Description

포장박스
본 발명은 포장박스에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 소정의 물품을 포장하기 위한 포장박스에서, 포장된 물품의 일부를 소비하고 일부가 남은 경우, 기존의 포장박스를 재이용하여, 남은 물품의 재포장 및 보관이 용이하도록 크기를 줄인 소형 박스를 만들 수 있도록 하되, 특히 사용자가 절취, 분리하거나 접철하는 과정을 가급적 줄여 사용자가 간편하고 용이하게 소형 박스를 사용할 수 있도록 하는 기술적 사상에 관한 것이다.
소정의 물품을 포장하고 보관하기 위한 포장박스들이 널리 사용되고 있다.
이러한 포장박스들은 포장되는 물품의 부피에 맞춰 이에 상응하는 크기로 제작되고 있다.
그런데 사용자(예컨대, 소비자, 고객 등)가 포장된 물품의 일부만을 소비하고 나머지 일부가 남아있는 경우, 남은 물품을 다시 포장하여 보관할 필요가 있을 수 있다.
하지만 이미 일부의 물품이 소비된 상태이므로, 최초 물품이 포장된 포장박스에는 물품이 차지하지 않는 빈 공간이 생기게 된다.
또한 그 명칭과 같이 박스 형태로 제조되는 포장박스의 경우 비닐이나 호일 등의 포장재와 달리 빈 공간이 있더라도 그 형태를 변형시켜서 물품을 보관하기에는 어려움이 따른다.
따라서 사용자는 물품의 양(부피)는 줄었으나 포장박스의 부피는 그대로인 채 보관하여야하기 때문에 이를 보관하기 위한 공간 활용에 불편함을 느낄 수 있는 문제가 있다.
보다 구체적으로 예를 들면, 음식물을 배달하거나 매장에서 포장해오는 경우, 고객이 주문한 음식물은 소정의 포장박스 또는 포장용기에 포장되게 된다. 예컨대, 고객이 피자를 배달주문한 경우, 피자는 소정 크기의 포장박스에 담겨 고객에게 배달될 수 있다.
이러한 피자 등과 같은 배달음식의 경우 포장될 물품인 피자의 사이즈가 규격화되어 있고, 이에 따라 포장박스 역시 그 크기가 피자의 사이즈별로 일괄적으로 제작되고 있다.
배달된 피자를 한 번에 모두 섭취하는 경우도 있지만, 적지 않은 상황에서 피자 조각의 일부가 남게 되는 경우가 있다.
남은 피자 조각의 보관을 위해 처음 피자가 배달된 포장박스를 이용하는 경우도 있지만, 이러한 경우 남은 피자조각에 비해 포장박스의 부피가 크기때문에 포장박스를 그대로 이용한다면 냉장고 등에 남은 피자를 보관하기도 사실상 매우 어려운 실정이다.
따라서 종래에는 주로 남은 피자 조각을 쿠킹 호일이나 위생비닐 등 별도의 포장재를 이용하거나, 고객이 개인적으로 소지하고 있던 별도의 용기 등을 이용하여 남은 피자 조각을 보관하고 있어 고객의 번거로움이 유발되는 문제가 있다.
이러한 불편함을 해소하기 위해, 피자박스를 분해, 재조립하여 남은 피자 조각을 보관하기 위한 소형 피자박스를 제조할 수 있는 기술적 사상이 개시된 바 있다.
한국공개특허(공개번호 10-2018-0026307, "소형 포장박스가 구비된 포장박스", 이하 종래기술이라 함)
상기 종래기술은 기존의 피자박스에 분리가 가능한 절개라인을 형성, 부피가 줄어든 소형 포장박스를 조립할 수 있도록 하는 기술적 사상을 개시하고 있다.
그러나 상기 종래기술의 경우, 기존 포장박스(피자박스)의 전개도와 유사한 형상으로 절개라인이 형성되어, 사용자가 절개라인을 따라 절개하고 남은 부분으로 새롭게 포장박스를 조립하는 것과 다름없는 방식을 사용하고 있어, 사용자가 절개하고 조립을 위해 접철해야 할 부분이 비교적 많아 이용이 쉽지 않은 문제가 있다.
