背景技术
目前,配送对象已成为实体对象向用户提供对象的重要方式。例如,外卖作为一种商户通过配送菜品向用户提供菜品的方式,逐渐成为人们日常生活的常态。当通过配送对象向用户提供对象时,往往需要向用户提供订单状态,以使得用户能了解配送进度,以便做出合理时间安排。当配送资源到达实体对象门店取待配送对象以及离开实体对象门店开始配送时,均需要将订单状态同步给用户。订单状态更新的真实性直接影响了用户体验,显得尤其重要。因此,如何获得配送资源到达实体对象门店的时间及离开实体对象门店的时间,以按照订单实际进展更新订单状态,是需要解决的问题。
另外,如果配送资源在配送基础对象的同时,能够向用户提供辅助附加服务,可方便人们的生活,提升用户体验。因此,如何向用户提供辅助附加服务,是需要解决的问题。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种信息处理方法,以相对准确获得配送资源到达实体对象门店的时间及离开实体对象门店的时间,从而能够尽量按照订单实际配送时间向更新订单状态。本申请另外提供一种信息搜索方法以及指令处理方法,向用户提供辅助附加服务。
本申请实施例提供一种信息处理方法,包括:检测目标配送资源使用的第一电子设备与目标门店对应的目标设备之间是否进行了近距离信息交互,其中,所述目标设备的地理位置与所述目标门店的地理位置相匹配,所述目标配送资源用于配送目标对象;如果是,则获得所述目标配送资源到达所述目标门店的信息。
本申请实施例还提供一种信息处理方法,应用于服务端或目标门店对应的目标设备,所述目标设备的地理位置与所述目标门店的地理位置相匹配,包括:通过近距离信息交互的方式获得与目标门店对应的目标设备的第一信息;将所述第一信息发送给信息记录设备,其中,所述第一信息用于表示目标配送资源到达所述目标门店,所述目标配送资源用于配送目标对象。

在下面的实施例中,对本申请提供的方法、装置、电子设备及存储设备逐一进行详细说明。
为便于理解,首先给出本申请实施例提供的第一种系统环境。实际应用中,实体对象向用户提供对象的方式越来越灵活:可通过到店方式向用户提供对象,即用户到门店获取对象;也可通过配送方式向用户提供对象,即由配送资源将门店提供的对象送达用 户。所谓实体对象是向用户提供对象的实体,例如门店商家,再如提供外卖的商家。所谓配送资源用于配送对象,例如骑手。所谓门店是实际向用户提供对象的店面,例如餐饮行业的实体店铺。配送方式为一种重要的对象提供方式。从商家接单到对象送达为配送过程。配送过程中及时向用户提供订单状态,可使得用户能了解配送进度,以便进行合理安排。以餐饮外卖为例,对以配送方式向用户提供对象的过程进行说明。用户通过手机向服务端提交外卖订单,即下单。服务端可是服务平台,也可是商家的用于接单的计算设备。以服务平台为例,服务平台将外卖订单提供给商家对应的特定设备。商家通过特定设备向服务平台返回接单后,服务平台指定配送外卖订单的骑手。骑手通过骑手使用的电子设备(如手机)接收配送指令后,到商家门店取餐并执行送餐。图1给出了应用本申请实施例提供的方法的一种系统环境,图中包括配送资源使用的电子设备101、充放电设备柜102、服务器103。配送资源使用的电子设备101可为骑手使用的手机,骑手到实体对象门店后使用手机与充放电设备柜102进行近距离信息交互,例如对充放电设备柜扫码。充放电设备柜(下称充电柜)为用于存放充放电设备的存放柜,例如存放充电宝的柜子。充电柜设置有条形码、二维码、RFID标签等数字标签中至少一种。骑手手机扫描条形码或二维码获得充电柜的信息,或者骑手手机检测RFID标签发出的信号获得充电柜的信息。骑手手机将获得的充电柜的信息上报给服务器103。服务器为接收骑手手机上报信息的设备,可是服务平台的服务器,也可是其他计算设备或者其他端的计算设备。例如,服务器可为商家门店的管理设备或者用于管理充电柜的服务器,也可为C端用户设备。服务器不作为接收骑手手机上报信息的设备或端限制。骑手手机也可将骑手手机信息和/或骑手自身信息与充电柜信息一起上报给服务器。骑手手机还可将手机的位置信息上报给服务器。由此,接收骑手手机上报信息的服务器能识别出骑手到达门店,以及到达门店时间等信息。服务器根据上报信息确定订单状态以及配送进度,并反馈到用户手机,便于用户合理安排。
本申请第一实施例提供一种信息处理方法,以下结合图2和图3进行说明。图2所示的信息处理方法,包括步骤S201至步骤S202。
步骤S201,检测目标配送资源使用的电子设备与目标门店对应的目标设备之间是否进行了近距离信息交互。其中,所述目标设备的地理位置与所述目标门店的地理位置相匹配,所述目标配送资源用于配送目标对象。
