Abstract

梱包材は、被梱包物の一面を覆う梱包材であって、被梱包物の一面に沿って配置され平行に延びる一対の第1辺を有するケースと、ケースの被梱包物に対向する対向面に第1辺の縁部に沿って配置され、第1辺と平行に延びる緩衝材であって凹部が形成された緩衝材と、凹部に位置するようにケースに設けられた持ち手と、を備える。持ち手は、ケースに形成された切り込みと対向面に接続している支持部とで外形が形成されている回動部を有し、回動部は支持部に支持されて緩衝材に向かって回動可能であり、緩衝材に向かって回動されると凹部の内面に当接する。

Description

梱包材
 本開示は、梱包材に関するものであり、詳しくは重量物の梱包材に関する。
 従来、例えば大型の冷蔵庫のような重量を有する製品を梱包する場合、製品の上部、側面、及び天面が梱包材で覆われ、これらの梱包材がバンドで固定される。製品の上部の梱包材については、天面緩衝材のみが使用される態様、天面段ボールのみが使用される態様、若しくは天面緩衝材及び天面段ボールが使用される態様がある。製品の側面については、側面段ボールのみで覆われる態様が一般的である。製品の底面の梱包材については、製品が載置される床面緩衝材のみが使用される態様、又は床面緩衝材及び床面段ボールが使用される態様がある。これらの梱包材は、梱包される製品の形状に合わせて成形される。冷蔵庫のような家電製品を梱包する場合、これらの梱包材は長方形に成形されることがある。側面段ボール、床面緩衝材、及び床面段ボールには、運搬用の手掛け穴が形成される。手掛け穴は、段ボールの一部を押し込むことにより形成される。そして、床面緩衝材及び床面段ボールには、長辺の縁部に長辺と平行に延びる手掛け穴が形成され、短辺の縁部に短辺と平行に延びる手掛け穴が形成されるものがある。製品を複数の作業者が運搬する場合、一人の作業者が側面段ボールの手掛け穴に手を掛けて把持し、他の作業者が床面緩衝材または床面段ボールの手掛け穴に手を掛けて把持した状態で、製品が運搬される。
 製品の底面が床面緩衝材と床面段ボールとで覆われている場合、床面緩衝材は床面段ボールの長辺の縁部、若しくは短辺の縁部に設けられているものがある。床面段ボールの、床面緩衝材が設けられている辺の縁部に形成された手掛け穴に作業者が手を掛けた場合、床面緩衝材が当て部材となるため、手掛け穴が破損することはない。しかし、床面段ボールの、床面緩衝材が設けられていない辺の縁部に形成された手掛け穴に作業者が手を掛けた場合、当て部材となる床面緩衝材がないため、作業者が重量を有する製品を運搬する際、手掛け穴及びその周辺が破損する可能性がある。このような手掛け穴及びその破損の回避を目的として、特許文献1に記載の包装用台板は、床面緩衝材が設けられていない辺部に補強部材を設けた構成が採用されている。
実開昭61-93477号公報
 特許文献1の包装用台板は、手掛け穴及びその周辺の破損を防ぐために補強部材を設けなければならず、部品点数が増加するという課題がある。
 本開示は、上記のような課題を背景としてなされたものであり、部品点数の増加を抑制しつつ、強度が高められた梱包材を提供するものである。
 本開示に係る梱包材は、被梱包物の一面を覆う梱包材であって、前記被梱包物の前記一面に沿って配置され平行に延びる一対の第1辺を有するケースと、前記ケースの前記被梱包物に対向する対向面に前記第1辺の縁部に沿って配置され、前記第1辺と平行に延びる緩衝材であって凹部が形成された緩衝材と、前記凹部に位置するように前記ケースに設けられた持ち手と、を備え、前記持ち手は、前記ケースに形成された切り込みと前記対向面に接続している支持部とで外形が形成されている回動部を有し、前記回動部は前記支持部に支持されて前記緩衝材に向かって回動可能であり、前記緩衝材に向かって回動されると前記凹部の内面に当接するものである。
 本開示によれば、支持部に支持されて回動される回動部は、緩衝材の凹部の内面に当接可能に構成されている。従って、ケース及び緩衝材の他に特別な部材を追加することなく、持ち手の補強を実現することができる。すなわち、部品点数の増加を抑制しつつ、梱包材の強度を高めることができる。

 以下、本開示に係る梱包材の実施の形態を、図面を参照して説明する。本開示は、以下の実施の形態に限定されるものではなく、本開示の主旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々に変形することが可能である。また、本開示は、以下の各実施の形態に示す構成のうち、組合せ可能な構成のあらゆる組合せを含むものである。また、図面に示す梱包材は、本開示の梱包材が適用される機器の一例を示すものであり、図面に示された梱包材によって本開示の適用機器が限定されるものではない。また、以下の説明において、理解を容易にするために方向を表す用語(例えば「上」、「下」、「右」、「左」、「前」、「後」など)を適宜用いるが、これらは説明のためのものであって、本開示を限定するものではない。また、各図において、同一の符号を付したものは、同一の又はこれに相当するものであり、これは明細書の全文において共通している。尚、各図面では、各構成部材の相対的な寸法関係又は形状等が実際のものとは異なる場合がある。
実施の形態1.