따라서 이처럼 소정의 물품을 포장하기 위한 포장박스의 크기를 선택적으로, 간편하고 용이하게 줄일 수 있도록 하여, 사용자가 이미 소비하고 남은 일부의 물품의 보관을 위해 별도의 포장재나 용기 등을 사용하지 않아도 남은 물품을 용이하게 보관할 수 있도록 하면서, 포장박스의 부피를 용이하게 줄일 수 있어 공간 활용도가 향상될 수 있도록 하는 기술적 사상이 요구된다.

또한, 상기 덮개면은, 상기 절취선의 후측 위치 양 측면으로부터 연장형성되어 상기 측벽의 내부로 인입될 수 있도록 접철되는 끼움부를 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 측벽은, 상기 바닥면의 양 측면으로부터 연장형성되어 접철될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면 소정의 물품을 포장하기 위한 포장박스의 크기를 선택적으로 줄일 수 있도록 하여, 사용자가 이미 소비하고 남은 일부의 물품의 보관을 위해 별도의 포장재나 용기 등을 사용하지 않아도 남은 물품을 용이하게 보관할 수 있도록 하면서, 포장박스의 부피를 용이하게 줄일 수 있어 공간 활용도가 향상될 수 있음은 물론, 이를 위한 포장박스의 절취/분리와 접철 구조를 간단하게 하여 사용자가 용이하고 간편하게 소형 박스를 만들 수 있어 사용자의 편의성이 향상될 수 있는 효과가 있다.
본 발명의 상세한 설명에서 인용되는 도면을 보다 충분히 이해하기 위하여 각 도면의 간단한 설명이 제공된다.
도 1은 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 포장박스의 전개도를 나타낸다.

본 발명은 다양한 변환을 가할 수 있고 여러 가지 실시예를 가질 수 있는 바, 특정 실시예들을 도면에 예시하고 상세한 설명에 상세하게 설명하고자 한다. 그러나, 이는 본 발명을 특정한 실시 형태에 대해 한정하려는 것이 아니며, 본 발명의 사상 및 기술 범위에 포함되는 모든 변환, 균등물 내지 대체물을 포함하는 것으로 이해되어야 한다. 본 발명을 설명함에 있어서 관련된 공지 기술에 대한 구체적인 설명이 본 발명의 요지를 흐릴 수 있다고 판단되는 경우 그 상세한 설명을 생략한다.
제1, 제2 등의 용어는 다양한 구성요소들을 설명하는데 사용될 수 있지만, 상기 구성요소들은 상기 용어들에 의해 한정되어서는 안 된다. 상기 용어들은 하나의 구성요소를 다른 구성요소로부터 구별하는 목적으로만 사용된다.
본 출원에서 사용한 용어는 단지 특정한 실시예를 설명하기 위해 사용된 것으로, 본 발명을 한정하려는 의도가 아니다. 단수의 표현은 문맥상 명백하게 다르게 뜻하지 않는 한, 복수의 표현을 포함한다.
본 명세서에 있어서, "포함하다" 또는 "가지다" 등의 용어는 명세서상에 기재된 특징, 숫자, 단계, 동작, 구성요소, 부품 또는 이들을 조합한 것이 존재함을 지정하려는 것이지, 하나 또는 그 이상의 다른 특징들이나 숫자, 단계, 동작, 구성요소, 부품 또는 이들을 조합한 것들의 존재 또는 부가 가능성을 미리 배제하지 않는 것으로 이해되어야 한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 포장박스의 전개도를 나타내며, 도 2는 본 발명의 실시 예에 따라 조립된 포장박스의 외관을 나타낸다.