本实施例中,所述目标配送资源使用的电子设备可为骑手使用的手机。所述目标门店为向用户提供对象的门店。所述目标设备可与目标配送资源使用的电子设备进行近距离信息交互,从而可用于判断所述电子设备是否到达目标设备的特定范围。如果所述电子设备到达目标设备的特定范围,则可表示所述电子设备到达目标门店,从而表示目标配送资源到达目标门店。所述目标设备用于存放充放电设备。所述充放电设备用于为满足预设条件的电子设备充电和/或放电。例如,所述充放电设备为具有为电子设备充电和/或放电功能的设备。再如,所述充放电设备为充电宝。所述目标设备可为地理位置与目标门店的地理位置相匹配的充电柜。例如,目标设备可为设置于目标门店内,或者设置于与目标门店的距离在预设范围内的地理位置的充电柜。再如,目标设备为与目标门店绑定的充电柜,可用于标识目标门店现场。实际实施时,可有多种方式确定所述目标设备的地理位置与所述目标门店的地理位置相匹配。例如,根据目标设备与目标门店之间 的绑定关系,和/或,根据目标设备的网络标识及目标门店中的设备的网络标识,确定所述目标设备的地理位置与所述目标门店的地理位置相匹配。具体地,所述目标设备的地理位置与所述目标门店的地理位置相匹配包括:所述目标设备的标识信息与所述目标门店的标识信息之间具有绑定关系。进一步,所述目标设备的地理位置与所述目标门店的地理位置相匹配还包括:所述目标设备使用的网络的网络标识与所述目标门店中的至少一个设备使用的网络的网络标识相同。例如,网络标识可具体为无线局域网的SSID(Service Set Identifier,服务集标识),SSID相同的设备位于同一无线局域网络。再如,网络标识可为蜂窝通信网络的基站标识。目标设备ID与目标门店ID绑定,并且,目标设备与目标门店的其他设备位于相同网络,则可表示目标设备位于门店内。
实际应用中,用户通过手机APP向服务平台提交外卖订单,外卖订单对应的门店为目标门店。服务平台向目标门店发送外卖订单的信息,目标门店接单后通知服务平台,服务平台针对所述外卖订单指定目标骑手,并将配送指令发送给目标骑手使用的手机。所述配送指令包含指定给目标骑手派送的外卖订单信息。目标骑手到达门店时使用手机对充电柜扫码,到店的扫码信息被提供给服务平台。当服务平台获取到到店的扫码信息并判断目标骑手到达门店,则更新外卖订单的订单状态,并同步给用户使用的手机。当目标骑手取餐离开门店时使用手机对充电柜扫码,离店的扫码信息被提供给服务平台。当服务平台获取到离店的扫码信息并判断目标骑手取餐离开门店,则更新外卖订单的订单状态,并同步给用户使用的手机。目标骑手使用的手机向服务平台上报扫码得到的充电柜信息并同时上报手机信息和/或骑手信息。服务平台根据手机信息和/或骑手信息筛选出派发给目标骑手配送的特定订单,确定特定订单所属的特定门店,根据与特定门店绑定的充电柜标识,验证本次扫码上报的充电柜信息是否表示所述特定门店的充电柜,从而确定目标骑手在目标门店现场针对充电柜进行了扫码。因而,用户可获知骑手真实到达及离开目标门店现场,并可及时获知骑手取餐时间及开始送餐时间。本实施例通过判断目标配送资源使用的电子设备与目标门店对应的目标设备之间是否进行了近距离信息交互,确定目标配送资源是否到达目标门店。具体可为,根据目标配送资源使用的电子设备针对目标设备的扫码信息,确定目标配送资源使用的电子设备与目标门店对应的目标设备之间是否进行了近距离信息交互。例如,通过判断骑手手机与所述充电柜是否进行了近距离信息交互,确定骑手是否到达目标门店。
本实施例中,具体通过下述处理检测目标配送资源使用的电子设备与目标门店对应的目标设备之间是否进行了近距离信息交互:获得第一电子设备发出的针对第一门店设备的识别信息;根据所述针对第一门店设备的识别信息,获得与所述第一门店设备对应的第一门店的信息,所述第一门店设备的地理位置与所述第一门店的地理位置相匹配;如果所述第一电子设备的信息表示第一配送订单中的目标配送资源对应的电子设备,并且所述第一门店的信息表示所述第一配送订单中的目标门店,则确定所述目标配送资源使用的电子设备与所述目标门店对应的目标设备之间进行了近距离信息交互,所述第一配送订单用于指示所述目标配送资源从所述目标门店获取所述目标对象、并将所述目标对象配送给所述目标用户。其中,所述根据所述针对第一门店设备的识别信息,获得与所述第一门店设备对应的第一门店的信息,包括:根据所述针对第一门店设备的识别信息、以及门店设备信息与门店信息之间的对应关系,获得与所述第一门店设备对应的第一门店的信息。进一步,本实施例还可包括:获得所述目标用户发出的向所述目标用户 配送所述目标对象的服务请求;根据所述服务请求生成所述第一配送订单。本实施例还可包括:向所述目标配送资源使用的电子设备发送所述第一配送订单,并向所述目标门店发送所述第一配送订单。
一个实施方式中,通过下述处理检测目标配送资源使用的电子设备与目标门店对应的目标设备之间是否进行了近距离信息交互:检测所述电子设备是否发出了针对所述目标设备的近距离识别信息;如果是,则确定所述电子设备与所述目标设备之间进行了近距离信息交互。实际实施时,骑手手机针对充电柜扫码,发出识别充电柜的近距离识别信息。充电柜可设置有条形码、二维码以及RFID标签中至少一种。骑手使用手机扫描条形码或二维码,或者,通过近场通信协议检测RFID标签发出的信号,从而获得充电柜的信息。骑手手机将扫码获得的充电柜的信息发送给服务器。骑手手机也可将手机的信息和/或骑手的信息发送给服务器,由服务器进一步鉴别作为目标配送资源的骑手是否已实际到达目标门店,从而可识别出虚假的接单信息,避免订单状态的更新出现错误。
