举例来说,参见图3及图4,本申请实施例中,托盘可配合清洁设备30使用。清洁设备30包括壳体31,以及安装在壳体31上的滚刷32,滚刷32所在空间即为滚刷腔。滚刷容置区的位置适配于清洁设备30的滚刷32的位置,清洁设备30放置在托盘本体10上时,清洁设备30的滚刷32位于滚刷容置区。清洁设备30的滚刷32包括但不限于为绒布滚刷32,滚刷32上若滞留有液体,一部分液体会流到滚刷容置区,一部分滞留在滚刷32上。干燥单元20可通过用户手动开启运行,或者是自动开启运行,以便对滚刷容置区及位于滚刷容置区的滚刷32进行干燥处理。干燥完成后,滚刷容置区处于干燥状态,避免滚刷32处于潮湿的环境下存放,滚刷32亦处于干燥状态,避免导致细菌滋生及异味产生。
需要说明的是,在本申请实施例中,托盘可作为独立部件使用,也可以如图3所示,托盘配合清洁设备30使用,清洁设备30与托盘组合形成清洁装置系统。托盘不仅可为清洁设备30提供存放功能,同时还可为清洁设备30提供充电功能。托盘本体10上还设有充电桩15,充电桩15可电性连接至充电电源,托盘可通过托盘本体10上的充电桩15为清洁设备30进行充电,充电桩15还可为干燥单元20提供运行时所需的电能。
图3中清洁设备30包括:清洁设备30的地刷装置,滚刷32设置在地刷 装置上。其他部件包括但不限于手柄、清水桶、回收桶、主电机装置等部件。本申请实施例中,清洁设备30包括但不限于为如图3中所示的清洁设备30,还包括自移动清洁机器人、手持式吸尘器,立式清洁设备等。上述实施例及下述实施例中所描述的清洁设备30,以图3中所示的清洁设备30为例进行说明,需要说明的是,以图3中所示的清洁设备30为例进行说明仅为示例,这并不构成本申请实施例的不当限定。
本申请实施例中,干燥单元20的实现方式包括多种,继续参见图4,一种干燥单元20的实现方式是,干燥单元20包括加热装置21,加热装置21的位置与滚刷容置区所在位置相对应。当清洁设备30完成清洗工作后放置到托盘本体10上时,加热装置21能够自动或由用户手动开启,加热装置21开启后,可对滚刷容置区持续进行加热。加热装置21对滚刷容置区进行加热时,通过热量逐渐使得滚刷容置区及位于滚刷容置区的滚刷32上的水分蒸发,借助热对流将水汽带出,从而实现对滚刷容置区及滚刷32的干燥处理。加热后形成的水汽,可通过壳体31的缝隙中透出。
进一步地,清洁设备30的壳体31包括滚刷盖33,滚刷盖33罩扣在滚刷32的外侧。为方便水汽快速离开滚刷腔,滚刷盖33上设有透气口34,水汽可通过透气口34快速离开滚刷腔。更进一步地,透气口34设置在与滚刷容置区相对应的位置处,即透气口34位于滚刷容置区的上方,水分受热变成水汽后,会逐渐上升,从透气口34快速扩散至外部环境中。
具体地,滚刷容置区可被设置为平面结构、斜面结构、曲面结构,或者设置为其中一种或几种结构的组合。进一步地,为了更好地容置滚刷32,滚刷容置区被设置成如图1、图2及图4所示的滚刷槽11。清洁设备30放置在托盘上时,清洁设备30上的滚刷32位于滚刷槽11内,干燥单元20的位置与滚刷槽11的位置相对应。干燥单元20运行,以对滚刷槽11及位于滚刷槽11内的滚刷32进行干燥处理。
继续参见图4,本申请的一种可实现的实施例中,加热装置21的位置与滚刷槽11的槽底相对应。为实现对滚刷32流下来的水进行更好地收集,滚刷槽11的槽底为滚刷槽11的最低点。一种滚刷槽11的实现方式是,滚刷槽11的槽底至少包括两个倾斜设置的集水板,倾斜设置的集水板有利于将水引流到滚刷槽11的最低点。通过集水板可在滚刷槽11内形成落差面,通过落 差面可将水引流到滚刷槽11的槽底处,滚刷槽11的最低点与滚刷32的底部位置对应。如,两个集水板均为直板结构,两个直板结构连接后,两个直板结构的两边高中间低,类似V字形,便于将水引流到滚刷槽11的底部。加热装置21的位置与滚刷槽11的槽底相对应,即加热装置21位于滚刷槽11的底部,滚刷32的下方,在加热装置21加热时,可对聚集在槽底的水分及滚刷32下方的水分进行加热,从而能够加快水分的蒸发。
