Description

循环式产线系统 技术领域
本发明是关于一种制鞋设备的技术领域,特别是指用于涂布药水及上胶的循环式产线系统。
背景技术
传统鞋底的贴合产线系采用流水线设计,各工序间安装烘箱进行烘干。产线规画时设定的工序数量与产能决定设备的状态,当产线建构完成后便无法再增加工序。举例而言,产线包含四道工序三组烘箱,则工序A对材料涂布药水后进烘箱烘干;工序B涂布胶水后进烘箱烘干;工序C涂布胶水后进烘箱烘干;工序D进行材料贴合完成此段产线所有工序。
传统生产线每个工序安排的作业员都是执行固定的工作,工序A擦药水、工序B跟C擦胶水、工序D进行贴合,当前段的工序有所延误时后段人员就只能等待。此外,在制鞋成型线中会遇到同一款胶水需要分成多次涂布,然而胶水烘干的参数是相同的,当材料进行一次胶水涂布后进到烘箱烘干,烘干后才能上第二次胶水然后再进烘箱,因此会有相同参数设定的烘箱复数存在,而流水线的设计,无疑无法以同一烘箱重复执行不同次涂布胶水的烘干程序。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一循环式产线系统,其用以解决传统流水线形式的生产设备,因前段工序所延误而导致后段工序人员只能等待的缺点,及流水线形式的生产设备无法以同一烘箱重复执行不同次涂布胶水的烘干程序的缺点。
为达上述的目的,本发明是这样实现的,一种循环式产线系统,是用以传送一鞋盘模块及材料,其包含:一药水烘箱,其一端为一药水烘箱入口,另一端为一药水烘箱出口,一药水烘箱输送带安装在该药水烘箱内部且对应该药水烘箱入口与该药水烘箱出口;一胶水烘箱,其一端为一胶水烘箱入口,另一端为一胶水 烘箱出口,一胶水烘箱输送带安装在该胶水烘箱内部且对应该胶水烘箱入口与该胶水烘箱出口,该胶水烘箱与该药水烘箱并置,使得该胶水烘箱入口相邻该药水烘箱入口,该胶水烘箱出口相邻该药水烘箱出口;一烘箱入口输送机构,是位在并置的该胶水烘箱与该药水烘箱的一侧且对应该胶水烘箱入口与该药水烘箱入口;一烘箱出口输送机构,是位在并置的该胶水烘箱与该药水烘箱的另一侧且对应该胶水烘箱出口与该药水烘箱出口;一工位输送机构,是衔接该烘箱入口输送机构与该烘箱出口输送机构;其中该鞋盘模块经该烘箱入口输送机构、该烘箱出口输送机构及该工位输送机构的带动可以循环地移入该药水烘箱及该胶水烘箱。
所述的该烘箱入口输送机构包含一传送滚轮组及至少一升降传送机,该传送滚轮组是复数可转动的滚轮排列而成,该升降传送机是一传送机与一升降机的组合,该传送机被配置在该升降机的一端,使得该传送机搭配该升降机产生升降位移。该传送机是包含二皮带输送装置及一载框,一该皮带输送装置安装在该载框的一侧,另一该皮带输送装置安装在该载框的另一侧,二该皮带输送装置相对,且该皮带输送装置的传送方向垂直该传送滚轮组的传送方向。

其次,本发明揭示循环式产线系统的运作方式包含:依任务内容设定工位执行任务的次数;依任务内容进行涂布药水;依任务内容使材料移入药水烘箱;依任务内容鞋盘模块及材料移出药水烘箱且移动至预定的工位;依任务内容进行第一次上胶;依任务内容进行第一次胶水烘干;依任务内容鞋盘模块及材料移出该胶水烘箱且移动至预定的工位;依任务内容逐次对材料上胶及烘干且材料以循环形式逐次移入胶水烘箱。
根据以上所述,本发明揭示的循环式产线系统具有可以降低工时的浪费,提高生产效率,而且可用同一烘箱重复执行不同次涂布胶水的烘干程序,达到降低设备成本及有效利用生产设备的功效。

该药水烘箱(10)一端为一药水烘箱入口(12),另一端为一药水烘箱出口(14)。一药水烘箱输送带(16)安装在该药水烘箱(10)内部且对应该药水烘箱入口(12)与该药水烘箱出口(14)。
该胶水烘箱(20)一端为一胶水烘箱入口(22),另一端为一胶水烘箱出口(24),一胶水烘箱输送带(26)安装在该胶水烘箱(20)内部且对应该胶水烘箱入口(22)与该胶水烘箱出口(24)。