进一步,确定目标配送资源的地理位置,以便更准确确定目标配送资源在目标门店现场识别目标设备。一个实施方式中,目标配送资源使用的电子设备获取地理位置信息以及针对所述目标设备的识别信息,作为近距离识别信息。即,所述针对所述目标设备的近距离识别信息包括针对所述目标设备的识别信息以及与所述目标配送资源的地理位置信息。例如,骑手手机发出的信息既包括对充电柜的识别信息,也包括骑手的位置信息。骑手的位置客观上是与充电柜的位置匹配的,因为手机发出对目标设备的识别信息不能唯一标识是手机现场扫码或者检测RFID标签信号获得的,比如手机也可通过其他非现场途径获得一个设备的信息。因此,通过增加识别骑手的位置信息,保证骑手在门店现场获得对充电柜的识别信息,避免提供虚假位置信息的情况。一个实施方式中,判断目标配送资源的地理位置与目标设备的地理位置是否匹配,具体包括下述处理:检测所述目标配送资源使用的电子设备是否发出了针对所述目标设备的识别信息,并且判断所述目标配送资源的地理位置与所述目标设备的地理位置是否匹配;如果检测到所述电子设备发出了针对所述目标设备的识别信息,并且确定所述目标配送资源的地理位置与所述目标设备的地理位置匹配,则确定所述电子设备发出了针对所述目标设备的近距离识别信息。其中,目标配送资源的地理位置既可由目标配送资源使用的电子设备获取,也可由其他途径获取,例如根据目标配送资源的运行轨迹确定。
本实施例中,也可由目标设备向服务器提供信息,从而确定目标配送资源使用的电子设备与目标门店对应的目标设备之间是否进行了近距离信息交互。一个实施方式中,具体包括下述处理:检测所述目标设备是否发出了所述电子设备与所述目标设备之间已进行近距离信息交互的消息。例如,充电柜与骑手手机之间基于NFC通信,充电柜获得骑手手机的信息,并将骑手手机的信息与充电柜的信息提供给服务器。一个实施方式中,通过下述处理检测目标配送资源使用的电子设备与目标门店对应的目标设备之间是否进行了近距离信息交互:检测所述目标设备是否发出了所述电子设备与所述目标设备之间已进行信息交互的消息,并且判断所述目标配送资源的地理位置与所述目标设备的地理位置是否匹配;如果检测到所述目标设备发出了所述电子设备与所述目标设备之间已进行信息交互的消息,并且确定所述目标配送资源的地理位置与所述目标设备的地理位置匹配,则确定所述电子设备与所述目标设备之间进行了近距离信息交互。例如,充 电柜向服务器提供充电柜与骑手手机之间进行了信息交互的消息,进一步确定骑手的地理位置,判断骑手在充电柜现场,则确定骑手手机与充电柜之间进行了近距离信息交互。
本实施例中,还可包括判断与目标设备现场交互的电子设备是否对应目标配送资源。即,判断与充电柜现场交互的手机是否与应该到店取餐的目标骑手对应。具体包括下述处理:获得第一电子设备与所述目标设备之间进行了近距离信息交互的第一消息,其中,所述第一消息包括所述第一电子设备对应的第一配送资源的信息;判断所述第一配送资源的信息是否表示需要从所述目标门店获取所述目标对象、为目标用户配送所述目标对象的目标配送资源;如果是,则确定所述电子设备与所述目标设备之间进行了近距离信息交互。其中,通过下述处理判断所述第一配送资源的信息是否表示目标配送资源:判断所述第一配送资源的信息是否表示与所述目标门店对应的待完成订单中的目标配送资源,所述目标门店对应的待完成订单为用于指示所述目标配送资源需要从所述目标门店获取所述目标对象、为目标用户配送所述目标对象的订单;如果是,则确定所述第一配送资源的信息是否表示目标配送资源。即,通过将与充电柜现场交互的骑手信息与目标门店对应的待完成订单中的目标骑手信息进行比对,验证该骑手为目标骑手。
步骤S202,如果步骤S201的判断结果为是,则获得所述目标配送资源到达所述目标门店的信息。
本实施例中,根据步骤S201检测目标配送资源使用的电子设备与目标门店对应的目标设备之间是否进行了近距离信息交互,如果检测结果为是,则确定目标配送资源到达目标门店。根据所述目标配送资源到达所述目标门店的信息更新待完成订单的订单状态,例如更新为骑手到达门店准备取餐,并将新的订单状态同步给用户对应的电子设备例如用户手机。实际应用的一个场景中,如果已经确认骑手到店,又再次检测到该骑手与充电柜进行现场交互,则可确认骑手要离店针对待完成订单进行配送。该场景中,进一步还可包括下述处理:获得所述目标配送资源到达所述目标门店的信息后,如果再次检测到所述电子设备与所述目标设备之间进行了近距离信息交互,则获得所述目标配送资源离开所述目标门店的信息。根据所述目标配送资源离开所述目标门店的信息更新待完成订单的订单状态,例如更新为骑手已取餐离开门店开始送餐,并将新的订单状态同步给用户对应的电子设备,例如用户手机。从而,实现了向用户提供更精细的配送过程通知,便于用户合理安排时间,提升用户体验。实际应用时,还可通过其他方式确认骑手到店及离店。一个实施方式中,目标设备设置有多个数字标签,其中一个数字标签用于在目标配送资源到达目标门店时生成目标配送资源使用的电子设备与目标设备之间的近距离交互信息,另一个数字标签用于在目标配送资源离开目标门店时生成目标配送资源使用的电子设备与目标设备之间的近距离交互信息。例如充电柜可设置有多个二维码,其中一个二维码用于骑手到店时扫码,另一个二维码用于骑手离店时扫码,从而区分骑手手机与充电柜之间的近距离信息交互为到店的信息交互还是离店的信息交互。一个实施方式中,目标设备仅设置有一个数字标签,由目标配送资源使用的电子设备确定到达目标门店或者离开目标门店,并将该确定结果与所述近距离信息交互的信息一起提供给服务器。