 図1は、本開示の実施の形態1に係る梱包材を示す斜視図である。図2は、本開示の実施の形態1に係る梱包材の一部の部材を取り外した状態を示す斜視図である。梱包材1は、被梱包物2を梱包するものであり、床面梱包材10と、天面梱包材20と、側面梱包材30とを備えている。梱包材1は例えば段ボール等の厚紙を含んでいる。被梱包物2は、例えば重量を有する冷蔵庫である。図1は、被梱包物2の前側から梱包材1を示している。図2は、天面梱包材20及び側面梱包材30を取り外した状態を、被梱包物2の後側から示している。床面梱包材10は、梱包材1の底面に配置される梱包材であり、換言すると、被梱包物2の一面である底面を覆う梱包材である。床面梱包材10は、全体として矩形の形状を有している。天面梱包材20は、梱包材1の上面に配置される梱包材であり、換言すると、被梱包物2の一面である天面を覆う梱包材である。天面梱包材20は、全体として矩形の形状を有している。床面梱包材10と天面梱包材20は、略同一の形状及び略同一の大きさを有している。側面梱包材30は、梱包材1の側面に配置される梱包材であり、床面梱包材10と天面梱包材20との間に配置される。被梱包物2は、床面梱包材10に載置される。被梱包物2の上面は天面梱包材20により覆われ、被梱包物2の側面は、全周に亘って側面梱包材30により覆われている。バンド40は、床面梱包材10、天面梱包材20、及び側面梱包材30をまとめて固定する結束部材である。本実施の形態1において、バンド40は3本設けられており、それぞれ、床面梱包材10及び天面梱包材20の短手方向に延び、かつ側面梱包材30において上下方向に延びるよう、床面梱包材10、側面梱包材30、及び天面梱包材20に掛け回されている。
 図1及び図2において、X方向は床面梱包材10及び天面梱包材20の短手方向を示し、Y方向は床面梱包材10及び天面梱包材20の長手方向を示し、Z方向は梱包材1及び被梱包物2の上下方向を示している。尚、以降の説明で用いる他の図面においても、X方向、Y方向、Z方向の示す方向は、図1及び図2と同様である。
 図1に示すように、側面梱包材30には、作業者が被梱包物2を運搬する際に手を掛けるための持ち手31が形成されている。図2に示すように、被梱包物2は、透明のビニールフィルム50で覆われている。また、被梱包物2の上部の長手方向に延びる縁部には、天面緩衝材51、52が当接している。
 図3及び図4は、本開示の実施の形態1に係る床面梱包材を示す平面図である。図5は、本開示の実施の形態1に係る床面梱包材を示す斜視図である。図6は、本開示の実施の形態1に係る床面梱包材の断面図である。図3は、床面梱包材10を図2の被梱包物2が載置される側から示し、図4は、床面梱包材10を梱包材1の外側、すなわち作業者が手をかける側から示している。図6は、床面梱包材10を図3の線A-Aで切断し矢印方向から示す図である。床面梱包材10は、床面ケース60と床面緩衝材71と床面緩衝材72と、を有している。床面ケース60は、例えば段ボールを成形したものである。床面ケース60に、図2の被梱包物2が載置される。換言すると、床面ケース60は、被梱包物2の底面に沿って配置される。床面ケース60の平面形状は矩形、より詳しくは長方形の形状を有している。床面ケース60は、長手方向に延びる一対の第1辺60A及び60Bと、短手方向に延び、第1辺60A及び60Bと直交する一対の第2辺60C及び60Dと、被梱包物2に対向する面である対向面60Eと、を有している。第1辺60A、第1辺60B、第2辺60C、及び第2辺60Dは、対向面60Eに対して直交して起立している。図3~図5において、方向Yが長手方向と一致し、方向Xが短手方向と一致している。
 床面ケース60には、第1持ち手80及び90と、第2持ち手101及び102と、第3持ち手103及び104が形成されている。第1持ち手80は、第1辺60Aと第2辺60Cが交差する角部の近傍に形成され、第1持ち手90は、第1辺60Bと第2辺60Cが交差する角部の近傍に形成されている。第2持ち手101及び102は、第2辺60C及び60Dと平行に延びるよう形成されている。第3持ち手103及び104は、第1辺60A及び60Bと平行に延びるよう形成されている。第2持ち手101と第3持ち手103は、は第1辺60Aの縁部に形成され、第2持ち手102と第3持ち手104は、第1辺60Bの縁部に形成されている。
 床面緩衝材71及び72は、対向面60Eに設けられている。床面緩衝材71及び72は、例えば合成樹脂である発泡スチロールを成形した長尺部材である。床面緩衝材71は、床面ケース60の第1辺60Aの縁部において、長手方向が第1辺60Aと平行になるよう配置されている。床面緩衝材72は、床面ケース60の第1辺60Bの縁部において、長手方向が第1辺60Bと平行になるよう配置されている。
 床面緩衝材71の長手方向の両端部のうち、第2辺60Cの側に位置している端部に、凹部73が形成されている。凹部73は床面ケース60の対向面60Eに向かって開口し、かつ床面ケース60の内側に向かって開口している。同様に、床面緩衝材72の長手方向の両端部のうち、第2辺60Cの側に位置している端部に、凹部74が形成されている。凹部74は床面ケース60の対向面60Eに向かって開口し、かつ床面ケース60の内側に向かって開口している。