进一步地,为使得热量能够更快速地传递至滚刷槽11内,本申请的一种可实现的实施例中,滚刷槽11与加热装置21对应的位置设置出热口。加热装置21在加热时,热量可通过出热口直接传递至滚刷槽11内,减少了热量损失,提高了水分蒸发的速度。
更进一步地,为防止滚刷32上的水及滚刷槽11内的水通过出热口进入到安装腔12内,对加热装置21造成损坏,参见图5,加热装置21与出热口之间设有导热隔水板22。导热隔水板22包括但不限于为通过金属材料制成,如不锈钢材料、镀锌板材料等。加热装置21设置在滚刷32下方,尚未完全干燥的滚刷32上可能滴下水,水可能通过出热口进入下方的安装腔12内,使得托盘本体10的内部处于潮湿状态,有可能对加热装置21及托盘本体10造成损坏。通过在加热装置21的上方设置有导热隔水板22,可有效防止水等液体通过出热口进入安装腔12内,同时,导热隔水板22还可将加热装置21的热量进行快速传递,以加速滚刷槽11内及滚刷32上的水分蒸发。
本申请实施例中,干燥单元20除了通过上述加热装置21实现外,另一种干燥单元20可实现的方式是,参见图6及图7,干燥单元20包括出风装置23,出风装置23包括但不限于为风扇。托盘本体10上设有朝向滚刷容置区的出风口13。安装腔12内具有通风通道14,出风装置23与出风口13之间通过通风通道14连通。以风扇为例,当清洁设备30完成清洗工作后放置到托盘本体10上时,风扇能够自动或由用户手动开启,风扇开启后,风扇能够将外部空气推送进入托盘本体10的安装腔12内,气流进入通风风道后,将顺着通风风道前进并到达出风口13处,然后从出风口13吹出,进入滚刷容置区。
同样地,滚刷容置区可被设置为平面结构、斜面结构、曲面结构,或者设置为其中一种或几种结构的组合。进一步地,为了更好地容置滚刷,滚刷 容置区被设置成如图1、图2及图6所示的滚刷槽11。
清洁设备30放置在托盘上时,滚刷槽11与滚刷盖33形成供气流沿滚刷32的外侧面流过的气流通道,从出风口13吹出的气流,沿着气流通道吹过滚刷32的外侧面,以带走滚刷32上的水分。通过风扇产生的气流增加滚刷槽11内的空气流通,从而通过气流将水分带出,实现滚刷槽11及滚刷32的风干处理。进入滚刷槽11内的气流,可通过壳体31的缝隙中吹出。图6及图7中的虚线即为气流流动路径及方向。
进一步地,参见图8及图9,为方便水分快速离开滚刷腔,滚刷盖33上设有透气口34,水分可通过透气口34快速离开滚刷腔。图8及图9中的虚线即为气流流动路径及方向。
进一步地,本申请实施例中,出风口13的位置可根据不同的进风需求进行设定,一种可实现方式是,出风口13位于滚刷槽11的前方(参见图6及图8,即出风口13位于滚刷槽11的左方)并朝向滚刷槽11的槽口,以使气流可从滚刷槽11的槽口进入滚刷槽11。以图6及图8的方位为例,出风口13可设置在滚刷槽11的左侧,即滚刷32的左侧位置,由于滚刷槽11的左侧位置相比于滚刷槽11具有更高的高度,这样尚未完全干燥的滚刷32中的水不会从出气口进入到安装腔12内。同时,水等液体会聚集在滚刷槽11的槽底部,气流从较高位置的槽口进入滚刷槽11,使气流更具冲击力,可沿着滚刷槽11及滚刷盖33形成的气流通道,带走滚刷槽11及滚刷32上的水分。
另一种出风口13的位置设置方式是,参见图7及图9,出风口13位于滚刷槽11的槽底,以使气流可从滚刷槽11的槽底进入滚刷槽11。以图7及图9的方位为例,出风口13可设置在滚刷槽11的下方,即滚刷32的下方位置,这样出风口13正对着滚刷槽11的槽底部,气流流动的路径较短,有效减少了气流流动时的能量损失,气流从出风口13吹出后,直接作用在滚刷槽11的槽底及滚刷32上,气流的动能较大,可沿着滚刷槽11及滚刷盖33形成的气流通道,带走滚刷槽11及滚刷32上的水分。