该胶水烘箱(20)与该药水烘箱(10)相邻并置,使得该胶水烘箱入口(22)相邻该药水烘箱入口(12),以及该胶水烘箱出口(24)相邻该药水烘箱出口(14)。

依任务内容进行涂布药水。操作者在该工位区域取得材料后,将预设的药水涂布于该材料后摆置于该鞋盘模块上。
依任务内容使材料移入药水烘箱。是借该烘箱入口输送机构将该鞋盘模块及该材料移至该药水烘箱入口前,随后该烘箱入口输送机构的该升降传送机上升使该鞋盘模块对应该药水烘箱输送带,再借该升降传送机的该皮带输送装置及该药水烘箱输送带的转动模式,将该鞋盘模块及该材料移入该药水烘箱。
依任务内容鞋盘模块及材料移出药水烘箱且移动至预定的工位。是该烘箱出口输送机构的该升降传送机上升对应该药水烘箱输送带,随后位在该药水烘箱输送带上的该鞋盘模块可移至该烘箱出口输送机构的该升降传送机上;随之该升降机构下降,使得该烘箱出口输送机构的该传送滚轮组能够将该鞋盘模块移近该工位输送机构,且该第一横向输送机的一该升降传送机承接该鞋盘模块。接着该鞋盘模块与该材料可以借由该第一横向输送机、该第二横向输送机及该工作区传送机所提供的横向及纵向传送作用,将该鞋盘模块与该材料传送至预定工位的工作者。
依任务内容进行第一次上胶。是预定工位的操作者接收已涂布药水及烘干的 该材料后,将预定的胶水涂布于该材料表面,并放回到该鞋盘模块上。
依任务内容进行第一次胶水烘干。是借由该第一横向输送机、该第二横向输送机及该工作区传送机所提供的横向及纵向传送作用,将鞋盘模块移动至对应该烘箱入口输送机构,再借该烘箱入口输送机构将该鞋盘模块及该材料移至该胶水烘箱入口前,随后该烘箱入口输送机构的该升降传送机上升使该鞋盘模块对应该胶水烘箱输送带,再借该升降传送机的该皮带输送装置及该药水烘箱输送带的转动模式,将该鞋盘模块及该材料移入该胶水烘箱。
依任务内容鞋盘模块及材料移出该胶水烘箱且移动至预定的工位。是该烘箱出口输送机构的该升降传送机上升对应该胶水烘箱输送带,随后位在该胶水烘箱输送带上的该鞋盘模块可移至该烘箱出口输送机构的该升降传送机上;随之该升降机构下降,使得该烘箱出口输送机构的该传送滚轮组能够将该鞋盘模块移近该工位输送机构,且该第一横向输送机的一该升降传送机承接该鞋盘模块。接着该鞋盘模块与该材料可以借由该第一横向输送机、该第二横向输送机及该工作区传送机所提供的横向及纵向传送作用,将该鞋盘模块与该材料传送至预定工位的工作者。
依任务内容逐次对材料上胶及烘干,且材料以循环形式逐次移入胶水烘箱。操作者在取得完成第一次上胶或前次上胶以及第一次胶水烘干或前次胶水烘干的该材料,便可以再进行第二次或下一次的上胶。依上述的运作方式,该鞋盘模块经由该第一横向输送机、该第二横向输送机及该工作区传送机所提供的横向及纵向传送作用,以及该烘箱入口输送机构与该胶水烘箱输送带的传送,可移入该胶水烘箱;该鞋盘模块移出该胶水烘箱后,该烘箱出口输送机构、该第一横向输送机、该第二横向输送机及该工作区传送机所提供的横向及纵向传送作用,可将该鞋盘模块与该材料传送至预定工位的工作者。如此重复此一步骤直至满足预定的N次上胶及烘干。
依任务内容完成后,将材料移送至后段工序。是产线系统在完成预定的N次上胶后,使用者可将该材料移至该移出输送机,并以该移出输送机将该材料传送至后段工序以进行贴合。
依任务内容完成后,鞋盘模块自第二横向输送机的上输送层移至下输送层。是借该第一转移升降器承接该鞋盘模块且降低高度以对应该下输送层,随后该下 输送层的该下横向输送器承接空的该鞋盘模块。若需再次使用空的该鞋盘模块,则该第二转移升降器自该下输送层承接空的该鞋盘模块,并上升高度以对该上输送层。
依上述说明本发明实施例揭示系统包含一投料工位是用以负责将材料摆放到鞋盘载盘;一任务工位是用以执行生产工艺,各任务工位能够执行的工艺(工作内容)由计算机系统(数字)进行设定;一烘箱模块是包含至少二个烘箱,进一步,该烘箱的数量由生产工艺数量决定,例如前述实施例,生产线执行涂布药水跟涂布胶水两个需要烘干的工艺,故烘箱数量为二,若有第三种烘干工艺,则烘箱数量可为三;一上输送层是用以负责传递鞋盘模块,让鞋盘模块在投料工位、任务工位、烘箱及下输送层之间做移动。一下输送层是用以在该鞋盘模块执行完最终工艺清空材料后,使该鞋盘模块转移到该下输送层存放。一移出输送机(PVC输送带)用以将完成最终工艺的材料转移到下个生产设备。
