背景技术
日常生活中,儿童载具的使用越来越普遍,为了保障儿童的出行安全,儿童载具的座椅一般都设置有安全带装置。现有的儿童载具的安全带装置一般只是将其一端固定,另一端与座椅的扣具扣合,对儿童起固定束缚的作用。当儿童安全座椅应用于汽车座时,汽车实际发生的撞击或突然减速,由于惯性的作用,会给儿童带来极大的冲击力,此时儿童将由于惯性而向远离安全座椅的方向运动。然而,由于现有的安全带自身不具备形变的能力,使得安全带自身不具备伸缩性或弹性,进而将导致在这种惯性的作用力下,安全带束缚儿童的拉扯力发生在瞬间,使得儿童受到强大的拉扯力。因儿童骨骼尚未发育完善,还不能承受如此强大的拉扯力,故儿童极易因为安全带瞬间给予的束缚拉扯力而受到伤害。

根据一实施例,所述缓冲组件还包括一连接带,其与所述缓冲件相连接。
根据一实施例,所述连接带具有适于连接载具本体的第一固定端和适于连接安全带的第二固定端,且所述缓冲件介于所述第一固定端和所述第二固定端之间与所述连接带相连接。
根据一实施例,所述缓冲件的两端分别与所述连接带的不同位置相连接。
根据一实施例,所述连接带在所述第一固定端和所述第二固定端之间被折叠而形成环状部,并借由所述缓冲件接合以封闭所述环状部。
根据一实施例,所述缓冲件可在所述连接带施加足够的施力下受破坏,使所述环状部打开,从而产生缓冲作用。

具体实施方式
参阅图1,儿童载具1包括用于承载儿童的载具本体100及用于束缚儿童的安全带装置200。安全带装置200设于载具本体100上,安全带装置200具有用于束缚儿童的安全带22及与安全带22相连接且具有缓冲功能的缓冲组件21。缓冲组件21配置为在儿童载具1发生撞击或者突然减速时产 生缓冲移动,从而吸收撞击或突然减速的部分能量,借此能够避免安全带22对于儿童施加过度的束缚拉扯力。载具本体100可为儿童安全座椅、婴儿推车、摇篮或摇床等,其中所设有的缓冲组件21可具有相同的工作原理。以下所述的载具本体100将以儿童安全座椅为例进行说明。
参阅图1,载具本体100包括背靠部11及与背靠部11相连接的坐垫部13,且在背靠部11上设有头靠部12。头靠部12呈滑动的设置于背靠部11,以适应不同身高的儿童使用。以下将参考图1-4进一步说明安全带装置200及缓冲组件21的结构和操作细节。
参阅图1及图2,安全带装置200包括缓冲组件21及安全带22。安全带22例如为肩带。安全带22的第一端部22A与载具本体100相连接,更具体地,安全带22的第一端部22A可与背靠部11的上部或头靠部12相连接。安全带22的第二端部22B则与坐垫部13上所设置的扣具131可拆卸的连接,使安全带22在使用时得绕过儿童的身体,并在儿童载具1发生撞击或者突然减速时可对于乘坐于载具本体100中的儿童提供束缚作用。
另外,安全带22上还设有可滑动的护片23,其可提供舒适性和缓冲效果。较佳者,护片23呈柔性结构,且可增大安全带22对于儿童肩部的接触面积,有利于分散应力并提高舒适性。根据一实施例,护片23具有抱合结构,通过抱合结构的开和闭可快速方便的将护片23套设于安全带22上。例如,护片23可通过魔术贴的方式来实现抱合结构的开和闭。
参阅图1及图2,缓冲组件21分别与安全带22、载具本体100相连接。更具体地,缓冲组件21可在相对两端分别与载具本体100、安全带22相连接,且缓冲组件21与安全带22的连接处位于安全带22的第一端部22A和第二端部22B之间。根据一实施例,缓冲组件21包括一连接带211,连接带211的一端为适于连接载具本体100的第一固定端2111,连接带211的另一端为适于连接安全带22的第二固定端2112。连接带211的第一固定端2111与载具本体100相连接,其中载具本体100上例如设有供连接带211的第一固定端2111连接的锚接结构。
根据一实施例,连接带211的第一固定端2111可与载具本体100的头靠部12相连接。举例来说,所述锚接结构包括头靠部12中所固接的定位杆121,第一固定端2111可形成环形端,而借由定位杆121通过环形的第 一固定端2111可将第一固定端2111与头靠部12相固接。故,第一固定端2111可借由头靠部12、定位杆121的移动而调整高度,依据儿童的身高进行适应性的调节连接带211的高度,以满足使用需求。安装时,连接带211的第一固定端2111与设置于载具本体100的定位杆121相连接,连接带211的第二固定端2112则可介于第一端部22A和第二端部22B之间与安全带22相连接。
