进一步地,所述第一框架上设有轴向分布的第一开槽,连接架上设有轴向分布的连接钢丝,连接钢丝两端分别固定在第一框架与二框架上,第一开槽内设有开关门,开关门上设有轴向分布的卡扣,卡扣使开关门固定在第一框架上,开关门上还设有开门把手,开关门与第一框架通过第二铰链连接,第一框架与第二框架中心位置共同设有转动轴,转动轴带动清洗滚笼转动。
进一步地,所述转动轴一端还设有第一支架,第一支架上设有轴承,转动轴一端安装在轴承内,转动轴另一端设有第二支架,第一支架与第二支架共同支撑清洗滚笼,第二支架上设有减速机支架,减速机支架上方设有电机支架,第二支架上还设有张紧轮,减速机支架上设有直角减速机,直角减速机通过自身减速比降低转速,改变动力传输方向,转动轴一端与直角减速机连接,直角减速机一侧设有第一转轴,第一转轴上设有从动齿轮,电机支架上设有电机,电机为清洗滚笼的转动提供动力来源,电机一侧设有第二转轴,第二转轴上设有动力齿轮,电机一侧还设有电机数控开关,电机数控开关对电机进行控制, 从动齿轮与动力齿轮上共同设有同步链条,张紧轮对同步链条进行张紧。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明采用缓慢滚动沾水倒水吐纳式全新工作原理,无需事先隔渣去渣,清洗食盘简单方便,具备有油水分离功能,去残渣能力更强;
2、本发明清洗滚笼转动时带动清洗盒转动,餐具脱离水面,餐具上升后在重力作用下翻转,清洗滚笼转动使清洗盒内的餐具再次进入水中,清洗滚笼持续的转动,使得清洗盒内的餐具实现缓慢滚动的同时沾水倒水,对餐具实现清洗;
3、本发明适用范围广泛,主水箱一侧设有副水箱,副水箱专门清洗大型餐具,能够完成对锅等大型餐具、厨具的清洗,无需人工单独清洗,降低了清洗成本和人工成本。

一种新型洗碗机,新型洗碗机包括底部清洗架1,如图1所示,底部清洗架1内设有第一支撑板11,第一支撑板11一侧设有第二支撑板12,底部清洗架1上方设有上罩14,第一支撑板11上设有主水箱15,第二支撑板12上设有副水箱16,底部清洗架1上方设有清洗滚笼2,清洗滚笼2包括第一框架21与第二框架22,第一框架21与第二框架22之间设有阵列分布的连接架23,清洗滚笼2内中心位置设有转动轴25,转动轴25一侧设有挂钩258,清洗滚笼2内还设有轴向分布的清洗盒3,清洗盒3内设有清洗抽盒34,清洗抽盒34内设有阵列分布的隔离层35。
第一支撑板11内设有第一开槽111,如图2、图3、图4所示,第二支撑板12内设有第二开槽121,底部清洗架1一侧设有第一铰链13,上罩14与底部清洗架1通过第一铰链13转动配合,通过上罩14覆盖有PX塑料罩141,上罩14两侧设有上罩把手142,上罩14一侧设有上罩开槽143,主水箱15穿过第一开槽111固定在第一支撑板11上,主水箱15一侧设有第一滤油器151与第一水位开关152,主水箱15下设有第一排水口153,主水箱15另一侧设有第一进水 管154,副水箱16穿过第二开槽121固定在第二支撑板12上,副水箱16一侧设有第二滤油器161与第二水位开关162,副水箱16下设有第二排水口163,副水箱16另一侧设有第二进水管164,第一排水口153与第二排水口163下共同设有排水管17,主水箱15一侧设有高温水泵18,高温水泵18上设有进水口181与出水口182,出水口182上设有分流管183,分流管183一端设有第一自动给水开关184,第一自动给水开关184与第一进水管154连接,分流管183另一端设有第二自动给水开关185,第二自动给水开关185与第二进水管164连接。
第一框架21上设有轴向分布的第一开槽211,如图5、图6、图7所示,连接架23上设有轴向分布的连接钢丝231,连接钢丝231两端分别固定在第一框架21与二框架22上,第一开槽211内设有开关门24,开关门24上设有轴向分布的卡扣241,卡扣241使开关门24固定在第一框架21上,开关门24上还设有开门把手242,开关门24与第一框架21通过第二铰链243连接,第一框架21与第二框架22中心位置共同设有转动轴25,转动轴25带动清洗滚笼2转动。
转动轴25一端内设有螺纹孔251,转动轴25一端设有延长轴252,延长轴252一端设有螺纹柱2521,螺纹柱2521与螺纹孔251配合使延长轴252固定在转动轴25一端,延长轴252另一端设有贯穿的第一定位孔2522,延长轴252上设有吊轴253,吊轴253内设有贯穿的第二定位孔2531,第二定位孔2531与第一定位孔2522通过螺钉固定,吊轴253下设有延长柱254,延长柱254上设有固定轴255,固定轴255上设有轴套256,轴套256内设有转动轴承257,轴套256一端设有挂钩258。
