技术问题
现有的建筑施工浇筑模具用支撑架构存在的缺陷是。
1、现有的浇筑模具支撑架多为直接固定在地面和模具表面,且需要寻找或者制作符合高度的支撑架,当遇到高度有差异时不能根据实际情况来进行微调工作,增加了工作难度。
2、现有的浇筑模具支撑架的辅助功能存在不足,在进行作业的时候使用辅助工具比较繁琐,造成了不必要的麻烦。

4、本发明通过在底座的顶部和固定杆上皆设置有卡槽,可以固定爬梯,方便作业人员使用爬梯进行进行工作,提高了工作的便利性。

  1. 一种建筑施工浇筑模具用支撑架构,包括顶板(2)、微调升降柱(7)、主升降柱(8)和支撑柱(10),其特征在于:所述底座(18)的顶部安装有两组支撑柱(10),且支撑柱(10)之间分别通过固定杆(16)与卡槽(17)固定连接,所述固定杆(16)与卡槽(17)之间限位固定有爬梯(15),所述支撑柱(10)的顶部对接安装有主升降柱(8),且主升降柱(8)之间通过连接架(14)固定连接,所述主升降柱(8)的顶部对接安装有微调升降柱(7),且微调升降柱(7)的内侧设有内凹槽(702),所述内凹槽(702)内均匀分布有限位齿(701),所述连接架(14)的顶部通过连接轴(1401)活动安装有与限位齿(701)配合的卡位杆(13),所述微调升降柱(7)的顶部固定安装有顶板(2),所述底座(18)的两侧通过第二螺纹调节旋钮(19)贯穿安装有支撑座(20),所述底座(18)前后侧皆贯穿安装有固定锥(12)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑施工浇筑模具用支撑架构,其特征在于:所述微调升降柱(7)与顶板(2)之间通过活动座(5)活动安装,且活动座(5)与微调升降柱(7)之间通过活动轴(501)活动连接,所述支撑柱(10)与底座(18)之间通过固定座(11)安装固定。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑施工浇筑模具用支撑架构,其特征在于:所述顶板(2)两侧皆安装有螺纹套件(1),所述螺纹套件(1)的底部通过第一螺纹调节旋钮(601)贯穿安装有顶托(6)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑施工浇筑模具用支撑架构,其特征在于:所述顶板(2)底部的中央位置处固定安装有托架(3),且托架(3)内放置有配合使用的水平仪(4)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑施工浇筑模具用支撑架构,其特征在于:所述所述主升降柱(8)的外侧均匀分布有定位孔(801),所述支撑柱(10)外侧的顶部通过固定轴(1001)活动安装有与定位孔(801)配合使用的定位杆(9)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑施工浇筑模具用支撑架构,其特征在于:所述爬梯(15)内外侧的固定杆(16)上焊接有卡槽(17),所述底座(18)的顶部设有于爬梯(15)对接限位套(1801)。
