本发明的有益效果:
本发明的升降机构采用电动推杆来驱动,无需复杂的成套系统支持,节约空间,而且在无维护的情况下都能够安全可靠的工作;本发明的升降机构维护简单,噪音低,可在高/低温、防腐/防爆恶劣环境正常工作。
本发明的升降底架应用了上述的升降机构,当需要升降时,驱动件驱动第一升降架相对于第二升降架运动,带动第一壳体相对第二壳体运动,进而实现第一壳体的高度调节,满足使用需求。本发明的升降底架集升降、旋转以及旋转锁紧功能于一体,结构简单且紧凑,运行过程平稳,操作方便,非常适用于应用在纹身床或者纹身椅等领域。

图1至图5示意性地显示了根据本发明的一种实施方式的升降机构。
如图1至图5所示,该升降机构2包括第一升降架21、第二升降架22和驱动件23。第一升降架21套装于第二升降架22。本实施方式的驱动件23可以为电动推杆。驱动件23安装于第一升降架21或者第二升降架22其中之一,用于驱动第一升降架21与第二升降架22相对升降运动。本实施方式的驱动件23底座部分固定安装于第一升降架21,伸缩杆的一端安装于第二升降架22。
本发明的升降机构2采用电动推杆来驱动,无需复杂的成套系统支持,节约空间,而且在无维护的情况下都能够安全可靠的工作;本发明的升降机构2维护简单,噪音低,可在高/低温、防腐/防爆恶劣环境正常工作。
第一升降架21包括上安装板211和安装于上安装板211的第一升降管212,第一升降管212至少为一根。第二升降架22包括下安装板221和安装于下安装板221的第二升降管222,第二升降管222至少为一根。第二升降管222套装于第一升降管212。本实施方式的第一升降管212为两根,且均为方管。第二升降管222也同样为两根,且均为方管。其中一根第一升降管212套装于其中一根第二升降管222内,另一根第一升降管212套装于另一根第二升降管222外。由此,可以保证升降过程的平稳进行,进一步提高安全性。驱动件23的两端分别通过 销钉等紧固件与上安装板211和下安装板221固定连接。
本实施方式的升降机构2还包括旋转调节组件24和底板25。旋转调节组件24包括限位块241。下安装板221为齿轮盘。限位块241和下安装板221均可转动地安装于底板25且限位块241位于下安装板221的外侧。限位块241与下安装板221限位配合。由此,本发明的升降机构2不仅具备高度升降功能,而且还具备旋转调节功能以及旋转限位功能,适用性更强,功能更齐全,能够满足各种使用需求。
限位块241上设有与下安装板221相配合的齿241a。锁紧时,该齿241a与下安装板221外周的齿相啮合。由此,限位块241能够更好的对下安装板221进行限位锁紧。
下安装板221通过转动轴26和轴承等可转动地安装于底板25。由此,下安装板221可以带动整个升降机构2旋转,满足使用需求。
下安装板221与底板25之间设有垫圈27。由此,垫圈27能够有效避免下安装板221与底板25直接接触,延长各自的使用寿命。本发明的垫圈27可以为尼龙垫圈27,尼龙垫圈27成本低,耐用。
图6~8示意性地显示了根据本发明的一种实施方式的升降底架。
如图6~8所示,该升降底架包括上述升降机构2。还包括底盘1、第一壳体3和第二壳体4。第二升降架22通过底板25安装于底盘1,第一壳体3固定套装于第一升降架21的外周,第二壳体4固定套装于第二升降架22的外周。第一壳体3套设于第二壳体4。本实施方式的第一壳体3通过螺丝等紧固件与上安装板211固定连接,第二壳体4通过螺丝等紧固件与第二升降管222的外壁固定连接。
本实施方式的旋转调节组件24还包括调节手柄242、联动杆243和固定杆244。固定杆244固定安装于底盘1。联动杆243的一端与限位块241配合,另一端与调节手柄242连接。联动杆243的中部与固定杆244通过铆钉等铰接。由此,通过调节手柄242带动联动杆243旋转,进而带动限位块241转动,使得限位块241上的齿241a远离或者扣合于下安装板221,以实现解锁和锁紧功能,本发明采用联动方式来实现限位调节,操作方便。