转动轴25一端还设有第一支架26,第一支架26上设有轴承261,转动轴25一端安装在轴承261内,转动轴25另一端设有第二支架27,第一支架26与第二支架27共同支撑清洗滚笼2,第二支架27上设有减速机支架271,减速机 支架271上方设有电机支架272,第二支架27上还设有张紧轮273,减速机支架271上设有直角减速机28,直角减速机28通过自身减速比降低转速,改变动力传输方向,转动轴25一端与直角减速机28连接,直角减速机28一侧设有第一转轴281,第一转轴281上设有从动齿轮282,电机支架272上设有电机29,电机29为清洗滚笼2的转动提供动力来源,电机29一侧设有第二转轴291,第二转轴291上设有动力齿轮292,电机29一侧还设有电机数控开关293,电机数控开关293对电机29进行控制,从动齿轮282与动力齿轮292上共同设有同步链条283,张紧轮273对同步链条283进行张紧。
清洗盒3上设有阵列分布的流水口31,如图8、图9所示,清洗盒3下设有底部框架32,底部框架32下设有阵列分布的固定块33,固定块33安装在阵列分布的连接架23上,清洗盒3内设有清洗抽盒34,清洗抽盒34内设有阵列分布的隔离层35,清洗抽盒34一侧设有拉手36。
使用时,将清洗滚笼2固定在底部清洗架1上方,清洗滚笼2下方浸在主水箱15内,将需要清洗的餐具放入清洗抽盒34内,将清洗抽盒34推入清洗盒3内,打开开关门24,然后通过固定块33将清洗盒3呈轴向分布固定在连接架23内,关闭开关门24,清洗水通过高温水泵18抽入到主水箱15内,通过第一水位开关152与第一自动给水开关184控制主水箱15内的进水量,主水箱15内水位高度超过清洗滚笼2内最低处清洗盒3的高度,电机29带动直角减速机28转动,直角减速机28通过自身减速比降低转速,直角减速机28带动转动轴25转动,转动轴25带动清洗滚笼2逆时针缓慢转动,清洗滚笼2转动时带动清洗盒3转动,餐具脱离水面,餐具上升后在重力作用下翻转,清洗滚笼2转动使清洗盒3内的餐具再次进入水中,清洗滚笼2持续的转动,使得清洗盒3内的餐具实现缓慢滚动的同时沾水倒水,对餐具实现清洗,餐具内的残渣缓慢从 清洗盒3内倾倒而出并缓慢沉入主水箱15底部,当需要清洗大型餐具、厨具时,第二水位开关162与第二自动给水开关185控制副水箱16内的进水量,将延长轴252安装在转动轴25一侧,将锅等大型餐具、厨具挂至挂钩258上,转动轴25带动固定轴255逆时针转动,在清洗过程中,转动轴25转动时需缓慢逆时针转动,避免转动轴25转速过快,带动清洗滚笼2与延长轴252转动过快,导致主水箱15与副水箱16内的残渣翻动,使残渣重新沾在餐具上,清洗完成后,电机29关闭,转动轴25停止转动,静止一分钟后,打开第一排水口153与第二排水口163排出废渣,打开开关门24,抽出清洗抽盒34,取走清洗完成的餐具。

  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型洗碗机,其特征在于,所述转动轴(25)一端还设有第一支架(26),第一支架(26)上设有轴承(261),转动轴(25) 一端安装在轴承(261)内,转动轴(25)另一端设有第二支架(27),第一支架(26)与第二支架(27)共同支撑清洗滚笼(2),第二支架(27)上设有减速机支架(271),减速机支架(271)上方设有电机支架(272),第二支架(27)上还设有张紧轮(273),减速机支架(271)上设有直角减速机(28),直角减速机(28)通过自身减速比降低转速,改变动力传输方向,转动轴(25)一端与直角减速机(28)连接,直角减速机(28)一侧设有第一转轴(281),第一转轴(281)上设有从动齿轮(282),电机支架(272)上设有电机(29),电机(29)为清洗滚笼(2)的转动提供动力来源,电机(29)一侧设有第二转轴(291),第二转轴(291)上设有动力齿轮(292),电机(29)一侧还设有电机数控开关(293),电机数控开关(293)对电机(29)进行控制,从动齿轮(282)与动力齿轮(292)上共同设有同步链条(283),张紧轮(273)对同步链条(283)进行张紧。