根据一实施例,缓冲组件21与安全带22相滑接。例如,连接带211的第二固定端2112可与安全带22上的护片23相固接。因护片23可沿安全带22滑动,连接带211的第二固定端2112与安全带22之间呈滑动的连接,使连接带211的第二固定端2112与护片23可相对于安全带22同步滑动。透过第一固定端2111和第二固定端2112的连接,连接带211可绷紧或松弛。
为了更容易理解本实施例中安全带22、连接带211及护片23的结构,图2-4所示的护片23呈半开状的抱合结构,安全带22与连接带211形成以护片23为交点的Y字形结构。该Y字形结构可在两个不同位置的连接处与载具本体100相连,其中一个连接处为连接带211的第一固定端2111与载具本体100的锚接结构相连接的连接处(即第一固定端2111与设置于头靠部12的定位杆121相接之处),另一个连接处为安全带22的第一端部22A与背靠部11的上部或与头靠部12相连接的连接处。该两连接处的设置使得安全带22能够提供妥当的束缚力,更好地保护儿童安全。在本实施例中,连接带211的第一固定端2111、安全带22的第一端部22A分别连接至载具本体100的两连接处位于不同位置,使缓冲组件21与载具本体100的连接处和安全带22与载具本体100的连接处位于不同位置。更具体地,缓冲组件21与载具本体100的连接处可高于安全带22与载具本体100的连接处,亦即连接带211的第一固定端2111连接至载具本体100的位置高于安全带22的第一端部22A连接至载具本体100的位置。然而,连接带211的第一固定端2111和安全带22的第一端部22A分别连接至载具本体100的两连接处并不限于此,两连接处还可为同一位置或相近的位置。另外,两连接处还可一并设置在载具本体100的背靠部11或头靠部12的连接结构上。
继续参阅图1-4,缓冲组件21还包括可形变的缓冲件212,其与连接 带211相连接并可产生缓冲移动。缓冲件212可介于第一固定端2111和第二固定端2112之间与连接带211相连接。缓冲件212例如为具有弹性的片状橡胶带,但并不以此为限,还可包括弹簧结构,也可包括具有弹性的片状松紧带。缓冲件212的两端212A、212B分别与连接带211的不同位置相连接,且连接带211于缓冲件212的两端212A、212B之间形成限位段213。例如,缓冲件212的两端212A、212B可通过车缝或胶黏固接于连接带211,而限位段213可为连接带211中介于两端212A、212B之间延伸的部位。故,限位段213与缓冲件212呈重叠,且从缓冲件212的一端212A延伸至另一端212B。
根据其它实施例,缓冲件212的两端212A、212B与连接带211可呈可拆卸式的连接,例如通过扣具连接,另外,也可通过粘贴件、相配合的固定扣与固定孔、魔术贴、插接扣或按扣连接,通过可拆卸式的设置使缓冲件212的组合、更换都更为灵活、方便。
根据一实施例,载具本体100、安全带22中任一个与缓冲组件21呈可拆卸式的连接,使缓冲组件21的组合、拆卸更为灵活、方便。例如,连接带211的第一固定端2111可通过扣具、相配合的固定扣与固定孔等可拆卸式装置与载具本体100相连接,连接带211的第二固定端2112亦可通过扣具、相配合的固定扣与固定孔等可拆卸式装置与安全带22相连接。
借由所述的缓冲组件21,护片23可带动连接带211的第二固定端2112朝远离背靠部11的方向F滑动(方向F显示于图2和图3中),使得介于护片23和缓冲件212之间的部分连接带211绷紧,且缓冲件212变形而被拉长,借此产生缓冲作用。当然,缓冲组件21可安装在安全带22的两侧或一侧。
以下参阅图1-4对儿童载具1在受到撞击或突然减速时所具有的缓冲过程进行详细说明。参阅图1及图2,儿童载具1处于正常使用状态时,缓冲组件21的缓冲件212可处于图2所示的状态,而限位段213处于褶皱态。安全带22及连接带211将儿童束缚于载具本体100,能避免儿童被抛离载具本体100,且由于连接带211的第一固定端2111和第二固定端2112分别与定位杆121和护片23相连接,使护片23紧靠儿童的身体上且连接带211处于紧绷状。
