本申请实施例提供的连接结构的有益效果在于:本申请的连接结构包括具有第一排孔的第一板件、具有第二排孔的第二板件以及如上的隐形连接件,第一固定部过盈配合于第一排孔中,第二固定部螺纹配合于第二排孔中,隐形连接件的结构简单,生产和安装工序简便,制作成本低,第一板件和第二板件之间可以牢固地连接在一起。

为了使本申请的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本申请进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本申请。

实施例一
请参阅图1、图2以及图6,本申请第一实施例提供一种隐形连接件100,用于连接具有第一排孔210的第一板件200和具有第二排孔310的第二板件300,隐形连接件100包括依次连接的头部110、第一固定部120和第二固定部130。可选地,隐形连接件100呈杆状设置,头部110、第一固定部120和第二固定部130则沿隐形连接件100的轴向依次设置。头部110的远离第一固定部120的端面上开设有用于拧转隐形连接件100的凹槽111,以便于采用螺丝刀等工具通过凹槽111拧转隐形连接件100;第一固定部120的侧壁上设有多个锯齿121,当头部110和第一固定部120伸入第一板件200的第一排孔210时,在多个锯齿121的作用下,第一固定部120能过盈配合于第一板件200的第一排孔210,从而使得第一固定部120与第一板件200稳定连接;第二固定部130的侧壁上设有外螺纹131,通过采用螺丝刀等工具通过凹槽111拧转隐形连接件100,使得第二固定部130的外螺纹131螺纹配合于第二板件300的第二排孔310,从而使得第二固定部130与第二板件300稳定连接。
本申请第一实施例的隐形连接件100使用方法为:如图6所示,首先,将隐形连接件100的第二固定部130对准第二排孔310,采用螺丝刀等工具通过凹槽111拧转隐形连接件100使得第二固定部130的外螺纹131螺纹配合于第二板件300的第二排孔310,使得第二固定部130稳定地固定连接于第二排孔310中,防止第二固定部130从第二排孔310中脱出;然后,隐形连接件100的头部110和第一固定部120对准第一排孔210,从第一板件200的远离第二板件300的一侧敲打第一板件200或者从第二板件300的远离第一板件200的一侧敲打第二板件300,使得头部110和第一固定部120伸入第一排孔210内,第一固定部120的侧壁上设有多个锯齿121,多个锯齿121与第一排孔210的内壁错位挤压镶嵌结合,形成强摩擦力,可以有效防止第一固定部120从第一排孔210中脱出。
本申请第一实施例的隐形连接件100的有益效果在于:与现有技术相比,本申请第一实施例的隐形连接件100只需要在板件设置排孔即可使用,无论是宽尺寸板件还是窄尺寸板件,本申请第一实施例的隐形连接件100均适用,即本申请第一实施例的隐形连接件100的通用性高;并且本申请第一实施例的隐形连接件100结构简单,生产和安装工序简便,制作成本低。
具体地,本申请第一实施例的隐形连接件100中,如图1与图2所示,多个锯齿121沿周向依次排列,且每一锯齿121沿隐形连接件100的轴向延伸设置,使得相邻两个锯齿121之间形成用于开缝然后挤压镶嵌的槽体结构。此结构下,在将第一固定部120对准第一排孔210后,从第一板件200的远离第二板件300的一侧敲打第一板件200或者从第二板件300的远离第一板件200的一侧敲打第二板件300,第一固定部120及其上的锯齿121逐渐进入第一板件200的第一排孔210,在该过程中,锯齿121剖开第一排孔210与锯齿断面重合的内壁,然后挤压第一排孔210的内壁并嵌入,在锯齿121为尼龙等强韧性材质时则直接挤压变形嵌入,同时使得第一排孔210的内壁密度增加,使得多个锯齿121与第一排孔210的内壁错位挤压嵌套结合,形成强摩擦力,可以有效防止第一固定部120从第一排孔210中脱出。
具体地,本申请第一实施例的隐形连接件100中,如图2所示,凹槽111为一字型、十字型或内六角型,此结构下,可以采用一字型螺丝刀、十字型螺丝刀或内六角扳手拧转隐形连接件100,操作简单。可以理解的是,根据实际情况的选择和具体需求,凹槽111也可以为其它形状,在此不做唯一限定。
具体地,本申请第一实施例的隐形连接件100中,如图1所示,头部110的远离第一固定部120的一端设有倒角112。此结构下,头部110的外径沿靠近第一固定部120的方向渐扩设置,当需要将第一固定部120对准第一排孔210时,头部110的远离第一固定部120的一端的外径小而容易进入第一排孔210,有利于第一固定部120与第一排孔210快速定位。
具体地,本申请第一实施例的隐形连接件100中,如图1所示,头部110的外径小于第一固定部120的外径,使得第二固定部130的外径小于第一固定部120的外径。此结构下,在将第一固定部120敲打进第一排孔210中时,由于头部110的外径小于第一固定部120的外径,头部110可以直接伸入第一排孔210内,方便定位,并且头部110在伸入第一排孔210后,头部110与第一排孔210的内壁不会接触,不会撑大第一排孔210而影响第一固定部120过盈配合于第一排孔210中。
