La plaque déflectrice de fumée pour un échangeur de chaleur comprend une partie de montage (1), une partie de courbure (2) et une partie de protection contre le vent (3), la partie de montage (1) étant agencée autour de la partie de protection contre le vent (3) ; la partie de courbure (2) est raccordée entre la partie de montage (1) et la partie de protection contre le vent (3) ; et la partie de protection contre le vent (3) comprend une face inclinée en forme d'entonnoir (31), une ouverture de ventilation (32) et un trou d'évacuation d'eau condensée (33), l'ouverture de ventilation (32) étant disposée au milieu de la face inclinée en forme d'entonnoir (31) et le trou d'évacuation d'eau condensée (33) étant disposé dans la face inclinée en forme d'entonnoir (31). L'ensemble échangeur de chaleur comprend un échangeur de chaleur, un boîtier de chambre d'échange de chaleur de fumée (4) et la plaque déflectrice de fumée pour un échangeur de chaleur. Le chauffe-eau à gaz comprend l'ensemble échangeur de chaleur. La présente solution peut prolonger le temps d'échange de chaleur d'un échangeur de chaleur en acier inoxydable, améliorer l'effet d'échange de chaleur et la résistance à la corrosion et fournir un canal d'évacuation d'eau condensée.