参阅图1、3,当儿童载具1发生撞击或突然减速时,儿童载具1内的儿童在惯性作用下会向前运动并带动护片23沿安全带22滑动,使得与护片23连接的缓冲组件21产生缓冲移动,尤其缓冲组件21中的缓冲件212会被拉长而变形,从而吸收撞击或突然减速的部分能量,借此避免安全带22对于儿童施加过度的束缚拉扯力,为儿童提供更佳的保护。在缓冲件212被拉长的过程中,连接带211由于不具有弹性或为较低的弹性,因此连接带211的限位段213将由于缓冲件212的变形而被展开,此时限位段213不会被完全展开,不被完全展开的限位段213并未绷紧。
参阅图4,当儿童载具1发生更强烈的撞击或更大幅度的突然减速时,缓冲组件21中的缓冲件212可发生变形而被拉伸至最长,与此同时,在缓冲件212发生变形而拉伸至最长的过程中,连接带211由于不具有弹性或为较低的弹性,因此连接带211的限位段213将由于缓冲件212拉伸至最长被完全的展开,此时连接带211亦可直接对儿童进行束缚,防止了因缓冲件212被过大的冲击力拉断而造成儿童飞出事故的发生。况且,通过限位段213也保护了缓冲件212形变恢复的功能,确保了安全带装置能多次的进行正常的使用。
配合图1,图5和图6绘示缓冲组件21的另一实施例。参阅图1、5-6,缓冲组件21如同前述分别与载具本体100、安全带22相连接。具体地,图5和图6所示的缓冲组件21包括连接带211。连接带211的第一固定端2111可与载具本体100相连接,连接带211的第二固定端2112可介于第一端部22A和第二端部22B之间与安全带22相连接。举例来说,连接带211的第一固定端2111可形成环形端并与头靠部12(显示于图1)相连接,连接带211的第二固定端2112可与安全带22上的护片23(显示于图1)相连接。此外,连接带211中介于第一固定端2111、第二固定端2112间之中间部2114与一缓冲件212’相固接。例如,中间部2114可被折叠而形成环状部,并借由缓冲件212’接合被折叠的两端以封闭环状部,从而维持中间部2114的环状部。缓冲件212’可在连接带211施加足够的施力下受破坏,使中间部2114的环状部打开,从而产生缓冲作用。根据一实施例,缓冲件212’为车缝线。然而,缓冲件212’不限于此,亦可为夹件、黏胶等。
参阅图1、5-6,当儿童载具1发生撞击或突然减速时,儿童载具1内 的儿童在惯性作用下会向前运动并带动护片23沿安全带22滑动,使得与护片23连接的缓冲组件21产生缓冲移动,尤其缓冲组件21中的连接带211会被拉伸而使缓冲件212’被拉断,从而吸收撞击或突然减速的部分能量,借此避免安全带22对于儿童施加过度的束缚拉扯力,为儿童提供更佳的保护。
本发明的儿童载具和缓冲组件的优点在于,当儿童载具发生撞击或者突然减速时,与安全带连接的缓冲组件在惯性作用下可产生缓冲移动,从而吸收撞击或突然减速的部分能量,借此能够避免安全带对于儿童施加过度的束缚拉扯力,为儿童提供更佳的保护。
以上所公开的仅为本发明的优选实施例,不能以此来限定本发明的权利范围,因此依本发明权利要求书所作的等同变化,仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims (24)

  1. 一种儿童载具,其特征在于,包括:
    一载具本体,用于承载儿童;
    一安全带,与所述载具本体相连接,所述安全带可对于乘坐于所述载具本体中的儿童提供束缚作用;及
    一缓冲组件,分别与所述载具本体、所述安全带相连接,其中,所述缓冲组件配置为在所述儿童载具发生撞击或者突然减速时产生缓冲移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的儿童载具,其特征在于,所述缓冲组件与所述载具本体的连接处和所述安全带与所述载具本体的连接处位于不同位置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的儿童载具,其特征在于,所述缓冲组件与所述载具本体的连接处高于所述安全带与所述载具本体的连接处。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的儿童载具,其特征在于,所述载具本体具有头靠部,所述缓冲组件与所述头靠部相连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的儿童载具,其特征在于,所述缓冲组件与所述安全带相滑接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的儿童载具,其特征在于,所述缓冲组件包括一缓冲件,其可产生缓冲移动或受破坏。