请参考图3,给出了骑手使用的电子设备(骑手端电子设备)、充电端(商户端或与商户端绑定)、用户使用的电子设备(用户端电子设备)、服务端之间信息交互的时 序,包括:
S301,提交外卖订单。用户使用用户端电子设备例如手机通过服务端向实体对象(商家)提交外卖订单。服务端可为平台服务器,也可为商家服务器。
S302,下发外卖订单。服务端将外卖订单下发给商户端或与商户端绑定的充电端。实际应用中,服务端可将外卖订单下发给商户端用于接单的接单计算设备,所述接单计算设备再将外卖订单的信息发送给充电端。充电端与商户端绑定,和/或,充电端的地理位置与商户端接单门店的地理位置匹配。
S303,目标门店接单,将接单信息反馈给服务端。
S304,服务端向指派的骑手使用的电子设备发送派单信息。服务端将派单信息提供给指派的骑手,指派的骑手为接单骑手。
S305,骑手端电子设备与充电端近距离信息交互,确定接单骑手到达目标门店。例如,骑手使用手机扫码,或手机与充电端进行NFC近场通信,或手机识别充电端的电子标签如RFID。

一个实施方式中,目标配送资源使用的电子设备可进行下述处理:通过近距离信息交互的方式获得与目标门店对应的目标设备的第一信息,其中,所述目标设备的地理位置与所述目标门店的地理位置相匹配。将所述第一信息发送给用于记录所述目标配送资源到达所述目标门店的信息的服务端,其中,所述第一信息用于表示所述目标配送资源到达所述目标门店。实际应用中,接单骑手使用手机对充电端的充电柜扫码,获得充电柜的信息,并将充电柜的信息提供给服务端,用于确认到达接单门店或离开该接单门店。其中,接单骑手为目标配送资源,接单骑手使用的手机为目标配送资源使用的电子设备。充电柜为目标设备,接单门店为目标门店,充电柜与目标门店绑定或者充电柜的地理位置可用于标识目标门店现场。骑手手机对充电柜扫码获得的充电柜的信息为所述第一信息。服务端根据接收到的第一信息确定接单骑手到达目标门店,并更新待完成订单的订单状态,根据更新后的订单状态向目标用户对应的电子设备发送通知,例如通知用户“骑手已到店准备取餐”。进一步地,所述方法还可包括:通过近距离信息交互的方式获得所述目标设备的第二信息;将所述第二信息发送给所述服务端,其中,所述第二信息用于表示所述目标配送资源离开所述目标门店。第一信息和第二信息可不同,也可相同。当第一信息和第二信息不同,具体地,针对到店和离店分别进行扫码,得到可用于标识到店的第一信息以及可用于标识离店的第二信息。到店及离店的扫码形式不设限定。比如扫条形码、扫二维码、检测RFID标签发出的信号、近场通信(如NFC)、蓝牙交互、红外交互等均可为上述的具体扫码形式。例如,充电柜设有不同条形码或二维码,到店需要扫描的条形码或二维码,区别于离店需要扫描的条形码或二维码。再如,充电柜设有动态的数字标签,具体可为动态变化的条形码或二维码,由于到店及离店时均进行了扫码,每次扫码获得不同的信息。第一信息和第二信息也可相同,服务端根据第一信息和第二信息包含的时间顺序确定是到店还是离店。一般来说,对于同一骑手手机发送给服务端的信息,时间在前的第一信息用于确认到店,时间在后的第二信息用于确认离店。一种实现方式为根据信息到达服务端的时间确定时间顺序。另一种方式为获取第一信息及第二信息包含的时间戳,根据时间戳的顺序确定时间顺序。
至此,对第一实施例提供的方法进行了说明,所述方法通过在检测到目标配送资源使用的电子设备与目标门店对应的目标设备之间进行了近距离信息交互的情况下获得所述目标配送资源到达所述目标门店的信息,能够确定配送资源实际到达了目标门店,进一步获得配送资源到达实体对象门店的时间及离开实体对象门店的时间,从而解决了无法按照订单实际配送时间更新订单状态的问题。
相应地,本申请第十八实施例提供一种信息处理装置,其结构可如图19所示包括交互检测单元1901和到店信息获得单元1902,用于执行上述第一实施例中的步骤。相关描述可参考上述第一实施例,不再赘述。
本申请第二实施例提供另一种信息处理方法。以下结合图4对本申请第二实施例提供的方法进行说明。图4所示的信息处理方法,包括步骤S401至步骤S402。
步骤S401,通过近距离信息交互的方式,获得与目标门店对应的目标设备的第一信 息。其中,所述目标设备的地理位置与所述目标门店的地理位置相匹配。