需要说明的是,上述两种出气口的设置方式可以单独实现,也可组合在一起实现。进一步地,上述的加热装置21及出风装置23可单独实现,也可组合在一起实现,组合在一起实现时,加热装置21位于通风通道14内,即加热装置21位于气流流动的路径上,出风装置23产生的气流经过加热装置 21后,形成热风,滚刷容置区及滚刷32通过加热装置21的加热作用及热风的风干作用,可快速完成干燥处理。在某些实施例中,根据不同的需求,滚刷盖33上可以设置有透气口34,也可不设置透气口34,不设置透气口34时,水分或水汽可从滚刷盖33与托盘的结合缝隙中,或者壳体31的缝隙中散发出去。
本申请实施例中,干燥单元20的开启可以是用户手动开启的,也可是根据触发条件自动开启的。一种自动开启的实现方式是,托盘还包括检测单元及控制单元。控制单元分别与检测单元及干燥单元20电连接。当检测单元检测到触发事件时,控制单元控制干燥单元20运行。控制单元可设置在充电桩15内,检测单元可根据不同的需求设置在充电桩15内或者是托盘本体10上,例如,检测单元包括但不限于为压力传感器、光感传感器、磁感传感器等。当检测单元检测到清洁设备30放置到托盘本体10上时,向控制单元发送检测信号,以便控制单元控制干燥单元20运行,以对滚刷容置区及滚刷32进行干燥处理。
当滚刷32完成干燥处理后,若干燥单元20仍在运行,就会导致资源的浪费,为避免这种情况发生,本申请实施例中,托盘还包括计时单元。计时单元与控制单元电连接,控制单元检控制干燥单元20运行时,同时控制计时单元运行。当计时单元的计时时长等于预设时长时,控制单元控制干燥单元20关闭。通过计时单元,用户可预先设置干燥单元20的运行时长,即预设时长,预设时长表示每次干燥单元20从运行开始到结束的时长。当控制单元控制干燥单元20运行开始时,控制单元控制计时单元开始计时,当计时单元的计时时长等于预设时长时,控制单元控制干燥单元20停止,即完成了一次干燥作业。计时单元的预设时长的长短,可根据不同的干燥需求,用户预先设置的。如,滚刷32为绒布滚刷时,由于吸水性强,需要的干燥时长较长,用户可设置较长的预设时长,若滚刷32为硬毛滚刷时,由于吸水性弱,需要的干燥时长较短,则用户可设置较短的预设时长。
进一步地,托盘还包括充电单元。托盘可为清洁设备30进行充电的同时,为清洁设备30上的滚刷32进行干燥处理,两种功能同时实现,可快速完成清洁设备30的准备工作,以便为下次清洁作业节约时间。
下面对本申请实施例提供的托盘如何运行进行介绍。
使用托盘进行干燥处理的方法包括以下步骤:
步骤1,开启托盘,或者托盘连接到电源后,自动处于待机状态。
步骤2,检测单元检测清洁设备30是否放置在托盘上,若是,则继续执行步骤3,若否,则不做处理或结束进程。
步骤3,控制单元控制干燥单元20运行。
进一步地,使用托盘进行干燥处理的方法还可以包括以下步骤(参见图10):
步骤4,计时单元的计时时长是否等于预设时长,若是,则执行步骤5,若否,则继续执行步骤3。
步骤5,控制单元关闭干燥单元20,结束进程。

进一步地,本申请实施例中,壳体31包括滚刷盖33,滚刷盖33罩扣在滚刷32的外侧。清洁设备30放置在托盘上时,滚刷槽11与滚刷盖33形成供气流沿滚刷32的外侧面流过的气流通道。干燥单元20进行干燥处理时,水分可从气流通道被带走。
为方便水分快速离开滚刷腔,滚刷盖33与滚刷槽11相对的位置处设置透气口34。水汽可通过透气口34快速离开滚刷腔。透气口34设置在与滚刷槽11相对应的位置处,即透气口34位于滚刷槽11的上方。
为进一步地对清洁设备30上的滚刷32进行干燥处理,本申请实施例中,还可通过清洁设备30内的抽吸组件对滚刷32进行干燥处理,以实现滚刷32的快速干燥,避免滚刷32发霉和异味的产生。具体为,壳体31内还设置有抽吸组件。抽吸组件可包括主电机和风叶,但并不以此为限。清洁设备30还设置有抽吸口,抽吸口与抽吸组件气流连通,抽吸口设置在壳体31的底部,滚刷32位于滚刷槽11内时,抽吸口位于滚刷槽11内,抽吸组件运行,以对滚刷槽11及位于滚刷槽11内的滚刷进行干燥处理。
