因此,提供一种避免二次转移产生的气泡,保证高粘度胶黏剂脱泡效果的技术方案,是一个重要的研究方向。

(3)上模具边角设置的多个抽气孔,给模具空腔提供了一个负压,使得从中心设置的进胶口注入的胶黏剂可以均匀的布满整个空腔,形成均匀的、标准形状的试板。

一活塞2,其包括一压盘21,压盘21上设置有一排气口23,连通盛胶容器1与外界空气,排气口23配有一可拆卸的密封杆24;推动固定在压盘21一侧的推动杆22,压盘21自进料口11进入盛胶容器1,对盛胶容器1进行密封;推动推动杆22控制盛胶容器1内的胶黏剂自注胶管16流出。
直接将高粘度双组份(或单组分)胶黏剂装入盛胶容器1中,盛胶容器1的出料口12与出料口盖14结合,进料口11和进料口盖13组合后,整个盛胶容器1可以放入真空离心脱泡机中进行脱泡。
脱泡后取下进料口盖13,将活塞2自进料口11缓慢地插入盛胶容器1,同时通过压盘21上的排气口23排出盛胶容器1中的空气,待空气完全排出后,在排气口23上插入密封杆。
之后,取下盛胶容器1的出料口盖14,在出料口12上安装上快速接头15,通过快速接头15连接注胶管16。此时,推动活塞2即可进行注塑,不需要进行高粘度胶黏剂的二次转移,避免气泡的产生,提升了脱泡效率。
在一种优选的实施方式中,盛胶容器1为圆柱,压盘21也为圆柱,压盘21的底面直径与盛胶容器1的内径相同。

在一种优选的实施方式中,金属框板33的内框为长方形,通过使用不同厚度的金属框板22,得到不同厚度的试板。
在一种优选的实施方式中,如图2中,抽气孔36的个数为四个,分布在上模具31的四个角落。