본 명세서에서 포장박스(100)는 일반적으로 피자를 보관하기 위한 피자박스의 형태로 구현될 수 있다. 다만, 상기 포장박스(100)에 수납, 보관되는 물품은 반드시 피자에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 본 발명의 기술적 사상에 따라 제공되는 포장박스(100) 내에 수납, 보관될 수 있으면 물품의 종류에 의해 본 발명이 제한되거나 한정되지 않는다.
본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 포장박스(100)는 도 1에 도시된 전개도에 따라 제조되고 조립될 수 있다.
도 1 및 도 2를 참조하면, 상기 포장박스(100)는 바닥면(110), 상기 바닥면(110)의 일측으로부터 연장형성되는 연결부(120), 상기 연결부(120)로부터 연장형성되어 접철시 상기 바닥면(110)의 상부를 덮을 수 있도록 형성되는 덮개면(130), 상기 바닥면(110)의 테두리를 따라 접철되어 상기 바닥면(110) 및 상기 덮개면(130) 사이를 전후좌우로 둘러싸도록 형성되는 측벽(140), 외력에 의해 분리 가능하도록 상기 바닥면(110), 상기 덮개면(130), 및 상기 측벽(140)에 각각 적어도 하나 형성되는 절취선(150), 및/또는 상기 덮개면(130) 및 상기 측벽(140)에 일정 방향으로 접철 가능하도록 형성되는 접철선(160)을 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 기술적 사상에 의하면, 상기 포장박스(100)는 상기 절취선(150)에 의해 일부가 분리된 후 상기 연결부(120) 측 방향의 남은 부분이 소형 박스(100-1)로 활용될 수 있다.
이때, 분리된 바닥면(110a)을 제외하고 남은 바닥면이 상기 소형 박스(100-1)의 바닥면인 제2바닥면(110b)이 될 수 있으며, 분리된 덮개면(130a)을 제외하고 남은 덮개면은 상기 소형 박스(100-1)의 덮개면인 제2덮개면(130b)이 될 수 있다.
그리고, 상기 제2덮개면(130b)에서 상기 접철선(160)에 의해 접철된 부분이 상기 소형 박스(100-1)의 전면부 측벽을 형성하도록 함으로써, 비교적 간단하게 포장박스(100)의 부피를 줄여 소형 박스(100-1)로 활용이 가능할 수 있다.
한편, 상기 절취선(150)은 상기 바닥면(110)을 절취하기 위한 제1절취선(151), 상기 덮개면(130)을 절취하기 위한 제2절취선(152), 및/또는 상기 측벽(140)의 절취를 위한 제3절취선(153)을 포함할 수 있다.
또한 상기 접철선(160)은 전술한 바와 같이 상기 제2덮개면(130b)에서 도 5 내지 도 7에 도시된 소형 박스(100-1)의 새로운 전면부 측벽(예컨대, 162) 및 고정부(예컨대, 161)를 형성하기 위한 제1접철선(161) 및 제2접철선(162)을 포함할 수 있다. 상기 제1접철선(161) 및 상기 제2접철선(162)은 서로 소정의 간격을 두고 이격되어 형성될 수 있다. 예컨대, 상기 제1접철선(161) 및 상기 제2접철선(162)은 적어도 상기 측벽(140)의 높이와 동일 또는 유사한 간격으로 이격되어 형성될 수 있으며, 이에 따라 상기 제1접철선(161) 및 상기 제2접철선(162)이 모두 접철되는 경우 해당 부분이 소형 박스(100-1)의 전면부 측벽 역할을 수행할 수 있다.
구현 예에 따라, 상기 측벽(140)에서 상기 고정부가 보다 견고히 고정될 수 있도록 하기 위한 제2고정부(예컨대, 141)가 있는 경우, 상기 제2고정부(예컨대, 141)의 접철을 위한 제3접철선(163)이 더 포함될 수도 있다.
상기 제3접철선(163)은, 상기 측벽(140)에서 상기 제1절취선(151)에 상응하는 위치에 형성될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시 예에 의하면, 상기 제1절취선(151)은 대략 상기 바닥면(110)의 면적을 절반 또는 절반 이상 남겨둘 수 있는 위치에 형성될 수 있다.