限位块241上开设有圆弧形的第一限位槽241b,第一限位槽241b的开口朝向联动杆243。联动杆243的一端固定设有与第一限位槽241b相配合的限位柱245。由此,限位柱245能够在第一限位槽241b中滑动,进而推动限位块241运 动,完成相应的动作。
底盘1上开设有圆弧形的第二限位槽11,第二限位槽11的开口朝向与第一限位槽241b的开口朝向相反。调节手柄242的一端与联动杆243固定连接,另一端穿过第二限位槽11且能够在第二限位槽11内活动。由此,第二限位槽11能够对调节手柄242进行限位。
本发明的升降底架应用了上述的升降机构2,当需要升降时,驱动件23驱动第一升降架21相对于第二升降架22运动,带动第一壳体3相对第二壳体4运动,进而实现第一壳体3的高度调节,满足使用需求。本发明的升降底架集升降、旋转以及旋转锁紧功能于一体,结构简单且紧凑,运行过程平稳,操作方便,非常适用于应用在纹身床或者纹身椅等领域。

参照说明书附图9至图14B,根据本发明的一较佳实施例的一升降底架100将在接下来的描述中被阐述,其中所述升降底架100适用于一承载装置200,所述承载装置200被设置于所述升降底架100的上方,所述升降底架100可以稳定地上升和下降,以改变所述承载装置200的高度。并且,所述升降底架100能够在一可旋转状态和一锁止状态之间切换,处于所述可旋转状态的所述升降底架100可以被转动,进而改变所述承载装置200的朝向;处于所述锁止状态的所述升降底架100被固定,无法进行转动,以使得所述承载装置200的朝向被固定。
在本发明的一个具体的实施例中,所述承载装置200被实施为一纹身床或是纹身椅。在纹身的过程中,纹身师可以通过操作所述升降底架10的方式改变所述承载装置200的高度,以使得所述承载装置200可以始终被保持于合适的操作高度,可以适配于不同身高的纹身师和不同高度的顾客,也方便纹身师操作。并且,纹身师可以通过转动所述升降底架10的方式调整所述承载装置200的朝向,进而改变纹身的位置。值得一提的是,所述承载装置200的具体实施方式不受限制,所述承载装置200也可以被实施为置物架、桌子等。
具体来说,所述升降底架100包括一升降机构110和一固定座120,其中所述升降机构110被可活动地安装于所述固定座120的上方,所述承载装置200被安装于所述升降机构110。所述升降机构110能够相对所述固定座120上下运动, 进而带动所述承载装置200上升和下降。并且,所述升降机构110被可选装地安装于所述固定座120,通过驱动所述升降机构112相对所述固定座120转动,可以调节所述承载装置200的朝向。
更具体地,所述升降机构110包括一旋转件10、一维持件20以及至少一驱动件30,其中所述驱动件30的两端分别被连接于所述旋转件10和所述维持件20,所述驱动件30被保持于所述旋转件10和所述维持件20之间,所述驱动件10能够驱动所述旋转件10和所述维持件20相对运动,通过改变所述旋转件10和所述维持件20之间的相对距离的方式调节所述升降底架100的高度,进而调整所述承载装置200的高度。
在本发明的一个具体的实施例中,所述驱动件30被实施为一电动推杆,结构简单,安全可靠,节约空间,维护方便、噪音低,在高/低温、防腐/防爆恶劣环境下也能正常工作。所述驱动件30电动地驱动所述旋转件10和所述维持件20相对运动。本领域技术人员应该理解的是,所述驱动件30的具体实施方式仅仅作为示例,不能成为对本发明所述升降底架100和带有升降底架的承载装置1000的内容和范围的限制,所述驱动件30也可以被实施为本领域技术人员已知的其他驱动升降的装置。
