Abstract

一种无砟道岔扣件系统,包括:铁垫板(1);为平板式结构,且其上表面设置有铁座;板下弹性垫层(2),为平板式结构,且位于铁垫板(1)的下方;轨下弹性垫层(3),位于铁垫板(1)的上表面与钢轨(8)之间;调高垫板(4),为平板式结构,且位于板下弹性垫层(2)的下方;岔枕螺栓(5),依次穿过铁垫板(1)、板下弹性垫层(2)、调高垫板(4)两端的通孔后与岔枕固定;且轨下弹性垫层(3)的刚度大于板下弹性垫层(2)的刚度;轨距块(6),设置在铁座与钢轨(8)的轨肢之间;弹条(7),固定在铁座上并扣压在轨距块(6)上。该扣件系统满足岔区低刚度要求,同时能够确保线路运营安全可靠,同时降低了扣件系统的制造成本以及后期维护成本。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种无砟道岔扣件系统,其特征在于,所述扣件系统包括:
    铁垫板;所述铁垫板为平板式结构,且其上表面设置有铁座;
    板下弹性垫层,所述板下弹性垫层为平板式结构,且位于所述铁垫板的下方;
    轨下弹性垫层,所述轨下弹性垫层位于所述铁垫板的上表面与钢轨之间;
    调高垫板,所述调高垫板为平板式结构,且位于所述板下弹性垫层的下方;
    岔枕螺栓,所述岔枕螺栓依次穿过所述铁垫板、所述板下弹性垫层、所述调高垫板两端的通孔后与岔枕固定,将所述铁垫板、所述板下弹性垫层、所述调高垫板的两端连接固定在一起;且所述轨下弹性垫层的刚度大于板下弹性垫层的刚度;
    轨距块,所述轨距块设置在所述铁座与所述钢轨的轨肢之间;
    弹条,所述弹条通过螺栓副固定在所述铁座上并扣压在所述轨距块上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的无砟道岔扣件系统,其特征在于,所述轨下弹性垫层采用普通橡胶或聚氨酯材质,刚度为150kN/mm~500kN/mm,厚度为5mm~10mm;所述板下弹性垫层采用三元乙丙发泡橡胶材质,刚度为9.4kN/mm~37.0kN/mm,厚度为8~15mm。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的无砟道岔扣件系统,其特征在于,还包括复合定位套,所述复合定位套包括:T型钢套、橡胶垫圈以及缓冲套;
    所述T型钢套的内孔为台阶式结构,且上部内径大于下部内径;所述T型钢套上端下表面设置有环形凹槽,所述橡胶垫圈位于所述环形凹槽内;所述T型钢套下端包覆有缓冲套;
    所述T型钢套依次穿过所述铁垫板、所述板下弹性垫层两端的通孔后,通过橡胶垫圈与所述铁垫板的上表面抵接,使所述缓冲套的下端面与所述调高垫板上表面保留一定间距,保证所述T型钢套沿轴向可上下弹性浮动;
    所述岔枕螺栓穿过所述T型钢套的内孔以及所述调高垫板两端的通孔与所述岔枕固定,使所述岔枕螺栓不与所述板下弹性垫层直接接触,保 证板下弹性垫层的弹性能正常发挥,并通过所述橡胶垫圈对所述铁垫板进行扣压。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的无砟道岔扣件系统,其特征在于,所述岔枕螺栓安装中心线与所述铁垫板、所述板下弹性垫层两端的通孔中心线具有偏差,所述缓冲套为偏心结构,通过将所述复合定位套旋转180°,实现所述铁垫板的横向移动,从而达到轨距调整功能。
