本发明涉及直驱电机技术领域,具体为一种直驱电机寻位仪。
背景技术
目前霍尔传感器都是单独使用的,所以单个传感器只要固定在转轴的圆周即可,目前尚未有多个霍尔传感器组合使用,特别是围绕转轴圆周使用,所以也就没有针对多个霍尔传感器同时设置在转轴的圆周方向进行定位的在先设计,传统的旋转伺服系统中,驱动器必须了解转子的位置,这样才能在电机各相之间准确完成电流转换操作,从而使电机轴达到预测的旋转效果。
技术问题
在直驱电机的使用过程中需要使用到寻位仪进行寻位定位,现有市场上的直驱电机寻位仪不具备便于安装的功能,在使用过程中无法对寻位仪的数量进行增减,同时固定过程费时费力,不利于使用者的操作使用。
技术解决方案
本发明的目的在于提供一种直驱电机寻位仪,具备便于安装的优点,解决了现有市场上的直驱电机寻位仪不具备便于安装的功能,在使用过程中无法对寻位仪的数量进行增减,同时固定过程费时费力,不利于使用者操作使用的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种直驱电机寻位仪,包括电机外壳,所述电机外壳的内腔设有安装环,所述安装环的表面固定连接有固定板,所述固定板的表面固定连接有螺块,所述螺块的内腔螺纹连接有驱动螺杆,所述驱动螺杆的一侧固定连接有驱动盘,所述驱动螺杆的另一侧活动连接有固定弧爪,所述安装环的表面开设有贯穿孔,所述贯穿孔的内腔固定连接有橡胶护圈,所述贯穿孔的内腔贯穿有固定螺杆,所述固定螺杆的一侧固定连接有寻位仪本体,所述固定螺杆的另一侧固定连接有连接插口。
优选的,所述固定螺杆的表面位于安装环的右侧处固定连接有定位盘,所述固定螺杆的表面位于安装环的左侧处螺纹连接有定位螺母。
优选的,所述固定弧爪的表面固定连接有橡胶覆层,所述橡胶覆层的厚度为0.3mm。
优选的,所述驱动盘的表面开设有驱动凹槽,所述驱动凹槽的对边距离为6mm。
优选的,所述贯穿孔的数量为八个,所述固定螺杆的内腔为中空且内腔贯穿有连接线。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明通过电机外壳、固定板、驱动盘、固定弧爪、螺块、安装环、驱动螺杆、贯穿孔、寻位仪本体、固定螺杆、定位盘、连接插口和定位螺母,可使装置达到便于安装的优点,解决了现有市场上的直驱电机寻位仪不具备便于安装的功能,在使用过程中无法对寻位仪的数量进行增减,同时固定过程费时费力,不利于使用者操作使用的问题。
2、通过定位盘和定位螺母的使用,能够使设备安装固定更加稳定,避免了寻位仪本体在使用时出现晃动影响使用的现象;通过橡胶覆层的使用,能够有效避免固定弧爪在固定卡紧时出现滑脱的现象,保障了安装环固定使用时的稳定性;通过驱动凹槽的使用,能够更加方便使用者通过工具对驱动盘进行驱动,便于工作人员的安装操作;通过固定螺杆的设置,能够更加方便使用者的走线连接操作,保障了线束连接使用时的安全性。