实施例二
请参阅图3至图5,同时结合图7,本申请第二实施例提供一种隐形连接件100,其与第一实施例的隐形连接件100的差别仅在于:隐形连接件100还包括设于第一固定部120和第二固定部130之间的连接部140,连接部140包括本体141以及设于本体141上且用于防止第一固定部120从第一板件200的第一排孔210脱出的弹片142,从而使得隐形连接件100与第一板件200能够牢固连接。在该实施例中,连接部140包括本体141,本体141的外径小于第一固定部120的外径,第二固定部130的外径小于连接部140的外径。
具体地,本申请第二实施例的隐形连接件100中,如图3和图4所示,本体141上开设有具有开口1412的容置腔1411,弹片142设于容置腔1411内,弹片142具有延伸至容置腔1411的开口1412外的抵接部。此结构下,抵接部可以抵接于第一排孔210的内壁上,从而防止第一固定部120从第一排孔210中脱出。
具体地,本申请第二实施例的隐形连接件100中,如图3和图4所示,弹片142呈三角形,弹片142的宽度沿背离头部110的方向渐扩设置,在将头部110和第一固定部120对准第一排孔210后,从第一板件200的远离第二板件300的一侧敲打第一板件200或者从第二板件300的远离第一板件200的一侧敲打第二板件300,头部110和第一固定部120及其上的锯齿121逐渐进入第一板件200的第一排孔210,在头部110和第一固定部120完全进入第一排孔210后,继续敲打第一板件200或者第二板件300使得连接部140逐渐进入第一排孔210,此时,弹片142的抵接部受到第一排孔210的内壁的挤压而逐渐变形,弹片142的抵接部朝内聚拢,在连接部140完全进入第一排孔210后,抵接部可以抵接于第一排孔210的内壁上,从而防止第一固定部120从第一排孔210中脱出。
实施例三
请参阅图6和图7,同时结合图1至图5,本申请第三实施例提供了一种连接结构,包括具有第一排孔210的第一板件200、具有第二排孔310的第二板件300以及上述实施例的隐形连接件100,第一固定部120过盈配合于第一排孔210中,第二固定部130螺纹配合于第二排孔310中。
本申请第三实施例的连接结构包括具有第一排孔210的第一板件200、具有第二排孔310的第二板件300以及上述实施例的隐形连接件100,第一固定部120过盈配合于第一排孔210中,第二固定部130螺纹配合于第二排孔310中,隐形连接件100的结构简单,生产和安装工序简便,制作成本低,使得第一板件200和第二板件300之间可以牢固地连接在一起。
具体地,本申请第三实施例的连接结构中,第一排孔210包括第一固定孔211以及与第一固定孔211的靠近第二固定部130的一端连通的第二固定孔212,第二固定孔212的孔径大于第一固定孔211的孔径,在该实施例中,第二固定孔212的孔径大于隐形连接件100的第一固定部120的外径,第一固定部120的锯齿121与第一排孔210的内壁挤压并嵌入,第一排孔210的内壁密度增加,从而使得第一板件200和第二板件300之间可以无缝连接。
具体地,本申请第三实施例的连接结构中,如图3、图4以及图7所示,隐形连接件100还包括设于第一固定部120和第二固定部130之间的连接部140,连接部140包括本体141以及设于本体141上且用于防止第一固定部120从第一板件200的第一螺母220脱出的弹片142;第二固定孔212中设有与弹片142配合的第一螺母220,第一螺母220的口径沿背离第一固定孔211的方向渐缩设置,第一固定部120和本体141的外径均小于第一螺母220的最小口径,本体141和弹片142二者叠加的外径大于第一螺母220的最小口径。此结构下,在将头部110和第一固定部120对准第二固定孔212中的第一螺母220后,从第一板件200的远离第二板件300的一侧敲打第一板件200或者从第二板件300的远离第一板件200的一侧敲打第二板件300,头部110和第一固定部120穿过第一螺母220后进入第一固定孔211,继续敲打第一板件200或者第二板件300使得连接部140逐渐进入第一螺母220,此时,连接部140的弹片142的抵接部受到第一螺母220的内壁的挤压而逐渐变形,弹片142的抵接部朝内聚拢,在连接部140及其上的弹片142完全进入第一螺母220后,由于第一螺母220的口径沿背离第一固定孔211的方向渐缩设置,连接部140的弹片142的抵接部会回弹并卡在第一螺母220的内螺纹上,从而防止第一固定部120从第一排孔210中脱出。