本实施例中,所述近距离信息交互的方式可用于识别所述目标设备的识别码。接单骑手使用手机对充电端的充电柜扫码,获得充电柜的信息,并将充电柜的信息提供给服务端,用于确认到达接单门店或离开该门店。接单骑手为目标配送资源,接单骑手使用的手机为目标配送资源使用的电子设备。充电柜为目标设备,接单门店为目标门店,充电柜与目标门店绑定或者充电柜的地理位置可用于标识目标门店现场。骑手手机近距离扫码充电柜获得的充电柜的信息为所述第一信息。实际应用中,用户通过手机APP向服务平台提交外卖订单,外卖订单对应的门店为目标门店。服务平台向目标门店发送外卖订单的信息,目标门店接单后通知服务平台,服务平台针对所述外卖订单指定目标骑手,并将配送指令发送给目标骑手使用的手机。配送指令包含指定给目标骑手派送的外卖订单信息。目标骑手到达门店时使用手机对充电柜扫码,到店的扫码信息被提供给服务平台。当服务平台获取到到店的扫码信息并判断目标骑手到达门店,则更新外卖订单的订单状态,并同步给用户使用的手机。当目标骑手取餐离开门店时使用手机对充电柜扫码,离店的扫码信息被提供给服务平台。当服务平台获取到离店的扫码信息并判断目标骑手取餐离开门店,则更新外卖订单的订单状态,并同步给用户使用的手机。目标骑手使用的手机向服务平台上报扫码得到的充电柜信息,并同时上报手机信息和/或骑手信息。服务平台根据手机信息和/或骑手信息筛选出派发给目标骑手配送的特定订单,确定特定订单所属的特定门店,并根据与特定门店绑定的充电柜标识,验证本次扫码上报的充电柜信息是否表示所述特定门店的充电柜,从而确定目标骑手是否在目标门店现场针对充电柜进行了扫码。因而,用户可获知骑手真实到达及离开目标门店现场,并可及时获知骑手取餐时间及开始送餐时间。本实施例通过判断目标配送资源使用的电子设备与目标门店对应的目标设备之间是否进行了近距离信息交互,确定目标配送资源是否到达目标门店。具体为根据目标配送资源使用的电子设备针对目标设备的扫码信息,确定目标配送资源使用的电子设备与目标门店对应的目标设备之间是否进行了近距离信息交互。例如,通过判断骑手手机与所述充电柜是否进行了近距离信息交互,确定骑手是否到达目标门店。
步骤S402,将所述第一信息发送给信息记录设备,所述第一信息用于表示目标配送资源到达所述目标门店,所述目标配送资源用于配送目标对象。

至此,对第二实施例提供的方法进行了说明,所述方法通过根据与目标设备之间的近距离交互的信息确定目标配送资源到达目标门店,能够确定目标配送资源实际到达了目标门店,解决了无法准确更新订单状态的问题。
相应地,本申请第十九实施例提供一种信息处理装置,应用于目标配送资源使用的电子设备,所述目标配送资源用于配送目标对象,其可如图19A所示包括交互信息获得单元1901A和信息发送单元1902A,用于执行上述第二实施例中的步骤。相关描述可参考上述第二实施例,不再赘述。
以上述实施例为基础,本申请的一个实施例提供另一种信息处理方法,包括:获得第一电子设备与第一服务设备已进行近距离信息交互的信息;获得与第一电子设备的信息对应的第一用户信息;获得与所述第一服务设备的信息对应的第一门店信息,所述第一服务设备的地理位置与所述第一门店信息对应的第一门店的地理位置相匹配;如果所述第一用户信息表示待完成目标订单中的目标配送资源,并且所述第一门店信息表示所述待完成目标订单中的目标配送资源需要到达的目标门店,则获得所述目标配送资源到达所述目标门店的信息,所述目标配送资源用于从所述目标门店获得目标对象、并为目标用户配送所述目标对象。本实施例中,首先确定手机与充电端的充电柜进行了近距离信息交互,再确认手机的使用方是否为接单骑手,以及所述充电柜所绑定的门店或根据所述充电柜的地理位置相匹配的门店。如果手机的使用方为待完成订单对应的骑手之一,并且充电柜对应上的门店为待完成订单对应的需要骑手到达的接单门店,则确认待完成订单对应的接单骑手到达接单门店。
本申请第三实施例提供一种时间信息的获得方法。以下结合图5对所述方法进行说明。图5所示的时间信息的获得方法,包括步骤S501至步骤S502。
步骤S501,获得目标配送资源使用的电子设备与目标门店对应的目标设备之间近距离信息交互的第一信息。其中,所述目标设备的地理位置与所述目标门店的地理位置相匹配,所述目标配送资源用于配送目标对象。
本实施例提供的所述方法包含的各步骤可由充电端的充电柜执行,也可由服务端执行。所述目标设备为充电端。所述充电端绑定目标门店,和/或,所述充电端的地理位置与目标门店的地理位置相匹配,从而可用充电端的位置信息标识目标门店的现场。通过目标配送资源使用的电子设备与目标门店对应的目标设备之间近距离交互的信息,能够确定所述电子设备位于目标门店现场。实际应用中,用户通过手机APP向服务平台提交外卖订单,外卖订单对应的门店为目标门店。服务平台向目标门店发送外卖订单的信息,目标门店接单后通知服务平台,服务平台针对所述外卖订单指定目标骑手,并将配送指令发送给目标骑手使用的手机。配送指令包含指定给目标骑手派送的订单信息。目标骑手到达门店时使用手机对充电柜扫码,到店的扫码信息被提供给服务平台。当服务 平台获取到到店的扫码信息并判断目标骑手实际到达目标门店,则更新外卖订单的订单状态,并同步给用户使用的手机。当目标骑手取餐离开门店时使用手机对充电柜扫码,离店的扫码信息被提供给服务平台。当服务平台获取到离店的扫码信息并判断目标骑手取餐离开门店,则更新外卖订单的订单状态,并同步给用户使用的手机。目标骑手使用的手机向服务平台上报扫码得到的充电柜信息,并同时上报手机信息和/或骑手信息。