通过Ai学习神经网络yolo3行人检测来统计监控区域的人流量数据,可以保证进行行人检测的准确度,克服普通运算统计方式的繁琐和误差较大等问题。

请参阅图1,图1为本申请实施例提供的一种人流量数据监控系统的基本结构框图。详细如下:本身请提供的人流量数据监控系统包括监测端10、处理端20以及客户端30,其中,监测端10用于统计人流量数据信息。处理端20用于接收所述客户端发送的客户需求,匹配与客户需求对应的规则配置文件。客户端30用于根据处理端20匹配的与客户需求对应的展示规则配置文件生成人流量数据展示页面并通过展示规则展示监测端10统计得到的人流量数据信息。由此,可以实现将人流量数据监控系统中的监测端10与客户端30分离。在本实施例中,处理端20中存放有一种或多种展示规则配置文件,可供客户端30选择,通过选择不同的配置文件可以展示不同的数据统计信息,从而实现客户个性化的数据统计,统计手段多样,灵活性强。基于此,人流量数据统计的展现效果和运算处理均由客户端30执行,而并非全部耦合到处理端20中,可以降低监测端10、处理端20以及客户端30之间的耦合性,增强可扩展性,同时也降低了处理端20的运算压力。举例说明,例如客户端的需求为获取展馆中展项A按季度统计的人流量数据信息,那么此时,通过由客户端发送请求访问处理端,从处理端中获得对应展示规则(按季度)的配置文件,从而使得客户端获得按季度运算和展示展项A人流量数据的能力。进而,基于客户端获得的按季度运算和展示的能力可以对监测端统计得到的人流量数据信息进行运算和展示处理,并按照客户需求在客户端中展示出展项A按季度统计的人流量数据信息。在一些具体实现中,客 户端还可基于配置文件实时且直观地反映展厅展会当前的人流聚落分布。
本申请的一些实施例中,人流量数据监控系统中的监测端10可以通过Ai学习神经网络yolo3行人检测来统计监控区域的人流量数据,可以保证进行行人检测的准确度,克服普通运算统计方式的繁琐和误差较大等问题。具体地,监测端10首先识别监控区域位置及其对应的一个或多个摄像机的配置,确认摄像机的参数和连接无误后,读取各摄像机的画面图像并对画面图像进行行人检测,从而获得监控区域的人流量数据。通过同时对多个摄像机采集的画面图像数据进行统计整理,可以全面覆盖整个监控区域范围,精准的确定监控区域内行人聚集分布情况。例如,根据出入监控区域的摄像机拍摄的画面图像,可以统计出本日、本月以及本次展会的人流量数据。在一些具体实现方式中,监测端10对画面图像进行行人检测时还可以进一步识别行人的坐标位置,进而,按照位置来统计监控区域中不同位置的人流量数据信息。例如,将监控区域按展项进行划分,既可以按照行人的坐标位置统计出各个展项的人流量数据信息,从而根据各个展项的人流量数据信息即可分析出监控区域内各展项的行人聚集分布情况,从而得到各展项的受欢迎程度。
本申请的一些实施例中,人流量数据监控系统中,监测端10与处理端20之间通过协议连接并通过广播数据的方式传输数据。具体地,监测端10与处理端20之间可以通过UDP(User Datagram Protocol,用户数据报协议)进行协议通信。监测端10通过UDP协议以广播数据的方式将统计得到的人流量数据信息定时传送给处理端,而处理端20则通过循环侦听UDP广播信息,通过接收UDP广播信息的方式来获得监测端10统计得到的人流量数据信息。处理端20与客户端30之间则通过套接口建立通信连接并通过数据交互的方式传输数据。其中,套接口通常与同一个域中的套接口交换数据。客户端30通过与处理端20进行socket数据交互的方式来获取监测端10统计得到的人流量数量信息。处理端20通过侦听UDP广播信息获得监测端10统计得到的人流量数据信息后,可以通过socket数据交互将该监测端10统计得到的人流量数据信息反馈至客户端30,以使得客户端可以通过数据交互实时接收到监测端10统计得到的人流量数据信息。可以理解的是,客户端30与处理端20之间的数据交互方式为socket数据交互方式。Socket是应 用层与TCP/IP协议族通信的中间软件抽象层,它是一组接口。在设计模式中,Socket可视为一个门面模式,通过把复杂的TCP/IP协议族隐藏在Socket接口后面,让Socket去组织数据,以符合指定的协议。
本申请的一些实施例中,基于上述人流量数据监控系统,请参阅图2,图2为本申请实施例提供的一种人流量数据的展示方法的基本方法流程示意图。详述如下:
在步骤S101中,向处理端发送数据展示请求指令,其中,所述数据展示请求指令中含有客户端的展示需求信息。
