本发明提供一种带有洗鞋功能的波轮式洗涤设备,所述波轮式洗涤设备包括洗涤桶和波轮,所述洗涤桶包括盛水桶以及以可转动的方式设置在所述盛水桶中的内桶,所述波轮以可转动的方式设置于所述内桶的底部,所述波轮的安装方式与现有技术中的波轮相同,在此就不再赘述;当然,这并不是限制性的,所述波轮式洗涤设备显然还可以只有盛水桶,所述波轮以可转动的方式设置在所述盛水桶的底部,本发明不对所述波轮式洗涤设备的其他元件设置作任何限制,只要所述波轮式洗涤设备包括洗涤桶以可转动的方式设置于所述洗涤桶的底部的波轮即可。
首先参阅图1和2,其中,图1是本发明的波轮的第一视角的整体结构图,图2是本发明的波轮的第二视角的整体结构图。如图1和2所示,本发明的波轮包括波轮本体1和多个波轮叶12,波轮本体1上设置有多个排水孔111,排水孔111为圆孔,多个波轮叶12在波轮本体1上呈周向设置,波轮叶12上设置有第一弹性防护构件121。具体而言,波轮叶12的数量为三个,三个波轮叶12在波轮本体1上呈周向设置且均匀分布,波轮本体1上设置有多个排水凹槽11,排水凹槽11内设置有多个排水孔111,并且排水凹槽11的横截面的形状和波轮叶12在波轮本体1所在平面上的投影形状相同,波轮叶12上设置有第一弹性防护构件121,第一弹性防护构件121采用耐腐蚀的弹性材料制成,在所述波轮式洗涤设备对鞋子进行洗涤时,第一弹性防护构件121能够起到缓冲的作用,进而减少对鞋子的撞击损伤。
需要说明的是,本发明不对波轮叶12的具体设置数量、形状和具体分布方式作任何限制,技术人员可根据实际情况自行设定。
另外,还需要说明的是,本发明不对排水凹槽11的具体形状和具体结构以及排水孔111的具体形状和具体数量作任何限制,例如,排水凹槽11的横截面的形状还可以和波轮叶12在波轮本体1所在平面上的投影形状不相同;还可以不设置排水凹槽11,只在波轮本体1上设置多个排水孔111,只要能够起到排水的作用即可,技术人员可根据实际情况自 行设定。
此外,还需要说明的是,本发明不对第一弹性防护构件121的具体材质作任何限制。例如,第一弹性防护构件121的材质可以为橡胶材质;还可以是,第一弹性防护构件121的材质为布料材质,此时,第一弹性防护构件121设置有一定的厚度,以起到缓冲作用,技术人员可根据实际情况自行设定。
排水凹槽11为波轮本体1的上表面部分向下凹陷而形成,排水孔111设置在排水凹槽11内并且在排水凹槽11内均匀分布。具体而言,排水凹槽11的横截面的形状为对称图形,多个排水孔111在排水凹槽11的对称线的两侧均匀分布,在所述波轮式洗涤设备洗涤排水工作结束后,剩余的洗涤水能够流入排水凹槽11内,并通过排水凹槽11内的排水孔111排出,排水凹槽11的设置能够防止洗涤水残留在波轮本体1上。
此外,在本优选实施例中,每相邻两个波轮叶12之间设置有两个排水凹槽11,基于上述结构设置能够加快所述波轮式洗涤设备的排水效率。需要说明的是,本发明不对排水凹槽11的具体数量作任何限制,技术人员可根据实际情况自行设定。
优选地,相邻两个排水凹槽11之间的波轮本体1的上表面呈中间高四周低(图中未示出),进一步加快残留洗涤水的排出速度。
进一步地,作为一种优选的设置方式,排水凹槽11内的上表面呈中间低四周高,进一步防止洗涤水的残留,以使残留洗涤水通过波轮本体1上呈中间高四周低的上表面流至排水凹槽11内,再通过排水孔111排出。