 図6に示すように、凹部74は肉盗み部として形成されている。凹部74は、第1内面74Aと、第2内面74Bと、第3内面74Cと、第4内面74Dと、を有している。第1内面74Aは、図3~図5に示す第1辺60Bと平行である。第2内面74B及び第3内面74Cは、図3~図5に示す第2辺60Cと平行である。凹部74の底面である第4内面74Dは、対向面60Eと平行である。
 図5に示すように、凹部73も凹部74と同様の肉盗み部として形成されている。凹部73は、第1内面73A(図8参照)と、第2内面73Bと、第3内面73Cと、第4内面73Dと、を有している。第1内面73Aは、図5において凹部73が示されている角度の関係上、図5に現れていないが、凹部74の第1内面74Aが第1辺60Bと平行であるのと同様の態様で、第1辺60Aと平行となっている。第2内面73B及び第3内面73Cは、第2辺60Cと平行である。第4内面73Dは、対向面60Eと平行である。
 第1持ち手80は、凹部73に配置されている。換言すると、床面緩衝材71が床面ケース60に設けられた際、第1持ち手80が凹部73に位置するよう、凹部73が形成される位置は設定されている。同様に、第1持ち手90は、凹部74に配置されている。換言すると、床面緩衝材72が床面ケース60に設けられた際、第1持ち手90が凹部74に位置するよう、凹部74が形成される位置は設定されている。
 図7は、本開示の実施の形態1に係る第1持ち手を拡大して示す平面図である。図7は、第1持ち手80を、床面緩衝材71の側から示している。第1持ち手80は、回動部81と、支持部82と、を有している。回動部81は、第1辺60A(図3~図5参照)と平行に延びる第1回動片111と、第2辺60C(図3~図5参照)と平行に延びる第2回動片112と、を有している。支持部82は、第1辺60Aと平行な第1支持部121と、第2辺60Cと平行な第2支持部122と、を含んでいる。すなわち、第1回動片111及び第1支持部121は、床面ケース60の長手方向と平行に延び、第2回動片112及び第2支持部122は、床面ケース60の短手方向と平行に延びている。
 第1回動片111は、第1切り込み113と第1支持部121とで外形が形成されている。第1切り込み113は、第1辺60Aと平行に延びる第1直線部113Aと、第1辺60Aに向かって延びる第2直線部113Bとを含んでいる。第2直線部113Bは、第1直線部113Aに対して交差する方向に延びている。図7の例では、第1直線部113Aに対して第2直線部113Bは垂直に延びている。また、第1直線部113Aと第2直線部113Bとの間の角は、図7では角丸である。第1支持部121は、第2直線部113Bと交差する方向に延びている。
 第2回動片112は、第2切り込み114と第2支持部122とで外形が形成されている。第2切り込み114は、第3直線部114Aと、第4直線部114Bと、第5直線部114Cと、を含んでいる。第3直線部114Aは、第2辺60Cと平行に延び、第1切り込み113の第1直線部113Aと直交している。第4直線部114Bは、第3直線部114Aの一方の端部と接続され第1支持部121の延長上に位置している。第5直線部114Cは、第3直線部114Aの他方の端部と接続されている。第2支持部122は第2辺60Cと平行に延びている。このように、第1回動片111と第2回動片112は一体的に形成されている。
 尚、第1支持部121及び第2支持部122には、ミシン目若しくは折りこみを付けて構成してもよい。ミシン目若しくは折り込みを付けることにより、第1回動片111及び第2回動片112の回動をより容易とすることができる。
 図4に示されている第1持ち手90も第1持ち手80と同様の構成を有している。第1持ち手90は、第1回動片131と第2回動片132とを有する。第1回動片131は、第1持ち手80の第1回動片111と同様の構成を有し、第2回動片132は、第1持ち手80の第2回動片112と同様の構成を有している。また、第1回動片131及び第2回動片132と凹部74との相対的な位置関係も、上述の第1回動片111及び第2回動片112と凹部73との相対的な位置関係と同様である。
 図3に示すように、床面梱包材10を被梱包物2が載置される側から平面視したとき、第1持ち手80の少なくとも一部は凹部73と重なり合い、第2持ち手90の少なくとも一部が凹部74と重なり合っている。
 図8は、第1持ち手の第2回動片が回動された状態を示す斜視図である。第2回動片112は凹部73において第2支持部122に支持されながら、凹部73の第2内面73Bに向かって回動可能である。そして、第2回動片112は、第2支持部122に支持されながら回動されると第2内面73Bに当接可能となっている。第2回動片112が回動されると、図8に示すように持ち手穴402が形成される。
 第1回動片111は凹部73において第1支持部812に支持されながら、凹部73の第1内面73Aに向かって回動可能である。そして、第1回動片111は、第1支持部812に支持されながら回動されると第1内面73Aに当接可能となっている。尚、図8は、第1回動片111が回動されていない状態を示している。図8に示されるように、回動されていない第1回動片111は、対向面60Eの一部を構成している。
