各X-Y轴边框四角10a、10b、10c、10d与Z轴铝型材13的端部分别对应形成1个三轴安装部40;其中,各三轴安装部40包括分别位于端部且位于X轴铝型材11上的第一X轴型材凹槽31a、位于Y轴铝型材12上的Y轴型材凹槽32以及位于Z轴铝型材13上的Z轴型材凹槽33;
通过三轴连接件分别与第一X轴型材凹槽31a、Y轴型材凹槽32以及Z轴型材凹槽33滑动插装配合;且三轴连接件还包括与第二X轴型材凹槽31b滑动插装配合的锁紧部;
优选地,请参见图4并结合图1、图2和图3所示,本实施例还提出了一种作为三轴连接件的铝型材连接件2,采用一体成型件,包括连接件基体21,连接件基体21上分别设有X轴插件22、Y轴插件23以及Z轴插件24,X轴插件22与第一X轴型材凹槽31a滑动插装配合,Y轴插件23与Y轴型材凹槽32滑动插装配合,Z轴插件24与Z轴型材凹槽33滑动插装配合;且连接件基体21上分别设有与X轴插件22平行设置的X轴锁紧插件25,X轴锁紧插件25与第二X轴型材凹槽31b滑动插装配合;X轴插件22、Y轴插件23、Z轴插件24以及X轴锁紧插件25分别设有安装孔26,通过紧固件与安装孔26锁紧连接,具体优选地,紧固件采用螺纹顶丝27;
优选地,在本实施方式中,各插件22,23,24,25包括插件本体2a,插件本体2a的上端和下端分别设有与其对应型材凹槽滑动插装配合的第一滑动插 齿2b和第二滑动插齿2c;连接件基体2a与其对应的X-Y轴边框四角10a、10b、10c、10d对应配合作为与其对应X-Y轴铝型材边框的盖板,同时插件本体2a与连接件基体21以及X-Y轴铝型材边框1a、1b外侧面呈平齐状,使得铝型材1整体没有凸出异型件,避免人体碰撞而受伤,同时使得铝型材1整体简洁美观;
进一步优选地,在本实施方式中,插件本体2a设有安装孔26,通过螺纹顶丝27与安装孔26的锁紧连接,不会影响各插件22,23,24,25的整体滑动插装效果,同时进一步利于插件22,23,24,25的锁紧效果;
优选地,在本实施方式中,各型材凹槽31a,31b,32,33包括间隔分布的第一导向凹槽单元41和第二导向凹槽单元42,第一导向凹槽单元41与第一滑动插齿2b滑动插装配合,第二导向凹槽单元42与第二滑动插齿2c滑动插装配合;进一步优选地,安装孔26位于插件本体2a的中心,同时第一滑动插齿2b和第二滑动插齿2c相对插件本2a体的中心线呈上下对称分布;第一导向凹槽单元41和第二导向凹槽单元42分别设有第一斜状导向面41a和第二斜状导向面42a,第一斜状导向面41a通过槽底面43与第二斜状导向面42a连接。
作为最优选实施方案,如上所述铝型材连接件2的加工方法可以采用铸铝成型得到铝型材连接件(即为铸铝件);在本发明其他实施方式中,也可以采用冲压成型得到铝型材连接件2。
优选地,本实施例在进行实施应用时,将铝型材1作为门窗边框。
本实施例创造性地提出采用分别与铝型材1的第一X轴型材凹槽31a、Y轴型材凹槽32以及Z轴型材凹槽33分别滑动插装配合的铝型材连接件2实现便捷且快速的安装配合,同时针对三轴连接件设置与第一X轴型材凹槽31a呈平行设置的第二X轴型材凹槽31b进行滑动插装配合的锁紧部,通过平行式的双X轴滑动插装配合、Y轴滑动插装配合以及Z轴滑动插装配合形成了稳定可靠、高 强度的铝型材结构,不仅显著提高了铝型材的安全强度,同时明显简化了安装、拆装工序;本实施例还进一步优选地提出了针对铝型材连接件2与螺纹顶丝27进行锁紧安排配合的锁紧结构,锁紧过程不需要采用任何螺母、垫圈等元件,在进一步提高铝型材1的强度,而且不会导致繁琐的锁紧工序。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种具有高强度的铝型材,其特征在于,包括位于上方的第一X-Y轴铝型材边框和位于下方的第二X-Y轴铝型材边框,所述第一X-Y轴铝型材边框和所述第二X-Y轴铝型材边框的X-Y轴边框四角对应平齐,且各X-Y轴边框四角分别通过与Z轴铝型材的端部安装连接,其中,
    各X-Y轴铝型材边框的侧面、Z轴铝型材的侧面均设有型材凹槽;
    各X-Y轴边框四角与所述Z轴铝型材的端部分别对应形成1个三轴安装部;其中,各三轴安装部包括分别位于端部的X轴型材凹槽、Y轴型材凹槽以及Z轴型材凹槽;
    通过三轴连接件分别与所述X轴型材凹槽、Y轴型材凹槽以及Z轴型材凹槽滑动插装配合;且所述三轴连接件还包括与型材凹槽滑动插装配合的锁紧部,所述型材凹槽与所述X轴型材凹槽呈平行设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有高强度的铝型材,其特征在于,所述三轴连接件采用一体成型件,包括连接件基体,所述连接件基体上分别设有X轴插件、Y轴插件以及Z轴插件,所述X轴插件与所述X轴型材凹槽滑动插装配合,所述Y轴插件与所述Y轴型材凹槽滑动插装配合,所述Z轴插件与所述Z轴型材凹槽滑动插装配合;且所述连接件基体上分别设有与所述X轴插件平行设置X轴锁紧插件,所述X轴锁紧插件与型材凹槽滑动插装配合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的具有高强度的铝型材,其特征在于,所述连接件基体与其对应的X-Y轴边框四角对应配合作为与其对应X-Y轴铝型材边框的盖板。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的具有高强度的铝型材,其特征在于,所述X轴插件、Y轴插件、Z轴插件以及X轴锁紧插件分别设有安装孔,通过紧固件与所述安装孔锁紧连接。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的具有高强度的铝型材,其特征在于,各插件包括插件本体,所述插件本体的上端和下端分别设有与其对应型材凹槽滑动插 装配合的第一滑动插齿和第二滑动插齿,同时所述插件本体与所述连接件基体以及X-Y轴铝型材边框外侧面呈平齐状。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的具有高强度的铝型材,其特征在于,所述插件本体设有安装孔,通过紧固件与所述安装孔的锁紧连接。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的具有高强度的铝型材,其特征在于,各所述型材凹槽包括间隔分布的第一导向凹槽单元和第二导向凹槽单元,所述第一导向凹槽单元与所述第一滑动插齿滑动插装配合,所述第二导向凹槽单元与所述第二滑动插齿滑动插装配合。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的具有高强度的铝型材,其特征在于,将所述铝型材作为门窗边框。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的具有高强度的铝型材,其特征在于,所述三轴连接件采用铸铝件。