优选地,参照图9至图14B,所述驱动件30的具体数量被实施为一个,藉由一个所述驱动件30驱动所述旋转件10和所述维持件20相对运动。可选地,参照图17,所述驱动件30的具体数量被实施为两个,两个所述驱动件30对称地分布于所述旋转件10和所述维持件20的中轴线的两侧,两个所述驱动件30能同步地驱动所述旋转件10和所述维持件20相互靠近或是相互远离,有利于所述旋转件10和所述维持件20平稳地相对运动。本领域技术人员应该理解的是,通过增加所述驱动件30的数量,可以增大所述升降底架100可承载的重量以及提高升降功率。并且,所述驱动件30的具体实施方式和具体数量仅仅作为示例,不能成为对本发明所述升降底架100的内容和范围的限制,所述驱动件30还可以被实施为三个或是其他数量。
在本发明的这个具体的实施例中,所述升降底架100的所述升降机构110进一步包括至少一保持件40,其中所述保持件40包括一第一保持件41和一第二保持件42,其中所述第一保持件41被固定于所述旋转件10,所述第二保持件42被固定于所述维持件20,所述第一保持件41被可上下活动地安装于所述第二 保持件42。通过这样的方式,有利于保障所述升降底架100平稳地上升和下降。
优选地,所述第一保持件41具有一保持空间401,所述第二保持件42被安装于所述第一保持件41的所述保持空间401,在所述驱动件30驱动所述旋转件20和所述维持件10相对运动时,所述第二保持件42沿所述第一保持件41的所述保持空间401的延伸方向上下运动。如此,所述第一保持件41能够引导和限制所述第二保持件42的运动方向,避免所述第二保持件42在运动过程中发生偏移,进而有利于保障所述升降底架100稳定地上升和下降。
优选地,所述第二保持件42具有所述保持空间401,所述第一保持件41被安装于所述第二保持件42的所述保持空间401,在所述驱动件30驱动所述旋转件20和所述维持件10相对运动时,所述第一保持件41沿所述第二保持件42的所述保持空间401的延伸方向上下运动。如此,所述第二保持件42能够引导和限制所述第一保持件41的运动方向,避免所述第一保持件41在运动的过程中发生偏移。
优选地,所述保持件40被实施为三个,三个所述保持件40相互间隔地被保持于所述旋转件10和所述维持件20之间,三个所述保持件40形成稳定地三角结构,进一步提高了所述升降底架100的稳定性。本领域技术人员应该理解的是,所述保持件40的具体数量不受限制,所述保持件40也可以被实施为一个、两个、四个或是其他数量,所述保持件40的具体数量仅仅作为示例,不能成为对本发明所述升降底架100的内容和范围的限制。
优选地,所述保持件40的所述第一保持件41和所述第二保持件42被实施为方管,即所述第一保持件41和所述第二保持件42的横截面为方形环。可选地,所述保持件40的所述第一保持件41和所述第二保持件42被实施为圆管,即所述第一保持件41和所述第二保持件42的横截面为圆形环。

在本发明的一个具体的实施例中,所述升降机构110的所述维持件20位于所述旋转件10的上方,所述旋转件10被可旋转地安装于所述固定座120。通过驱动所述旋转件10相对所述固定座120转动,可使得所述升降机构110相对所述固定座120转动,进而改变被安装于所述升降机构110的所述承载装置200的朝向。
在本发明所述升降底架100的这个具体的实施例中,所述旋转件10包括一装配部11和自所述装配部11的边缘向外延伸的多个相互间隔的限位齿12,并在相邻的两个所述限位齿12和所述装配部11之间形成一限位齿槽101。
所述升降底架100进一步包括一限位件130和一操作件140,其中所述操作件140能够驱动所述限位件130的至少一部分进入所述限位齿槽101,或是离开所述限位齿槽101。并且,在所述限位件130的至少一部分进入所述限位齿槽101后,所述限位件130限制所述升降机构110相对所述固定座120转动,所述升降底架100处于所述锁止状态,所述承载装置200的朝向被固定;当所述限位件130远离所述限位齿槽101,所述限位件130离开所述限位齿槽101,所述升降底架100被切换至所述可旋转状态,所述升降底架100的所述升降机构100允许相对所述固定座120转动。