그리고 상기 제2절취선(152)은 상기 덮개면(130)이 상기 바닥면(110)의 상부를 덮은 상태에서 상기 제1절취선(151)의 위치에 비해, 상기 연결부(120)로부터 소정 거리만큼 더 먼 위치에 형성될 수 있다. 다시 말하면, 상기 포장박스(100)가 도 2와 같이 조립되어 상기 덮개면(130)이 덮여 있는 상태인 경우, 상기 제2절취선(152)은 상기 제1절취선(151)에 비해 상기 포장박스(100)의 전면부 측에 상대적으로 더 가깝도록 형성될 수 있다. 즉, 절취선(150)에 의해 분리된 직후에는 상기 바닥면(110)의 남은 면적에 비해 상기 덮개면(130)의 남은 면적이 상대적으로 넓을 수 있다.
이는 상기 덮개면(130)이 상기 제2절취선(152)에 따라 절취되고, 남아 있는 덮개면(즉, 제2덮개면(130b))의 전면부측 일부가 전술한 바와 같이 소형 박스(100-1)의 새로운 측벽(예컨대, 소형 박스(100-1)의 전면부 측벽(162)) 및 고정부(161)로 활용될 수 있도록 하기 위함일 수 있다.
이하, 도 3 내지 도 7을 참조하여 본 발명의 기술적 사상에 따른 포장박스(100)의 소형 박스(100-1) 활용 방식을 설명하도록 한다.
도 3 내지 도 7은 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 포장박스의 소형 박스 변화 과정을 나타낸다.
우선 도 3을 참조하면, 도 2에서 설명한 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 포장박스(100)에서 덮개면(130)에 형성된 제2절취선(152)을 기준으로 덮개면(130)이 분리될 수 있다.
이하 설명의 편의를 위해, 상기 덮개면(130)에서 분리, 제거되는 부분(130a)을 제외하고 나머지 남은 덮개면은 제2덮개면(130b)이라 정의하도록 한다.
이때 상기 덮개면(130) 중 절취되어 분리되는 부분(130a)이 분리된 이후, 남아서 소형 박스(100-1)에 활용될 제2덮개면(130b)에는 전술한 바와 같이 제1접철선(161) 및 제2접철선(162)이 남아 있을 수 있다.
이후 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 바닥면(110)에 형성된 제1절취선(151)을 기준으로 바닥면의 일부(예컨대, 110a)가 절취되어 분리될 수 있다. 이후, 설명의 편의를 위해 상기 바닥면(110) 중 일부(예컨대, 110a)가 절취, 분리되고 남은 나머지 부분을 제2바닥면(110b)이라 정의하도록 한다.
이때, 도 1에 도시된 전개도에 의하면 상기 측벽(140)이 상기 바닥면(110)으로부터 연장형성되어 접철되어 있으므로, 상기 측벽(140)에 형성된 제3절취선(152)을 따라 상기 측벽(140) 역시 일부가 절취, 분리될 수 있다.
일 실시 예에 의하면, 상기 측벽(140)은 분리되고 남은 부분이 상기 바닥면(110)의 남은 부분(예컨대, 110a)에 비해 소정 길이만큼 돌출되어 있을 수 있다. 이하 본 명세서에서는 이처럼 측벽(140)의 남은 부분은 전술한 바와 같이 소형 박스(100-1)를 위한 제2고정부(141)로 정의하도록 한다.
이를 위해, 상기 제3절취선(153)은 상기 제1절취선(151)으로부터 연장되어 조립된 상기 포장박스(100)의 상기 측벽(140) 하단부를 따라 상기 포장박스(100)의 전면부 방향을 향해 소정 길이만큼 형성되다가, 상기 측벽(140)을 수직 방향으로 절취할 수 있는 형상으로 형성될 수 있다. 결과적으로, 상기 제3절취선(153)은 도 1의 전개도에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 제1절취선(151)으로부터 연장되어 측벽(140)을 따라 소정 범위에서 ㄱ자(또는 ㄴ자) 형상을 그리도록 형성될 수 있다.