 凹部73の床面ケース60の対向面60Eに直交する方向の深さは、図7に示す第1切り込み113の第1直線部113Aと第1支持部121とを結ぶ直線であって第1直線部113A及び第1支持部121に直交する直線の長さよりも大きい。また、凹部73の床面ケース60の対向面60Eに直交する方向の深さは、図7に示す第2切り込み114の第1直線部106Aと第2支持部122を結ぶ直線であって第1直線部106A及び第2支持部122に直交する直線の長さよりも大きい。すなわち、凹部73の深さは、回動部81の第1回動片111の第1内面73Aへ向かう回動を妨げることなく、かつ第2回動片112の第2内面73Bへ向かう回動を妨げることがない大きさに設定されている。
 図4に示すように、第2持ち手101及び102は、第2辺60C及び60Dに沿って延びている。第2持ち手101は第1辺60Aの縁部に形成されている。第2持ち手102は、第1辺60Bの縁部に形成されている。第3持ち手103及び104は、第1辺60A及び60Bに沿って延びている。第3持ち手103は第1辺60Aの縁部に形成されている。第3持ち手104は、第1辺60Bの縁部に形成されている。
 このように、第1持ち手80の回動部81は、支持部82に支持されて床面緩衝材71に向かって回動可能であり、かつ、回動すると凹部73の内面に当接可能に構成されている。第1持ち手90の回動部91は、支持部92に支持されて床面緩衝材72に向かって回動可能であり、かつ、回動すると凹部73の内面に当接可能に構成されている。
 図9は、本開示の実施の形態1に係る変形例1に係る凹部と回動された第1持ち手の第1回動片とを示す斜視図である。図10は、本開示の実施の形態1に係る変形例1において第1持ち手の第2回動片が回動された状態を示す斜視図である。図11は、本開示の実施の形態1に係る変形例1において第1持ち手の第1回動片及び第2回動片が回動された状態を示す斜視図である。図9~図11に示すように、変形例1の床面緩衝材171の凹部173は、第1辺60Aと平行な第1内面173Aと、第2辺60Cと平行な第2内面173B及び第3内面173C、とを含んでいる。
 図9に示すように、第1回動片111は凹部173において第1支持部121に支持されながら、凹部173の第1内面173Aに向かって回動可能である。そして、第1回動片111は、第1支持部121に支持されながら回動されると第1内面173Aに当接可能となっている。第1回動片111が回動されると、床面ケース60の長手方向に平行な持ち手穴401が形成される。図9において、第2回動片112は回動されておらず、対向面60Eの一部を構成している。
 図10に示すように、第2回動片112は凹部173において第2支持部122に支持されながら、凹部173の第2内面173Bに向かって回動可能である。そして、第2回動片112は、第1支持部822に支持されながら回動されると第2内面173Bに当接可能となっている。第2回動片112が回動されると、床面ケース60の短手方向に平行な持ち手穴402が形成される。図10において、第1回動片111は回動されておらず、対向面60Eの一部を構成している。
 図11に示すように、第1回動片111及び第2回動片112の双方を回動させることも可能である。この場合も、第1回動片111は凹部173の第1内面173Aに当接可能であり、第2回動片112は凹部173の第2内面173Bに当接可能である。そして、第1回動片111及び第2回動片112の双方が回動されると、図11に示すように持ち手穴401及び持ち手穴402が一体的に形成される。尚、図8に示す構成においても、第1回動片111及び第2回動片112の双方を回動させることが可能である。
 図23は、被梱包物の運搬時の態様を示す図である。作業者は、第1持ち手80を使用する際、第1回動片111及び第2回動片112のいずれか一方、若しくは双方を上述の態様で回動させ、それにより形成される持ち手穴401又は持ち手穴402に手若しくは指を挿入する。その際、図8を用いて説明した実施の形態1の場合、第1回動片111は床面緩衝材71の凹部73の第1内面73Aに当接し、第2回動片112は床面緩衝材71の凹部73の第2内面73Bに当接する。従って、第1回動片111及び第2回動片112は、床面緩衝材71に支持される。また、図9~図11を用いて説明した実施の形態1の変形例1の場合、第1回動片111は床面緩衝材171の凹部173の第1内面173Aに当接し、第2回動片112は床面緩衝材171の凹部173の第2内面173Bに当接する。従って、第1回動片111及び第2回動片112は、床面緩衝材171に支持される。
 従って、持ち手穴401及び持ち手穴402の周囲に外力が加えられても、第1回動片111及び第2回動片112の離脱、第1回動片111及び第2回動片112の周辺部分の破損、並びに持ち手穴401及び持ち手穴402の縁部の破損が抑えられる。すなわち、床面緩衝材71が第1持ち手80の補強部材として機能する。
 第1持ち手90も第1持ち手80と同様の構成を有しているため、第1持ち手80の上述の効果と同様の効果を奏する。
