而在农业机械或工程机械的车载终端部件组装时,构成的部件需要插在PCBA板上或与PCBA板连接,以实现各种部件信息的采集及处理等,所以PCBA板对与车载终端来说极其重要。在实际使用中即装配使用前,需要对其进行检测,以确定PCBA板成品的特性是否符合技术要求。

  1. 农业机械或工程机械无人驾驶组装部件的试验用固定装置,其特征在于:由固定台(2),及设置在固定台(2)一面的条形底板(1),及设置在条形底板(1)一面的条形支撑板(3),及设置在条形支撑板(3)一面的条形导轨(4),及设置在条形底板(1)两端且相配合使用的第一定位组件、第二定位组件组成;所述第一定位组件,包括设置在条形底板(1)一端的第一L形支撑板(5),及对称设置在第一L形支撑板(5)一端的第一气缸安装板(7),及分别设置在第一气缸安装板(9)上的第一伸缩锁紧气缸(7),及设置在条形导轨(4)上一端的第一定位块(13),及设置在第一定位块(13)底面且卡入条形导轨(4)的第一限位凹槽(15),及设置在第一定位块(13)一端端面内的敞开式限位凹槽(17),及对称设置在第一定位块(13)两侧外壁的第一定位耳板(19),及分别设置在第一定位耳板(19)内的第一定位耳板通孔(21),其中,一组第一伸缩锁紧气缸(7)通过一组第一定位耳板通孔(21)、一组第一锁紧螺母(11)分别与一组第一定位耳板(19)固定连接;所述第二定位组件,包括设置在条形底板(1)另一端的一组第二L形支撑板(6),及分别设置在第二L形支撑板(6)一端的第二气缸安装板(8),及分别设置在第二气缸安装板(8)上的第二伸缩锁紧气缸(10),及设置在条形导轨(4)上另一端的第二定位块(14),及设置在第二定位块(14)底面且卡入条形导轨(4)的第二限位凹槽(16),及设置在第二定位块(14)一端端面内的横敞开式卡槽(18),及设置在第二定位块(14)一面且与横敞开式卡槽(18)相配合使用的竖内螺纹孔(29),及贯穿竖内螺纹孔(29)的竖锁紧螺杆(30),及分别设置在竖锁紧螺杆(30)两端的竖锁紧螺杆调节柱(31)、柔性垫圈(34),及对称设置在第二定位块(14)两侧外壁的第二定位耳板(20),及分别设置在第二定位耳板(20)内的第二定位耳板通孔(22),其中,一组第二伸缩锁紧气缸(10)通过一组第二定位耳板通孔(22)、一组第二锁紧螺母(12)分别与一组第二定位耳板(20)固定连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的农业机械或工程机械无人驾驶组装部件的试验用固定装置,其特征在于:所述农业机械或工程机械无人驾驶组装部件的试验用固定装置,还包括分别设置在第一定位块(13)、第二定位块(14)一端外壁的第一横限位板(23)、第二横限位板(24),及分别设置在第一横限位板(23)、第二横限位板(24)内的第一复位弹簧定位孔(32)、第二复位弹簧定位孔(33),及对称设置在条形支撑板(3)两端端面的第一竖限位板(25)、第二竖限位板(26),及分别设置在第一竖限位板(25)、第二竖限位板(26)上部一面内的第一横弹簧限位凹槽(27)、第二横弹簧限位凹槽(28), 及两端分别与第一复位弹簧定位孔(32)、第二复位弹簧定位孔(33)、第一横弹簧限位凹槽(27)、第二横弹簧限位凹槽(28)连接的第一复位弹簧(35)、第二复位弹簧(36)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的农业机械或工程机械无人驾驶组装部件的试验用固定装置,其特征在于:所述竖锁紧螺杆(30)与柔性垫圈(34)之间采用粘结固定连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的农业机械或工程机械无人驾驶组装部件的试验用固定装置,其特征在于:所述敞开式限位凹槽(17)、横敞开式卡槽(18)可对应的设置为相配合使用的半圆形结构或正方形结构。