服务平台根据手机信息和/或骑手信息筛选出派发给目标骑手配送的特定订单,确定特定订单所属的特定门店,根据与特定门店绑定的充电柜标识验证本次扫码上报的充电柜信息是否表示所述特定门店的充电柜,从而确定目标骑手是在目标门店现场针对充电柜进行了扫码。因而,用户可获知骑手真实到达及离开目标门店现场,并可及时获知骑手取餐时间及开始送餐时间。本实施例通过判断目标配送资源使用的电子设备与目标门店对应的目标设备之间是否进行了近距离信息交互,来确定目标配送资源是否到达目标门店。具体为根据目标配送资源使用的电子设备针对目标设备的扫码信息,确定目标配送资源使用的电子设备与目标门店对应的目标设备之间是否进行了近距离信息交互。例如,通过判断骑手的手机与所述目标门店对应的充电柜是否进行了近距离交互,确定骑手是否到达目标门店。具体地,所述第一信息包括所述电子设备与所述目标设备之间进行近距离交互的第一时间信息。该第一时间信息在后续步骤中用于获取第一时间点,进一步用于得到所述目标配送资源到达所述目标门店的时间信息。
步骤S502,根据所述第一信息获得所述目标配送资源到达所述目标门店的时间信息。

本实施例中,具体通过下述处理获得目标配送资源使用的电子设备与目标门店对应的目标设备之间近距离交互的第一信息:获得第一电子设备发出的针对第一门店设备的识别信息;根据所述针对第一门店设备的识别信息,获得与所述第一门店设备对应的第一门店的信息,所述第一门店设备的地理位置与所述第一门店的地理位置相匹配;如果 所述第一电子设备的信息表示第一配送订单中的目标配送资源信息对应的电子设备,并且所述第一门店的信息表示所述第一配送订单中的目标门店,则基于所述第一电子设备发出的针对第一门店设备的识别信息,获得目标配送资源使用的电子设备与目标门店对应的目标设备之间近距离交互的第一信息。其中,所述第一配送订单用于指示所述目标配送资源从所述目标门店获取所述目标对象、并将所述目标对象配送给所述目标用户。
实际实施时如果由充电柜执行所述方法,则充电柜需要将目标配送资源到达所述目标门店的时间信息和/或离开所述目标门店的时间信息发送给服务端。服务端将所述时间信息反馈到用户对应的电子设备。如果服务端执行所述方法,则服务端获得充电端或者骑手手机发送的近距离交互的第一信息和/或第二信息,并基于第一信息和/或第二信息确定目标配送资源到达和/或离开所述目标门店的时间信息。
至此,对第三实施例提供的方法进行了说明,所述方法通过地理位置匹配确定配送资源实际到达了目标门店以及到达的时间信息,从而获得配送资源到达实体对象门店的时间,解决了无法按照订单实际进展更新订单状态的问题。

在上述实施例基础之上,本申请实施例还给出了第二种系统环境。实际应用中,用户通过服务端向实体对象的门店下单,例如向服务端提交外卖订单。服务端可是服务平台,也可是商家的用于接单的计算设备。以服务平台为例,用户通过手机向服务平台提交针对目标门店的外卖订单,服务平台向商家设备下发外卖订单,商家设备向服务平台返回接单信息后,服务平台指定配送该外卖订单的骑手。由于骑手执行配送任务时,活动范围覆盖的区域较为广泛并且路线也比较灵活,因此在运力允许的情况下能够向用户提供辅助附加服务。例如,骑手可携带充放电设备(如充电宝),便于在执行配送任务的过程中按照用户的租借需求及时向用户提供充放电设备,优选按照便捷原则或顺路原则或就近原则执行向用户提供充放电设备,或接收用户归还的充放电设备,或从充电站点获取已充电的充电宝,或将用户归还的使用后的充电宝放回站点进行充电,从而节约了配送资源。所述充电站点为可存放充放电设备的站点,可包括一个或多个存放充放电设备的充电柜。骑手在正常配送的同时承担了移动充电站点的角色,能够更灵活地针对移动充电站点获取或归还充电宝,并针对用户提供租借的充电宝或获取待归还的充电宝。
请参考图6,图中给出了第二种系统环境的场景,包括充电站点601、骑手携带的充电宝602、骑手手机603、用户手机604。充电站点601为可存放充放电设备的站点,例如包括一个或多个存放充放电设备的充电柜。骑手每次出单时,从充电站点601携带一个或多个充电宝,被携带的充电宝用于租借给有充电宝租借需求的用户。骑手也可按照便捷原则或顺路原则或就近原则从充电站点601获取已充电的充电宝,如满电充电宝。骑手也可按照便捷原则或顺路原则或就近原则将用户归还的充电宝放回充电站点601进行统一充电管理。骑手通过骑手手机603获得用户的租借充电宝的租借指令。用户通过用户手机604搜索附近可供租借的充电宝,并向骑手手机603发送租借指令。
请参考图7,图7给出了第二种系统环境的系统框图,包括站点A 701、骑手A 702、 用户703、骑手B 704、站点B 705。站点安装机柜设备统一进行充电管理,骑手每次出单时从站点携带一个或多个充电宝。用户703通过手机搜索附近可供租借的充电宝,并向骑手租借充电宝,图中向骑手A 702租借充电宝。用户703将充电宝归还给附近的骑手,图中将充电宝归还给骑手B 704。骑手将归还的充电宝带回站点,统一进行充电管理。站点间可进行充电宝的调度转移分配,例如站点A 701和站点B 705之间进行调度。实际应用中,可部署一个或多个充电站点,不限于图示的站点数量。骑手A与骑手B可为同一骑手也可为不同骑手,不做限制。即用户可就近寻找骑手进行充电宝的租借以及归还。站点A和站点B可为同一站点也可为不同站点,不做限制。即可将租借的充电宝归还到取充电宝的站点,也可归还到不同于取充电宝站点的其他站点。