 このように、本実施の形態1によれば、被梱包物2を梱包する部材である床面ケース60及び床面緩衝材71及び72の他に特別な部材を追加することなく、第1持ち手80及び90の補強を実現することができる。すなわち、部品点数の増加を抑制しつつ、床面梱包材10の強度を高めることができる。
 部品点数の増加が抑制されるため、床面梱包材10の製造コストの上昇を抑制することができる。
 床面ケース60及び床面緩衝材71及び72の他に特別な部材を追加する必要がないため、床面ケース60及び床面緩衝材71及び72とは材質の異なる部材を補強部材として用いたときに発生する、補強部材の破棄の面倒さが回避される。
 床面ケース60の長手方向に延びる持ち手穴及び短手方向に延びる持ち手穴をより大きくすることが被梱包物2の運搬の利便性の向上につながる。第1回動片111と第2回動片112を間隔を空けて設け、持ち手穴401と持ち手穴402が間隔を空けて形成されるよう構成する場合、持ち手穴401と持ち手穴402がより大きく形成されるよう構成すると、両者の間隔が小さくなり、床面ケース60が破損する可能性がある。本実施の形態1では、床面ケース60の長手方向と平行に延びる第1回動片111と、床面ケース60の短手方向と平行に延びる第2回動片112は、一体的に形成されている。従って、持ち手穴401及び持ち手穴402の大きさを、作業者の利便性を考慮して設定しても、床面ケース60の破損を抑制することができる。
 また、持ち手穴401と持ち手穴402が間隔を空けて形成されるよう構成する場合、床面ケース60の破損を回避するために、第1回動片111と第2回動片112との間隔をより大きくすることが考えられる。しかし、この場合、床面ケース60が大型化してしまう可能性がある。本実施の形態1では、第1回動片111と第2回動片112及び第2支持部122は一体的に形成されている。従って、床面ケース60の大型化を抑制することができ、また、大型化に起因する製造コストの上昇を抑制することができる。
 また、持ち手穴401と持ち手穴402が間隔を空けて形成されるよう構成する場合、床面緩衝材との相対的な位置関係に起因する設計上の制約から、持ち手穴401及び持ち手穴402を作業者が持ちやすい位置に形成することが困難な場合がある。本実施の形態1では、床面緩衝材71の凹部73に第1持ち手80が設けられ、床面緩衝材72の凹部74に第1持ち手90が設けられている。従って、作業者の利便性に応じて第1持ち手80及び第2持ち手90の位置を設定し、その位置に応じて凹部73及び74の位置を設定することができる。
 持ち手穴の位置を作業者の利便性に合わせて自由に設定できるよう、床面梱包材を床面緩衝材のみで構成し、床面緩衝材の裏面に肉盗みを形成し、この肉盗みを持ち手穴とするよう構成することが考えられる。しかし、床面梱包材の裏面に常に穴が形成されている状態のため、当該穴に虫若しくは小動物等が侵入する可能性がある。実施の形態1では、必要に応じて第1回動片若しくは第2回動片を回動させて持ち手穴401及び402を形成すればよいので、異物の侵入を抑制することができる。
 また、床面梱包材を例えば発泡スチロールを成形した床面緩衝材のみで構成すると、運搬時に床面緩衝材が凹凸のある堅い地面若しくは床面等に擦られ破損する可能性がある。本実施の形態1では、床面梱包材10は、段ボールである床面ケース60と床面緩衝材71及び73とで構成されている。段ボールは発泡スチロールに比べ、凹凸のある堅い地面若しくは床面等に擦られた場合の強度が高い。従って、本実施の形態1によれば、運搬時の床面梱包材10の破損が抑制される。
 凹部73の深さは、回動部81の第1回動片111及び第2回動片112の回動を妨げることがない大きさに設定されている。従って、作業者が第1回動片111及び第2回動片112を回動するとき、作業者にストレスを感じさせることが抑制される。また、第1回動片111及び第2回動片112が回動するとき、第1回動片111及び第2回動片112の縁部が凹部73の第4内面73Dに接触することが抑制されるため、第1回動片111及び第2回動片112の破損を抑制することができる。同様に、凹部74の深さは、回動部91の第1回動片131及び第2回動片132の回動を妨げることがない大きさに設定されている。従って、作業者が第1回動片131及び第2回動片132を回動するとき、作業者にストレスを感じさせることが抑制される。また、第1回動片131及び第2回動片132が回動するとき、第1回動片111及び第2回動片132の縁部が凹部74の第4内面74Dに接触することが抑制されるため、第1回動片131及び第2回動片132の破損を抑制することができる。
 図3、図5、及び図6に示す構成では、凹部73は底面である第4内面73Dを有し、凹部74は底面である第4内面74Dを有している。従って、床面緩衝材71及び床面緩衝材72の強度を維持することができる。また、凹部73及び凹部74は、床面ケース60の内方側が開口している。従って、凹部73と第1持ち手80との相対的な位置関係、及び凹部74と第1持ち手90との相対的な位置関係を、床面ケース60の中央側から容易に視認することができる。その結果、床面緩衝材71及び床面緩衝材72の位置決めが容易に行える。