이처럼 상기 제1절취선(151) 및 상기 제3절취선(153)을 따라 상기 바닥면(110) 및 측벽(140)의 일부가 절취, 분리되면, 분리되지 않고 남은 부분을 소형 박스(100-1)로 이용할 수 있다.
이를 위해, 도 5 및 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 덮개면(130)의 남은 부분인 제2덮개면(130b)을 상기 제1접철선(161) 및 제2접철선(162)을 따라 접철할 수 있다.
이때 상기 제2덮개면(130b)의 접철 방향은 상기 제2덮개면(130b)의 내측 방향을 향하도록 할 수 있다. 이에 따라 상기 제1접철선(161) 및 상기 제2접철선(162)이 모두 접철된 경우, 상기 제2덮개면(130b)의 전면부 단면은 ㄷ자 형상에 가까울 수 있다.
상기 제1접철선(161)에 의해 접철된 접철선분(예컨대, 161)은, 전술한 바와 같이 상기 제2바닥면(110b) 및 상기 제2고정부(예컨대, 141) 사이에 삽입되어 상기 제2덮개면(130b)을 고정하는 고정부(예컨대, 161)로 구현될 수 있다.
그리고 상기 제1접철선(161) 및 상기 제2접철선(162) 사이 부분은 상기 제2덮개면(130b)이 덮히는 경우 상기 소형 박스(100-1)의 전면부를 막는 전면부 측벽(162)으로 구현될 수 있다.
그러면, 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이 기존 포장박스(100)에 비해 부피가 줄어든 소형 박스(100-1)가 간편하게 만들어질 수 있다.
한편 구현 예에 따라, 상기 포장박스(100)의 덮개면(130)에는 상기 절취선(150) 즉, 상기 제2절취선(152)의 후측(즉, 상기 연결부(120) 측) 방향의 양 측면으로부터 연장형성되어, 상기 측벽(140)의 내부로 인입될 수 있도록 접철되는 끼움부가 형성되어 있을 수 있다.
상기 끼움부는 상기 포장박스(100) 자체 사용시는 물론, 상기 포장박스(100)가 소형 박스(100-1)로 변화한 후에도 상기 덮개면(130) 및/또는 상기 제2덮개면(130b)을 보다 견고하게 고정할 수 있다.
본 발명의 기술적 사상에 의하면, 이미 사용된 포장박스(100)의 일부분을 절취하고 남은 부분을 이용하여 소형 박스(100-1)를 간편하고 용이하게 만들 수 있다. 특히, 포장박스(100)의 전면부 일부를 통채로 분리할 수 있어 남은 포장박스(100)의 양 측면을 그대로 사용할 수 있으므로, 사용자가 소형 박스(100-1)의 전면부만을 접철하면 소형 박스(100-1)를 만들수 있으므로 분리과정이나 조립과정이 상대적으로 매우 간편하고 용이할 수 있다.
또한 본 발명은 이처럼 포장박스(100)로부터 소형 박스(100-1)를 간편하게 만들 수 있게 됨으로써, 사용자가 남은 물품을 보관하는데 별도의 포장재나 용기를 사용할 필요가 없으며, 남은 물품 보관을 위한 공간을 활용도를 높일 수 있는 효과를 가질 수 있다. 이로 인해, 본 발명은 사용자의 편의를 크게 향상시킬 수 있음은 물론 자원의 효율적 사용을 통한 낭비를 줄일 수 있는 효과를 가질 수 있다.