进一步地,作为一种优选的设置方式,第一弹性防护构件121为波轮叶12上的部分区域向上凸起而形成的凸起结构。具体而言,以图2所示方向为基准方向,所述凸起结构和波轮叶12为一体式设置,所述凸起结构的上表面为弧面,并且所述凸起结构的远离所述波轮的转轴的一侧也设置为弧面,以使所述凸起结构和波轮叶12共同形成的整体的上表面和整体的远离所述波轮的转轴的面共同形成一个带有起伏弧度的面,并且此面的中部向上凸起,能够更好地带动水的流动,以便进一步提升洗涤效果。
需要说明的是,本发明不对第一弹性防护构件121的具体结构和具 体设置方式作任何限制,例如,第一弹性防护构件121还可以包括多个弹簧和弹性布,所述弹簧设置在波轮叶12上,所述弹性布和波轮本体1相连,并且能够包裹住一个波轮叶12以及设置在此波轮叶12上的多个所述弹簧,此时,所述弹簧能够起到缓冲的作用,所述弹性布将所述弹簧包裹住以避免所述弹簧对鞋子造成损坏;亦可以是,第一弹性防护构件121还可以为设置在波轮叶12上的多个凸点结构,所述凸点采用耐腐蚀的弹性材料制成,并且波轮叶12与鞋子的接触面上均设置有所述凸点;可以理解的是,这种有关第一弹性防护构件121的具体结构和具体设置方式的改变,依然属于本发明的原理,将落入本发明的保护范围之内。
此外,在本优选实施例中,所述凸起结构上设置有多个第一漏水孔124,第一漏水孔124为长孔,并且所述凸起结构和波轮叶12共同形成有两个排水斜面,并且两个所述排水斜面呈对称设置。具体而言,以图2所示方向为基准方向,所述凸起结构的上表面上设置有多个第一漏水孔124,所述凸起结构和波轮叶12所形成的整体的左侧面为第一排水斜面122,所述凸起结构和波轮叶12所形成的整体的右侧面为第二排水斜面123,第一排水斜面122和第二排水斜面123的结构相同,基于上述结构设置,能够加快所述波轮式洗涤设备的排水速度。
需要说明的是,本发明不对第一排水斜面122和第二排水斜面123的具体形状和结构作任何限制,例如,第一排水斜面122和第二排水斜面123还可以为直斜面或带有弧度的斜面;又例如,还可以是第一排水斜面122和第二排水斜面的形状不同,技术人员可根据实际情况自行设定。
进一步地,以图2所示方向为基准方向,第一排水斜面122的左侧设置有第三漏水孔,第二排水斜面123的右侧设置有第四漏水孔。具体而言,第一排水斜面122和波轮本体1的接合处左侧的波轮本体1上设置有多个所述第三漏水孔,多个所述第三漏水孔沿着第一排水斜面122和波轮本体1的接合线均匀分布;第二排水斜面123和波轮本体1的接合处右侧的波轮本体1上设置多个所述第四漏水孔,多个所述第四漏水孔沿着第二排水斜面123和波轮本体1的接合线均匀分布;在进行所述波轮式洗涤设备进行排水过程时,残留在波轮叶12上的洗涤水通过第一 排水斜面122流至波轮本体1上,之后通过所述第三漏水孔排出,或者通过第二排水斜面123流至波轮本体1上,之后通过所述第四漏水孔排出。
此外,在本优选实施例中,每个波轮叶12到排水凹槽11之间的波轮本体1的上表面靠近波轮叶12的一侧高于靠近排水凹槽11的一侧,以使没有通过所述第三漏水孔或所述第四漏水孔排出的遗漏洗涤水,通过此结构设置能够流至排水凹槽11内,再通过排水孔111排出。
需要说明的是,本发明不对所述第三漏水孔和所述第四漏水孔的具体设置位置和具体数量作任何限制,例如,第一排水斜面122和波轮本体1的接合处左侧的波轮本体1上设置有第一条形凹槽(图中未示出),所述第一条形凹槽沿第一排水斜面122和波轮本体1的接合线设置,所述第一条形凹槽内设置有多个均匀分布的所述第三漏水孔;第二排水斜面123和波轮本体1的接合处右侧的波轮本体1上设置第二条形凹槽(图中未示出),所述第二条形凹槽沿第二排水斜面123和波轮本体1的接合线设置,所述第二条形凹槽内设置有多个均匀分布的所述第四漏水孔;此时,波轮叶12上的残留洗涤水首先流至所述第一条形凹槽或所述第二条形凹槽,之后在通过所述第三漏水孔或所述第四漏水孔排出,防止残留洗涤水中部分不能通过所述第三漏水孔或所述第四漏水孔排出而残留在波轮本体1上,技术人员可根据实际情况自行设定。