 図9及び図10に示す構成では、凹部173は、床面ケース60の対向面60Eに直交する第1内面173A、第2内面173B、及び第3内面173Cのみで構成されている。従って、床面梱包材10を床面ケース60の対向面60Eの側から見たとき、凹部173と第1持ち手80との相対的な位置関係を容易に視認することができる。その結果、床面緩衝材71の位置決めが容易に行える。
 図12は、本開示の実施の形態1の変形例2に係る第1持ち手を拡大して示す平面図である。図12は、第1持ち手280を、床面緩衝材171の側から示している。第1持ち手280は、回動部281と、支持部282と、を有している。回動部281は、第1辺60A(図3~図5参照)と平行に延びる第1回動片211と、第2辺60C(図3~図5参照)と平行に延びる第2回動片212と、第3回動片213と、を有している。支持部282は、第1辺60Aと平行な第1支持部221と、第2辺60Cと平行な第2支持部222と、第3支持部223と、を含んでいる。
 第1回動片211は、第1切り込み215と第1支持部221とで外形が形成されている。第1切り込みは第1辺60A(図3~図5参照)と平行に延びる第1直線部215Aと、第1辺60Aに向かって延びる第2直線部215Bとを含んでいる。第2直線部215Bは、第1直線部215Aに対して交差する方向に延びている。図12の例では、第1直線部215Aに対して第2直線部215Bは垂直に延びている。また、第1直線部215Aと第2直線部215Bとの間の角は、図12では角丸である。第1支持部221は第1辺60Aと平行に延び、第2直線部215Bと交差する方向に延びている。

 図13は、本開示の実施の形態1の変形例2に係る第1持ち手の第1回動片及び第3回動片が回動された状態を示す斜視図である。第1回動片211は凹部173において第1支持部221に支持されながら、凹部173の第1内面173Aへ向かって回動可能である。そして、第1回動片211は、第1支持部221に支持されながら回動されると、第1内面173Aに当接可能となっている。第3回動片213は第3支持部に223に支持されながら、第1辺60Aに沿って第1回動片211の回動方向とは反対方向へ回動可能である。第1回動片211及び第3回動片213が回動されると、第1辺60Aと平行に延びる持ち手穴401が形成される。
 図14は、本開示の実施の形態1の変形例2に係る第1持ち手の第2回動片及び第3回動片が回動された状態を示す斜視図である。第2回動片212は第2支持部222に支持されながら、凹部173の第2内面173Bへ向かって回動可能である。そして、第2回動片212は、第2支持部222に支持されながら回動されると、第2内面173Bに当接可能となっている。第3回動片213は、第3支持部223を介して第2回動片212と接続されている。従って、第3回動片213は第2回動片212と共に、凹部173の第2内面173Bへ向かって回動可能である。そして、第3回動片213は、回動される第2内面173Bに当接可能となっている。第2回動片212及び第3回動片213が回動されると、持ち手穴402が形成される。
 第1回動片211は床面緩衝材71の凹部173の第1内面173Aに当接し、第2回動片212及び第3回動片213は、は床面緩衝材171の凹部173の第2内面173Bに当接する。従って、第1回動片211、第2回動片212、及び第3回動片213は、床面緩衝材71に支持される。従って、その結果、上述と同様の効果が得られる。

 第2回動片312は、第2切り込み316と第2支持部322とで外形が形成されている。第2切り込み316は、第3直線部316Aと第4直線部316Bとを含んでいる。第3直線部316Aは、床面ケース60の第2辺60Cと平行に延び、第1切り込み315の第1直線部315Aと直交している。第4直線部316Bは、第3直線部316Aの一方の端部と接続され、床面ケース60の第1辺60Aと平行に延びている。

 図17は、本開示の実施の形態1の変形例3に係る第1持ち手の第2回動片及び第3回動片が回動された状態を示す斜視図である。第2回動片312は第2支持部322に支持されながら、凹部173の第2内面173Bへ向かって回動可能である。そして、第2回動片312は、第2支持部322に支持されながら回動されると、第2内面173Bに当接可能となっている。第3回動片313は、第3支持部323に支持されながら、凹部173の第2内面173Bへ向かって回動可能である。そして、第3回動片313は、第3支持部323に支持されながら回動されると、第2内面173Bに当接可能となっている。第2回動片312及び第3回動片313が回動されると、第2辺60Cと平行に延びる持ち手穴402が形成される。図17において、第1回動片311は回動されておらず、床面ケース60の対向面60Eの一部を構成している。
 第1回動片311は床面緩衝材71の凹部173の第1内面173Aに当接し、第2回動片312及び第3回動片313は、は床面緩衝材171の凹部173の第2内面173Bに当接する。従って、第1回動片311、第2回動片312、及び第3回動片313は、床面緩衝材71に支持される。従って、その結果、上述と同様の効果が得られる。
実施の形態2.
