward the wearer's skin side as described with reference to FIG. 5B. Therefore, by lowering the rigidity of the waist circumference member 20 in the region C as compared with the region B, the elasticity of the waist circumference member 20 is less likely to be hindered in the region, and when the napkin 1 is worn, the absorbent body 10 is worn by the wearer. It can be easier to maintain a fit in the inseam of the napkin.
- the rigidity of the absorbent main body 10 is easily maintained as the entire region B, and when the napkin 1 is worn, the absorbent main body 10 is compressed in the left-right direction (so-called width is formed) and the fit is deteriorated. It can be suppressed from doing so.
- the region C has low rigidity and is easily expanded and contracted as compared with the region B, it is easy to keep the absorbent main body 10 fitted in the groove of the buttocks even if the body moves due to turning over or the like. As a result, it is possible to prevent menstrual blood from flowing through the gaps in the buttocks and leaking.
- the region C is provided closer to the rear side in the vertical direction.
- the area of the region C behind the central position CL in the vertical direction is larger than the area of the region C on the front side of the central position CL (see FIG. 6A). That is, the waist circumference member 20 has lower rigidity on the rear side (dorsal side) in the vertical direction than on the front side (ventral side). Therefore, when the napkin 1 is worn, the posterior (dorsal) region of the waistline member 20 is likely to be deformed. With such a configuration, when the wearer uses it in a sleeping posture at night, the front side can easily maintain the once deformed shape even if the wearer rolls over or moves.
- FIG. 7 is a diagram illustrating a back joint portion 70 that joins the back sheet 14 and the side sheet 15 in the absorbent main body 10.
- the back sheet 14 and the side sheet 15 are laminated in the thickness direction on the non-skin side of the absorbent core 11. Then, the back sheet 14 and the side sheet 15 are joined to each other via the back joining portion 70 with the absorbent body elastic member 50 in the extended state sandwiched between them.
- a plurality of joint materials such as hot melt adhesives applied in a thin strip shape along the vertical direction (vertical direction) are lined up at predetermined intervals in the left-right direction. It is formed by that.
- two strip-shaped back joints 70, 70 are arranged between the first elastic member 51 and the second elastic member 52, and the second elastic member 52.
- a strip-shaped back joint 70 is arranged between the third elastic member 53 and the third elastic member 53. That is, in the present embodiment, the area of the back joint 70 per unit area in the region between the first elastic member 51 and the second elastic member 52 is between the second elastic member 52 and the third elastic member 53. It is larger than the area of the back joint 70 per unit area in the region of.
- the back sheet 14 is located more than the region between the second elastic member 52 and the third elastic member 53.
- the side sheet 15 is firmly joined to the side sheet 15, and the rigidity of the absorbent main body 10 is increased.
- the high-density portion 40 is provided in the region between the first elastic member 51 and the second elastic member 52 in the left-right direction, and the absorbent body 10 is three-dimensionally formed when the napkin 1 is worn. This is the starting point for bending when deforming. Therefore, by increasing the rigidity of the absorbent main body 10 in the region, the absorbent main body 10 (absorbent core 11) is likely to have a crease, and when the absorbent core 11 is convexly deformed as shown in FIG. 5B, The shape is easily maintained. As a result, the absorbent body 10 can be easily maintained in a state of being fitted to the wearer's inseam, the absorbability of menstrual blood and the like can be enhanced, and leakage can be easily suppressed.
- the position of the lower end 20 web of the side joint portion 20 we (both end portions 20 fe) formed on the front waist circumference member 20 f is the front side of the absorber elastic member 50. It is higher than the position of the upper end 50fu in. That is, in the vertical direction, the side joint portion 20we (both end portions 20fe) of the front waist circumference member 20f and the absorber elastic member 50 do not overlap. Therefore, when the wearer takes a forward bending posture or moves the legs forward while wearing the napkin 1, the front waistline member 20f is deformed according to the movement of the wearer's body (ventral side).
- FIG. 8 is a diagram illustrating a main body joining portion 80 for attaching and joining the absorbent main body 10 to the waist circumference member 20.
- the non-skin side surface of the absorbent main body 10 non-skin side surface of the side sheet 15
- the skin side surface of the waist circumference member 20 are joined to each other via the main body joint portion 80 shown by the shaded portion in FIG. ing.
- the main body joint portion 80 is formed of a joint material such as a hot melt adhesive.