另外,需要说明的是,本发明不对所述第一条形凹槽和所述第二条形凹槽的具体形状作任何限制,例如,所述第一条形凹槽和所述第二条形凹槽的上表面呈中间低两端高,以加快排水速率,技术人员可根据实际情况自行设定。
接下来参阅图3,图3是本发明的波轮的第三视角的整体结构图。如图3所示,在第一弹性防护构件121为波轮叶12上的部分区域向上凸起而形成的凸起结构时,每个第一弹性防护构件121上还设置有支撑筋125,以图2所示方向为基准方向,支撑筋125设置在第一弹性防护构件121的下方,支撑筋125能够防止第一弹性防护构件121变形,进而延长所述波轮的使用寿命。
继续参阅图2,进一步地,波轮本体1的中部还设置有第二弹性防护 构件13。具体而言,波轮本体1的中部设置有安装孔(图中未示出),所述安装孔的轴线优选位于所述波轮的轴线上,第二弹性防护构件13上设置有与所述安装孔相匹配的柱状凸起,第二弹性防护构件13通过所述柱状凸起和所述安装孔与波轮本体1相连,在波轮本体1和第二弹性防护构件13连接到位的情况下第二弹性防护构件13部分暴露在所述安装孔的外部,并且第二弹性防护构件13的暴露在所述安装孔外的部分为半球状,第二弹性防护构件13的暴露在所述安装孔外的部分采用耐腐蚀的弹性材料制成,能够起到缓冲的作用,进一步保护鞋子。
需要说明的是,本发明不对第二弹性防护构件13的具体结构和具体形状作任何限制,例如,第二弹性防护构件13还可以通过紧固螺钉进行固定;又例如,第二弹性防护构件13还可以是椭球形,技术人员可根据实际情况自行设定。
此外,作为一种优选的设置方式,第二弹性防护构件13上设置有多个呈周向设置的第二漏水孔132,第二漏水孔132为圆孔,第二弹性防护构件13的中部设置有连接孔131,连接孔131为横截面形状为圆形的盲孔,鞋刷上可以相应设置有圆柱状安装结构,以便插接至连接孔131中以固定鞋刷。具体而言,连接孔131的侧壁上设置有多个卡孔结构1311,所述鞋刷的安装结构上设置有和卡孔结构1311相匹配的卡勾结构,所述鞋刷和所述波轮通过卡孔结构1311和所述卡勾结构进一步紧固连接,以实现所述波轮转动能够带动所述鞋刷转动,以更好地对鞋子进行清洗。
需要说明的是,本发明不对所述鞋刷的具体形状和固定方式作任何限制,在一种可行的实施例中,所述鞋刷不和所述波轮相连,所述鞋刷和所述内桶的内壁相连,即,所述鞋刷上设置有多个连接杆,多个所述连接杆围绕所述鞋刷的侧壁呈周向设置且均匀分布,所述连接杆的一端和所述鞋刷相连,所述连接杆的另一端和所述内桶的内壁相连,基于上述结构设置,能够实现所述内桶转动带动鞋刷转动,以对鞋子进行清洗,技术人员可根据实际情况自行设定。
接下来参阅图4,图4是本发明的波轮的第四视角的整体结构图。如图4所示,波轮本体1上设置有安装凹槽14,安装凹槽14的形状为圆环形状,所述洗涤桶上设置有相匹配的圆环形凸起;波轮本体1上还设置 有多个呈周向设置的固定孔15,所述洗涤桶上设置有相匹配的螺纹孔,通过安装凹槽14和所述圆环形凸起实现初步定位,之后对准固定孔15和所述螺纹孔并穿设紧固件使得所述波轮和所述洗涤桶固定。