 図18は、本開示の実施の形態2に係る床面梱包材の斜視図である。図19は、本開示の実施の形態2に係る床面ケースの斜視図である。図20は、本開示の実施の形態2に係る床面緩衝材の平面図である。図18~図20は、床面梱包材410を被梱包物2が載置される側から示している。図18~図20を参照しながら、上述の実施の形態1の床面梱包材10との相違点のみを説明する。床面ケース460の第1辺460Aには開口部411が形成され、第1辺460Bには、開口部412が形成されている。床面緩衝材472の第1辺460Bと当接する側面472Aには、突起部472Bが設けられている。突起部472Bは、開口部411に嵌合している。床面緩衝材472の床面ケース460の第2辺460Dと当接する側面472Cには突起部472Dが設けられている。突起部472Dは、第2辺460Dに形成されている不図示の開口部に嵌合している。床面緩衝材471の床面ケース460の第1辺60Aと対向する面には、床面緩衝材472の突起部472Bと同様の突起部が設けられている。床面緩衝材471に設けられた突起部は、開口部411に嵌合している。床面緩衝材471の床面ケース460の第1辺60Aと対向する面には、床面緩衝材472の突起部472Dと同様の突起部が設けられている。この突起部は、床面ケース460の第2辺460Dに形成されている開口部461に嵌合している。
 本実施の形態2によれば、床面ケース460と床面緩衝材471は、床面緩衝材471の突起部と床面ケース460の開口部とが嵌合するよう構成されている。また、床面ケース460と床面緩衝材472は、床面緩衝材472の突起部472Bと床面ケース460の開口部とが嵌合するよう構成されている。従って、床面緩衝材471及び472の位置決めが容易に行える。
 図21及び図22は、本開示の実施の形態2の変形例に係る床面緩衝材の平面図である。図21は、床面緩衝材571を床面ケース460と対向する側から示し、図22は、床面緩衝材671を床面ケース460と対向する側から示している。図21の床面緩衝材571の床面ケース460の第1辺460A(図19参照)と当接する側面571Aには、突起部571Bが設けられている。また、床面緩衝材571には3つの肉盗み部である凹部571C、571D、及び571Eが形成されている。凹部571C、571D、及び571Eは、床面ケース460と対向する側にのみ開口している。図22の床面緩衝材671の床面ケース460の第1辺460Aと当接する側面671Aには、突起部671Bが設けられている。また、床面緩衝材671には3つの肉盗み部である凹部671C、671D、及び671Eが形成されている。凹部671Cは、床面ケース460の中央に対向する側と床面ケースと対向する側が開口し、671D及び671Eは、床面ケース460と対向する側にのみ開口している。図21に示すように、床面ケース460の開口部と嵌合させる突起部571Bを床面緩衝材571の端部の近傍に設けて、図22に示すように、床面ケースの開口部と嵌合させる突起部671Bを床面緩衝材671の端部の近傍に設けてもよい。
 実施の形態1及び実施の形態2では、床面梱包材10の構成について説明したが、これに限るものではない。実施の形態1及び実施の形態2の構成を、天面梱包材20にも適用してもよい。

Claims (10)

  1.  被梱包物の一面を覆う梱包材であって、
     前記被梱包物の前記一面に沿って配置され平行に延びる一対の第1辺を有するケースと、
     前記ケースの前記被梱包物に対向する対向面に前記第1辺の縁部に沿って配置され、前記第1辺と平行に延びる緩衝材であって凹部が形成された緩衝材と、
     前記凹部に位置するように前記ケースに設けられた持ち手と、を備え、
     前記持ち手は、
     前記ケースに形成された切り込みと前記対向面に接続している支持部とで外形が形成されている回動部を有し、
     前記回動部は前記支持部に支持されて前記緩衝材に向かって回動可能であり、前記緩衝材に向かって回動されると前記凹部の内面に当接する梱包材。
  2.  前記凹部は、前記ケースの前記対向面に向かって開口し、かつ前記ケースの内側に向かって開口している肉盗み部として形成されており、前記ケースの前記対向面に対し直立に起立し、前記第1辺と平行な第1内面と、
     前記ケースの前記第1辺と直交する第2辺と平行な第2内面であって、前記第1内面の一方の端部と直交する第2内面と、
     前記ケースの前記第1辺と直交する第2辺と平行な第3内面であって、前記第1内面の他方の端部と直交する第3内面と、
     前記ケースの前記対向面に平行な第4内面と、で構成され、
     前記凹部の前記対向面に直交する方向の深さは、前記回動部の回動を妨げることがない大きさに設定されている請求項1に記載の梱包材。
  3.  前記凹部は、前記ケースの前記対向面に対し直立に起立し、前記第1辺と平行な第1内面と、
     前記ケースの前記第1辺と直交する第2辺と平行な第2内面であって、前記第1内面の一方の端部と直交する第2内面と、