具体地,本申请第三实施例的连接结构中,如图6或者图7所示,第二排孔310中设有用于与第二固定部130螺纹配合的第二螺母320,从而使得第二固定部130螺纹配合于第二排孔310中。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种隐形连接件(100),用于连接具有第一排孔(210)的第一板件(200)和具有第二排孔(310)的第二板件(300),其特征在于,包括依次连接的头部(110)、第一固定部(120)和第二固定部(130),所述头部(110)的远离所述第一固定部(120)的端面上开设有用于拧转所述隐形连接件(100)的凹槽(111);所述第一固定部(120)的侧壁上设有多个锯齿(121),使得所述头部(110)和所述第一固定部(120)伸入所述第一排孔(210)后,所述第一固定部(120)能过盈配合于所述第一板件(200)的第一排孔(210);所述第二固定部(130)的侧壁上设有外螺纹(131),使得所述第二固定部(130)螺纹配合于所述第二板件(300)的第二排孔(310)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的隐形连接件(100),其特征在于,所述凹槽(111)为一字型、十字型或者内六角型。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的隐形连接件(100),其特征在于,多个所述锯齿(121)沿周向依次排列,且每一所述锯齿(121)沿所述隐形连接件(100)的轴向延伸设置,使得相邻两个所述锯齿(121)之间形成用于开缝然后挤压镶嵌的槽体结构。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的隐形连接件(100),其特征在于,所述头部(110)的远离所述第一固定部(120)的一端设有倒角(112)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的隐形连接件(100),其特征在于,所述头部(110)的外径沿靠近所述第一固定部(120)的方向渐扩设置。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的隐形连接件(100),其特征在于,所述头部(110)的外径小于所述第一固定部(120)的外径。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的隐形连接件(100),其特征在于,所述隐形连接件(100)还包括设于所述第一固定部(120)和所述第二固定部(130)之间的连接部(140),所述连接部(140)包括本体(141)以及设于所述本体(141)上且用于防止所述第一固定部(120)从所述第一板件(200)的第一排孔(210)脱出的弹片(142)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的隐形连接件(100),其特征在于,所述本体(141)上开设有具有开口(1412)的容置腔(1411),所述弹片(142)设于所述容置腔(1411)内,所述弹片(142)具有延伸至所述容置腔(1411)的开口(1412)外且用于抵接在所述第一排孔(210)内壁的抵接部。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的隐形连接件(100),其特征在于,所述弹片(142)呈三角形,所述弹片(142)的宽度沿背离所述头部(110)的方向渐扩设置。
  10. 一种连接结构,其特征在于,包括具有第一排孔(210)的第一板件(200)、具有第二排孔(310)的第二板件(300)以及如权利要求1至9任一项所述的隐形连接件(100),所述第一固定部(120)过盈配合于所述第一排孔(210)中,所述第二固定部(130)螺纹配合于所述第二排孔(310)中。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述第一排孔(210)包括第一固定孔(211)以及与所述第一固定孔(211)的靠近所述第二固定部(130)的一端连通的第二固定孔(212),所述第二固定孔(212)的孔径大于所述第一固定孔(211)的孔径。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述第二固定孔(212)的孔径大于所述隐形连接件(100)的第一固定部(120)的外径。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述隐形连接件(100)还包括设于所述第一固定部(120)和所述第二固定部(130)之间的连接部(140),所述连接部(140)包括本体(141)以及设于所述本体(141)上且用于防止所述第一固定部(120)从所述第一板件(200)的第一排孔(210)脱出的弹片(142),所述第二固定孔(212)中设有与所述弹片(142)配合的第一螺母(220)。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述第一螺母(220)的口径沿背离所述第一固定孔(211)的方向渐缩设置,所述第一固定部(120)和所述本体(141)的的外径均小于所述第一螺母(220)的最小口径,所述本体(141)和所述弹片(142)二者叠加的外径大于所述第一螺母(220)的最小口径。
  15. 根据权利要求10所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述第二排孔(310)中设有用于与所述第二固定部(130)螺纹配合的第二螺母(320)。
