洗鞋机 技术领域
本发明属于洗涤设备技术领域,具体提供一种洗鞋机。
背景技术
洗鞋机为能够针对鞋子的清洁需求洗涤鞋子的家电设备。通常,洗鞋机的洗鞋腔内部设置有用于实现鞋子清洗目的的毛刷、喷淋装置或者毛刷和喷淋装置的组合。由于毛刷的直接摩擦刷洗方式具有较强的清洁能力,所以大多洗鞋机内会以转动方式布置能够刷洗鞋子表面的毛刷。其中市面上有一类内置转动毛刷的洗鞋机,其洗鞋腔为洗涤桶形式,该类洗鞋机的洗涤桶内底部设置有可转动的波轮,波轮顶部设置有柱状毛刷辊,沿该毛刷辊的柱体表面设置有刷毛,从而通过波轮带动毛刷转动以刷洗鞋子。
该种洗鞋机的弊端在于:刷毛末端形成的主要刷洗面为毛刷辊的柱状侧面,在鞋子被波轮搅拌时鞋子仅有达到波轮中心才能被刷洗到,但是在洗涤的鞋子数量较多时,多只鞋子互相摞叠聚集后会围绕毛刷辊形成不规则空隙,会导致大部分刷毛被架空在该空隙中,刷洗面的大部分刷毛没有起到清洁作用,刷洗效果不佳。此外,柱状的毛刷辊顶部坚硬且突出,在波轮搅拌鞋子时鞋子表面极易被毛刷辊顶部磨坏。
相应地,本领域需要一种新的洗鞋机来解决上述问题。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的上述问题,即为了解决现有波轮式洗鞋机的毛刷设置方式刷洗效果不佳且顶部易磨坏鞋子的问题,本发明提供了一种洗鞋机,所述洗鞋机包括洗涤桶、以转动方式设置于所述洗涤桶内底部的波轮以及设置于所述波轮顶部中心的毛刷,所述毛刷设置成从所述波轮顶部向上隆起的形状。
在上述洗鞋机的优选技术方案中,所述毛刷设置成从顶部到底部径向尺寸逐渐变大或逐步变大。

优选地,毛刷为碗状毛刷、锥形毛刷、球形毛刷或者向上隆起的圆顶形毛刷,这些形状的毛刷均从顶部到底部径向尺寸逐渐变大、具有流线和缓且渐变的刷洗面,能够在鞋子被波轮搅拌抛起、与毛刷相接触并下落的过程中,通过该类毛刷从顶部至底部逐渐扩展的刷洗面对沿刷洗面向下滑落的鞋子产生一定的缓冲作用,延长了鞋子每次与毛刷接触时的摩擦时间,提升了鞋子刷洗效率,在极大地降低鞋子的卡置概率的同时具有柔和而高效的刷洗效果。
进一步地,毛刷的底部贴合波轮的顶部设置,以便减小毛刷与波轮顶部之间的间隙,减小鞋子卡置于毛刷与波轮之间的可能,避免个别鞋子刷洗不到位或者被卡坏。
进一步地,毛刷与波轮以可拆卸方式相连,以便毛刷损坏时用户或维修人员能够拆换毛刷,提升了洗鞋机的使用便利性。
更进一步地,毛刷的底部设置有筒状卡座,筒状卡座的侧壁沿周向设置有多个卡槽,波轮顶部设置有与卡槽相匹配的卡接凸起, 以便毛刷的底部能够与波轮之间存在多个卡接点,在保证了毛刷的安装可靠性的前提下提升了毛刷的拆装便捷性。
又进一步地,卡接凸起为波轮的拨水筋,通过将用于安装毛刷的卡接结构与拨水筋合体设置,能够避免波轮顶部的结构布置空间被占用,避免提升波轮的制作工艺复杂度。同时,拨水筋的中心交汇位置设置有与筒状卡座插接配合的卡柱,进一步提升了毛刷的安装可靠性。
优选地,筒状卡座由上至下逐渐外扩,增大了毛刷底部与波轮之间的卡接面积,提升了毛刷的防晃动效果,使得毛刷的安装可靠性得到进一步提升。

首先参阅图1,图1是本发明的洗鞋机的整体结构示意图。如图1所示,本发明的洗鞋机包括壳体1、设置于壳体1内的洗涤桶2、波轮3和驱动部4。洗涤桶2沿竖向设置,壳体1的顶部对应桶口设置有投放口以及可封闭/打开投放口的门盖11。其中,洗涤桶2可以是固定设置于壳体1内的单层桶体,该桶体密闭、能够直接承装洗涤水,波轮3以转动方式设置于该单层桶体的内底部,驱动部4仅驱动波轮3转动,或者,洗涤桶2还可以包括固定设置于壳体1内的外桶21以及以转动方式设置于外桶21中的内桶22,外桶21的桶体密闭,内桶22的桶体上设置有过水孔,波轮3以转动方式设置于内桶22的内底部,驱动部4驱动内桶22和波轮3分别转动。上述洗鞋机还包括设置于波轮3的顶部中心的毛刷5,该毛刷5设置成从波轮3顶部向上隆起的形状,在波轮3转动时,波轮3能够带动毛刷5同时转动,从而使毛刷5的刷毛能够相对于鞋子移动进而摩擦刷洗鞋子,从而通过改善毛刷5的刷洗面的线型流畅度来保证鞋子的无损刷洗效果、降低鞋子被毛刷5卡置的概率。