전술한 본 발명의 설명은 예시를 위한 것이며, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자는 본 발명의 기술적 사상이나 필수적인 특징을 변경하지 않고서 다른 구체적인 형태로 쉽게 변형이 가능하다는 것을 이해할 수 있을 것이다. 그러므로 이상에서 기술한 실시 예들은 모든 면에서 예시적인 것이며 한정적이 아닌 것으로 이해해야만 한다. 예를 들어, 단일형으로 설명되어 있는 각 구성 요소는 분산되어 실시될 수도 있으며, 마찬가지로 분산된 것으로 설명되어 있는 구성요소들도 결합된 형태로 실시될 수 있다.
본 발명의 범위는 상기 상세한 설명보다는 후술하는 특허청구범위에 의하여 나타나며, 특허청구범위의 의미 및 범위 그리고 그 균등 개념으로부터 도출되는 모든 변경 또는 변형된 형태가 본 발명의 범위에 포함되는 것으로 해석되어야 한다.
본 발명은 포장박스에 이용될 수 있다.

Claims (7)

  1. 포장박스에 있어서,
    바닥면;
    상기 바닥면의 일측으로부터 연장형성되는 연결부;
    상기 연결부로부터 연장형성되어 접철시 상기 바닥면의 상부를 덮을 수 있도록 형성되는 덮개면;
    상기 바닥면의 테두리를 따라 접철되어 상기 바닥면 및 상기 덮개면 사이를 전후좌우로 둘러싸도록 형성되는 측벽;
    외력에 의해 분리 가능하도록 상기 바닥면, 상기 덮개면, 및 상기 측벽에 각각 적어도 하나 형성되는 절취선; 및
    상기 덮개면 및 상기 측벽에 일정 방향으로 접철 가능하도록 형성되는 접철선을 포함하며,
    상기 포장박스는,
    상기 절취선에 의해 일부가 분리된 후 상기 연결부 측 남은 부분이 소형 박스로 활용되되,
    분리 후 상기 연결부 측의 남은 상기 바닥면이 상기 소형 박스의 바닥면인 제2바닥면이 되고,
    분리 후 상기 연결부 측의 남은 덮개면이 상기 소형 박스의 덮개면인 제2덮개면이 되며,
    상기 제2덮개면은,
    상기 접철선에 의해 접철된 부분이 상기 소형 박스의 전면부의 측벽을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장박스.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절취선은,
    상기 바닥면에 상기 연결부로부터 소정 거리만큼 이격된 위치에 형성되는 제1절취선;
    상기 덮개면에 상기 연결부로부터 소정 거리만큼 이격된 위치에 길이 방향으로 형성되는 제2절취선; 및
    상기 측벽의 소정 위치에 적어도 하나 형성되는 제3절취선을 포함하고,
    상기 접철선은,
    상기 덮개면에 상기 제2절취선보다 상기 연결부측에 가까운 위치에 소정 간격으로 형성되는 제1접철선 및 제2접철선; 및
    상기 측벽에 상기 제1절취선에 상응하는 위치에 형성되는 제3접철선을 포함하며,
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 덮개면은,
    상기 절취선 분리 후 상기 제1접철선이 접철되어 상기 측벽 및 상기 바닥면 사이로 삽입되는 고정부를 형성하고,
    상기 제2접철선이 접철되어 상기 소형 박스의 전면부 측벽을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장박스.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1절취선 및 제3절취선은,
    상기 측벽이 분리되고 남은 길이가 상기 바닥면이 분리되고 남은 길이에 비해 일정 길이만큼 길도록 형성되어 분리 후 상기 측벽의 일부가 접철되어 제2고정부를 형성하며,
    상기 고정부가 상기 제2고정부 및 상기 바닥면 사이로 삽입될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장박스.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 상기 제3절취선은,
    상기 제1절취선으로부터 연장되어 상기 측벽을 따라 소정 범위에서 ㄱ자 형상을 그리도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장박스.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 덮개면은,
    상기 절취선의 후측 위치 양 측면으로부터 연장형성되어 상기 측벽의 내부로 인입될 수 있도록 접철되는 끼움부를 포함하는 포장박스.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 측벽은,
    상기 바닥면의 양 측면으로부터 연장형성되어 접철될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장박스.