- the width of the main body joint 80 in the left-right direction is larger at both ends in the vertical direction (upper end portion in the vertical direction) than in the central portion (lower crotch) in the vertical direction. That is, the main body joint portion 80 has a portion having a width W70a in the left-right direction at the front-rear end portions (front upper end portion and rear upper end portion in the shorts type state) in the vertical direction, and the front end portion and the rear end portion in the vertical direction. A portion having a width W70b narrower than W70a is provided between the portions (the lower end portion in the shorts type state) (W70a> W70b).
- the absorbent main body 10 is widely joined to the waist circumference member 20 at both ends in the vertical direction, and the absorbent main body 10 is less likely to be twisted or deformed. Therefore, in the abdomen and buttocks of the wearer, the absorbent body 10 can be easily fitted in a wide and planar manner. On the other hand, in the central portion (lower crotch) in the vertical direction, the portion where the absorbent main body 10 is joined to the waist circumference member 20 is narrow, so that the absorbent main body 10 is easily deformed by that amount.
- the rigidity of the absorbent main body 10 near the lower part of the crotch of the wearer is not excessively strong, the absorbent main body 10 is easily deformed, and both side edges of the absorbent main body 10 are attached to the wearer when the napkin 1 is worn. It is possible to prevent the inguinal region from being pressed against the skin and causing discomfort.
- the absorbent main body 10 can be appropriately fitted to the wearer's body (ventral portion, inseam, buttocks) as a whole, and can easily suppress leakage of menstrual blood and the like.
- the distance W51 between the pair of first elastic members 51 and 51 in the left-right direction is narrower than the widths W70a and W70b in the left-right direction of the main body joint portion 80 (W51 ⁇ W70). Since the side sheet 15 constituting the leak-proof wall portion 30 is joined to the waist circumference member 20 by the main body joint portion 80, when the leak-proof wall portion 30 stands up on the skin side, the left-right direction of the main body joint portion 80 The side sheet 15 can be bent toward the skin side with both ends as boundaries. That is, both ends of the main body joint portion 80 in the left-right direction are positions that serve as standing starting points when the leak-proof wall portion 30 stands up on the skin side.
- the contraction force by the first elastic members 51, 51 is less likely to act at the standing starting point of the leak-proof wall portion 30, and the deformation (standing) of the leak-proof wall portion 30 is less likely to be hindered. ..
- the distance W51 between the pair of first elastic members 51 and 51 in the left-right direction is wider than 1/2 of the width W11 of the absorbent core 11 (W51> W11 / 2). Assuming that the distance W51 between the first elastic members 51 and 51 is 1/2 or less of the width W11 of the absorbent core 11, the area of the central portion becomes narrower in the left-right direction of the absorbent core 11 and both sides are narrowed. The area of the part becomes wider. In this case, it becomes difficult for the absorbent core 11 to form a convex shape as described with reference to FIG. 5B, and it becomes difficult for the central portion of the absorbent core 11 in the left-right direction to fit the excretion opening.
- the high-density portion 40 of the present embodiment does not overlap with the bi-fold line (center position CL in the vertical direction) when the napkin 1 is folded in half in the front-rear direction.
- the central position CL is arranged between the second high-density portion 42 and the third high-density portion 43 in the vertical direction. That is, the high-density portion 40 is provided so as not to have a portion overlapping with the central position CL (bi-fold line) in the vertical direction. Since the high-density portion 40 is not continuous in the vertical direction across the bi-fold line, it is difficult for the movement of the ventral side and the movement of the dorsal side to be linked when the napkin 1 is worn, and the absorbent body 10 is in each region.
- ventral side and the dorsal side of the absorbent body 10 can easily follow the movement of the wearer's body, and the fit can be further improved. This makes it easier to suppress leakage of menstrual blood and the like.
- the high-density portion 40 of the napkin 1 has an inverted portion 40r inverted on the opposite side in the vertical direction.
- the second high-density portion 42 has an inverted portion 42r1 whose front end portion in the vertical direction is inverted to the rear side, and has an inverted portion 42r2 whose rear end portion in the vertical direction is inverted to the front side.
- the reversing portions 42r1 and 42r2 are arranged so as to straddle the first elastic member 51 in the left-right direction. That is, the reversing portions 42r1 and 42r2 have portions that intersect with the first elastic member 51.