参照图9至图14B,在本发明的一个具体的实施例中,所述操作件140允许手动操作,手动驱动所述限位件130靠近或是远离所述限位齿12。这样,用户通过手动控制的方式使得所述升降底架100在所述锁止状态和所述可旋转状态之间切换。具体来说,所述限位件130包括一转动部131、自所述转动部131弯曲地向外延伸的一限位臂132,自所述限位臂132的内壁向外延伸的至少一个限 位凸起133。所述限位件130具有一驱动空间1301,所述驱动空间1301形成于所述限位臂132,所述限位件130的所述转动部131被可转动地安装于所述固定座120,所述限位凸起133被可活动地保持于所述旋转件10的所述限位齿槽101。
所述操作件140包括一连接臂141、一限位柱142以及一操作部143,其中所述限位柱142和所述连接臂141分别自所述连接臂141的两端向外延伸。所述连接臂141以所述限位柱142被可活动地保持于所述限位件130的所述驱动空间1301的方式被可转动地安装于所述固定座120。通过操作所述操作部143可以驱动所述连接臂141相对所述固定座120转动,并带动所述限位柱142在所述限位件130的所述驱动空间1301内活动,进而所述限位柱142驱动所述限位部130靠近所述旋转件10或是远离所述旋转件10。
所述驱动空间1301具有一驱近端13011和相对于所述驱近端13011的一驱远端13012,其中所述驱近端13011和所述限位凸起133之间垂直距离大于所述驱远端13012和所述限位凸起133之间的垂直距离。当所述操作件140的所述限位柱142位于所述驱动空间1301的所述驱近端13011时,所述限位件130的所述限位凸起133进入所述旋转件10的所述限位齿槽101,所述升降机构110无法相对所述固定底座120转动。当所述操作件140的所述限位柱142自所述驱动空间1301的所述驱近端13011运动至所述驱远端13012的过程中,所述限位件130的所述转动部131被所述限位柱142驱动地相对所述固定座120逆时针转动,所述限位凸起133离开所述限位齿槽101,所述升降机构110允许相对所述固定座120旋转。在所述升降机构110被转动至合适的位置后,拨动所述操作件140的所述操作部143,所述连接臂141相对所述固定座120转动,所述限位柱142自所述驱动空间1301的所述驱远端13012运动至所述驱近端13011,所述限位凸起133被驱动地靠近所述旋转件10,并进入所述旋转件10的所述限位齿槽101。

所述限位件130以所述转动部131被可转动地安装于所述固定件121的方式被保持于所述旋转件10的一侧。所述装配件123的两端分别被连接于两个所述横向支撑件122,所述装配件123位于所述固定件121的一侧。所述操作件140的所述连接臂141被可转动地安装于所述装配件123。所述覆盖件125以所述装配通孔12501和所述操作空间12502分别对应于所述保持件40和所述操作件140的所述操作部143的方式安装于所述横向支撑件122的上方。所述操作件140的所述操作部143能够被驱动地在所述操作空间12502内移动。所述纵向支撑件124分别被设置于所述横向支撑件122的两端,并形成一“工”字结构,提高了所述升降底架100的稳定性。
优选地,所述固定座120进一步包括两防护件126和两轮子127,其中两个所述防护件126间隔地放在一个所述纵向支撑件124的下方,两个所述轮子127被间隔地安装于另一个所述纵向支撑件124的两端。利用所述防护件126可以减小所述升降底架100对地面的磨损,利用所述轮子127可以轻松地推动所述升降底架100。
参照图15,在本发明的一个具体的实施例中,所述操作件140能够电动地驱动所述限位件130进入所述旋转件10的所述限位齿槽101或是离开所述限位齿槽101。具体来说,所述操作件140包括一控制件1401和一电动伸缩件1402,其中所述控制件1401被可通信地连接于所述电动伸缩件1402,所述限位件130被设置于所述电动伸缩件1402的端部,所述控制件140能够控制所述电动伸缩件1402的伸缩长度,并使得所述限位件130的至少一部分能够进入所述限位齿槽101或是离开所述限位齿槽101。如此,所述升降底架1000能够在所述锁止状态和所述可旋转状态之间切换。
