步骤1:将第一支架26与第二支架27底部与支撑柱111通过螺钉连接,从而使清洗滚笼2固定在底部清洗架1上方,清洗滚笼下方浸在清洗水槽121内;
步骤2:打开开关门24,将需要清洗的鹦鹉食盘放入清洗滚笼2内,关闭开关门24,将卡扣241固定在第一框架21上,使开关门24固定;
步骤3:清洗水通过入水管122进入清洗水槽121内,通过水位开关124与自动给水开关123控制清洗水槽121内的进水量,清洗水槽121内水位高度超过清洗滚笼2内鹦鹉食盘堆积的高度;
步骤4:电机数控开关293自动控制电机29转动,电机29带动直角减速机28转动,直角减速机28通过自身减速比降低转速,直角减速机28带动转动轴25转动,转动轴25带动清洗滚笼2逆时针缓慢转动,清洗滚笼2转动时带动鹦鹉食盘转动,鹦鹉食盘脱离水面,鹦鹉食盘上升后在重力作用下再次落入水中,清洗滚笼2持续的转动,使得鹦鹉食盘实现缓慢滚动的同时沾水倒水,对鹦鹉食盘实现清洗,鹦鹉食盘内的残渣缓慢从鹦鹉食盘内倾倒而出并缓慢沉入清洗水槽121底部;
步骤5:在清洗过程中,清洗滚笼2转动时需缓慢逆时针转动,避免清洗滚笼2转速过快,带动清洗水槽121内的残渣翻动,使残渣重新沾在鹦鹉食盘内;
步骤6:清洗完成后,电机29关闭,清洗滚笼2停止转动,静止一分钟后,打开排污口125排出废渣;
步骤7:打开开关门24,取出清洗完成的鹦鹉食盘,再关闭开关门24,清洗 结束。

  1. 一种鹦鹉食盘清洗装置,鹦鹉食盘清洗装置包括底部清洗架(1),其特征在于,所述底部清洗架(1)包括支撑架(11),支撑架(11)内两侧均设有支撑柱(111),支撑架(11)下设有支撑底板(112),支撑底板(112)上设有设有清洗池(12),清洗池(12)上方设有清洗滚笼(2),清洗滚笼(2)包括第一框架(21)与第二框架(22),第一框架(21)与第二框架(22)之间设有阵列分布的连接架(23),第一框架(21)内设有开关门(24),第二框架(22)一侧设有电机(29)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种鹦鹉食盘清洗装置,其特征在于,所述清洗池(12)内设有清洗水槽(121),清洗池(12)一侧设有入水管(122),入水管(122)上设有自动给水开关(123),清洗池(12)另一侧设有水位开关(124),自动给水开关(123)与水位开关(124)共同控制清洗进水量,清洗池(12)底部还设有排污口(125)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种鹦鹉食盘清洗装置,其特征在于,所述第一框架(21)上设有轴向分布的第一开槽(211),连接架(23)上设有轴向分布的连接钢丝(231),连接钢丝(231)两端分别固定在第一框架(21)与二框架(22)上,第一开槽(211)内设有开关门(24),开关门(24)上设有轴向分布的卡扣(241),开关门(24)上还设有开门把手(242),开关门(24)与左框架(21)通过铰链(243)连接,第一框架(21)与第二框架(22)中心位置共同设有转动轴(25)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种鹦鹉食盘清洗装置,其特征在于,所述转动轴(25)一端设有第一支架(26),第一支架(26)上设有轴承(261),转动轴(25)一端安装在轴承(261)内,转动轴(25)另一端设有第二支架(27), 第二支架(27)上设有减速机支架(271),减速机支架(271)上方设有电机支架(272),第二支架(27)上还设有张紧轮(273),减速机支架(271)上设有直角减速机(28),直角减速机(28)降低电机(29)转速,改变动力传输方向,转动轴(25)一端与直角减速机(28)连接,直角减速机(28)一侧设有第一转轴(281),第一转轴(281)上设有从动齿轮(282),电机支架(272)上设有电机(29),电机(29)一侧设有第二转轴(291),第二转轴(291)上设有动力齿轮(292),电机(29)一侧还设有电机数控开关(293),电机数控开关(293)实现自动控制电机(29),从动齿轮(282)与动力齿轮(292)上共同设有同步链条(283)。
    一种鹦鹉食盘清洗装置使用方法,其特征在于,所述鹦鹉食盘清洗装置使用方法包括以下步骤:
    步骤1:将第一支架(26)与第二支架(27)底部与支撑柱(111)通过螺钉连接,从而使清洗滚笼(2)固定在底部清洗架(1)上方,清洗滚笼下方浸在清洗水槽(121)内;
    步骤2:打开开关门(24),将需要清洗的鹦鹉食盘放入清洗滚笼(2)内,关闭开关门(24),将卡扣(241)固定在第一框架(21)上,使开关门(24)固定;
    步骤3:清洗水通过入水管(122)进入清洗水槽(121)内,通过水位开关(124)与自动给水开关(123)控制清洗水槽(121)内的进水量,清洗水槽(121)内水位高度超过清洗滚笼(2)内鹦鹉食盘堆积的高度;
    步骤4:电机数控开关(293)自动控制电机(29)转动,电机(29)带动直角减速机(28)转动,直角减速机(28)通过自身减速比降低转速,直角减速机(28)带动转动轴(25)转动,转动轴(25)带动清洗滚笼(2)逆时针缓 慢转动,清洗滚笼(2)转动时带动鹦鹉食盘转动,鹦鹉食盘脱离水面,鹦鹉食盘上升后在重力作用下再次落入水中,清洗滚笼(2)持续的转动,使得鹦鹉食盘实现缓慢滚动的同时沾水倒水,对鹦鹉食盘实现清洗,鹦鹉食盘内的残渣缓慢从鹦鹉食盘内倾倒而出并缓慢沉入清洗水槽(121)底部;
    步骤5:在清洗过程中,清洗滚笼(2)转动时需缓慢逆时针转动,避免清洗滚笼(2)转速过快,带动清洗水槽(121)内的残渣翻动,使残渣重新沾在鹦鹉食盘内;
    步骤6:清洗完成后,电机(29)关闭,清洗滚笼(2)停止转动,静止一分钟后,打开排污口(125)排出废渣;
    步骤7:打开开关门(24),取出清洗完成的鹦鹉食盘,再关闭开关门(24)。