本实施例中,处理端采用Express框架,Express框架为基于node.js运行环境的web开发框架,通过html展示页面来进行数据展示。在本实施例中,基于人流量数据监控系统,客户端只有在请求访问到Express框架的网络服务器后才能加载到构建展示页面的配置文件,生成对应的展示页面,而在客户端加载完成对应的配置文件之前,该客户端不具备数据展示的功能。可以理解的是,客户端的展示需求信息包括但不限于数据的展示形式、数据的内容信息(比如日期信息、展位信息)等。
在步骤S102中,从所述处理端中获取与客户端的展示需求信息对应的展示规则配置文件,并按照所述展示规则配置文件生成对应的人流量数据展示页面。
本实施例中,处理端分别存放有一个或多个H5页面文件、一个或多个css文件以及一个或多个JS文件。其中,H5页面文件是一种采用超文本标记语言设计的网页页面,可以包括有动画、多媒体、图形等各种复杂的元素。css文件是一种层叠样式表,用于网页排版,弥补H5页面在网页格式化方面的不足,在页面布局上对H5页面加以更多的控制。JS文件则是一种程序文件,用于执行页面的运算操作和展示操作,实现页面的实时、动态、交互等页面功能。本实施例中,,H5页面文件、css文件和JS文件之间相互独立,可以通过将这三种文件进行排列组合搭配来生成展示规则配置文件,其中,一份展示规则配置文件包括有一个H5页面文件、一个css文件和一个JS文件。在本实施例中,通过发送数据展示请求指令得到客户端的展示需求信息后,基于该客户端的展示需求信息从处理端中匹配出与该客户端的展示需求信息对应的H5页面文件、css文件和JS文件, 进而将匹配得到的H5页面文件、css文件和JS文件进行打包生成展示规则配置文件反馈回客户端,客户端获得展示规则配置文件后,即可按照所述展示规则配置文件生成对应的人流量数据展示页面。该人流量数据展示页面用于实现数据的统计运算和效果展示。
在步骤S103中,使用所述人流量数据展示页面从监测端统计得到的人流量的原始数据信息中提取出与客户需求对应的目标数据,并通过所述人流量数据展示页面展示所述目标数据。
本实施例中,当客户端生成对应的人流量数据展示页面后,该客户端即可具备统计运算和效果展示的能力。此时,客户端可以通过使用该人流量数据展示页面从监测端统计得到的人流量的原始数据信息中提取出客户需求的目标数据,并通过该人流量数据展示页面将该客户需求的目标数据进行展示。举例说明,例如,客户端的需求为获取展馆中展项A按季度统计的2019年的人流量数据信息,那么此时,客户端可以先获取监测端统计得到的人流量的原始数据信息。然后,通过使用其生成的人流量数据展示页面对该原始数据信息进行统计运算得到对应的展项A按季度统计的2019年的人流量数据信息,该展项A按季度统计的2019年的人流量数据信息即为目标数据。获得目标数据后,即可通过该人流量数据展示页面按季度进行展示该目标数据。
上述实施例提供的人流量数据的展示方法由客户端向处理端发送数据展示请求指令,其中,所述数据展示请求指令中含有客户端的展示需求信息;从所述处理端中获取与客户端的展示需求信息对应的展示规则配置文件,并按照所述展示规则配置文件生成对应的人流量数据展示页面;使用所述人流量数据展示页面从监测端统计得到的人流量的原始数据信息中提取出与客户需求对应的目标数据,并通过所述人流量数据展示页面展示所述目标数据。该方法可以按照客户的需求信息来生成对应的人流量数据展示页面,实现灵活统计客户需求的人流量数据信息。
本申请的一些实施例中,请参阅图3,图3为本申请实施例提供的人流量数据的展示方法中删除人流量数据展示页面的一种方法流程示意图。详细如下:
在步骤S201中,监听所述客户端是否停止访问处理端;
在步骤S202中,若是,将所述人流量数据展示页面从所述客户端中删除。
本实施例中,为满足客户个性化的数据统计需求,人流量数据展示页面是基于客户当前的展示需求信息生成的,具有时效性。在本实施例中,当客户端停止对处理端的访问后,客户端所具备的统计运算和效果展示的能力同时被清除,需通过重新发送数据展示请求指令,按照新的数据展示请求指令中的客户需求信息来生成新的人流量数据展示页面,以使客户端重新具备新数据展示请求指令中客户需求信息对应的统计运算和效果展示的能力。由此,在本实施例中,通过监听客户端是否退出人流量数据展示页面或者是否退出访问网址,来确定客户端是否停止访问处理端,若监听到客户端当前状态已退出人流量数据展示页面或者已退出访问网址,则说明该客户端已停止访问处理端,数据展示操作已终止,此时,触发客户端自动删除此次数据展示所生成人流量数据展示页面,包括删除该人流量数据展示页面对应的展示规则配置文件,以避免该客户端下次请求展示数据时误用该展示规则配置文件来生成人流量数据展示页面。