基于上述系统环境,本申请第四实施例提供一种信息搜索方法。图8所示的信息搜索方法,包括步骤S801至步骤S803。
步骤S801,获得第二电子设备发出的针对充放电设备信息的搜索请求。
本实施例中,用户通过手机搜索附近可供租借的充电宝,并向骑手发送租借指令。具体地,用户手机向执行所述方法的设备发送所述搜索请求。所述设备可为配送资源使用的电子设备,也可为服务端。
步骤S802,针对所述搜索请求,获得配送资源携带的充放电设备的信息。所述充放电设备用于为电子设备充电和/或放电,所述配送资源用于配送对象。

本申请第十七实施例提供一种电子设备,相关的部分请参见上述实施例的对应说明。所述存储设备的示意图类似图18,包括存储器1801和处理器1802。所述存储器存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器1802运行后,执行本申请实施例提供的所述方法。本申请第三十三实施例提供一种信息提供方法,包括如下步骤:响应于目标商家针对目标用户的结算操作,向目标用户使用的电子设备发送与目标商家对应的充放电设备的优惠信息。目标商家对目标用户的结算操作可包括针对目标服务凭证信息进行核销处理,目标服务凭证信息是针对目标用户在目标商家预订服务的凭证信息。
在本实施例中,可以先获得目标用户使用的电子设备发送的预订目标商家服务的服务预订请求。例如,目标用户可以通过电子设备发出预订目标商家的某种服务的服务预订请求。这里的服务既可以指目标商家的商品,也可以指目标商家提供的除商品之外的其他服务。之后,可以生成针对目标用户在目标商家预订服务的凭证信息。再之后,可以向目标用户使用的电子设备发送针对目标用户在目标商家预订服务的目标服务凭证信息。该目标服务凭证信息在目标用户使用的电子设备中可以通过二维码等凭证标识信息进行展示,具体可以包括用于在目标用户使用的电子设备中生成凭证标识信息所需要的元素信息。
在本实施例中,目标用户到达目标商家后,目标商家可以针对目标服务凭证信 息进行核销操作。具体实现时,目标用户可以通过其使用的电子设备展示上述凭证标识信息,目标商家的电子设备识别该凭证标识信息,获得需要为目标用户提供的服务的信息,并且针对该凭证标识信息进行核销操作。
在本实施例中,目标商家对目标用户的结算操作也可以包括:目标商家针对在所述目标商家内为所述目标用户提供服务的结算操作。例如,目标用户在目标商家现场获得目标商家提供的服务后,针对目标商家提供的现场服务进行结算操作。
在本实施例中,目标商家可以向用户提供充放电设备的相关服务,例如提供充放电设备的租用服务。目标商家响应于针对目标用户的结算操作,可以向目标用户使用的电子设备发放充放电设备的优惠信息。优惠信息例如可以是用户租用目标商家的充放电设备时可以使用的优惠券。
目标用户使用的电子设备获得上述优惠信息后,可以自行决定是否通过该优惠信息使用目标商家的充放电设备。如果确定使用目标商家的充放电设备,则可以使用该优惠信息针对充放电设备的租用进行结算。
对应于上述第三十三实施例,本申请第三十四实施例提供一种信息提供装置,包括:信息提供单元,用于响应于目标商家对目标用户的结算操作,向目标用户使用的电子设备发送与目标商家对应的充放电设备的优惠信息。
本实施例的相关描述可参考上述第三十二实施例的相关描述,不再赘述。
本申请虽然以较佳实施例公开如上,但其并不是用来限定本申请,任何本领域技术人员在不脱离本申请的精神和范围内,都可做出可能的变动和修改,因此本申请的保护范围应当以本申请权利要求所界定的范围为准。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种信息处理方法,包括:
    检测目标配送资源使用的第一电子设备与目标门店对应的目标设备之间是否进行了近距离信息交互,其中,所述目标设备的地理位置与所述目标门店的地理位置相匹配,所述目标配送资源用于配送目标对象;
    如果是,则获得所述目标配送资源到达所述目标门店的信息。
  2. 一种信息处理方法,应用于服务端或目标门店对应的目标设备,所述目标设备的地理位置与所述目标门店的地理位置相匹配,所述方法包括:
    通过近距离信息交互的方式获得与目标门店对应的目标设备的第一信息;
    将所述第一信息发送给信息记录设备,其中,所述第一信息用于表示目标配送资源到达所述目标门店,所述目标配送资源用于配送目标对象。
  3. 一种时间信息的获得方法,应用于服务端或目标门店对应的目标设备,所述目标设备的地理位置与所述目标门店的地理位置相匹配,所述方法包括:
    获得目标配送资源使用的第一电子设备与所述目标门店对应的所述目标设备之间近距离交互的第一信息,其中,所述目标配送资源用于配送目标对象;
