Description

一种移动式水泥粉磨站 技术领域
本发明涉及水泥粉磨技术领域,尤其涉及一种移动式水泥粉磨站。
背景技术
水泥粉磨站是将水泥生产中的最后成品阶段单独独立出来而形成的水泥成品生产单位。该阶段将水泥熟料加入适量混合材料进行粉磨,产生成品水泥。现有水泥粉磨站都是固定式的模式,即从水泥粉磨站的选址、建厂、运行到最后报废,各运行设备都是在同一个地点,不能根据不同市场行情来更换运行地址,更无法重复利用各运行设备。且传统水泥粉磨站在建厂时,建设周期较长,过程较复杂。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术中存在的不足之处,本申请提供一种移动式水泥粉磨站,该移动式水泥粉磨站将传统水泥粉磨站中的各装置设备封装为多个功能模块,从而可以通过模块化的方式便捷地对水泥粉磨站进行组装和拆卸。
该移动式水泥粉磨站包括:喂料模块、水泥粉磨模块、选粉除尘模块和储存发散模块;
所述喂料模块包括第一壳体和固定在所述第一壳体内的多个卸料斗、与所述卸料斗一一对应设置的多套定量给料机以及多套 收尘装置,所述收尘装置位于所述卸料斗上方,所述定量给料机位于所述卸料斗下方;
所述水泥粉磨模块包括第二壳体和固定在所述第二壳体内的水泥球磨机,所述水泥球磨机的进料口通过第一输送装置与所述定量给料机的出料口连接;
所述选粉除尘模块包括第三壳体和固定在所述第三壳体内的选粉机、除尘机及排风机,所述排风机用于为所述选粉机和所述除尘机内的气体流动提供动力,所述选粉机的进料口通过第二输送装置与所述水泥球磨机的出料口连接,其细粉出口与所述除尘机的进料口连接,其粗粉出口通过第三输送装置与所述水泥球磨机的进料口连接;
所述储存发散模块包括多座钢库,每一所述钢库的进料口分别通过第四输送装置与所述除尘机的出料口连接,其出料口连接有水泥发散装置。

本发明的移动式水泥粉磨站通过将传统水泥粉磨站中的各装置设备封装为喂料模块、水泥粉磨模块、选粉除尘模块和储存发散模块等多个功能模块,使用时将各功能模块固定在地面上,并且各功能模块之间通过物料输送装置来传递物料。从而实现了水泥粉磨站的模块化设计,使得水泥粉磨站更加便于拆卸以及安装,从而缩短了水泥粉磨站的建设周期,而且根据实际情况可以在不 同区域拆装并重复利用水泥粉磨站。

请参阅图1至图4,本实施例中的移动式水泥粉磨站包括:喂料模块、水泥粉磨模块、选粉除尘模块和储存发散模块;
喂料模块用于进行原料喂料操作,其包括第一壳体和固定在第一壳体内的四个卸料斗1、与卸料斗1一一对应设置的四套定量给料机2以及四套收尘装置3,收尘装置3位于卸料斗1上方,用于对原料进行收尘处理,定量给料机2位于卸料斗1下方,用 于接收卸料斗1排出的原料,并将原料定量排出。
水泥粉磨模块用于对混合后的原料进行粉磨操作,其包括第二壳体和固定在第二壳体内的水泥球磨机4,该水泥球磨机4的进料口通过第一输送装置与定量给料机2的出料口连接,第一输送装置用于将定量给料机2排出的原料输送到水泥球磨机4中进行粉磨形成水泥粉,具体地,在本实施例中第一输送装置为皮带输送机。
选粉除尘模块用于对水泥球磨机4排出的水泥粉进行选粉和除尘操作,其包括第三壳体和固定在第三壳体内的选粉机5、除尘机6及排风机7,该排风机7用于为选粉机5和除尘机6内的气体流动提供动力,选粉机5的进料口通过第二输送装置与水泥球磨机4的出料口连接,其细粉出口与除尘机6的进料口连接,其粗粉出口通过第三输送装置与水泥球磨机4的进料口连接,具体地,在本实施例中第二输送装置为提升机,而第三输送装置则为螺旋输送机。
储存发散模块包括两座钢库8,可以满足不同品种水泥储存的需求,可以很好地根据市场行情来调节生产,且钢库8可以整体拆装,具有较大的灵活性。其中每一钢库8的进料口分别通过第四输送装置与除尘机6的出料口连接,其出料口连接有水泥发散装置9。具体地,在本实施例中,该第四输送装置为提升机,该水泥发散装置9包括水泥散装机和水泥包装机。
上述各功能模块在工厂制造好运至项目现场后,可像搭积木一样搭建,各功能模块通过项目场地的预埋螺栓或预埋铁块固定在项目场地上,根据工艺流程布置,选粉除尘模块位于水泥粉磨模块上方,各功能模块之间用螺栓固定。当各功能模块安装固定好之后便可投料生产。同理,当需要拆除时,只需将各功能模块像拆积木一样进行拆除,便可运至其他地点进行再次安装投料生产。
在本发明的移动式粉磨站中,原料通过移动式的皮带机或者自卸式汽车送至各自的卸料斗1中,经定量给料机2按比例配合好的混合料通过喂料皮带送至水泥粉磨模块中的水泥球磨机4的进料口。在喂料模块内,卸料斗1、定量给料机2和喂料皮带都是通过螺栓固定在第一壳体内,从而方便安装以及拆卸。水泥粉磨模块采用成熟的圈流磨技术,经过水泥球磨机4粉磨的物料由提升机送入选粉机5进行分选,粗粉通过螺旋输送机重新进入水泥球磨机4中进行二次粉磨,而细粉则由除尘机6收下后通过提升机送至储存发散模块中的钢库8中。最后成品水泥可以通过钢库8底下设置的水泥散装机以及水泥包装机,由散装罐车或者卡车发运出去。
本实施例的移动式水泥粉磨站通过将传统水泥粉磨站中的各装置设备封装为喂料模块、水泥粉磨模块、选粉除尘模块和储存发散模块等多个功能模块,使用时将各功能模块固定在地面上,并且各功能模块之间通过物料输送装置来传递物料。从而实现了水泥粉磨站的模块化设计,因此可以根据实际需求便捷地对水泥粉磨站进行组装和拆卸。

    所述水泥粉磨模块包括第二壳体和固定在所述第二壳体内的水泥球磨机(4),所述水泥球磨机(4)的进料口通过第一输送装置与所述定量给料机(2)的出料口连接;
    所述选粉除尘模块包括第三壳体和固定在所述第三壳体内的选粉机(5)、除尘机(6)及排风机(7),所述排风机(7)用于为所述选粉机(5)和所述除尘机(6)提供动力,所述选粉机(5)的进料口通过第二输送装置与所述水泥球磨机(4)的出料口连接,其细粉出口与所述除尘机(6)的进料口连接,其粗粉出口通过第三输送装置与所述水泥球磨机(4)的进料口连接;
