本实施例的优选方案是,所述定位圆柱体中心距为32mm或32mm的倍数。为了降低成本和减轻连接件重量,本实施例的定位圆柱体采用中空圆柱体结构。由于板式家具的32mm来自于德国海福乐公司在板式家具连接五金件的成果,已成为全世界通行的板式家具标准。家具设备生产商也遵循这个标准,故板式家具的排钻一般都是32mm的系数。故本实施例定位圆柱体中心距采用32mm,若是应用在各种薄板构件的连接上,例如天花板的造型、护墙板或其他艺术造型的第一板材和第二板材的相互固定结构上,则可以将连接件整体尺寸加大,则定位圆柱体中心距采用32mm的倍数设计。
使用过程
以板式家具的中隔板安装为例
1、按照设计图纸中制作模具,注塑薄板家具隐形连接件;
2、使用铣槽机在中隔板左右侧壁铣通槽;
3、使用排钻在家具左右侧板内壁打32mmd排孔;排孔前后两组;
4、将薄板家具隐形连接件逐个插入排孔上;
5、将中隔板从外往里沿通槽将薄板家具隐形连接件轻松插入,即可。
上述参照实施例对该一种薄板家具隐形连接件进行的详细描述,是说明性的而不是限定性的,可按照所限定范围列举出若干个实施例,因此在不脱离本实用新型总体构思下的变化和修改,应属本实用新型的保护范围之内。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种薄板家具隐形连接件,其特征是:包括连接件本体,所述连接件本体形状呈长条状,连接件本体上侧表面设有弹性插槽构件,所述连接件本体背面设有定位圆柱体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的薄板家具隐形连接件,其特征是:所述弹性插槽构件包括凹形卡槽和插入定位凸起,连接件本体上侧表面设有凹形卡槽,所述凹形卡槽两侧壁分别设有插入定位凸起,构成整体弹性插槽构件。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的薄板家具隐形连接件,其特征是:所述插入定位凸起的横截面形状呈圆形、椭圆形或尖角形。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的薄板家具隐形连接件,其特征是:所述连接件本体的两个垂直端面与连接件本体的两侧壁分别设有引入倒角,所述引入倒角的角度为10-15°。
  5. 根据权利要求2或3所述的薄板家具隐形连接件,其特征是:所述插入定位凸起根部沿连接件本体纵向设有加强筋,加强筋横截面形状呈圆形或方形。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的薄板家具隐形连接件,其特征是:所述定位圆柱体中心距为32mm或32mm的倍数。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的薄板家具隐形连接件,其特征是:所述连接件本体的长度为42mm-62mm,宽度为4-7mm,高度为5-8mm。
  8. 根据权利要求1或6所述的薄板家具隐形连接件,其特征是:所述连接件本体采用塑料或金属材料制成。