需要说明的是,在所述洗涤桶包括盛水桶和内桶的情形下,所述内桶和所述盛水桶能够发生相对转动,所述波轮通过上文所述的固定方式固定在所述内桶上,所述内桶转动以实现所述波轮和所述盛水桶的相对转动;在所述洗涤桶仅仅包括盛水桶时,波轮本体1上不设置固定孔15,并且所述圆环形凸起和安装凹槽14能够发生相对转动,通过驱动电机驱动所述波轮转动,以实现所述波轮和所述盛水桶的相对转动。技术人员可根据实际情况自行设定。
综上所述,第一弹性防护构件121和第二弹性防护构件13能够减小对鞋子的撞击磨损,并且第一弹性防护构件121能够对鞋子起到摩擦洗涤的作用,以提升鞋子的洗涤效果,所述波轮使用双色注塑工艺进行生产,即波轮本体1与第一弹性防护构件121和波轮叶12的材质和颜色不相同,第一弹性防护构件121和波轮叶12的材质和颜色相同,当然,可以理解的是,这仅仅是一种优选的设置方式,技术人员可根据实际情况自行设定。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种带有洗鞋功能的波轮式洗涤设备,其特征在于,所述波轮式洗涤设备包括洗涤桶以及以可转动的方式设置于所述洗涤桶底部的波轮,所述波轮包括波轮本体和多个波轮叶,所述波轮本体上设置有多个排水孔,多个所述波轮叶在所述波轮本体上呈周向设置,所述波轮叶上设置有第一弹性防护构件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的带有洗鞋功能的波轮式洗涤设备,其特征在于,所述第一弹性防护构件为所述波轮叶上的部分区域向上凸起而形成的凸起结构。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的带有洗鞋功能的波轮式洗涤设备,其特征在于,所述凸起结构的远离所述波轮的转轴的一侧设置为弧面。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的带有洗鞋功能的波轮式洗涤设备,其特征在于,所述凸起结构上设置有多个第一漏水孔。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的带有洗鞋功能的波轮式洗涤设备,其特征在于,所述凸起结构和所述波轮叶共同形成有两个排水斜面,并且两个排水斜面呈对称设置。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的带有洗鞋功能的波轮式洗涤设备,其特征在于,所述波轮本体的中部还设置有第二弹性防护构件。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的带有洗鞋功能的波轮式洗涤设备,其特征在于,所述波轮本体的中部设置有安装孔,所述第二弹性防护构件通过所述安装孔和所述波轮本体相连,在所述波轮本体和所述第二弹性防护构件连接到位的情况下所述第二弹性防护构件部分暴露在所述安装孔的外部。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的带有洗鞋功能的波轮式洗涤设备,其特征在于,所述第二弹性防护构件的暴露在所述安装孔外的部分为半球状。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的带有洗鞋功能的波轮式洗涤设备,其特征在于,所述第二弹性防护构件上设置有多个呈周向设置的第二漏水孔。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的带有洗鞋功能的波轮式洗涤设备,其特征在于,所述第二弹性防护构件的中部设置有连接孔,所述连接孔用于安装鞋刷。