在待机状态,该鞋盘模块存放在下层输送跟上层输送投料工位的范围,开机运转前由工作人员在计算机系统依投料、工艺及烘箱等参数设定生产规则。例如要设定进行一次药水涂布、烘干、一次胶水涂布、烘干、贴合的作业流程,则此流程进行了三道工艺,其中有两道工艺要进入烘箱烘干,故设定X个工艺及Y个烘箱烘干等参数,其流程如下:投料→药水涂布(工艺1)→药水烘干(烘箱1)→胶水涂布(工艺2)→胶水烘干(烘箱2)→贴合(工艺3)→完成。
又设定进行一次药水涂布、一次贴合、烘干、一次胶水涂布、烘干,贴合的作业流程,此流程进行了四道工艺,有两道工艺要进入烘箱烘干,设定流程如下:投料→药水涂布(工艺1)→贴合(工艺2)→药水烘干(烘箱1)→胶水涂布(工艺3)→胶水烘干(烘箱2)→贴合(工艺4)→完成。
以进行一次药水涂布(工艺1)、烘干、一次胶水涂布(工艺2)、烘干、贴合(工艺3)的作业流程为例,可以在该工位输送机构处安排四个任务工位,即任务工位A、任务工位B、任务工位C、任务工位D;各任务工位依设定可执行预定工艺的规则及依据设定的顺序,在该数字装置(计算机系统)的软件系统进行安排含有可执行的工艺及优先顺序。例如任务工位A执行工艺1与工艺2、任务工位B执行工艺2与工艺1、任务工位C执行工艺3、工艺2及工艺1、任务工位D执行工艺3与工艺2。
是以,计算机系统设定完成后可开始投料运转,当最初运转时鞋盘模块都还在下输送层存放,因此产线系统可以将投料工位的鞋盘模块连续的运送到可以执行工艺1的各该任务工位,当完成工艺1的鞋盘模块要进行下一步时,不管是要直接到下一个任务工位或是要进到烘箱烘干后再转移到下一个任务工位,此时软件系统都会实时性的依据传感器侦测各个该鞋盘模块、工位、烘箱的负载状态,再根据任务工位所设定的规则,利用算法实时运算后安排该鞋盘模块去到适合的任务工位执行下一道工艺。
上述的各该鞋盘模块皆有不同的识别编号,产线系统可配置适当的读取器用以读取该鞋盘模块的识别编号,借此有助于该数字装置控制各该鞋盘模块在产线中的移动。其次,在该产线系统的各机构中可设置阻挡构件,例如可活动位移的挡块,借此使得该鞋盘模块移动至预定位置时可以受挡不再继续位移或是在该处改变位移方向。
其次,当鞋盘模块走完设定好的全部生产流程后,最终将鞋盘模块转移到下输送层存放,等待再次被移动到上输送层投料工位时,鞋盘模块的该识别编号将在软件内纪录的任务状态清空重新开始执行生产流程。
根据上述所揭示的结构组态,以及利用同一个胶水烘箱使每一次上胶后的材料逐次进入该胶水烘箱进行烘干,故本实施例具有可以降低材料移动的距离与时间,进而达到降低工时浪费的效果及提高生产效率,此外利用同一烘箱重复执行不同次涂布胶水的烘干程序,可达到降低设备成本及有效利用生产设备的功效。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种循环式产线系统,是用以传送一鞋盘模块及材料,其特征在它包含:
    一药水烘箱,其一端为一药水烘箱入口,另一端为一药水烘箱出口,一药水烘箱输送带安装在该药水烘箱内部且对应该药水烘箱入口与该药水烘箱出口;
    一胶水烘箱,其一端为一胶水烘箱入口,另一端为一胶水烘箱出口,一胶水烘箱输送带安装在该胶水烘箱内部且对应该胶水烘箱入口与该胶水烘箱出口,该胶水烘箱与该药水烘箱并置,使得该胶水烘箱入口相邻该药水烘箱入口,该胶水烘箱出口相邻该药水烘箱出口;
    一烘箱入口输送机构,是位在并置的该胶水烘箱与该药水烘箱的一侧且对应该胶水烘箱入口与该药水烘箱入口;
    一烘箱出口输送机构,是位在并置的该胶水烘箱与该药水烘箱的另一侧且对应该胶水烘箱出口与该药水烘箱出口;