     前記ケースの前記第1辺と直交する第2辺と平行な第3内面であって、前記第1内面の他方の端部と直交する第3内面と、で構成されている肉盗み部である請求項1に記載の梱包材。
  4.  前記回動部は、前記凹部において前記第1内面に向かって回動可能、かつ前記第1内面に当接可能に構成された第1回動片と、前記凹部において前記第2内面に向かって回動可能、かつ前記第2内面に当接可能に構成された第2回動片と、を有している請求項2又は3に記載の梱包材。
  5.  前記第1回動片は、第1切り込みと第1支持部とで外形が形成され、前記第2回動片は、第2切り込みと第2支持部とで外形が形成されており、
     前記第1切り込みは前記第1辺と平行に延びる第1直線部と、前記第1辺に向かって延び、前記第1直線部に対して交差する方向に延びている第2直線部とを含み、
     前記第1支持部は前記第1辺と平行に延び、前記第2直線部と交差する方向に延びており、
     前記第2切り込みは、前記ケースの前記第2辺と平行に延び、前記第1切り込みの前記第1直線部と直交する第3直線部と、前記第3直線部の一方の端部と接続され前記第1支持部の延長上に位置する第4直線部と、前記第3直線部の他方の端部と接続されている第5直線部と、を含み、
     前記第2支持部は前記第2辺と平行に延びている請求項4に記載の梱包材。
  6.  前記回動部は、前記凹部において前記第1内面に向かって回動可能、かつ前記第1内面に当接可能に構成された第1回動片と、前記凹部において前記第2内面に向かって回動可能、かつ前記第2内面に当接可能に構成された第2回動片と、前記第1内面から離れる方向に向かって回動可能であって、前記第2内面に向かって回動可能、かつ前記第2内面に当接可能に構成された第3回動片と、を有している請求項2又は3に記載の梱包材。
  7.  前記第1回動片は、第1切り込みと第1支持部とで外形が形成され、前記第2回動片は、第2切り込みと第2支持部とで外形が形成され、前記第3回動片は、第3切り込みと第3支持部とで外形が形成されており、
     前記第1切り込みは前記第1辺と平行に延びる第1直線部と、前記第1辺に向かって延び、前記第1直線部と交差する方向に延びる第2直線部とを含み、
     前記第1支持部は前記第1辺と平行に延び、前記第2直線部と交差する方向に延びており、
     前記第2切り込みは、前記ケースの前記第2辺と平行に延び、前記第1切り込みの前記第1直線部と直交する第3直線部と、前記第3直線部の一方の端部と接続され前記第1辺と平行に延びる第4直線部と、を含み、
     前記第2支持部は前記第2辺と平行に延び、前記第4直線部と直交しており、
     前記第3切り込みは、前記第3直線部の前記第1辺へ向かう延長上に延びる第5直線部と、前記第1支持部の前記第2辺へ向かう延長上に延びる第6直線部と、前記第2支持部の前記第1辺に向かう延長上に延びる第7直線部と、を含み、
     前記第3支持部は、前記第1直線部の前記第2辺へ向かう延長上に延びており、
     前記第2回動片と前記第3回動片は前記第3支持部で接続されている請求項6に記載の梱包材。
  8.  前記回動部は、前記凹部において前記第1内面に向かって回動可能、かつ前記第1内面に当接可能に構成された第1回動片と、前記凹部において前記第2内面に向かって回動可能、かつ前記第2内面に当接可能に構成された第2回動片と、前記第2内面に向かって回動可能、かつ前記第2内面に当接可能に構成された第3回動片と、を有している請求項2又は3に記載の梱包材。
  9.  前記第1回動片は、第1切り込みと第1支持部とで外形が形成され、前記第2回動片は、第2切り込みと第2支持部とで外形が形成され、前記第3回動片は、第3切り込みと第3支持部とで外形が形成されており、
     前記第1切り込みは前記第1辺と平行に延びる第1直線部と、前記第1辺に向かって延び、前記第1直線部と交差する方向に延びる第2直線部とを含み、
     前記第1支持部は前記第1辺と平行に延び、前記第2直線部と交差する方向に延びており、
     前記第2切り込みは、前記ケースの前記第2辺と平行に延び、前記第1切り込みの前記第1直線部と直交する第3直線部と、前記第3直線部の一方の端部と接続され前記第1辺と平行に延びる第4直線部と、を含み、
     前記第3切り込みは、前記第3直線部の前記第1辺へ向かう延長上に延びる第5直線部と、前記第1支持部の前記第2辺へ向かう延長上に延びる第6直線部と、前記第1直線部の前記第2辺に向かう延長上に延びる第7直線部と、を含み、
     前記第3支持部は、前記第2支持部の前記第1辺に向かう延長上に延び、前記第6直線部及び前記第7直線部と直交している請求項8に記載の梱包材。
  10.  前記緩衝材の前記第1辺と当接する面には、突起部が設けられており、前記突起部は、前記ケースの前記第1辺に形成された開口部に嵌合している請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の梱包材。