本申请的一些实施例中,处理端为客户端与监测端之间的通信桥梁,处理端分别于监测端和客户端建立通信连接,监测端统计得到的人流量的原始数据信息通过处理端传送给客户端进行展示。在本实施例中,基于客户端与处理段之间的通信连接,客户端可以通过数据交互的方式从处理端中获取监测端统计得到的人流量的原始数据信息。基于处理端与监测端之间建立的通信连接,可以将监测端统计得到的人流量的原始数据信息传送到处理端,以便处理端将该监测端统计得到的人流量的原始数据信息传送给客户端。具体地,在本实施例中,监测端与处理端之间通过协议连接并通过广播数据的方式传输数据。监测端与处理端之间可以通过UDP(User Datagram Protocol,用户数据报协议)进行协议通信。监测端通过UDP协议以广播数据的方式将统计得到的人流量数据信息定时传送给处理端,而处理端则通过循环侦听UDP广播信息,通过接收UDP广播信息的方式来获得监测端统计得到的人流量数据信息。处理端与客户端之间则通过套接口建立通信连接并通过数据交互的方式传输数据。其中,套接口通常与同一个域中的套接口交换数据。客户端通过与处理端进行socket数据交互的方式来获取监测端统计得到的人流量数量信息。处理端通过侦听UDP广播信息获 得监测端统计得到的人流量数据信息后,可以通过socket数据交互将该监测端统计得到的人流量数据信息反馈至客户端,以使得客户端可以通过数据交互实时接收到监测端统计得到的人流量数据信息。可以理解的是,客户端与处理端之间的数据交互方式为socket数据交互方式。Socket是应用层与TCP/IP协议族通信的中间软件抽象层,它是一组接口。在设计模式中,Socket可视为一个门面模式,通过把复杂的TCP/IP协议族隐藏在Socket接口后面,让Socket去组织数据,以符合指定的协议。
本申请的一些实施例中,通过人流量数据展示页面展示目标数据时,还可以根据目标数据绘制或更新反映行人聚集分布情况的热力图,进而,通过热力图来直观地展现行人的聚落。另外,还可以基于预设的区域位置划分,根据所述目标数据建立反映不同区域位置行人数量高低的排序列表。具体地,首先对监控区域进行位置划分,划分成多个不同的子区域,例如,对于展馆中的监控区域,按照展项进行位置划分,进而,在获得目标数据后,根据行人坐标位置统计各个展项所在位置的行人数量,待统计出每个展项所处位置的行人数量后,按照行人数量的高低来生成一个排序列表,基于该排序列表,可以通过准确行人位置和展项位置分布,可以直观地展现出各展项的受欢迎程度。在本实施例中,该排序列表为echarts列表。
可以理解的是,上述实施例中各步骤的序号的大小并不意味着执行顺序的先后,各过程的执行顺序应以其功能和内在逻辑确定,而不应对本申请实施例的实施过程构成任何限定。

所述集成的模块/单元如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本申请实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,也可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的计算机程序可存储于一计算机可读存储介质中,该计算机程序在被处理器执行时,可实现上述各个方法实施例的步骤。。其中,所述计算机程序包括计算机程序代码,所述计算机程序代码可以为源代码形式、对象代码形式、可执行文件或某些中间形式等。所述计算机可读介质可以包括:能够携带所述计算机程序代码的任何实体或装置、记录介质、U盘、移动硬盘、磁碟、光盘、计算机存储器、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、电载波信号、电信信号以及软件分发介质等。需要说明的是,所述计算机可读介质包含的内容可以根据司法管辖区内立法和专利实践的要求进行适当的增减,例如在某些司法管辖区,根据立法和专利实践,计算机可读介质不包括是电载波信号和电信信号。
在上述实施例中,对各个实施例的描述都各有侧重,某个实施例中没有详述或记载的部分,可以参见其它实施例的相关描述。