在上述实施方式中,上述毛刷5包括本体51和设置于本体51上的刷毛52,上述毛刷5设置成从波轮3顶部向上隆起的形状的情形具体包括:在刷毛52的长度相同的情形下,本体51从波轮3顶部向上隆起设置,本体51的外表面和整体刷毛52的末端构成的刷洗面均为向上隆起的形状,或者,本体51的形状不是局限的,但刷毛的长度各不相同,以便使整体刷毛52的末端构成的刷洗面能够形成向上隆起的形状。

再参阅图2,图2是本发明的洗鞋机的非直接隆起形毛刷的第一结构简图。如图2所示,在一种可能的实施方式中,毛刷5从波轮3顶部向上隆起的形状具体为毛刷5底部设置有一个隆起基础、毛刷5的中部或中下部基于该隆起基础向上隆起,具体地,本体51包括位于上方的上部区段511以及连接于上部区段511下方的下部区段512,其中,上部区段511作为形成隆起形状的基础结构,其径向尺寸并不严格限制为随上方的隆起结构的径向尺寸一同变化,如图2中示出的本体51的上部区段511为圆顶形,下部区段512为圆柱形,该本体51以圆柱形的底部为隆起基础、仅上部为向上隆起的形状。

再参阅图3,图3是本发明的洗鞋机的非直接隆起形毛刷的第二结构简图。如图3所示,在又一种可能的实施方式中,毛刷5从波轮3顶部向上隆起的形状具体为毛刷5从波轮3顶部直接隆起的形状,在此情形下,本体51以底部为起点直接向上隆起,本体51从顶部至底部径向尺寸逐步变大。图3中示出的毛刷5的本体51包括三段刷段,每段刷段的径向尺寸均从上至下逐渐变大,但三段刷段的连 接位置的径向尺寸不是均匀变化、刷段的交接位置存在径向尺寸突变的位置,但三段刷段整体上从顶部至底部具有向上隆起趋势。当然,除图3中示出的侧部具有弧度的刷段之外,在毛刷5从顶部至底部径向尺寸逐渐变大的情形下,其包括的多段刷段中的至少一段还可以为径向尺寸固定的圆柱刷段,在此情形下,毛刷5包括多段圆柱刷段,且从顶部至底部各段圆柱刷段的径向尺寸依次增大。

本领域技术人员能够理解的是,虽然上述实施例的毛刷5是结合从顶部至底部径向尺寸逐渐变大的优选情形来描述的,但是毛刷5的形状并不严格局限于该种情形,例如,本发明的毛刷5还可以设置为在从顶部到底部的方向上一部分径向尺寸逐渐变大、另一部分径向尺寸由最大径向尺寸位置逐渐变小,只要毛刷5的本体51绝大部分的径向尺寸均从顶部至底部逐渐变大、径向尺寸变小的部分的高度几乎可以忽略不计,如本体51的形状还可为四分之三球形等,只要本体51上径向尺寸变小的部分的设置高度不对毛刷5柔和高效的刷洗效果以及降低鞋子卡置频率的效果产生消极影响即可。
优选地,本发明的毛刷5底部贴合波轮3顶部中心设置,以便避免毛刷5与波轮3之间存在明显间隙进而导致鞋子卡置于毛刷5与波轮3之间。
继续参阅图1、图4和图5,在一种具体的实施方式中,圆顶形毛刷底部的水平面贴合波轮3顶部中心的最高位置设置,以便避免圆顶形毛刷的底部与波轮3之间形成径向深度较大且竖向高度较高的间隙,防止鞋子在被波轮3或毛刷5拨动时卡置于圆顶形毛刷的底部与波轮3之间。具体地,在波轮3的顶部沿径向设置有多个拨水筋31且多个拨水筋31交汇于波轮3的顶部中心位置时,圆顶形毛刷底部的水平面贴合波轮3中心位置的拨水筋31的顶侧设置。

在又一种优选的实施方式中,毛刷5的形状为球形毛刷,球形毛刷的下半球体的底部为聚拢于底部中心位置的曲面,该球形毛刷的底部嵌设贴合于波轮3的顶部中心,使得球形毛刷的下半球体的底部位置与波轮3之间的间隙的宽度极小(几乎不存在),使得鞋子基本不会卡置于球形毛刷的底部与波轮3之间。
优选地,上述球形毛刷、碗状毛刷或圆顶形毛刷或从顶部至底部径向尺寸逐步变大的毛刷的中部高度不超过15厘米。其中,“中部高度具体是指”:毛刷5的隆起形状顶部的最高位置到波轮3的顶部中心位置之间的竖向距离(在连接时毛刷5伸入波轮3本体内部的距离不计入该高度内)。通过上述设置能够防止毛刷5重心高度过高,保证了毛刷5的安装稳定性,使得毛刷5摩擦鞋子时不会晃动,毛刷5对鞋子碰撞的耐受度高。