具体来说,当所述升降底架100处于所述锁止状态时,所述电动伸缩件1402处于伸展状态,被设置于所述电动伸缩件1402端部的所述限位件130的所述限位凸起133进入所述旋转件10的所述限位齿槽101内,所述升降机构110无法 相对所述固定底座120转动。操作所述控制件1401,所述电动伸缩件1402自所述伸展状态切换至收缩状态,所述限位件130跟随所述电动伸缩件1402运动,所述限位件130的所述限位凸起133离开所述旋转件10的所述限位齿槽101。优选地,所述控制件1401为一按钮,通过按压所述按钮可以改变所述电动伸缩件1402的长度。优选地,所述控制件1401为一旋钮,通过扭转所述旋钮可以调节所述电动伸缩件1402的长度。
可选地,所述升降机构110的所述维持件20位于所述旋转件10的下方,所述维持件20被可旋转地安装于所述固定座120,所述限位件130和所述操作件140能够相互配合以使得所述升降底架100能够在所述可旋转状态和所述锁止状态之间切换。
所述升降底架100进一步包括一固定壳体150和一活动壳体160,其中所述固定壳体150具有一容纳空间1501,所述活动壳体160具有一容置空间1601。所述固定壳体150被固定于所述固定座120,且所述升降机构110被保持于所述容纳空间1501内。所述活动壳体160被固定于所述升降机构110,且所述升降机构110被保持于所述容置空间1601内。所述活动壳体160被可活动地安装于所述固定壳体150,所述活动壳体160跟随所述升降机构110相对所述固定壳体150上升和下降,所述升降机构110始终被隐藏于所述固定壳体150和所述活动壳体160的内部,有利于保护所述升降机构110,也能避免用户被上下运动的所述驱动件130和所述维持件140夹伤。
在本发明的一个具体的实施例中,所述固定壳体150被保持于所述活动壳体160的所述容置空间1601,即所述活动壳体160被可上下活动地套装于所述固定壳体150。可选地,所述活动壳体160被保持于所述固定壳体150的所述容纳空间1501,即所述固定壳体150被套装于所述活动壳体160。

Claims (42)

  1. 一升降底架,其特征在于,包括:
    一升降机构,其中所述升降机构包括一第一升降架、一第二升降架以及一驱动件,其中所述驱动件的两端分别被连接于所述第一升降架和所述第二升降架,所述驱动件为一电动推杆,被保持于所述第一升降架和所述第二升降架之间的所述驱动件能够电动地驱动所述第一升降架和所述第二升降架相对运动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的升降底架,其中所述第一升降架包括一上安装板和自所述上安装板向下延伸的至少一第一升降管,所述第二升降架包括一下安装板和自所述下安装板的至少一第二升降管,其中所述第一升降架以所述第一升降管被可活动地安装于所述第二升降管的方式被保持于所述下安装板的上方,所述驱动件的两端分别被连接于所述上安装板和所述下安装板。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的升降底架,其中所述升降底架进一步包括一限位块和一底板,其中所述下安装板和所述限位块被可转动地安装于所述底板,且所述限位块位于所述下安装板的外侧,所述限位块能够限制所述下安装板相对所述底板转动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的升降底架,其中所述升降底架的所述限位块的表面向内凹陷形成多个相互间隔的齿槽,所述限位块设有至少一个与所述齿槽相配合的齿。