- the contractile force of the first elastic member 51 is less likely to act on the absorbent core 11 due to the influence of the reversing portions 42r1, 42r2. Therefore, by adjusting the arrangement of the reversing portion 40r, the deformation of the absorbent core 11 can be locally controlled. For example, in the case of FIG. 4, by weakening the contraction force of the first elastic member 51 between the reversing portion 42r1 and the reversing portion 42r2, the absorbent core 11 has a planar shape in the region as compared with other regions. It becomes easier to keep. In this way, the absorbent core 11 can be easily fitted along the plane of the wearer's abdomen.
- the so-called hinge-shaped first high-density portion 41, the second high-density portion 42, and the third high are formed linearly by arranging a plurality of dot-shaped pressing portions as the high-density portion 40.
- the density portion 43 was provided, the high density portion 40 is not limited to such a linear arrangement.
- a plurality of embossed portions 45 may be provided over the entire absorbent core 11 in place of the first density portion 41 or the like described above.
- the embossed portion 45 has a higher density of the absorbent core 11 than the surrounding portion by squeezing only the absorbent core 11 of the absorbent main body 10 in the thickness direction. It is a portion and is formed in the manufacturing process of the absorbent core 11.
- an embossed portion 45 as a high-density portion 40 is provided in a region between the first elastic member 51 and the second elastic member 52 in the left-right direction.
- the embossed portion 45 becomes a bending starting point, and the absorbent core 11 becomes three-dimensional as described with reference to FIG. 5B. It becomes easy to be deformed. That is, of the absorbent body 10 (absorbent core 11), the central portion in the left-right direction in which the second elastic member 52 is arranged and the left-right direction both side portions in which the first elastic member 51 is arranged are worn.
- FIG. 9 is a plan view and a cross-sectional view of the absorbent main body 10 in the second embodiment.
- FIG. 10 is an enlarged view of the area E of FIG.
- the embossed portion 45 is formed by pressing the absorbent core 11 in the thickness direction as described above. That is, in the absorbent main body 10 (absorbable core 11), the portion where the embossed portion 45 is formed is a high-density portion 40 having a higher density than the surrounding portion.
- the dot-shaped embossed portions 45 are the absorbent cores at predetermined intervals in the vertical direction (vertical direction) and the horizontal direction (horizontal direction) in the deployed state. It is scattered throughout the eleven.
- the plurality of embossed portions 45 scattered in this way make it difficult for the water-retaining fibers such as pulp fibers constituting the absorbent core 11 to disperse in a unified state, so that the shape of the absorbent core 11 does not easily collapse. It becomes easy to maintain good water absorption.
- the embossed portions 45 are regularly arranged.
- the pitch of the two embossed portions 45, 45 arranged adjacently in the vertical direction (vertical direction) is p45v
- the pitch of the two embossed portions 45, 45 arranged adjacently in the horizontal direction (horizontal direction) is p45v. It is p45s.
- Both of these pitches p45v and p45s are narrower than the spacing d50 (d50A, d50B) in the lateral direction (horizontal direction) of the absorber elastic members 50 (51 to 53) (p45v, p45s ⁇ d50). ..
- the high-density portion 40 provided between the first elastic member 51 and the second elastic member 52 serves as a bending starting point and absorbs.
- the core 11 is convexly deformed toward the wearer's excretory opening and inguinal region to improve the fit. Since the plurality of embossed portions 45 are provided over the entire absorbent core 11, it is easy to maintain the shape of the absorbent raw body 10 (absorbent core 11) after the convex deformation. Further, since the embossed portions 45 are provided at a pitch narrower than the distance between the absorbent body elastic members 50, when the wearer moves the legs or the body while wearing the napkin 1, the absorbent body elastic members 50 are provided.
- the force generated by the expansion and contraction is likely to be interfered with by the plurality of embossed portions 45.
- the absorbent core 11 is suppressed from twisting, and the absorbent core 11 can easily follow the fine movements of the wearer's body. Therefore, the fit of the napkin 1 when worn can be further improved.
- the embossed portion 45 is arranged outside the region where the contraction force of the absorbent body elastic member 50 is acting. That is, in the vertical direction of FIG. 9, at least a part of the embossed portion 45 is arranged in the region on the front side of the absorber elastic member 50 on the front side of the end 50 fu. Similarly, in the vertical direction, at least a part of the embossed portion 45 is arranged in the region behind the end 50bu on the rear side of the absorber elastic member 50.