本领域普通技术人员可以意识到,结合本文中所公开的实施例描述的各示例的单元及算法步骤,能够以电子硬件、或者计算机软件和电子硬件的结合来实现。这些功能究竟以硬件还是软件方式来执行,取决于技术方案的特定应用和设计约束条件。专业技术人员可以对每个特定的应用来使用不同方法来实现所描述的功能,但是这种实现不应认为超出本申请的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种人流量数据监控系统,其特征在于,包括:监测端、处理端以及客户端,其中,所述监测端用于统计人流量数据信息;所述处理端接收所述客户端发送的客户需求,匹配与客户需求对应的规则配置文件;所述客户端根据所述处理端匹配的与客户需求对应的展示规则配置文件生成人流量数据展示页面并通过所述展示规则展示所述监测端统计得到的人流量数据信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的人流量数据监控系统,其特征在于,所述监测端还用于识别行人的坐标位置并基于坐标位置统计人流量数据信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的人流量数据监控系统,其特征在于,所述监测端与所述处理端之间通过协议连接并通过广播数据的方式传输数据,所述处理端与所述客户端之间通过套接口建立通信连接并通过数据交互的方式传输数据。
  4. 一种人流量数据的展示方法,其特征在于,包括:
    向处理端发送数据展示请求指令,其中,所述数据展示请求指令中含有客户端的展示需求信息;
    从所述处理端中获取与客户端的展示需求信息对应的展示规则配置文件,并按照所述展示规则配置文件生成对应的人流量数据展示页面;
    使用所述人流量数据展示页面从监测端统计得到的人流量的原始数据信息中提取出与客户需求对应的目标数据,并通过所述人流量数据展示页面展示所述目标数据。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的人流量数据的展示方法,其特征在于,所述使用所述人流量数据展示页面从监测端统计得到的人流量的原始数据信息中提取出与客户需求对应的目标数据,并通过所述人流量数据展示页面展示所述目标数据的步骤之后,还包括:
    监听所述客户端是否停止访问处理端;
    若是,将所述人流量数据展示页面从所述客户端中删除。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的人流量数据的展示方法,其特征在于,所述使用所述人流量数据展示页面从监测端统计得到的人流量的原始数据信息中提取出与客户需求对应的目标数据,并通过所述人流量数据展示页面展示所述目标数据的步骤之前,包括:
    基于所述客户端与所述处理端之间的通信连接,从所述处理端中获取所述监测端统计得到的人流量的原始数据信息,其中,所述人流量的原始数据信息通过广播从所述监测端传输至所述处理端。
  7. 根据权利要求4-6任意一项所述的人流量数据的展示方法,其特征在于,所述使用所述人流量数据展示页面从监测端统计得到的人流量的原始数据信息中提取出与客户需求对应的目标数据,并通过所述人流量数据展示页面展示所述目标数据的步骤,包括:
    根据所述目标数据绘制或更新反映行人聚集分布情况的热力图;或/及
    基于预设的区域位置划分,根据所述目标数据建立反映不同区域位置行人数量高低的排序列表。
  8. 一种人流量数据的展示装置,其特征在于,包括:
    发送模块,用于向处理端发送数据展示请求指令,其中,所述数据展示请求指令中含有客户端的展示需求信息;
    生成模块,用于从所述处理端中获取与客户端的展示需求信息对应的展示规则配置文件,并按照所述展示规则配置文件生成对应的人流量数据展示页面;
    展示模块,用于使用所述人流量数据展示页面从监测端统计得到的人流量的原始数据信息中提取出与客户需求对应的目标数据,并通过所述人流量数据展示页面展示所述目标数据。
  9. 一种电子设备,包括存储器、处理器以及存储在所述存储器中并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,其特征在于,所述处理器 执行所述计算机程序时实现如权利要求4至7任一项所述人流量数据的展示方法的步骤。
  10. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求4至7任一项所述人流量数据的展示方法的步骤。