  5. 根据权利要求1至3任一所述的升降底架,其中所述升降底架包括一底盘、一第一壳体以及一第二壳体,其中所述底板被固定于所述底盘,所述第一壳体被套装于所述第一升降架,所述第二壳体被套装于所述第二升降架,所述第一壳体被可活动地安装于所述第二壳体。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的升降底架,其中所述升降底架进一步包括一调节手柄、一联动杆以及一固定杆,其中所述调节手柄被设置于所述联动杆的一端,所述联动杆被可活动地设置于所述固定杆,所述固定杆被固定于所述底盘,所述联动杆的另一端被连接于所述限位块,所述联动杆能够驱动所述限位块相对所述下安装板运动。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的升降底架,其中所述升降底架进一步包括一限位柱,其中所述限位柱被设置于所述联动杆的端部,所述限位块具有一第一限位槽,所述限位柱被可活动地保持于所述限位块的所述第一限位槽。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的升降底架,其中所述底盘设有一第二限位槽,其中所述调节手柄被可活动地保持于所述第二限位槽。
  9. 一升降底架,其特征在于,包括:
    一升降机构,其中所述升降机构包括一旋转件、一维持件以及至少一驱动件,其中所 述驱动件的两端分别被连接于所述旋转件和所述维持件,所述驱动件能够驱动所述旋转件和所述维持件相对运动;和
    一固定座,其中所述升降机构被可转动地安装于所述固定座,并允许所述升降底架能够在一可旋转状态和一锁止状态之间切换。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的升降底架,其中所述升降机构进一步包括至少一保持件,其中所述保持件包括一第一保持件和一第二保持件,其中所述第一保持件被固定于所述旋转件,其中所述第二保持件被固定于所述维持件,其中所述第二保持件被可活动地安装于所述第一保持件。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的升降底架,其中所述升降底架进一步包括一直线轴承,其中所述直线轴承被安装于所述第一保持件或是所述第二保持件。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的升降底架,其中所述驱动件被实施为两个,两个所述驱动件被对称地设置于所述旋转件和所述维持件。
  13. 根据权利要求9所述的升降底架,其中所述升降底架进一步包括一限位件,所述旋转部包括一装配部和自所述装配部的边缘向外延伸的多个相互间隔的限位齿,并在相邻的两个限位齿和所述装配部之间形成一限位齿槽,所述限位件被可活动地保持于所述旋转部的外侧,且所述限位件的至少一部分能够进入所述限位齿槽。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的升降底架,其中所述限位件包括一转动部、自所述转动部弯曲地向外延伸的一限位臂,自所述限位臂的内壁向外延伸的至少一个限位凸起,在所述限位件被驱动地靠近所述旋转件后,所述限位臂的所述限位凸起能够进入所述旋转件的所述限位齿槽,并限制所述旋转件的转动。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的升降底架,其中所述升降底架进一步包括一操作件,其中所述限位件被可驱动地连接于所述操作件,所述操作件能够驱动所述限位件靠近所述旋转件和远离所述旋转件。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的升降底架,其中所述限位件具有一驱动空间,其中所述驱动空间形成于所述限位臂,所述操作件包括一连接臂、一限位柱以及一操作部,其中所述限位柱和所述连接臂分别自所述连接臂的两端向外延伸,所述连接臂以所述限位柱被可活动地保持于所述限位件的所述驱动空间的方式被可转动地安装于所述固定座,所述连接臂相对所述固定座转动,能带动所述限位柱在所述限位件的所述驱动空间内活动,并驱动所述限位部靠近所述旋转件或是远离所述旋转件。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的升降底架,其中所述驱动空间具有一驱近端和相对于所 述驱近端的一驱远端,其中所述驱近端和所述限位凸起之间垂直距离大于所述驱远端和所述限位凸起之间的垂直距离。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的升降底架,其中所述驱动空间为一弧形槽。