本申请实施例中,抽吸组件可通过两种工作模式进行工作,一种是正常工作模式,在正常工作模式下,抽吸组件在较大的功率下工作,以完成待清洁表面的清洁作业。另一种工作模式是干燥工作模式,在干燥工作模式下,抽吸组件在较小的功率下工作,以完成对滚刷32的干燥处理。
当清洁设备30完成清洗工作后放置到托盘本体10上时,抽吸口位于滚刷槽11内,抽吸组件在干燥工作模式下运行,抽吸组件运行的功率较小,如控制抽吸组件在十几瓦、几瓦的功率下运行,利用较低的电压电流就能运行,所产生的噪声很小,抽吸组件带动气流流动,对位于相对封闭环境中的滚刷32、风道等部件进行风干处理,从而避免发霉和异味的发生,延长机器寿命。同时,抽吸组件运行的功率较小,不会造成电量浪费,且不会产生长时间噪音。
需要说明的是,上述通过抽吸组件对滚刷32进行干燥的方式,可与干燥单元20分别独立实现,也可组合在一起实现。
需要说明的是,实施例2中所述的托盘的技术特征可参考实施例1中托盘的实现方式,实施例2中相关技术特征可参考、借鉴实施例1的技术特征,此处不再一一赘述。

当地面清洗完毕时,可将清洁设备存放在托盘内,通过托盘可为清洁设备提供存放及充电的功能。清洁设备放置在托盘本体上时,清洁设备的滚刷位于滚刷槽内。干燥单元可通过用户手动开启运行,或者是自动开启运行。
干燥单元为加热装置,加热装置开启后,可对滚刷槽持续进行加热。加热装置对滚刷槽进行加热时,通过热量逐渐使得滚刷槽内及滚刷上的水分蒸发,借助热对流将水汽从滚刷上分离并带出,从而实现滚刷槽及滚刷的干燥处理。加热后形成的水汽,可通过壳体的缝隙中透出。
应用场景二

清洁设备的滚刷盖上设有透气口。
在应用场景一下,水分受热变成水汽后,会逐渐上升,水汽可通过透气口快速离开滚刷腔,并快速扩散至外部环境中。
在应用场景二下,风扇产生的气流沿着气流通道吹过滚刷的外侧面,并从透气口快速吹出,以带走滚刷上的水分。
应用场景四
当清洁设备完成清洗工作后放置到托盘本体上时,抽吸口位于滚刷槽内,此时可手动或自动地选择让抽吸组件在干燥工作模式下运行,该模式下抽吸组件运行的功率较小,如控制抽吸组件在十几瓦、几瓦的功率下运行,利用较低的电压电流就能运行,所产生的噪声很小,抽吸组件带动气流流动,对位于相对封闭环境中的滚刷、风道等部件进行风干处理。

  1. 一种托盘,其特征在于,包括:
    托盘本体,所述托盘本体的外表面设有滚刷容置区,所述托盘本体内具有安装腔;
    干燥单元,所述干燥单元安装在所述安装腔内,所述干燥单元运行,以对所述滚刷容置区及位于所述滚刷容置区的滚刷进行干燥处理。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的托盘,其特征在于,所述干燥单元包括加热装置,所述加热装置的位置与所述滚刷容置区所在位置相对应。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的托盘,其特征在于,所述滚刷容置区为滚刷槽,所述滚刷槽与所述加热装置对应的位置设置出热口。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的托盘,其特征在于,所述加热装置与所述出热口之间设有导热隔水板。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的托盘,其特征在于,所述干燥单元包括出风装置;
    所述托盘本体上设有朝向所述滚刷容置区的出风口;
    所述安装腔内具有通风通道,所述出风装置与所述出风口之间通过所述通风通道连通。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的托盘,其特征在于,所述滚刷容置区为滚刷槽,所述出风口位于所述滚刷槽的前方并朝向所述滚刷槽的槽口,以使气流可从所述滚刷槽的槽口进入所述滚刷槽;或者
