蓄电池的纸箱上需要有生产日期以及产地标志,现有的蓄电池用的纸箱上的标记采用贴标签的方式;人工贴标效率低下,并且容易出错。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种蓄电池生产用的纸箱喷码装置,通过设置喷码器对纸箱进行喷码,取代了人工贴标,减少出错率,并且降低了工作人员的工作量,提高了蓄电池生产的效率;通过设置电动伸缩杆带动喷码器上下移动,可以对传送带上不同尺寸的纸箱进行打码,扩大装置的使用范围。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:

电机7驱动挡杆8向下转动直至限位桩105处,传送带上的纸箱输送到工作台1的下方后;挡杆8对纸箱进行限位;距离传感器感应安装板(4)与纸箱之间的距离,所述距离传感器将接收的数据传输至控制器;控制器控制电动伸缩杆2向下伸长,使喷码器5与纸箱之间距离达到喷码器5的有效工作间距;控制器控制喷码器5开始工作,喷码完成后,电机7驱动挡杆8向上转动;传送带将纸箱输送走。
其中,喷码器工作时,传送带停止转动。