下面继续结合附图和碗状毛刷以及圆顶形毛刷来描述毛刷5与波轮3之间的优选连接方案:
优选地,毛刷5与波轮3以可拆卸方式相连,以便在毛刷5出现刷毛52磨损等问题时能够将被安装固定的毛刷5拆下。其中,本领域技术人员可以根据毛刷5的本体51的具体形状和波轮3顶部的具体形状选择性地在本体51的底部设置安装底座。
再继续参阅图4和图5,在一种具体的实施方式中,圆顶形毛刷的底部水平面的中心设置有筒状卡座53(即上述安装底座),该筒状卡座53沿竖向设置且筒口朝下,筒状卡座53的侧壁沿周向设置有多个卡槽54,波轮3顶部设置有与卡槽54相匹配的卡接凸起,以便圆顶形毛刷5可以通过卡槽54与凸起的卡接配合连接在一起。在安装好的情形下,筒状卡座53的底侧紧贴波轮3中心的顶部表面。
进一步地,圆顶形毛刷主要通过卡接方式安装至波轮3上。例如,筒状卡座53位于卡槽54之间的侧壁具有一定的弹性变形能力,卡槽54靠近槽口的两个侧槽壁沿彼此靠近的方向分别设置有一个凸出结构,卡接凸起上设置有与这两个凸出结构相匹配的容纳槽。在安装圆顶形毛刷时,卡槽54卡置于卡接凸起上,凸出结构沿卡接凸起的表面滑动后进入并卡置于容纳槽中。当需要拆下圆顶形毛刷时,只向外轻微掰动筒状结构的侧壁底部即可使凸出结构移出容纳槽,从而拆下圆顶形毛刷。
更进一步地,圆顶形毛刷还辅以螺接方式安装至波轮3上。具体而言,除上述筒状卡座53和卡槽54以外,圆顶形毛刷5的底部中心还设置有螺纹结构55,波轮3的顶部中心贯穿设置有与螺纹结构55相对准的紧固件过孔。在圆顶形毛刷安装好的情形下,卡槽54卡接于卡接凸起上,以便限制圆顶形毛刷转动,螺钉、螺栓等紧固件从波轮3的底部穿过紧固件过孔后螺接至螺纹结构55,以便限制圆顶形毛刷轴向移动。在此时,即使卡槽54槽壁不设置上述凸出结构,圆顶形毛刷也能够通过紧固件进行轴向上的固定限位。
具体地,卡接凸起为波轮3的拨水筋31,卡槽54的形状与波轮3的拨水筋31沿圆周方向上进行竖向剖切后的截面形状相匹配,并且卡槽54的数量不少于拨水筋31的数量,以便使每个卡槽54 能够分别卡置于一条拨水筋31上,使得波轮3上无需额外设置与卡槽54相匹配的卡接凸起。此外,拨水筋31的中心交汇位置凸出设置有与筒状卡座53插接配合的卡柱,以便进一步提升圆顶形毛刷的安装可靠性,增加圆顶形毛刷的防撞性能。在卡接好的情形下,筒状卡座53卡置于卡柱上,卡槽54卡置于波轮3的拨水筋31上,使得圆顶形的刷体(即本体51)底部紧贴拨水筋31靠近波轮3中心的一侧的顶面。
进一步地,筒状卡座53由上至下逐渐外扩、径向尺寸逐渐增大,波轮3顶部的卡柱设置为与筒状卡座53相匹配的圆台形柱体,以便进一步增大圆顶形毛刷与波轮3之间的卡接接触面积,更进一步地提升圆顶形毛刷的可靠安装效果。
可替代地,圆顶形毛刷底部设置的筒状卡座53的竖向高度不大于波轮3顶部设置的卡柱的高度,使得筒状卡座53卡置于卡柱上时筒状卡柱的底端位于拨水筋31的上方。此时,筒状卡座53上不设置卡槽54,而是在其内侧顶部设置多个插销,卡柱的顶部设置有与该插销相匹配的插孔,螺纹孔设置于多个插销的中心、被多个插销围绕。在圆顶形毛刷安装好的情形下,筒状卡座53卡置于卡柱上,以便限制圆顶形毛刷水平移动,插销插入插孔内以便限制圆顶形毛刷转动,紧固件限制圆顶形毛刷轴向移动。其中,上述插销和插孔的设置位置还可以进行互换。
继续参阅图6和图7,在另一种优选的方式中,在毛刷5的形状为碗状的情形下,碗状毛刷的底部不设置安装底座,碗状毛刷的本体51的底部内侧设置有一定的容纳空间,该容纳空间能够容纳拨水筋31的交汇位置,本体51的侧部靠近底侧的位置沿周向设置有多个卡槽54,在安装好的情形下,卡槽54嵌设于拨水筋31上,以便使本体51将波轮3顶部中心的拨水筋31交汇后形成的凸起位置扣装,使本体51的底部边沿与波轮3中心的顶面和拨水筋31的凸出表面无缝贴合。该碗状毛刷还可以在此基础上配合与上述圆顶形毛刷相同的螺接至波轮3的连接方式以增加安装可靠性,鉴于具体的螺接方式上述实施例中已描述,因此此处不再重复阐述。