  19. 根据权利要求15所述的升降底架,其中所述操作件包括一控制件和一电动伸缩件,其中所述控制件被可通信地连接于所述电动伸缩件,其中所述限位件被设置于所述电动伸缩件的端部,所述操作件电动地驱动所述限位件相对所述旋转件运动。
  20. 根据权利要求9所述的升降底架,其中所述升降底架进一步包括一固定壳体和一活动壳体,其中所述固定壳体具有一容纳空间,其中所述活动壳体具有一容置空间,所述固定壳体被固定于所述固定座,所述升降机构被保持于所述容纳空间,所述活动壳体被固定于所述升降机构,所述升降机构被保持于所述容置空间,所述活动壳体被可活动地安装于所述固定壳体,所述活动壳体跟随所述升降机构相对所述固定壳体上升和下降。
  21. 根据权利要求9至20任一所述的升降底架,其中所述驱动件被实施为一电动推杆。
  22. 一带有升降底架的承载装置,其特征在于,包括:
    一升降机构,其中所述升降机构包括一第一升降架、一第二升降架以及一驱动件,其中所述驱动件的两端分别被连接于所述第一升降架和所述第二升降架,所述驱动件为一电动推杆,被保持于所述第一升降架和所述第二升降架之间的所述驱动件能够电动地驱动所述第一升降架和所述第二升降架相对运动;和
    一承载装置,其中所述承载装置被安装于所述升降机构的上方。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的带有升降底架的承载装置,其中所述第一升降架包括一上安装板和自所述上安装板向下延伸的至少一第一升降管,所述第二升降架包括一下安装板和自所述下安装板的至少一第二升降管,其中所述第一升降架以所述第一升降管被可活动地安装于所述第二升降管的方式被保持于所述下安装板的上方,所述驱动件的两端分别被连接于所述上安装板和所述下安装板。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的带有升降底架的承载装置,其中所述升降底架进一步包括一限位块和一底板,其中所述下安装板和所述限位块被可转动地安装于所述底板,且所述限位块位于所述下安装板的外侧,所述限位块能够限制所述下安装板相对所述底板转动。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的带有升降底架的承载装置,其中所述升降底架的所述限位块的表面向内凹陷形成多个相互间隔的齿槽,所述限位块设有至少一个与所述齿槽相配 合的齿。
  26. 根据权利要求22至24任一所述的带有升降底架的承载装置,其中所述升降底架包括一底盘、一第一壳体以及一第二壳体,其中所述底板被固定于所述底盘,所述第一壳体被套装于所述第一升降架,所述第二壳体被套装于所述第二升降架,所述第一壳体被可活动地安装于所述第二壳体。
  27. 根据权利要求26所述的带有升降底架的承载装置,其中所述升降底架进一步包括一调节手柄、一联动杆以及一固定杆,其中所述调节手柄被设置于所述联动杆的一端,所述联动杆被可活动地设置于所述固定杆,所述固定杆被固定于所述底盘,所述联动杆的另一端被连接于所述限位块,所述联动杆能够驱动所述限位块相对所述下安装板运动。
  28. 根据权利要求27所述的带有升降底架的承载装置,其中所述升降底架进一步包括一限位柱,其中所述限位柱被设置于所述联动杆的端部,所述限位块具有一第一限位槽,所述限位柱被可活动地保持于所述限位块的所述第一限位槽。