    所述出风口位于所述滚刷槽的槽底,以使气流可从所述滚刷槽的槽底进入所述滚刷槽。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的托盘,其特征在于,还包括检测单元及控制单元;
    所述控制单元分别与所述检测单元及所述干燥单元电连接;
    当所述检测单元检测到触发事件时,所述控制单元控制所述干燥单元运行。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的托盘,其特征在于,还包括计时单元;
    所述计时单元与所述控制单元电连接,所述控制单元检控制所述干燥单元运行时,同时控制所述计时单元运行;
    当所述计时单元的计时时长等于预设时长时,所述控制单元控制所述干燥单元关闭。
  9. 一种清洁装置系统,其特征在于,包括清洁设备及托盘;其中,
    所述清洁设备包括壳体,以及安装在所述壳体上的滚刷;
    所述托盘包括:
    托盘本体,所述托盘本体设有滚刷容置区,所述清洁设备放置在所述托盘上时,所述滚刷位于所述滚刷容置区;所述托盘本体内具有安装腔;
    干燥单元,所述干燥单元安装在所述安装腔内,所述干燥单元运行,以对所述滚刷容置区及位于所述滚刷容置区的所述滚刷进行干燥处理。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的清洁装置系统,其特征在于,所述干燥单元包括加热装置,所述加热装置的位置与所述滚刷容置区所在位置相对应。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的清洁装置系统,其特征在于,所述干燥单元包括出风装置;
    所述托盘本体上设有朝向所述滚刷容置区的出风口;
    所述安装腔内具有通风通道,所述出风装置与所述出风口之间通过所述通风通道连通。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的清洁装置系统,其特征在于,所述滚刷容置区为滚刷槽,所述壳体包括滚刷盖,所述滚刷盖罩扣在所述滚刷的外侧;
    所述清洁设备放置在所述托盘上时,所述滚刷槽与所述滚刷盖形成供气流沿所述滚刷的外侧面流过的气流通道,所述滚刷盖与所述滚刷槽相对的位置处设置透气口。
  13. 根据权利要求9所述的清洁装置系统,其特征在于,所述滚刷容置区为滚刷槽,所述壳体内还设置有抽吸组件;
    所述抽吸组件的抽吸口设置在所述壳体的底部,所述滚刷位于所述滚刷槽内时,所述抽吸口位于所述滚刷槽内,所述抽吸组件运行,以对所述滚刷槽及位于所述滚刷槽内的滚刷进行干燥处理。
  14. 一种清洁装置系统,其特征在于,包括清洁设备及托盘;其中,
    所述清洁设备包括滚刷;
    所述托盘包括:托盘本体,所述托盘本体包括滚刷容置区和安装腔;
    干燥单元,所述干燥单元设置在所述安装腔内,所述干燥单元运行,以对所述滚刷容置区及位于所述滚刷容置区的所述滚刷进行干燥处理。
  15. 一种基站,其特征在于,包括:
    基站本体,所述基站本体包括滚刷容置区和安装腔;
    干燥单元,所述干燥单元设置在所述安装腔内,所述干燥单元运行,以对所述滚刷容置区及位于所述滚刷容置区的滚刷进行干燥处理。
  16. 一种清洁装置系统,其特征在于,包括清洁设备及托盘;其中,
    所述清洁设备包括滚刷;
    所述托盘包括:托盘本体,所述托盘本体设有滚刷容置区,所述托盘本体内具有安装腔;所述安装腔内设有干燥单元;
    所述清洁设备位于在所述托盘本体上时,所述滚刷位于所述滚刷容置区,所述干燥单元对准所述滚刷容置区和滚刷;所述干燥单元运行,以对所述滚刷容置区及滚刷进行干燥处理。