    根据所述第一信息,获得所述目标配送资源到达所述目标门店的时间信息。
  4. 一种信息搜索方法,应用于服务端或配送资源使用的第一电子设备,所述配送资源用于配送对象,所述方法包括:
    获得用户使用的第二电子设备发出的针对充放电设备信息的搜索请求;
    针对所述搜索请求,获得所述配送资源携带的充放电设备的信息,其中,所述充放电设备用于为电子设备充电和/或放电;
    将所述配送资源携带的充放电设备的信息发送给所述第二电子设备,或者,展示所述配送资源携带的充放电设备的信息。
  5. 一种信息搜索方法,应用于服务端或配送资源使用的第一电子设备,所述配送资源用于配送对象,所述方法包括:
    获得用户使用的第二电子设备发出的针对回收充放电设备的配送资源的信息的搜索请求,其中,所述充放电设备用于为电子设备充电和/或放电,所述配送资源用于配送对象;
    针对所述搜索请求,获得回收充放电设备的配送资源的信息;
    将所述回收充放电设备的配送资源的信息发送给所述第二电子设备,或者,展示所述回收充放电设备的配送资源的信息。
  6. 一种指令处理方法,应用于配送资源使用的第一电子设备,所述配送资源用于配送对象,所述方法包括:
    获得针对所述配送资源携带的充放电设备进行配送的配送指令,其中,所述充放电设备用于为电子设备充电和/或放电;
    展示所述配送指令。
  7. 一种指令处理方法,应用于配送资源使用的第一电子设备,所述配送资源用于配送对象,所述方法包括:
    获得针对已为用户配送过的充放电设备进行回收的回收指令,其中,所述充放电设备用于为电子设备充电和/或放电;
    展示所述回收指令。
  8. 一种指令处理方法,应用于配送资源使用的第一电子设备,所述配送资源用于配送对象,所述方法包括:
    获得用于指示将第一充放电设备站点中的充放电设备配送到第二充放电设备站点的配送指令,其中,所述充放电设备用于为电子设备充电和/或放电,所述第一充放电设备站点和所述第二充放电设备站点用于管理充放电设备;
    展示所述配送指令。
  9. 一种充放电设备信息的处理方法,包括:
    获得地理位置与目标门店的地理位置匹配的用户信息;
    向所述用户信息对应的第二电子设备发送所述目标门店对应的充放电设备信息,其中,所述充放电设备信息是用于为电子设备充电和/或放电的充放电设备的信息,所述充放电设备的地理位置与所述目标门店的地理位置相匹配。
  10. 一种充放电设备信息的处理方法,应用于用户信息对应的第二电子设备,所述方法包括:
    获得目标门店对应的充放电设备信息,其中,所述充放电设备信息是用于为电子设备充电和/或放电的充放电设备的信息,所述充放电设备的地理位置与所述目标门店的地理位置相匹配,所述目标门店的地理位置与所述用户信息对应的第二电子设备的地理位置相匹配;
    展示所述目标门店对应的充放电设备信息。
  11. 一种信息处理方法,包括:
    获得目标用户使用目标门店对应的充放电设备的信息,其中,所述充放电设备的地理位置与所述目标门店的地理位置相匹配,所述充放电设备用于为电子设备充电和/或放电;
    向所述目标用户对应的第二电子设备发送所述目标门店能够为所述目标用户提供的服务信息。
  12. 一种信息处理方法,应用于目标用户使用的第二电子设备,所述方法包括:
    发出使用目标门店对应的充放电设备的服务请求后,或者,针对用于表示使用目标门店对应的充放电设备的订单进行结算后,或者,获得所述目标用户已归还所述目标门店对应的充放电设备的信息后,获得所述目标门店能够为所述目标用户提供的服务信息,其中,所述充放电设备的地理位置与所述目标门店的地理位置相匹配;
    展示所述目标门店能够为所述目标用户提供的服务信息。
  13. 一种订单信息处理方法,包括:
    获得用于表示目标用户在目标门店内获得服务的服务订单信息;
    如果获得用于表示所述目标用户使用所述目标门店内的充放电设备的设备使用订单信息,则根据所述服务订单信息和所述设备使用订单信息,获得所述目标用户在所述目标门店内对应的结算信息。
  14. 一种订单信息处理方法,包括:
    发出用于表示目标用户请求在目标门店内获得服务的服务请求;
    发出用于表示所述目标用户请求使用所述目标门店内的充放电设备的设备使用请求;
    获得所述目标用户在所述目标门店内的汇总订单信息,其中,所述汇总订单信息包括用于表示所述目标用户在目标门店内获得服务的信息以及用于表示所述目标用户使用所述目标门店内的充放电设备的信息;
    展示所述汇总订单信息。
  15. 一种结算信息处理方法,包括:
    获得目标用户在所述目标门店内对应的结算信息,其中,所述结算信息包括针对所述目标用户在目标门店内获得服务的第一结算信息和针对所述目标用户使用所述目标门店内的充放电设备的第二结算信息;
    展示所述目标用户在所述目标门店内对应的结算信息。
  16. 一种信息提供方法,包括:
    响应于目标商家针对目标用户的结算操作,向目标用户使用的第二电子设备发送与目标商家对应的充放电设备的优惠信息。