  29. 根据权利要求28所述的带有升降底架的承载装置,其中所述底盘设有一第二限位槽,其中所述调节手柄被可活动地保持于所述第二限位槽。
  30. 一带有升降底架的承载装置,其特征在于,包括:
    一升降机构和一固定座,其中所述升降机构包括一旋转件、一维持件以及至少一驱动件,其中所述驱动件的两端分别被连接于所述旋转件和所述维持件,所述驱动件能够驱动所述旋转件和所述维持件相对运动,所述升降机构被可转动地安装于所述固定座,并允许所述升降底架能够在一可旋转状态和一锁止状态之间切换;和
    一承载装置,其中所述承载装置被安装于所述升降机构的上方。
  31. 根据权利要求30所述的带有升降底架的承载装置,其中所述升降机构进一步包括至少一保持件,其中所述保持件包括一第一保持件和一第二保持件,其中所述第一保持件被固定于所述旋转件,其中所述第二保持件被固定于所述维持件,其中所述第二保持件被可活动地安装于所述第一保持件。
  32. 根据权利要求31所述的带有升降底架的承载装置,其中所述升降底架进一步包括一直线轴承,其中所述直线轴承被安装于所述第一保持件或是所述第二保持件。
  33. 根据权利要求30所述的带有升降底架的承载装置,其中所述驱动件被实施为两个,两个所述驱动件被对称地设置于所述旋转件和所述维持件。
  34. 根据权利要求30所述的带有升降底架的承载装置,其中所述升降底架进一步包括一限位件,所述旋转部包括一装配部和自所述装配部的边缘向外延伸的多个相互间隔的 限位齿,并在相邻的两个限位齿和所述装配部之间形成一限位齿槽,所述限位件被可活动地保持于所述旋转部的外侧,且所述限位件的至少一部分能够进入所述限位齿槽。
  35. 根据权利要求34所述的带有升降底架的承载装置,其中所述限位件包括一转动部、自所述转动部弯曲地向外延伸的一限位臂,自所述限位臂的内壁向外延伸的至少一个限位凸起,在所述限位件被驱动地靠近所述旋转件后,所述限位臂的所述限位凸起能够进入所述旋转件的所述限位齿槽,并限制所述旋转件的转动。
  36. 根据权利要求35所述的带有升降底架的承载装置,其中所述升降底架进一步包括一操作件,其中所述限位件被可驱动地连接于所述操作件,所述操作件能够驱动所述限位件靠近所述旋转件和远离所述旋转件。
  37. 根据权利要求36所述的带有升降底架的承载装置,其中所述限位件具有一驱动空间,其中所述驱动空间形成于所述限位臂,所述操作件包括一连接臂、一限位柱以及一操作部,其中所述限位柱和所述连接臂分别自所述连接臂的两端向外延伸,所述连接臂以所述限位柱被可活动地保持于所述限位件的所述驱动空间的方式被可转动地安装于所述固定座,所述连接臂相对所述固定座转动,能带动所述限位柱在所述限位件的所述驱动空间内活动,并驱动所述限位部靠近所述旋转件或是远离所述旋转件。
  38. 根据权利要求37所述的带有升降底架的承载装置,其中所述驱动空间具有一驱近端和相对于所述驱近端的一驱远端,其中所述驱近端和所述限位凸起之间垂直距离大于所述驱远端和所述限位凸起之间的垂直距离。
  39. 根据权利要求38所述的带有升降底架的承载装置,其中所述驱动空间为一弧形槽。
  40. 根据权利要求36所述的带有升降底架的承载装置,其中所述操作件包括一控制件和一电动伸缩件,其中所述控制件被可通信地连接于所述电动伸缩件,其中所述限位件被设置于所述电动伸缩件的端部,所述操作件电动地驱动所述限位件相对所述旋转件运动。
  41. 根据权利要求30所述的带有升降底架的承载装置,其中所述升降底架进一步包括一固定壳体和一活动壳体,其中所述固定壳体具有一容纳空间,其中所述活动壳体具有一容置空间,所述固定壳体被固定于所述固定座,所述升降机构被保持于所述容纳空间,所述活动壳体被固定于所述升降机构,所述升降机构被保持于所述容置空间,所述活动壳体被可活动地安装于所述固定壳体,所述活动壳体跟随所述升降机构相对所述固定壳体上升和下降。
  42. 根据权利要求30至41任一所述的带有升降底架的承载装置,其中所述驱动件被实施为一电动推杆。