    一工位输送机构,是衔接该烘箱入口输送机构与该烘箱出口输送机构;
    其中该鞋盘模块经该烘箱入口输送机构、该烘箱出口输送机构及该工位输送机构的带动可以循环地移入该药水烘箱及该胶水烘箱。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的循环式产线系统,其特征为该烘箱入口输送机构包含一传送滚轮组及至少一升降传送机,该传送滚轮组是复数可转动的滚轮排列而成,该升降传送机是一传送机与一升降机的组合,该传送机被配置在该升降机的一端,使得该传送机搭配该升降机产生升降位移。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的循环式产线系统,其特征为该传送机是包含二皮带输送装置及一载框,一该皮带输送装置安装在该载框的一侧,另一该皮带输送装置安装在该载框的另一侧,二该皮带输送装置相对,且该皮带输送装置的传送方向垂直该传送滚轮组的传送方向。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的循环式产线系统,其特征为该烘箱出口输送机构包含一传送滚轮组及至少一升降传送机,该传送滚轮组是复数可转动的滚轮排列而成,该升降传送机是一传送机与一升降机的组合,该传送机被配置在该升降机的一端,使得该传送机搭配该升降机产生升降位移。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的循环式产线系统,其特征为该传送机是包含二皮带输送装置及一载框,一该皮带输送装置安装在该载框的一侧,另一该皮带输送装置安装在该载框的另一侧,二该皮带输送装置相对,且该皮带输送装置的传送方向垂直该传送滚轮组的传送方向。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的循环式产线系统,其特征为该工位输送机构包含一第一横向传送机、一第二横向传送机、一工作区传送机,该第一横向传送机与该第二横向传送机相邻 且并置,该工作区传送机相邻且并置该第二横向传送机,该工作区传送机与该第一横向传送机位在该第二横向传送机的相异二侧。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的循环式产线系统,其特征为该第一横向输送机包含相对的二横向输送器,以及复数升降传送机安装在二该横向输送器之间;该第二横向输送机包含相对的二横向输送器,以及复数升降传送机安装在二该横向输送器之间;该工作区传送机包含一工作滚轮组及复数升降传送机。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的循环式产线系统,其特征为该第一横向输送机的该升降传送机是一传送机被安装在一升降机的一端,该传送机借该升降机产生升降位移,该传送机包含二皮带输送装置及一载框,一该皮带输送装置安装在该载框的一侧,另一该皮带输送装置安装在该载框的另一侧,二该皮带输送装置相对,该升降机的一端连接该载框;该第二横向输送机的该升降传送机是一传送机被安装在一升降机的一端,该传送机借该升降机产生升降位移,该传送机包含二皮带输送装置及一载框,一该皮带输送装置安装在该载框的一侧,另一该皮带输送装置安装在该载框的另一侧,二该皮带输送装置相对,该升降机的一端连接该载框。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的循环式产线系统,其特征为该第二横向输送机具有一机座、二下横向输送器、一第一转移升降器及一第二转移升降器,该机座包含一上输送层及一下输送层,二该横向输送器安装在该上输送层的相对二侧,二该下横向输送器安装在该下输送层的相对二侧,该第一转移升降器位在该第二横向输送机的一端,该第二转移升降器位在该第二横向输送机的另一端,该第一转移升降机与该第二转移升降机的升降位置对应该上输送层及该下输送层。