- the contractile force of the absorbent body elastic member 50 acts on the entire vertical direction of the absorbent core 11, the lower abdomen (ventral side), which is relatively flat on the wearer's body, or the vicinity of the sacrum (dorsal side).
- the absorbent body 10 is likely to be convexally deformed. In this case, a gap is likely to be formed between the wearer's body and the absorbent main body 10, which may cause excretion liquid such as menstrual blood to leak.
- the range in which the elasticity of the absorbent body elastic member 50 acts in the vertical direction of the absorbent core 11 is limited, and the high-rigidity portion 40 (embossed portion) is located in a region outside the range.
- the absorbent body 10 easily fits snugly on the surface along the body shape in the lower abdomen (ventral side) and the vicinity of the sacrum (dorsal side) of the wearer, and the excrement fluid is collected. Leakage can be easily suppressed.
- the waistline member 20 of the napkin 1 is provided with a plurality of sheet joining portions 60 for joining the non-skin side sheet 21 and the skin side sheets 22 and 23 (see FIG. 6), but in the left-right direction (horizontal direction). It is desirable that the distance between the two sheet joint portions 60, 60 adjacent to each other in the direction) is narrower than the pitch p45s in the left-right direction (lateral direction) of the embossed portion 45. In this case, when the waistline member 20 contracts in the left-right direction when the napkin 1 is worn, fine irregularities (wrinkles on the surface of the waistline member 20) are likely to be formed between the adjacent sheet joints 60 and 60. Therefore, the fine wrinkles formed on the waistline member 20 on the non-skin side of the absorbent body 10 make it difficult for the absorbent body 10 (absorbent core 11) to twist, and the fit of the napkin 1 can be improved. ..
- the width W80 in the left-right direction of the main body joining portion 80 for joining the absorbent main body 10 and the waist circumference member 20 is larger than the width W11 in the left-right direction of the absorbent core 11 (see FIG. 9). ).
- the elasticity of the waist circumference member 20 in the left-right direction (horizontal direction) is easily transmitted to the entire left-right direction (horizontal direction) of the absorbent core 11. Therefore, the elasticity of the waist circumference member 20 makes it easier for the absorbent core 11 to be pressed against the wearer's body side, and the fit can be further improved.
- the width W80 of the main body joint 80 in the left-right direction is narrower than the width of the absorbent main body 10 in the left-right direction. As a result, it is possible to prevent the hot melt adhesive or the like forming the main body joint portion 80 from seeping out to the outside of the absorbent main body 10 in the left-right direction and adhering to the wearer's body or clothes.
- the embossed portion 45 provided on the absorbent core 11 is a pair of left and right second high-density portions 42 (41, 43) that serve as a bending starting point when the absorbent core 11 is convexly deformed as shown in FIG. 5B. It is desirable that it is arranged outside in the left-right direction rather than (see FIG. 9).
- the region of the absorbent core 11 outside the pair of high-density portions 42 (41, 43) in the left-right direction is compressed inward in the left-right direction by being sandwiched between the wearer's legs when the napkin 1 is worn. It is an area where the force to act is easy to act.
- the embossed portion 45 is provided in such a region and the rigidity is increased, the width of the absorbent core 11 is widened when the absorbent core 11 is further compressed in the left-right direction after being convexly deformed. It is prevented from becoming narrow and causing twisting and bending between the wearer's legs. As a result, the fit of the napkin 1 can be improved, and lateral leakage of the excrement can be easily suppressed.
- the napkin 1 has been described as an example of the shorts-type absorbent article, but the present invention is also applicable to light incontinence pants for adults.
- the waistline member 20 is provided with elasticity in the left-right direction by using an elastic sheet such as a stretchable non-woven fabric as the skin-side sheets 22 and 23 constituting the waistline member 20.
- Other elastic members may be provided in 20.
- a waist elastic member 25 such as a rubber thread may be provided on the upper ends of the front waist member 20f and the rear waist member 20b so as to be expandable and contractible in the left-right direction.
- the waistline elastic member 25 when the waistline elastic member 25 is provided on the waistline member 20, at least a part of the waistline elastic member 25 may be arranged so as to overlap with the skin side sheets 22 and 23, respectively. By doing so, the elasticity in the left-right direction developed by the elastic member 25 around the waist and the elasticity in the left-right direction expressed by the skin-side sheets 22 and 23 are linked, and the fit of the napkin 1 in the waist circumference of the wearer is linked. Can be further enhanced.

Abstract