本领域技术人员能够理解的是,上述毛刷5与波轮3之间并不局限于上述可拆卸连接方式,当毛刷5不具有可拆卸需求时,毛 刷5还可以直接与波轮3一体设置。再者,毛刷5与波轮3之间的可拆卸连接的连接方式并不局限于上述示例,例如,毛刷5还可以通过卡爪卡扣的设置方式连接于波轮3上,本领域技术人员可对上述卡槽54加卡接凸起的结构组合以及螺接的固定方式进行结构形式或者连接形式上的改进或更换,只要能够实现毛刷5与波轮3的可靠连接以及便捷拆装即可。
综上所述,本发明的洗鞋机在波轮3的顶部中心设置具有向上隆起形状的毛刷5,以便优化毛刷5的刷洗面的流线顺畅程度,柔和毛刷5的刷洗效果,使毛刷5具备无损刷鞋功能,且还能够降低其与鞋子互相卡置的概率,结构巧妙且实用性强。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种洗鞋机,其特征在于,所述洗鞋机包括洗涤桶、以转动方式设置于所述洗涤桶内底部的波轮以及设置于所述波轮顶部中心的毛刷,所述毛刷设置成从所述波轮顶部向上隆起的形状。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗鞋机,其特征在于,所述毛刷设置成从顶部到底部径向尺寸逐渐变大或逐步变大。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的洗鞋机,其特征在于,所述毛刷为碗状毛刷、锥形毛刷、球形毛刷或圆顶形毛刷。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的洗鞋机,其特征在于,所述毛刷包括下部区段和上部区段,所述下部区段设置成圆柱状,所述上部区段设置成从所述下部区段的顶部向上隆起的形状。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的洗鞋机,其特征在于,所述上部区段为碗状、锥形、球形或圆顶形。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的洗鞋机,其特征在于,所述毛刷的底部贴合所述波轮的顶部设置。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的洗鞋机,其特征在于,所述毛刷与所述波轮以可拆卸方式相连。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的洗鞋机,其特征在于,所述毛刷的底部设置有筒状卡座,所述筒状卡座的侧壁沿周向设置有多个卡槽,所述波轮顶部设置有与所述卡槽相匹配的卡接凸起。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的洗鞋机,其特征在于,所述卡接凸起为所述波轮的拨水筋,所述拨水筋的中心交汇位置设置有与所述筒状卡 座插接配合的卡柱。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的洗鞋机,其特征在于,所述筒状卡座由上至下逐渐外扩。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的洗鞋机,其特征在于,所述毛刷的底部设置有筒状卡座,所述筒状卡座的内侧顶部沿周向设置有多个插销,所述波轮的顶部设置有与所述筒状卡座插接配合的卡柱,所述卡柱上设置有与所述插销相匹配的插孔。
  12. 根据权利要求8或11所述的洗鞋机,其特征在于,所述毛刷的底部设置有螺纹结构,所述波轮上还设置有与所述螺纹结构相对准的紧固件过孔。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的洗鞋机,其特征在于,所述毛刷与所述波轮一体设置。