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的儿童载具,其特征在于,所述缓冲件包括弹簧结构或弹性的片状结构,所述片状结构为松紧带或橡胶带。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的儿童载具,其特征在于,所述缓冲组件还包括一连接带,其分别与所述缓冲件、所述安全带相连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的儿童载具,其特征在于,所述安全带上设有可滑动的护片,且所述连接带与所述护片相固接。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的儿童载具,其特征在于,所述连接带的第一固定端与所述载具本体相连接,所述连接带的第二固定端与所述安全带相连接,且所述缓冲件介于所述第一固定端和所述第二固定端之间与所述连接带相连接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的儿童载具,其特征在于,所述缓冲件的两端分别与所述连接带的不同位置相连接。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的儿童载具,其特征在于,所述连接带在所述第一固定端和所述第二固定端之间被折叠而形成环状部,并借由所述缓冲件接合以封闭所述环状部。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的儿童载具,其特征在于,所述缓冲件可在所述连接带施加足够的施力下受破坏,使所述环状部打开,从而产生缓冲作用。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的儿童载具,其特征在于,所述载具本体、所述安全带中任一个与所述缓冲组件呈可拆卸式的连接。
  15. 根据权利要求1-14中任一项所述的儿童载具,其特征在于,所述安全带为肩带。
  16. 根据权利要求1-14中任一项所述的儿童载具,其特征在于,所述载具本体为儿童安全座椅、婴儿推车、摇篮或摇床。
  17. 一种缓冲组件,适用于儿童载具的安全带,所述缓冲组件的相对 两端分别适于与儿童载具的载具本体、安全带相连接,其中,所述缓冲组件配置为在儿童载具发生撞击或者突然减速时产生缓冲移动。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的缓冲组件,其特征在于,所述缓冲组件包括一缓冲件,其可产生缓冲移动或受破坏。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的缓冲组件,其特征在于,所述缓冲件包括弹簧结构或弹性的片状结构,所述片状结构为松紧带或橡胶带。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的缓冲组件,其特征在于,所述缓冲组件还包括一连接带,其与所述缓冲件相连接。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的缓冲组件,其特征在于,所述连接带具有适于连接载具本体的第一固定端和适于连接安全带的第二固定端,且所述缓冲件介于所述第一固定端和所述第二固定端之间与所述连接带相连接。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的缓冲组件,其特征在于,所述缓冲件的两端分别与所述连接带的不同位置相连接。
  23. 根据权利要求21所述的缓冲组件,其特征在于,所述连接带在所述第一固定端和所述第二固定端之间被折叠而形成环状部,并借由所述缓冲件接合以封闭所述环状部。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的缓冲组件,其特征在于,所述缓冲件可在所述连接带施加足够的施力下受破坏,使所述环状部打开,从而产生缓冲作用。
