Abstract

Couche (1) équipée d'une feuille supérieure (2), d'une feuille arrière (3) et d'un corps absorbant (4) qui est placé entre les feuilles. Le corps absorbant (4) présente, dans une partie d'entrejambe (C), un corps absorbant central (41) s'étendant dans la direction longitudinale de celui-ci, et une paire de corps absorbants latéraux (4S, 4S) qui sont positionnés sur les deux côtés dans la direction de la largeur de l'absorbant central et élèvent depuis le côté faisant face à la peau du corps absorbant central dans un état usé. Le corps absorbant (4) présente un noyau absorbant (40) qui présente une région centrale (41) dans le corps absorbant central (4C) et comporte des régions latérales (44) dans les corps absorbants latéraux (4S). La région centrale (41) présente un grammage supérieur à celui de la seconde latérale (43). Dans le noyau absorbant (41) dans un état de gonflement de référence, les régions latérales (43) sont plus larges et plus épaisses que la région centrale (41). Dans l'état de gonflement de référence, la demi-largeur de la région centrale (41) est inférieure à l'épaisseur de chaque région latérale (43).
