Description

一种新型自动涂胶机 技术领域
本实用新型属于机械技术领域,具体涉及一种新型自动涂胶机。
背景技术
涂胶机又称为涂覆机,刮胶机、自动喷胶机等。主要用以将液态胶水涂在纺织品、纸盒或者皮革表面上的一种机械设备,现有的涂胶机有很多种款式,如:鼓式涂胶机、双作用涂胶机、双工位升降涂胶机等。涂覆机是通过气压将胶水或者油漆之类的液体喷涂到所需要的产品上。设备采用了三轴联动,自动化操作,同时配有电脑编程控制路径喷涂。喷涂厚度和时间均可设定,简单易操作。
现有的自动涂胶机,在涂胶的过程中,胶管头上残留的胶液容易滴落在工作台上,工作台表面的胶液的清理较为不便的问题,为此我们提出一种新型自动涂胶机。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种新型自动涂胶机,以解决上述背景技术中提出现有的自动涂胶机,在涂胶的过程中,胶管头上残留的胶液容易滴落在工作台上,工作台表面的胶液的清理较为不便的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种新型自动涂胶机,包括基座和固定安装在基座两侧的支杆与两个支杆之间的滑轨,基座的上表面设置有工作台,工作台的一侧设置有清洁组件,清洁组件包括毛刷、铲板和第一气缸连接头,铲板的底端内陷连接有毛刷,铲板的一端设置有第一气缸,且第一气缸与铲板之间设置有第一气缸连接头,工作台的另一侧设置有收集盒,滑轨的一侧设置有支撑板,支撑板一侧连接有胶管,胶管的顶端设置有第二气缸,第二气缸与胶管之间连接有第二气缸连接头,支撑板的底端位于胶管的下方设置有承接盒,承接盒的底端设置有连个挡板,挡板的一端 与承接盒的连接位置处设置有扭簧,两个挡板的闭合位置处设置有磁铁。
优选的,所述胶管与支撑板的连接位置处设置有滑块,且支撑板上对应滑块的位置处开设有T型滑槽。
优选的,所述承接盒的顶端开设有连接口,且胶管的底端由连接口插入承接盒的内部。
优选的,所述铲板与工作台的上表面位于同一水平面。
优选的,所述滑轨的顶端设置有履带。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:通过胶管的底端设置有承接盒使得在底胶管进行涂胶过后,对于胶管底端残留的胶液进行承接,防止胶液的滴落,通过在工作台的一端设置有清洁组件,且清洁组件由气缸进行推动,在对工作台上的胶液残留进行清理时,更加的方便。

为了便于第二气缸11带动胶管13在支撑板12进行滑动,本实施例中,优选的,胶管13与支撑板12的连接位置处设置有滑块14,且支撑板12上对应滑块14的位置处开设有T型滑槽。
为了便于对残留的胶液进行承接,本实施例中,优选的,承接盒8的顶端开设有连接口15,且胶管13的底端由连接口15插入承接盒8的内部。
为了便于清理工作台3上表面的胶液,本实施例中,优选的,铲板20与工作台3的上表面位于同一水平面。
为了便于使用,本实施例中,优选的,滑轨9的顶端设置有履带1。
实施例二

为了便于第二气缸11带动胶管13在支撑板12进行滑动,本实施例中,优选的,胶管13与支撑板12的连接位置处设置有滑块14,且支撑板12上对应滑块14的位置处开设有T型滑槽。
为了便于对残留的胶液进行承接,本实施例中,优选的,承接盒8的顶端开设有连接口15,且胶管13的底端由连接口15插入承接盒8的内部。
为了便于清理工作台3上表面的胶液,本实施例中,优选的,铲板20与工作台3的上表面位于同一水平面。
为了便于使用,本实施例中,优选的,滑轨9的顶端设置有履带1。
本实用新型中的第一气缸6和第二气缸11的型号均为CG1BN20-25。
本实用新型的工作原理及使用流程:该实用新型安装完成后,就可以使用,在自动涂胶机工作的过程中,第二气缸11对胶管13推动,使得是胶管13底端胶管头穿过承接盒8的内部,在胶管头将挡板17向下低压的过程中,挡板17在扭簧16的作用下向两侧打开,在第二气缸11对胶管13回拉的过程中,挡板17在扭簧16的弹性作用下进行复位,两个挡板17再由磁铁18进行吸附闭合,对胶管13底端的胶管头上残留的胶液进行承接,在对工作台 3的表面进行清理的过程中,第一气缸6向工作台3的一端推动,当铲板20推动到工作台3的上表面时,铲板20的倾斜面对工作台3的表面进行清理,铲板20底端的毛刷19对工作台3表面残留物进行清理,使得残留物清理进工作台3另一端的收集盒2中,即完成对工作台3表面的清洁。
